Well organised hotel; excluding reception staff

The hotel is designed perfectly; it's well organised; the cleaning staff did their best; the location is great. But the reception service wasn't good enough; one of the ladies there was rude and non-welcoming at all; as a family we reserved 2 rooms supposed to be connecting rooms or next to each other or at least at the same floor; but the lady gave us a room for the parents at 4th floor while the children room at 7th floor!! she claimed that the hotel is almost full though our reservation was unrefundable and booked 4 days prior to stay. The breakfast was poor and costy. The wellness area needs more services; as the pool is cold; the jacuzi wasn't working and you need to reserve the sauna an hour before that as they turned it on only on request.

Every things in this hotel is great

Wonderful Hotel, clean, calm, and very helpful staff. The reception staff are very cooperative and freindly. The situation of the hotel is just great, close to the shoping areas and good resturants. This was my 2nd stay in Novote and it will be my beat choice in next visits to Diyarbakir. I highly recomend this hotel.

Good but not friendly

It was good but just too much restrictions having a friend to meet up. It was not friendly place and people!

I liked thar a mall was right across street did my dry cleaning there it was close to all things and places i visited. I hated despised for 9 days i was there my room cards immediately demagnetized . i would come tired from being out and everyday i had to be inconvenienced and no one did or cared this was an issue

Overall, it was a good hotel

My room was supposed to non-smoking but smelled like smoke. Curtains and bathroom linens were shabby. Bedspread was stained and I had to ask for new one.

Very clean, organized property. Also, staff is so positive and friendly. I highly recommend this place.

A lot to be desired..

The place looks really good and is clean. The service was quick and valet was nice. We arrived and tried figuring out the light switches, one light was not working it was the only one we wanted to use.. We could not find the remote for the TV, the next morning sitting on the couch next to the window, she says “look” and under the bed near the headboard was the remote we gave up on looking for. I decided to take a shower, and the main largest shower head was broken, it literally spat most of the water out sideways and the rest came out like normal.. After our shower, she was looking for the blowdryer we looked in every cabinet and there was nothing... Lastly, the sheets.. Man we’re they annoying, every time one of us would move the sheets would make a disturbing noise sounding like someone changing a plastic garbage bag, it was very unpleasant. We ended up using their heavy blanket because of this. Sorry guys, but I tried something other than Divan and will not make that mistake again.

Top class 4* hotel - great staff - good location!

Fantastic hotel & staff. HOTEL: Despite quite a few of the staff not speaking English they were very pleasant, polite and ensured our stay was a perfect one. Beds were really comfortable, water was warm, tea making facilities in the room with a free bottle of water each day... perfect! Pool was nice too (although not sure why we were made to where very tight fitting elastic head caps, surely a shower before swimming is a better way?) Nice little shopping precinct opposite, and plenty of places to eat within minutes. If you are from the West, don't expect alcohol here or in most local restaurants either! The local tea and coffee is amazing, as is the food! We will certainly have no hesitation in returning to this hotel when we return to complete our research in the next year or so! THE AREA: Although this area of Turkey is not recommended by many Western governments, including the UK, I was here with some colleagues to visit Dara and Gobekli Tepè for some research for work. Everywhere we went we were welcomed & treated really well. Can't speak highly enough of the people of Diyarbakir, from the Police in their armoured vehicles at check-points, through to the locals in villages and towns we passed through...

The staff were wonderful. The breakfast buffet was amazing. My only complaint was the rooms were too hot in late Nov and the only way to cool them down was to open the window. There is an upscale shopping mall across the street.

it was ok to stay, price/performance rate is low. Should see better hotel to this price.

nice and comfortable hotel. But a little bit far away from town center. You need to take a taxi or dolmus, local midibus(which are not comfortable) to reach to the main sightseing places. .

Das Hotel benötigt dringend eine Erneuerung. Das Wasser im Badezimmerbecken läuft schlecht ab, sodass immer Reste im Becken zu sehen waren. Das Bad/Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt nach der ersten Nacht. Gym wurde wegen den Feiertagen erst um 11 Uhr geöffnet welches nicht bei der Buchung erwähnt wurde. Hätten wir diese Info vorher hätte ich ein anderes Hotel ausgewählt . Das Frühstücksbuffet war mager. An einem Tag gab es keinen Kaffee zum Frühstück. Das Spa welches wir besucht hatten um ins Hamam zu gehen waren veraltet, dreckig und das Hamam wie auch die Sauna war ausgeschaltet obwohl wir einen Termin hatten. Die Enttäuchung war groß.

Eşim ile kaldığımız oda temiz ve rahattı. Beklentimizin üzerindeydi. Sabah kahvaltısı muhteşemdi. Restorant bölümünde çalışan arkadaşlara tekrar teşekkür ederim. Güler yüzleri, saygıları ve hizmetlerinden dolayı. Tebrikler. Diyarbakır a geldiğimizde tekrar tercih edeceğimiz kesin.👏👏

Novotel generally keep quite high level and this hotel was the same. So basicaly nothing to complain about. The only important issue is that location provided by hotel.com map is different from real location. In the map it is very close to city centre, but in reality it is placed maybe 10km further towards the suburb. This should be arranged.

Her şey çok güzeldi, odamız çok temizdi. Çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve ilgililerdi.

Otelin konum olarak hemen Forum Diyarbakır’ın yanında. Gayet güzel bir otel. Temiz. Tavsiye ederim.

Gayet rahat edeceğiniz otel.

Turist rehberiyim, yatağı bu kadar rahat olan az otele rastlamışımdır. Genel olarak temiz. Yeri karışık değil. Hemen yanında Forum Avm var ihtiyaç durumunda bir kaç adımda Avm’desiniz. Şehir merkezine ( sur içi) biraz uzak. Ama rahatınıza düşkünseniz Novotel’i tercih edebilirsiniz.

Vasat konaklama 4yıldızlı otel gibi değil

Otelde ilk defa konakladık. Her yönüyle keyifli bi deneyim oldu. Sadece check out işlemi sırasında yetkili bayan sorumsuzluk örneği sergiledi. Hem yüzünde maske yoktu, hem de işlem yaparken hapşırdı ve eliyle ağzını tuttuktan sonra bir dezenfektan yapmadan işleme devam etti. Son derece rahatsız edici ve sorumsuzca bir davranıştı.

200 TL için küçük düşen Otel

3 gecelik rezervasyon yaptım. Peşin ödedim. Sağlık sorunu sebebiyle 1 gece etken çıktım ve çıkarken 5 gün sonra gelip 1 gecelik konaklamamı kullanmak istediğimi söyledim. Size dönüş yaparız dediler. Dönüş yapıp kullanamayacağımı ilettiler. 200 TL için kendilerini küçük duruma düşürmelerini hiç hoş karşılamadım. 4-5 ay boyunca iş için sık sık Diyarbakırda olacağım. Ayda en az 5-6 gece konaklayacaktım. Bir daha bu oteli tercih etmeyi düşünmüyorum.

호텔스닷컴의 숙소 위치표시가 지도에 잘못되어 있어서 매우 고생했습니다. 밤에 갔는데, 택시를 여러 번 타고 자정에야 도착했습니다.. 도심과 동떨어진 위치입니다. 숙소는 가격대비 좋았고 조식도 좋았습니다. 리셉션 직원은 영어가 짧지만 매니저급 직원들이 와서 도와줍니다. 수영장, 피트니스, 하맘은 잘 사용되고 있지는 않은듯 했으나 그럭저럭 좋았습니다. 택시로 혹은 렌트로 공항, 호텔, 오토가르, 구시가를 다닌 다면 괜찮습니다.

Otel genel olarak konforlu. Çalışanlar yardım sever ve güleryüzlü. İş için seyahat edenler için ideal diyebilirim.

Sehr nettes Personal, und gutes Essen Lage vom Hotel ist auch toll direkt neben einem großen Einkaufszentrum. Einziges Manko gegenüber ist eine viel befahrene Straße die auch nachts nicht zu überhören ist.
