Great hotel and location also very nice staff.

As an American there are so many things I love about this property - Apple electronics plug directly into the wall without converters or adapters, most of the desk staff speak English, safe water, excellent menu in restaurant and bar with late night availability, lovely breakfast. My only complaint- I stayed here during the feria and it was extremely difficult to get to the hotel in the evenings. Tons of traffic and road closures

Newer hotel with pleasing design in common areas. Comfortable bed AND pillows, spacious bathroom, and excellent climate control. What really made our stay was the staff. Jose Miguel and bartender, Samuel, were friendly, helpful, and are the reason we would recommend this hotel to friends.

the room had water leak when it rained, the room was flooded. The attention of the staff leaves much to be desired.

The staff are excellent and friendly

Although at first there was a small misunderstanding at reception, it was quickly resolved later. The hotel is simply magnificent, new facilities, very clean and elegant, the lobby is very nice and the breakfast is very good. I appreciate the cordiality of the staff members, especially Kevin. It is my new option in Santa Cruz definitely.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the expo center. There are also food places and a convenience store within walking distance. The bad thing was that there is a rental hall next to the hotel. They played extremely loud music late (2-3am) into the night twice.

Check in desk was very messy… full of papers, notebooks, printouts tax receipts etc. Striking contrast with the sleek design of the entrance and check in area

The hotel is lovely - clean and attractive , and the staff were very pleasant. The view is spectacular over the city and the pool / hot tub area are lovely. However the quality of the food did not meet the high quality of the establishment - morning breads for instance was served cold. Also there needs to be a safety rod or mat in the shower which is very slippery and potentially dangerous.

Hotel excelente mas o colchão do quarto estava mto velho deformado no centro, reclamei com a recepção para me trocar de quarto; a recepcionista disse q iria trocar meu colchão mas voltei do passeio e não trocaram meu colchão.

Una de las mejores opciones para alojarse en Santa Cruz, sus habitaciones tienen una vista espectacular y lo mas peculiar es que te puedes sentar o echar muy junto a la ventana ya que tienen unos cojinetes con los cuales te sientes muy comodo y con la sensacion de volar,,,, maravilloso

Mal hotel. Habitación pequeña. No aplicaron beneficios VIP ACCESS. Cobraron consumos de la habitación que no realicé. Ubicación buena para el que viaja a la Expo pero si no, la ubicación es mala ya que esta aislada de los sitios de interés de la ciudad y lejos de restaurantes. El arreglo de la habitación lo hacían después de las 4 pm Hay muchísimas mejores opciones en Santa Cruz.

Estadia foi ótima. Café da manhã poderia ser pouco melhor - reposição demorada e variedade limitada. Jantar excelente e pode ser ótima opção de escolha. Quartos confortáveis, chuveiro excelente e tudo bem limpo.

La estadía de un mes en el Novotel fue excelente. Un hotel con todas las comodidades, ubicado cerca de la expo de Santa Cruz, con excelente desayuno, excelente restaurante, personal profesional y trato muy cordial y familiar.

Terrible experience

This was the worst stay in any Novotel Hotel for me for a specific reason: there was a wedding party in the hotel complex and we couldn’t sleep at all until 3:00 A.M. because the music was so loud that even on the 14th floor where we were, it was impossible to fall asleep even with the earplugs and noise cancelling headphones. We booked this hotel to have a comfortable night to rest after 2 weeks of travelling through Bolivia and instead we couldn’t sleep and were extremely exhausted the next day. When complaining to the hotel staff they told us that they cannot do anything until 3:00 A.M. The building is obviously very poorly built and this was not a 5 star experience at all, I wouldn’t pay even 30€ for this. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay there during the weekends, when the weddings are taking place. Otherwise, when there is no loud music, the hotel is very nice, but not being able to sleep ruined our experience completely.

Bonito hotel, mal administrado

Lindo hotel, mal administrado nos dejaron sin cena despues de tener una reserva hecha y recibimos malos tratos del personal, pero el hotel es muy bonito

Novotel es un hotel de primera. Servicio excelente, personal muy amables y atentos brindando un servicio de calidad. Está ubicado en un lugar tranquilo y cerca de algunos shopings. El desayuno buffet es variado, sólo el café que sirven no es de calidad.

O Hotel é muito bonito, sustentável e moderno. Como está novo, as instalações estão bem mantidas. O atendimento foi muito bom, eficiente e cordial em todo momento. Mesmo que no restaurante, na hora de jantar, teve uma demora maior que a esperada, valeu a pena pois a comida estava fantástica. Súper recomendo!
