Absolutely disgusting hotel

I would not recommend this hotel. When I entered the lobby looked like it was under construction and there was no heating, However I disregarded that and checked in. I went to the bathroom and realized three of four lights were out and there were no towels. I went to the from desk and they said they will bring towels and have maintenance take care of the lights. Once I went back to the room I noticed the carpet was dirty looking, a door which had come off the tv cabinet was broken off and laid to the side. Overall the room and appearance was unacceptable and definitely not like the posted images. I discussed it with my wife and we agreed to check out. I went back to the front desk and they apologized for the inconvenience, I asked if the charge was removed and I was assured it was - I hope it will be, as of this writing it shows as pending. We left and found another place in the area.

Very nasty flies everywhere. Toilet overflowing. This is not a place to stay .service is bad I didn’t stay at this hotel.They didn’t give me a refund I don’t recommend!!! Please don’t book . Not worth the money at all !!!!!

Well since I knew where this hotel was, I did not have very high expectations. But it was worse than I thought. They had not towels or wash clothes. When I asked for a towel they said they had no clean ones and to check back in the morning. Also the so called bold coffee was just water with a little bit of coffee in it. And breakfast was nothing to write home about. Only cereal. Staff was friendly and security was present. So that was a good thing.

Charged extra to sit in parking lot because had car trouble . CCOCKROACHES

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! First of all the pictures here are misleading, the rooms are dirty and disgusting. Second of all, the whole place looked kind of scetchy and unsafe with a lot of scetchy people, hanging around or staying there as well. First they gave us a room that was just disgusting,then they gave us another one that was just as dirty as the previous one. We were supposed to have a breakfast in the morning, the breakfast area was dirty as well and there was no breakfast except some mini muffins and mini donuts. So just stay away from that place, it is a completely unsafe and disgusting!!

I coudlnt even let my kids stay in this hotel. We had to leave and find a room somewhere else for the night. There was cigarette burns on the floor, bedding, and wall. The bathroom sink was cracked and leaking water everywhere. There were no towels or extra toilet paper, there were 2 pillows for 2 bed room. It was awful.

The place smelled, the sheets had holes in them and the continental breakfast was not what was expected.

Don’t be fooled by the “breakfast”. This morning they only had bagged bread. The waffle machine was there but not working. The bed is broken and very uncomfortable. We were bitten by some inspects last night. Neighbors are really loud. There are weird people in the surrounding area.

Not so great

Hotel didn’t refund deposit. Has flees and roaches. Whole place is broken down and disgusting. Dirty sheets, had to request towels, no ice machine, lied about having a gym, no cups in the room, everything was covered in a layer of grease. Just an overall bad experience.

Very dirty lobby rooms unkept mattresses and such could not even stay didnt feel safe

I have photos to prove it. There is black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. We had no towels or pillows when we checked in. There were bandaids stuck the wall by the bed. Absolutely disgusting I wish I could get a little bit of a refund. Not worth it at all.

The room was dirty and unclean. Shower curtain stained with blood. Reported the issue to the staff but nothing was done.

The carpet was beyond disgusting.

Our room was very dirty and the beds were not made when we arrived. The bathroom was very dirty and did not have soap or towels. Trash cans still had trash in them from the previous guest. I was just glad that the AC was working and there were no bed bugs, but I can't say the same for other rooms. This would a fine place to stay if you were desperate for a last minute cheap hotel.

Beds are extremely hard was not provided towels or rags curtains torn in room. The room in general was in overall poor condition

Worst expirence ever in a hotel ever. I was given a room with non working AC after complaints i was moved in another room again with non working AC Worst night spend unable to sleep they claim they provide breakfast but none available. Do not try to spoil your night stay here ever run away from this place

Very dirty I’d rather sleep in the forest if you expect a breakfast I hope you like cheerios with no milk and a warm sunny delight. No working pool. Not remotely comfortable for children

Don't stay here

Bedspreads had spots on them as well as the carpets. The ironing board was set up but looked like it had vomit on it. We had no towels. Breakfast was prepackaged muffins and there were only three packages in there when we went in. No juice no milk nothing as advertised

our first room had a broken shower and the second room had broken AC. eventually we settled in another room, but the room/hotel itself was dingy and felt dirty. it smelled awful in the hallways — like smoke, alcohol and urine. we didn’t have any towels, and the ones we were given ended up having curly hairs in them — so i’m not convinced they were actually clean. we were given three pillows in total and they never brought more when we asked. the sheets had cigarette burn holes in them. the carpet in the room was so dirty it turned the bottoms of our feet black, and the water in the bathroom smelled awful. the surfaces haven’t been wiped or anything, and the tables and tv stand were held together with tape. luckily we only needed to sleep one night here, but we won’t be back.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

The hallway smelled like smoking and vomit. We had to ask for towels as there were none in the room. We also advised house keeping there was an area in our room that needed to be cleaned, though they didn’t clean it. When we asked house keeping for a change of sheets, they told us we had to remove the sheets ourselves, put them in a bag, and leave them outside our door. Breakfast was supposed to be served, though there was only dry cereal and oatmeal packets (no milk or hot water).

Terrible.

Our door did not lock so that was a saftey hazard. The ad says a continental breakfast was to be provided and it was not. The sign on the door has different hours of service and even then, there wasn't food provided for the hours posted besides cherios. They said food isn't allowed uptairs but told us to go upstiars with our food and charged me for it. I had three guys but they refused to give me a third towel and it was a hassel for am extra two pillows.

I didn't like the hotel because drugs addicts hangs out there, its not a safe place for families to stay, the linens in the rooms weren't changed, and room were very dirty!

The hotel staff and some guest changed my key card so I couldn’t enter my room with my card and security entered my room with other people and stole all my items out of the room I occupied

I had a horrible experience. There was blood stains on the ceiling and on the box springs, facilities were not cleaned well, there was police present upon arrival for domestic abuse call, the surrounding area looked deserted, in presentable and sketchy, falsely advertised having breakfast included and I did not receive a partial refund I was promised due to poor service.

my flights got cancelled due to weather. I called expedia and hotel so many times to cancel my hotel reservation. No answer at hotel. The hotel has no phone in the year 2024. No one to answer the either. Expedia records were udpated when flights were cancelled. Expedia didnot cancel my hotel stay either. Now, i am handed this survey to rate my stay which never occured. The room provided was not clean at all and when one was provided, it had a horrible smell. The landscaping needed attention badly, the furniture was torn/old and the carpet was dirty. There were old, dirty chairs near the fence where it appears homeless folk may have been. It was not a pleasant first impression. The desk clerk was nice and helpful. Although breakfast was supposed to be included, none was available anytime during the stay. The desk person said sometimes the food deliveries don't come.

Wet mess

The First room smelled of mildew and half the floor was wet. The bathroom dirty and drains didn't work. In the second room the ac was broken, no towels, and the interior lock latch didn't work

The water was set on boiling hot n they never fixed the issue fr, then they didn’t even have towels, or rags or a bath mate in the room had to go ask for that, the toilet was wobbling asf, they didn’t even have housekeepers to clean rooms daily fr. WORSE HOTEL EVER!!!! Do not stay here I wish I could have got my money back

it was nasty, bugs & stuff everywhere. was not cleaned properly, had blood on the sheets. the key didn’t work for the door for an hour. people were loud, arguing & fighting the whole time.

For starters had to put key card in slot 3 or 4 times before it opened and that's every time I went into the room. The floor was very wet in the carpet, you couldn't walk barefoot, had to ask for pillow and towels and rags.

The hotel was overbooked and even though we reserved a room 3 days in advance and paid, when we arrived we found that the hotel had been overbooked and no rooms were available. 11 people waiting in line for a room were sent away , even though they reserved a room and paid in advance. Also the common bathroom had one stall that was out of order and one that wouldn't flush, and no toilet paper

ac unit didn’t produce cool air, bathroom was gross, bed had old used sheets on it. Smelled like cigarettes.

Dirty, lying, disgusting place

This was by far the worst hotel i have ever stayed at. It was dirty in the hallways (stash of trash - see pics), had a disgusting ironing board (who knows what i slept on), things falling apart, false advertising on having a gym and breakfast (it had neither), the sheet was put on the outside of likely unwashed covers, and to top it off, the last day i was there they apparently oversold and just shut the front door and posted a sign that people who were overbooked couldn't stay there.

Change the hotel carpets they stank

Terrible place---couldn't stay the two nights due to the uncleanliness of the room. I am waiting to hear back from Hotels.com about room reimbursement. See pictures for more details.

We arrived to check in and we were told they overbooked they had one room available gave me the key and told me to go check it. When I went to the room it was dirty and had not been cleaned. Would not recommend!!

Showed up a little early and had an event that night. Was not able to get early check in and told the desk clerk I would be checking in late. Was given a parking pass and told that was fine. When I came back later they had given my room to someone else. Horrible expierience and very rude and unhelpful staff.

Ironic you ask me to review this property when we didn’t even stay!! Regardless of having a confirmed booking and reservation it didn’t matter because they were only taking people who prepaid for the room. Little did they not tell you until you arrived, waited in line, and then were turned away! Extremely unhappy and left my sister and I with no place to stay, stranded.

We waited over an hour to check in, there was no shower curtain/door in our bathroom, no towels or toilet paper, the toilet seat was not connected to the toliet and the toliet was cracked, the A/C unit was leaking on the floor, there ware holes in the sheets, and it smelled of mildew/mold. The hotel was overbooked and there were 30 people waiting in line and would not let other customers in who had prepaid online.

First room had dirty diapers and trash. Prostitution and drugs. Ac didn’t work. Couldn’t stay. Would like a refund.

Hotel was oversold and we were denied check in

Property overbooked and canceled all remaining reservations with no calls, no emails. Arrived and no one was let in even. Thankfully they refunded canceled reservations. Building and rooms looked quite dirty, however we did not see the inside of the rooms the windows and curtains were scary to say the least. There are people living in the woods by the parking lot and the lot was covered in garbage. Little care for cleanliness and respect to even call people to cancel their reservation

I had to cancel my trip due to a death in the family and they cancelled it without a problem. I spoke with Alaa and she was wonderful!! Although I didn’t get to stay at the Norwood Inn in Columbus, OH I will definitely recommend them and hope to be able to stay there on another trip

Place had bedbugs! and neither room they tried to accommodate us in had towels..

It an motel not and hotel , the rooms are not cleaned and the hall way is dirty , no towels in the rooms ,i have to ask , and it really need to be up grade , ants are in the room it look like the governments used it as a shelters, Over 69$ a night is too much, i don't recommend no decent person to stay there alt all , i don't even know how the pass the state inspection period

Totally Disappointed

First of all, I'm upset because of the false advertising of the property. My room had a stopped up bathroom sink. Picture and mirror off the wall. Lamp shades hanging off the lamps. The drawer to the dresser falling off. The microwave had no plate. There were dingy towels. Telephone had no dial tone. Maintenance man brought us another phone no better than the first one. Notice I said (Maintenance man) not housekeeper or houseman. No breakfast as advertised. No pool as advertised. I would like my money back. It was also my birthday. What a trip. Oh believe me I have a lot more to say but I would rather be reimbursed for my troubles. For the price I was charged for that horrible stay. I DESERVE MY MONEY BACK. HOTELS.COM, You should be ashamed of helping them. With the condition that place is in. And for taking people money for that crappy place. Out of towners getting robbed online for there money for a room there not going to get.

Very Dirty and bad customer service.

Sink was coming off the wall. There as ZERO towels or wash cloths in the room. ZERO garbage cans. Mirror was on the floor and leaning against the curtains.

The bed was not made properly. Dirty pillow cases and sheets. No comforter and only two small pillows. Dirty floor and hairs around. The front desk people were nice but the hotel has so many problems. When it rained there was a puddle in the hallway. The pool and free breakfast was closed.

Bad Hotel

We arrived at the hotel. Both rooms were dirty. There was water on bathroom floor and feces in toilet. Tub was dirty. Beds unmade. Had to leave but wouldn’t give us a refund. Stated we had to go through who we booked with.

This property has obviously been neglected for quite some time. The lobby area was dirty, the hallways were stained and filth, and the room was even worse. The carpet was stained and filthy and gritty, cigarette burns in covers, blood droplets on sheets, mold on shower walls and under tub mat, no mattress protectors on the beds, lots of damage and dirt smears on the walls. People lounging in stairwells and shady people circling the parking lot. $154/night for a “luxury room” that was in this condition, absolutely horrible, only the second time in 40 years I’ve left a hotel. I was so upset to find I drove 4 hours for a belated birthday trip to arrive to this! We immediate checked out and found another hotel! Will never be back, place should be shut down! Filed a complaint with pictures with Travelocity, who I booked thru!

Breakfast was only from 7:30-8:30. Refrigerator in breakfast area was warm, and milk inside was warm. There was cereal, but couldn’t eat it with with milk. Waffle machine was broken. Some packaged breakfast pastries. Signs indicated that there would be ‘consequences’ if any food left the area. In the room, the refrigerator was broken, as was the cabinet door where the refrigerator was stored. Ice machine was broken as well. Beds were comfortable and appeared clean. Would not recommend or stay here again.

The first room I was given had no blankets, was dirty and the A/C was pulled apart with the engine exposed. The receptionist “upgraded” our room to a better room. This room had a toilet seat that was falling apart, the baseboards peeling away from the wall with mold exposed, and a nail/screw sticking out of the shower wall. I slept with my clothes on, didn’t shower and left as soon as I woke. The landscaping was poorly lacking with the grass over 18” tall. I was traveling with a service dog, the receptionist demanded ID to show he was a service dog, which legally he’s not allowed to do. I did provide legal documentation, which was on my phone.

Very Dirty.

Wasn’t what the pictures look like. Said hot tub in the room but was a jacuzzi tub. The shower didn’t work but 1 little stream. The bed was uncomfortable and the tv was small. Surrounding area around the hotel is rough and crowded. People nodded out in there car and felt unsafe. Would not recommend unless you just don’t have the money to do anything else.

This is a gross neighborhood and this hotel has a fair number of “long term” renters. Did not feel safe. Lot of people wandering the halls. Very transient vibe. Do not recommend.

DO NOT STAY HERE

I waited a few days to post this review so I could calm down a bit. WOW WORST PLACE EVER. Seriously this place should not be on Hotels.com I will make the list short.Broken TV, Stains on Carpet, Bathroom looked like it was never cleaned, Mold on walls But the worst part was the Breakfast. OMG NO COFFEE and the food was a toaster with bread and stale cereal plus some packaged snack cakes

Actually disgusting. Sheets were not clean and there were visible stains. Left over pubes in the beds. Old cigarettes burn holes in the duvet. The entire building smelled like cigarettes and dirty underwear. I had to sleep on a towel to avoid catching critters. Someone left their period on the floor.

Should be closed down

This hotel needs to be removed from Hotels.com. There was drug dealers pot smoking all over the place. Our toilet didn’t work. Our fridge didn’t work. We left immediately. It was the most disgusting place I have ever seen and dangerous rips in the blankets floor was filthy with stuff all over it, I have never seen anything like this in my life

The property was less than inviting. There were no qualities that I could see. The room was dark and small, there were no towels, trash cans, or extra linens. The doors were slamming all night and cars outside my room revving their engines. When I asked for towels, they were rough to the touch and dirty. Even though I was in a nonsmoking room, it still smelled of smoke in the hallway. Thankfully, I only needed one night or I would have left to find another hotel.

No pillow covers. Poor quality sheets and cover. Sink was out of level and water pooled in it. Floor was filthy.

Several people who weren't guests hanging around in lobby constantly. Noticed several things needing repair/maintaining. Metal piece attached to window made loud bang in the wind, but they let us pick a new room which was great. Hot tub had signs of previous leaking and repair job looked done half correctly.

Wrong Advertisement!

No ice machine; No clear breakfast; Dining room had nothing, including light. Only two pillows. Bed made incorrectly. Furniture was broken. No linen in room, including bathroom rug. Torn curtain. No fitness facility per online advertisement,

Much of what should have been there was missing or broken. No towels, only one pillow per bed, refrigerator missing, some of the drawers were broken, picture frame was broken, big hole in the wall in bathroom where the doorknob had hit it. They tried to fix it, but never put in the door stop and the fix was broken. No TV remote.

REALLY BAD HOTEL EXPERIENCE

Well to begin with I reserved and paid for a King Size Bed, on the first floor and when I arrived at the hotel I was assigned a room with 2 double beds, on the second floor. The TV didn't work, so the maintenance man had to go get a TV From another room. The maintenance guy was helpful and cool. My toilet clogged up and wouldn't even flush. That didn't get fixed while we were there. When we arrived there was no towels or wash cloths. This was one of the most horrible hotel experiences I have ever had. When I addressed them about the problems and they acted like it was our fault. Just a really horrible experience overall

No Good Stay

I had no wash rags no towels there was no remote to my TV and they said they don’t have One Terrible Service!!!

It’s cheap for a reason

The room smelled like a chemical spill. There were no towels. One small pillow. The hallways were dirty and sticky. The only good thing to say was that the water was hot.

What would you expect for 60 a night?

The room came with a complimentary cigarette butt on the floor. Very uncomfortable bed and the toilet didnt work at all. They say free breakfast but its apples and bread. The staff was oddly enough nice. No towels in the rooms though. What else do you expect for a 60 dollar a night room? Learned my lesson with getting what youpay for.
