Good stay and probably the best located hotel in Vilnius. Breakfast was okay. Parking was a pain as there is no onsite parking / only some available in the shopping centre which was a bit dodgy and pricey. Close to all sights and walkable. Clean and quiet.

Good hotel in the centre of the city

Hotel located in convenient place for sightseeing. In my room I had thin double doors to the bathroom, which weren’t any sound barrier, so… and they don’t have a parking space, therefore I had to use city parking paid from 8 a.m to midnight (approx. 2€ per hour)

We loved it. I hope to come back again, great atmosphere and value for money. Lots of local things to see.

This is probably one of the best located hotels in Vilnius as everything is in walking distance - the Old Town, the river and a trendy business district across the river. Next to the hotel is a street lined with wonderful restaurants and bars. The 88 bus service from the airport stops opposite the hotel, the 3G bus service stops just a short walk away. I have stayed here twice now because the rooms are always pleasant and comfortable. The beds are super comfortable, a choice of pillows available, rooms are spacious and nicely appointed. They are cleaned daily unless you request otherwise and noise from outside and other rooms is almost undetectable. Staff are helpful and the check-in/check-out process is quick and seamless.

The hotel was nice enough and it's good to have (included) use of the sauna and steam room up to 10.30pm, but they're not very well signposted and there were no towels available when I went at 9.30pm. It's also a shame that the sauna was cold at 8am given that the gym opens at 6am. The breakfast choices were a little limited compared to other hotels in Lithuania and elsewhere in the Baltics - no hot vegetables (mushrooms, tomatoes etc), no smoked salmon, no herring, no fried eggs - and the scrambled eggs were very watery, but there was sufficient food available. I could have done with a few more 'black tea' teabags in the room (but it seems common to have just one, plus a couple of flavoured teas) and there's no milk provided (which is also common). I'm glad I'd packed teabags and some powdered milk. The Reception staff were very helpful re getting a taxi to the airport and, at EUR8, it was considerably cheaper than reviews elsewhere implied.

A nice stay

We stopped here for one night between our flights. The room was spacious and clean, bathtub big, beds super comfy. Add perfect central location with lots of bars and restaurants to have a dinner. Will definitely stay again if ever come to Vilnius again.

The hotel is in the centre, walkable distance to Old town, Cathedral and Gedimino pilis. Spotless clean room, with really comfortable bed, the attention to detail made our stay really pleasant. Definitely will book it again.

Air conditioning wouldn’t cool the room, only solution was to open the window, but even then the room was hot and with the outside noise on top.

The services was really nice and reception helped me a lot with my business printing things also Vildouja.B cleaned my room pretty well , it was a nice stay

Modern hotel in centre of city nice clean good food good serving good cooked breakfast very good selection for a hotel buffet breakfast. Only problem bathroom door is in 2 parts that join in the middle therefore light , smell and sounds from the bathroom disturb a person in the bed this is a crazy un expected problem for a modern hotel.. my bedroom had a sofa and bath and completely separate showere cabinets so very pleasant

We stayed over the festive period at this property and the location is simply fantastic, everything is walking distance. The property was clean and had great informative staff at reception. The bar staff were lovely. And housekeeping were great aswell. The breakfast choice was good from juices, coffee hot breakfast options, pastries and cereal. Great! Amenity wise everything was great only thing the tv wouldn’t connect to the chrome cast to watch things off of our devices, to which we gave up after a while. My partner did end up mentioning it to the front desk to which a lady just shrugged her shoulders and said “it doesn’t connect” which was honest but not really helpful. Nonetheless the experience was great and I would highly recommend this property for it location. And thank you to everybody who looked after us.

Great location. Hotel was in the middle of pretty major refurbishment, which it probably needs, but it did mean hotel space as you enter (reception and bar area) was very much reduced, and it was noisy - even at breakfast. Breakfasts were good. I'd be happy to stay there again.

Perfect location! I was able to walk to all the main sites all no more than 30 minutes from the hotel. Many are next to each other making it convenient. Plenty of great restaurants in the old town. The staff are very professional, friendly and helpful.

Central location with service hiccups

I liked the location - very central. Hotel is quite nice and facilities are not bad either. Service was a bit questionable sometimes. Our check in was done by a trainee and it felt like a bit more supervision would have been required. We were not offered an upgrade, despite the hotel being half empty. Housekeeping ladies were nice and friendly.

3 night stay

Hotel is centrally located in Old Town close to bars and restaurants and cathedral square. Room is modern and spacious with comfy bed and pillows, main road in front is busy at night so if light sleeper requests. Room on the back. Staff were polite and breakfast was good quality and rooms cleaned every day. Only slight issue If leaving bags no receipt was given and you just walked in to collect from a room so anyone could take your bag!

Favorite hotel in Lithuania! Excellent location! Near to everything you could possibly want to do. Bus stops right across the street which will take you anywhere in the city. Huge, incredibly clean and modern rooms. An outstanding hotel that I will definitely choose again next time I’m in the city.

Overall, a nice hotel with a few things to be improved. It's basic but does the job if you aren't coming for a romantic break. Great location, clean, very comfy bed (although would be far too small for two), Superior room was spacious and comfortable. Most of the staff are very friendly and helpful but I was greeted by the miserable receptionist when I arrived at 1am, was given a key in silence and do what you want- no standard info e.g. here is your key, room xx on the xx floor, lifts are there, wifi etc. Breakfast was ok, rather limited choice but ok. Room was cleaned daily but housekeeping didn't replace empty shower gel or shampoo bottles. No hair conditioner. Would stay again if priced reasonably for what you get.

Modern hotel in great location

This is a very modern hotel, with friendly staff and really good sized rooms. Beds are very comfortable, decor is fresh and modern and are cleaned daily to high standards. This hotel is in a great location with many areas, including the old town, in a very short walking distance. Outside the hotel is a bus stop which allows you to travel further a field, the buses from the railway station and airport stop here too.

Overall a great hotel to stay at. Very central location and amenities are great as well. The only thing which I had a small reservations about was the staff - it’s not that difficult to say hello and smile occasionally. In fact one housekeeping lady was the friendliest person I have met in the entire hotel :)

A good choice

Only stayed one night but was very pleased with the choice of hotel and location. Nice room on the 6th floor overlooking the square, quiet and comfortable. Handy to store luggage before check in and after check out. Decent WiFi and a great breakfast.

Novotel hotel Vilnius

The hotel is nice but for an upgraded room the size of the room and the bathroom was too small. You could hardly move in the shower on top of it they gave us a room with the windows opening to a wall. I do not understand when you upgrade and during the pandemic when it's not very busy why wouldn't you give your best roo.s to your clients to make them happy and also to get a good review so more people can read and come and stay there. Business wise doesn't make sense to me but anyhow the location is very nice and you have access to shopping area and so.e scenic places.

Right in city center, amazing vibe in the city, but lobby seemed deserted and no place to hang out. Parking is off site in public parking lot. Staff very friendly and well spoken. Rooms are big, fresh and very clean, brand new appliances in an old hotel.
