I recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The property has a great vibe with stylish décor that creates a welcoming atmosphere. Everything in the room was functional, which I appreciated. While I didn’t have the chance to try room service, the provided amenities were thoughtful—shampoo, conditioner, and body gel were available, and the shower was comfortable. One detail I particularly liked was the layout of the bathroom, with the toilet in a separate room from the shower, adding an extra level of convenience. Overall, a decent stay with a nice design and a comfortable setup. Would recommend!

Great hotel in Lima

I stayed for a week at this hotel for work. I loved it. It was incredibly clean and comfortable and about 1/3 the price of the Swissotel across the street.

It was a great experience stay here.

The hotel was ok but the room are to little. The hall on the hotel is amazing but the rooms are to small .

The property was fine. Staff helpful. Good breakfast. Nice suburb. Elegant. Only little problem was that main reservation personnel did not communicate my request for late check out a day earlier. Confusion with billing. The down payment was way above quote by Expedia. So I am waiting for my credit cards refund adjustments they send me an electronic bill. It was not settled when I left the hotel ?? I hope they fix all that in the coming days. My big deposit still show “pending” on my credit card from CitiBank Master card ??

Not a good experience. I asked beforehand on swimming pool temperature. They told me 28° C but it was definitely colder than that. Buffett breakfast was good.

It’s was great ,breakfast and room cleaned It was great ,all personnel very friendly and nice in all aspects.Breakfast excellent, Room very clean and comfortable.Location even tough is not close to city center it is very safe and calm. To go to the city center Uber only cost us $10 dollars.

Novotel Lima offers a comfortable stay. The location is in a lovely area of Lima, with easy access by Uber or taxi to the rest of this beautiful city. The room is small, but efficient. We enjoyed the bathroom that has a separate toilette room, especially good for couples. At Novotel you get value for money. Check in and check out was fast. Requests, such as for more hangers, were promptly responded to.

I've just stayed for 2 nights and it was an OK experience.

I liked because it was so quiet. I did not like the lack of assistance during may stay.

The staff was very friend and accommodating to our needs at all times. My one displeasure was the lack of staffing at the restaurant. I understand the circumstance of the lack of service might be due to the pandemic but when it came to getting the orders right, it turned out to be a mess. Besides the poor service at the restaurant we enjoyed our stay. Great location as well. Will definitely stay at this hotel again.

New hotel, good location but lacking in service

New hotel, love the location but rather disappointing in a few areas: Room service. First night, called reception for room service and his reply was .."sorry, I'm very busy"...then after much insistence, he took my order. Second night. called room service several times from 9pm to 10pm..no answer...so i called the reception and was told that room service will start only at 11pm that night coz of shortage of staff. Cleaniness Room cleaning can be improved. There are still stains on the table, sink and glasses after cleaning. Room comfort. Air con blows directly at study table which makes it unbearably cold even at lowest fan speed at 22 degrees.

the hotel is about 1mile from the center of the Lima and about 3 miles from the ocean Taxi to the center about 10 Soles ($3) to the ocean about 15 soles there are plenty of the good restaurants around and great park on the walking distance from hotel

Staff was very friendly and plentiful. Room was small and the AC did not seem to operate effectively. Otherwise a very nice stay. Safe area to walk and shop.

The breakfast buffet was not as good as other Novotel Hotels. I travel to different countries and always look for Novotel hotels first, but the Novotel in Peru including Cusco food wise was more limited and just subpar.

Nice hotel with all essentials and a great location. No frills but well priced.

If they can't serve a regular meal off the menu when they are serving a smorg, exclude the menus that day.That was what they told us the reason our meal was late.Our friends had left way before our meal came . We waited for 1 hour for soup and a hamburger and the hamburger had to go back as the meat was totally raw, yes I mean red.

Undergoing bar and restaurant refurbishment a bit of a mess. Our bedroom bathroom very basic, no great wrap.good area, but a fair way to centre.

Well located business hotel

The front desk was very welcoming and helpful. An issue with the air conditioner was fixed immediately. They even accommodated the drop off and pick up of a mountain bike for an excursion with friends. The bed and bedding was comfortable and the room was quiet. The bathroom was a bit cramped and the towels could be a lot softer. The location was close to my meeting and lots of great restaurants within walking distance. I suggest to avoid asking the hotel to arrange for a taxi - it was 5 times the cost of getting one at the nearest intersection! Internet also worked well.
