House keeping can be better. Rooms are super compact, comparing to Ahmedabad standard.

The customer service was awesome! The women who helped us check-in made sure our stay was amazing. I upgraded to the wellness program and totally enjoyed the room upgrade, dinner buffet, and massage!

Terrible Experience. Novotel staff makes false promises. Their team is not capable of handling any requests for a special occasion. They screw up on the big day even after a million confirmations. They don't stand by their words. I would highly suggest to not consider Novotel for any special occasions.

Good place for its price

Vergy good place to stay for its price. Service is excellent and the buffet diverse. Im generally happy with my stay. Used taxi to the airport as well.

It was pathetic experience with 0 score in terms or service provided and their service takes ages like 40 minutes to give Menu card in room

It was a excellent experience staying at Novotel Ahmedabad. All the staffs were cool and nice behavior. children play room was in 1st floor was good .My kids enjoyed a lot. Breakfast was superb. Plenty of varieties dishes was there . Over all we found worth of money.

I have booked room for wedding night of my friend with extra amount of Room decor celebration package.. but the decoration and inclusion items are not there and it’s a wedding night.. It’s a very terrible experience. Here, I paid the advanced fees for room decoration.. Also, I confirmed regarding room decoration multiple times; Firstly, one day before arrival at the hotel, and Lastly, I was at reception counter for room details.. It’s a very horrible experience for the couple who stayed. This is the memorable day for them and they have ruined it.. I would suggest to check with the manager multiple times before your arrival.. The stay was really good. Hotel over all is nice and breakfast was also delicious. Only one thing they can improve is they do not deliver food to room of ordered online. We need to come to reception for same.

Stay was comfortable but you need to be careful with your important documents. Mine was taken away by the cleaning staff and thrown out in the trash...where it was impossible to get it. All the original documents.

Not worth the price.

For the price paid, I expected a cleaner more modern hotel. Was a lot more dated. For the same price, you are able to get a lot better hotels.

Truly a luxury experience. The room is big, very nice view of the city, veery comfortable bed, ok gym, and nice pool area. Its located in the new area, so very far from the old centre, nothing very nice in the surroundings to do on foot (only some shops). The buffet is very good, but a little bit expensive. Nice amenities and all the staff were very nice

If you are looking for a refreshing beer then Novotel AMD is perfect - it is one of a rare Licensed premises in the whole of this Dry state. Most importantly, the outstanding feature of this hotel are its staff and their efforts to treat every guest personally - (not just a "room renter"). All concerns are listened to, all requests are fulfilled to a satisfactory level, all efforts are made to make the stay as comfortable as possible. Nice pool Great food Very helpful running errands to get medicine

Clean hotel. Service was good and staff were professional. Breakfast was decent. Their gym is also good. Spa was excellent. However, our electricity and AC went out on our last day, and it took them at least several hours to attend after we reported the issue. The AC was never repaired before we left.

Stayed here for 10 days and booked 3 rooms with my family. 1) check in wasn’t smooth (room keys weren’t working) 2) room was dirty upon check in 3) in room dining wasn’t up to the standard 4) gym had warm water 5) elevators weren’t working 6) spa service was average 5) brought everything to managers attention and nothing changed during our 10 day stay Will not return to this hotel

One of the best five star hotel in Ahmedabad. Rooms are extraordinary with all necessary things. Bathrooms are beautiful. Staff members are very kind and gentle.

Very bad experience...................i have paas the message to the management of novotel.

Good location, courteous, prompt, polite and efficient staff.

Poor interior design. The bathroom curtain did not have electric switch. Even worse the curtain opened from outside the bathroom. Such a terrible design flaw is not expected in a 5 * hotel. Room windows were not cleaned regulary from outside. Lobbies are dark and sometime smelly due to moisture and poor ventilation.

Staff were lovely and could not have done more for us. Facilities were good but cleanliness could have been better, particularly the carpets which were in need of a deep Cleanse.

Hotel is indeed good a typical Novotel but like all hotels here no bathtub any any rooms,
