I love the design of the room. Its so modern and comfy, feels like an ideal home and it really inspire me to have a dream home like this. The host is super attentive, although the internet was a little hiccup here but she assist to fix it quickly. Great location as LRT Bangsar just 3 min walk through the covered link bridge.The only thing i would not satisfy was the security counter at entrance. You have to pay RM50 deposit for the access card to enter into lobby, then the host will pass you another card to access to your unit, its quite a hassle for using many cards to access it.

Nice service apartment, with comfort bed and clean room. The host was nice and helpful with fast response. They not serve buffet in breakfast , but have few types of set dish with beverage can choose, the "Big Breakfast" was delicious!!

Great location, building linked with Lrt Station ,just one station away from KL sentral, convenience to airport with KL Express. Overall highly recommend for solo traveller or business trip.

We only stay here for one night , the location can't be beat! Nice room with clean and comfort bed, TV with Netflix, definitely will return on our next visit.

Big living space is good. Nearby amenities for food and daily use items is very limited. Room not ready when arrive after the required checked in time. Poor communication and seems under staffs

Location is good but room needs a little cleaning before guest checks in. Strong smell of drainage waste water and even found a cockroach hiding in the bathroom. I had to fix the frying pan handle. Checking in and out was very easy.

It’s actually called the Establishment (the ECT). Got confused cos it doesn’t indicate “Nowhere Boutique suite” but just ECT at the front. Anyhow, the building is pretty nicely looking. Decent. Good security tagging system. Not everyone could access. Even to access your room is to use a passcode. Well I believe you need such system if u wanna feel safe. The location is in Little India of KL. So it’s kinda at the back of the shops. Seems rather safe with security. It’s near a train track but not noisy at night so it’s fine. However, rather quiet location so pack some snacks back especially for breakfast else you can dine at the restaurant below in “the establishment”. The apartment is the terrace concept, living room, common area and toilet below. a little bedroom on TOP. Bedroom Not quite for tall folks. Other than that bring your own toiletries. We were not given toilet paper so not sure they forgot or they don’t provide. We managed to get one from our Friend. Other than that it’s rather cosy in the apartment. However, it’s high celling studio so everything echos especially when u cough or drop stuff. Light sleeper might be tough on you.

The attitude of the staff was bad. The cleanliness was terrible! the toilet was smelly. In the second day morning, we saw more than 10 cockroaches on the floor.

Great Stay

Great location joined to the train station & only 1 stop to KL Sentral. Accomodation was nice, good views, great pool & facilities, only problems were cockroaches & cold water in one bathroom! Overall the good far outweighed the bad, would definitely return here.

Good stay.

Spacious and have everything we need. Just cross the bridge on 1/F and will arrive the train station, very convenient. Have pool and gym room on 9/F which are same as the pictures shown. Kitchen have all the utensils we need, a washer is provided at balcony. However the apartment need serious pest control since there were huge cockroaches in the apartment on a daily basis, it was super annoying. Also recommend to provide 24-hour reception service as it was a bit troublesome to ask things around only at certain hours. The reception service and host are separated, so you will have to contact the host by yourselves about everything else in the apartment. Luckily, the host Aris was nice and helpful, provide immediate room service when we complained about the sheets & towels cleanliness. But still, the cockroaches problem need to be fixed. Overall, it was a good stay.

Great experience. Arris's place is beautiful. We loved staying in the apartment. The facilities are also awesome. The connection to LRT line is perfect. Best part is the place makes you feel like your own home with netflix, wifi and kitchen. Thanks Arris for the surprise gift!

Homey, helpful host

Pros: Feels like home. Kitchen with all the basic things, a balcony with washing machine. Netflix provided in TV so we can enjoy the night time movies. Kitchen include all the basic things we need. Helpful host who reply promptly and fix things for us. Cons: Shower was ok, sometimes lack warm water and not strong enough. Beddings and towels were dirty when we first arrived, but after contacting the host, she immediately arranged house keeping and changed all sheets and towels. Also there are a few cockroaches we had to clean up every night, honestly this is the most disturbing thing of the stay. I hope the host sill do something about it. The washing machine was not working at first, but after contacting the host she fixed it too. Small amount of washing powder and softener are provided.

Room is quite good, but little or 0 service by staff, no room service, Netflix cant be watch.

A studio loft which bring a combination of hotel and home feel. The property was well maintained. The staff whom called Arris was so helpful and kind! Will come back next time!

Great place for long term staying

I will def want to stay here again, i like the system of this place. If u expect something often from staff, not good choice, probably. But i just loved it, with laundry machine and so on.the swimming pool was nice but their shower does not have good water drain.

WE HAD TO WAIT A LONG TIME TO CHECK-IN, AND AFTER WAITING FOR AN HOUR THE STAFF AT THE FRONT DESK JUST GAVE US THE CARD FOR US TO CHECK-IN. THE AIRCOND IN THE LIVING ROOM WAS NOT COLD AND WE WERE TOLD THAT THE GAS NEEDED REFILL BUT NOT DONE AND THEY HAD NO OTHER ROOM FOR US. THE TOILET SMELLS.

Ok overall but marred by issues

There were issues with water supply when we checked in but we were not informed. Water ran out so we couldn’t bathe, use the toilets etc. We would have made alternative arrangements if told early. Unfortunately we had to scramble to find alternatives when we got back to the rooms at 10pm. Only got a new hotel at 3am. Although property is ok, this issue and how it was handled kind of ruined our trip.

Convenient, comfortable

Best part is that it's linked to the train station, otherwise the immediate area is slightly dodgy. Was comfortable enough though the bathroom could do with some hooks for clothing/towels. Very nice infinity pool.

Terrible communication

On the booking it says "please contact hotel 24 hours prior to check in" which I did, by email. Got no response. Showed up and no one at the building (it's a condo building, not a hotel) had any idea about my reservation. Went to a cafe, and finally got an email at noon saying I could check in. Went back and the code would not work, and then was told I could only go into the room at 2pm - which was not stated in any communication. Room itself. The wifi was unreliable which caused me issues as I was on a business trip. Would not stay here again.

Wonderful place to stay in KL

Great decoration in the room, feeling at home during my stay. Building connected to train station, it was very convenient to travel around KL city with vehicle.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. Friendly! Double thumbs up to them!

Need some improvement.

Good amenities, big rooms, clean gym and pool. Was staying there for business trip. The location is good just across LRT the room is good, however the system Need some improvement. There should be 2 access card. Let customer choose if they need parking. The parking procedure is really a hassle and not customer orientated. Also note that it is like a service apartment, no daily house keeping. Otherwise it is value for money given the centralize location and facilities.

Perfect place to stay ! Near to the City!

The location is a "10" as its only one station away from KL sentral and it just minutes away from the HOT SPOTSs in KL. The owner is efficient in responding all your request, room is clean and facilities is GOOD. We like the automated hotel concept, check in and check out process are easy and smooth. There is a restaurant at the lobby called " Botanica & Co", cozy , relazing and good food!!! Heard that in future, there will be discount for guest stay in NoWhere Boutique Suites too. If you are looking for a place which near to KL sentral with reasonable prices, you could not miss this awesome place!!! We love this place and will definitely return for IT.

great apartment in a great location

Convenient check in as agent was already there waiting, taken straight to room which was ready although I was checking in 5 hours earlier than requested. it's location is perfect, connected directly to the LRT station it is only 1 stop from the Kuala Lumpur city centre (Sentral) main terminal for all stations in the city and the airport, also the connected (Huge) shopping mall. Also within a few minutes walk are a 7/11 and other convenience stores, fruit and veg shop and news agent as well as ATMs.

部屋の環境はとても快適でした。テレビもyoutubeチャンネルが見られて、日本語放送も楽しめました。また、ベランダに洗濯機（乾燥機能付き）があり、助かりました。ただ、乾燥にとても時間がかかり、結局部屋干しにした方が早かったです。 トイレットペーパーとボックスティッシュがすぐに足りなくなったため、チェックイン時に教えられたホテルのLINEアカウントに何度もメッセージや電話をしましたが、まったく応答がありませんでした。仕方なく玄関のコンシェルジュカウンターに行ったのですが、事情を伝えても「自分はセキュリティガードなので対応できない」と言われました。何のためのコンシェルジュカウンターなのか？カウンターの表示に偽りありです。結局、予約したホテルサイト経由でメールしたところ、数十分後にスタッフ（チェックイン時に部屋の説明をしてくれた担当スタッフとは別の人。この人はフレンドリーで良い人でした）が来て対応してくれましたが、とにかくホテルの対応が全体的に不親切です。緊急時の連絡先をちゃんと最初に教えてほしかったです（LINEはまったく機能してません）。

バンサー駅にほぼ直結で便利。朝食付きプランでしたが5種類からチョイスのみなので長期滞在だと物足りないかも。部屋は充分な広さがあります。ただ、あんなに収納棚は必要ないとは思う。

很乾淨空間很大～～每次住宿都覺得很舒服～～

掃除なし、ごみ捨て自分、タオルシーツ交換無しだけど乾燥機洗濯機が各部屋に備えてあるので全く問題なし、どころかホテルの様に掃除の時間に外出する必要もなく、時間が自由になりありがたい。 半年前にも利用したけど、そのときはオープンしたてだったから問題なかったけど家具等がIkeaの安物のせいかソファーはヘタっていたし、ロールスクリーンは開かなくなっていました。

The property is in a very convenient location - directly connected to Bangsar LRT station - Less than 1 hour door to door from the KL International Airport. Great amenities and spacious common space. The property management provided a good service, however the unit was left a bit unattended. I had to request a change of the room as it was too uncomfortable with the bad toilet smell coming to the unit. The second unit had a few small roaches in the kitchen. Nice decoration and overall a good property - just a bit more attention to maintenance necessary.
