Staff were amazing very helpful check in and hotel was spotless

The staff were so helpful and courteous.

The property was clean and maintained well in general but the whole buidling can use a makeover. The restaurants of the hotel are closed in the afternoon and after 10:30 at night. No point in having the same hours as the restaurants outside of the hotel.

The hotel was lovely and the staff were very accommodating, i stayed with my wife and two very small children! Family, friendly, Tower 7 mins walk away shops 2 mins walk had a really nice time at this hotel

Overall good stay and value for money.

Mixed thoughts. AC was not working the first night. They did not have fan. So we were all up all night sweaty and struggling jet lag. Apparently all west facing rooms had this issue. Next day they gave us new rooms and a fan. But no compensation for first night. They were not emphatic either. The black lady at guest services gave me a pitch but no help .i expect better service which I did not get.

Novotel Exceeded Our Expectations!

All concerns we had after reading some reviews vanished as soon as we arrived. We were warmly greeted by employees as soon as we entered as well as at the front desk. We spoke both French and English. I asked if we could be on the same floor as my in-laws arriving the following day, and after confirming we were all able to climb a flight of stairs since the elevators stop at floor 30, they accommodated. Room 3117 was clean and comfy, including the bed. Cool view! As Paris was unusually sunny and warm 18C (65F) for March, our room got a little warm on the 2nd day. I informed the front desk, and within 20 minutes, a maintenance person arrived. He said the AC system was not working, but the repair person is out for the weekend. He asked if we wanted to move rooms or use a fan. We wanted to stay on 31st floor, so fan it was, and it worked great. I used the pool twice. Everyone employee we met was very friendly and answered any questions we had. Location was great! Many excellent restaurants and shopping. including Monoprix supermarket, adjacent in Beaugrenelle. Metro station Charles-Michels 5 mins. Check out Cojean Cafe for breakfast around the corner and Cafe Beaugrenelle for dinner across from metro station. Eiffel Tower 15-minute walk. My in-laws liked it so much they returned the next weekend before flying out. Parking is 35 Euros per night.

There is stains on pillows,hairs at bathroom,stains on carpet eyv everywhere..not for families..

Excellents views from to top rooms . You can walk to the Eiffel Tower . Lots of restaurants and cafeterias around. Very nice staff.

Novotel in Paris was very clean and safe, and it had fantastic staff and service. I highly recommend for a quick break in Paris

Great location, next to station and lovely walking distance to Effiel Tower. Great view as well. Shopping centre round the corner and a great pizza pasta Italian restaurant over the bridge. Hotel can do with more food options for vegans and eggless options, otherwise great hotel and staff brilliant. Pool wasnt too bad, basic standard but still ok for kids. Great the fact the roof opens in the summer, very impressive. Very big and clean, actually felt like a new hotel. Easy checking in and staff also accommodated for a slightly late check out. Brilliant team would highly recommend and certainly stay here agin. Thanks team!

Room had no air conditioning and hot, we requested a fan and that made bearable, bathroom layout was bad.

Fabulous stay

Fabulous hotel, perfect position for sight seeing, not far from metro. 10-15min walk to eiffel tower. Overlooks the seine. Very clean. Good security. Fast efficient lifts so although we were on 31st floor there was never a problem. All staff very polite and helpfull. Bar/lounge area very reasonable prices for paris and lovely atmosphere. Wouldnt hesitate to stay here again!

Horrible Experience – Not Worth the Price! I spent over $1,000 at this hotel, and it was a disaster. I extended my stay for a day, confirmed everything in advance, yet they failed to activate it. When I couldn’t access my room from the 17th floor, I had to come all the way down with my two kids—only to be told, “My colleague forgot.” The room itself was terrible—no hairdryer, no basic amenities like a moisturizer, and the water quality was poor. For a so-called high-end hotel, the service was garbage. Even worse, the electrical panel was left open, which felt unsafe, and there were small flies everywhere. I highly recommend avoiding this place. It’s overpriced, poorly managed, and not worth the frustration.

The staff were great and the property was nice and well maintained, however, the room was HOT. We turned the thermostat down as far as we could and it was still way too warm, to the point that none of us could sleep because we were way too hot. It wasn’t just our room, our family member had a different room and he had the same issue. No window we could open either

The staff was very friendly to my family and my kids felt like home. The restaurant was amazing, service and food. I felt like a resort in the middle of Paris. Water fountain is a very genius idea. Beds are very comfortable.

I loved the safe feeling of this Novotel, with key card scanning requirements throughout - staff were very attentive and polite - however, we was disappointed to hear that the YouTube and online features of the television were completely unavailable, with only one channel that was English and the subtitles that did not work.

Excellent service and stay! Highly recommend!

The staff was not helpful at all. I decided to extend my stay for another day, and guess what? They didn’t even activate my keys. I had to come all the way down from the 17th floor with two kids, only to be told that maybe his colleague forgot to finalize it—terrible service. On top of that, they didn’t have moisturizer, and the electrical panel in the washroom was left open. My kid was about to touch it, which was extremely unsafe and scary. Not cool at all!

too quiet and isolated from main areas

HOR*RI*BLE. The worst hotel exp ever. COLD ROOM no heat. I asked for blankets and was told “NO” there are blankets in the room. When I insisted I was given dried stool stained blanket. I return it to the front desk and was dismissed. If you are able to tolerate prison like conditions this is your place. I have pictures to prove. DO NOT STAY HERE

Hello, First SHUT OUT TO Mariama and Lamine at the front desk-Great Customer Services always very helpful and with a Smile. Also, Amellia( i think I spelled it right-- (LOL) at the excursion desk, She help me with directions and provide me with the METRO MAP. PROS 1. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICES AT ALL TIME!! 2 Close to Eiffel Tower 10mins walk and to METRO #6 3. They Have A BAR which was nice and Abt 3 restaurants 4. Shopping strip right around the corner, with Restaurants, Shops and can buy anything you need. CONS 1. NO LAUNDRY ROOM-- just dry-cleaning service 2. Didn't have a Massage salon at the hotel. IT WAS A AMAZING STAY THANKS FOR MAKING MY 50TH BDAY AMAZING!! WILL BE BACK SOON! HAPPY NEW YEAR's EVERYONE 2025!

Great hotel.

Great hotel. The location was fantastic - about a 10min walk (with kids) from the Eiffel Tower. Close to restaurants and a MonoPrix. Loved their water bar with free still and sparkling water. The breakfast was also great with something for everyone. The rooms are a bit tired but nothing major and they are comfortably appointed. Only mini complaint I would have is the EXTREMELY rude man at the omelet bar. He got the orders of multiple people wrong and was accusatory and obnoxious as if we made him get it wrong. Happened on three out of four days we were there.

Great time in Paris

Hotel is well presented and inviting. Large open apens with comfortable room. Breakfast area is great.

Mold in showers

Hotel is 10 minutes away from Eiffer tower. Besides that, the hotel itself its very old. Room 2027 was our original room and it was disgusting. Mold all over the shower, carpet was old and the baseboards were coming off the wall. They didnt move us right away, but when they did the room was passable. Little dissappointed to have spend almost $1700 with 4 months in advance and get a dirty room. The buffet was okay, its from 6am to 11am. But twice they opened late. The employees were in a rush to pick up your plates, which made us feel really unconfortable and unwelcomed. They have private transfer to airport but you have to make sure. I requested my transfer in advance and STILL was not confirmed until the last minute. So very stressful if you are flying out of the country. I can go on and on and on.

Family trip.

Excellent location for the Eiffel Tower and shopping centre. Did ask for more tea bags and some milk for our room but never turned up and sofa bed for child wasn’t put on our arrival but apart from that an every clean hotel and friendly staff. Would recommend.

Location was good for surrounding attractions, condition of the rooms were below 3 star. No usb ports where as most novotels I have visited have them. Bathrooms were very tired, room furniture was damaged. Another rooms ventilation system wouldn’t cool.

Overall good stay

Overall good stay but we were declined a discount for the executive suite for the 4 nights when all we needed was a junior suite . The junior suite was only available after our 1st night and it would be a hassle to move around with children.

The property was near a shopping street and mall which was convenient as well as near the eiffel tower. My 1st room had bugs on the surfaces as well as in the sink. There was mold in shower. I told staff as soon as i arrived and they cleaned it but bugs came back. I then asked to change rooms and was asked to pack all my stuff and bring it to reception to get the new room key (no help provided with luggage) we had to make/pull out our own sofa bed (booking clearly stated 3 people) i have had better experiences with Novotel

Our first room was so hot we had to ask for a another room. Sebastián was amazing helping us with this. Carpets of bedroom were dirty. Sofá bed was awful.

Great Paris Stay

This was a very nice hotel very close to Eiffel Tower. The rooms were spacious, and state of art security measures Great Restaurant at the hotel. Staff very helpful, friendly, and I was pleasantly surprised by how nice everything was.

On the selected date, we could not reach the property as our flight was canceled but booked this hotel for 3 days later and requested credit for the 1st day Nov 27th that we could not stay due to canceled flight. Would appreciate if the 1st night's stay is refunded but the hotel denied it. We booked through expedia. Hopefully we get a refund as we booked for the next three consecutive days from Nov 28 to Nov 30th. We liked this hotel very much but the hotel can be a little flexible if the reasons are beyond the control of customers like a flight delay. Expedia requested for refund and it was delayed and they have requested again but didn't hear back -Nagarajan Ravishankar

Be cautious

My stay began decent despite the shower leaking in the fooor every time we opened the door. Pull out bed for kids is so thin you feel the springs. Last day money got stolen from my bad by housekeeping.

Clogged Bathroom

Customer service was very rude and not helpful. Complained that our bathroom is clogged and water is not going through but no one did anything about it.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would highly recommend to anyone travelling to Paris. Staff were so helpful, our room was really spacious and very clean. The air conditioning in our room was not working and they quickly got to work and got it fixed. The breakfast was lovely with a wide variety for both adults and kids. The hotel was within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower which was a plus. Would definitely stay here again.

Quick overnight stop

Welcomed with a lovely autumnal display. Was wandering about to find reception as not clearly displayed to go up a level. Staff were friendly on arrival. Easily checked in and found our room. We booked a family room which included a double bed and a pull out sofa bed. Bed was not pulled out for the children on arrival. Coffee and tea facilities available in the room. Only towels we had were hand towels. Not ideal after using the shower/bath. Hotel was only a quick overnight stay for us so did not use breakfast option due to needing to make our early flight. Was easily accessible for visiting the Eiffel Tower.

I enjoyed my stay though it was very short

Not bad

Not a bad hotel all-round. However, the room service menu was extremely limited with no kids meals. The sofa bed was not made for us so we needed to resolve this ourselves and getting through to front desk by telephone was not as easy as it should have been.

The hotel was very nice, pleasantly surprised.

Good location. But toilet seperate hand wash facility not in the toilet. Bed made strange sounds but comfortable enough. Breakfast hall was very small compared to the number of the people staying at the hotel. So i skipped waiting in the line. Food looked good though. The staff was very very nice and friendly . The checking stuff was nice

We stayed here before the Olympics as prices were skyrocketing. Novotel offered a great room at a great rate. The hotel itself is a short 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. The hotel staff were great, and the room was big and comfortable. The lobby is large and there were two beautiful backgrounds to take photos….one of our favorite aspects actually! Food and drink options were available and it was also a short walk to restaurants. This is located west of Paris so it was perfect for getting to the Palace of Versailles. We enjoyed exploring Paris by day and ending up back at the Eiffel Tower for the light show.

My family and I stayed at this hotel for a week. We enjoyed the hotel and it was close to a major shopping district and the Eiffel Tower. The rules at the pool were a bit extreme but we would go back.

The staff, especially Victor and the concierge, were outstanding. Very friendly, helpful and thoughtful. They made out stay great.

This is not a 4 star hotel. This hotel is bug infested. Restrooms were really dirty even after housekeeping cleaned it!

It is a nice hotel. I wish their toilet had a ventilation. Little more space in it and beds were more comfortable. Staff are very friendly. Beautiful area to see Eiffel Tower from the seine river bridge. Overall a nice stay no major issues..other then toilet clogged twice but was fixed right away..an honest review. We will stay again in this hotel for our next trip to Paris..

Very good location. Near the Eiffel Tower. The room was large, bright, clean. Didn't like that the hair dryer was bad. They cleaned every day, changed towels and bedding. In general, I liked everything!

Good Hotel with Poor Conceirge Service

I stayed in Paris with my daughter for 10 nights and was happy with the overall hotel and our room. The kettle and tray as well as the mirrors were filled with dust and not cleaned prior to or during the stay. The most dissapointing was the concierge desk particularly Carine who was not helpful on many occasions about metros, directions, times and any other general information. We stopped and asked for assistance for a few days and eventually concluded that she could not assist us at all with any of our questions or queries and we simply didn’t ask anymore. The lack of help by a conceirge desk was shockingly poor!
