Good value for the money, well equipped kitchen. Facilities clean and tidy.

The bed spread was dirty and.stained as was the carpet.and the room had a damp smell

Little gem in Cambridge

First time I've overnighted in Cambridge. The property is fairly central (walking distance to the pub quiz). It has a shared kitchen and balcony

Two nights to explore the area and it was close to Hobbiton. Good price, central location, comfy beds, nice hot showers when it heats up.

The coffee cups had coffee on the outsides of them, the sheets and pillows had stains and the bathroom had mould on the walls

They have been exellent the 3 times we have been there. The only thing I did not like was the cold shower room. When I turn on the light the fans start to pump cold air,

Property is very centrally located and very convenient to shops, restaurants etc. The windows in the room are pretty small and high, not a biggie but not much view outside the room.

Central kitchen dinning room was very convenient, Makes it easy for breakfast if you have an early start.

The bed was very comfortable but the pillows, for us weren't. Check in was very easy. Noise travelled from the corridor and one of the latches was broken on the window. Overall the room was clean and tidy.

The room smelt terrible, the shower would start and then stop for 30 seconds the. Start for a bit and stop again which meant it took forever for the hot water to finally come through. Couldn’t wash hair due to this. The door wouldn’t shut properly so while my son was trying to figure out how to do this the neighbours were shouting at him to shut up! Couldn’t phone down to reception. Car park was quite far from the entrance and it was pouring with rain so got soaked bring bags in, multiple trips up and down the stairs no elevator for all the bags. Beds comfortable enough though but overall experience was very frustrating and annoying.

The lady at the front desk was very proactive in dealing with the issue of wifi in the room. The shared kitchen was clean and bright.

Our rom was not over large but entirely suitable for our overnight stay. Comfortable bed, breakfast was self service with cereals, bread, milk, tea/coffee all there in the community kitchen

Good location and friendly staff ... though need to accept it does cater for budget travellers and worker-stays, with shared bathroom facilities.

A few days before traveling I advised Motel I was carrying an injury & was given great advice on travel option from the airport and availability of an exterior lift at the Motel. Moment I arrived assistance offered & a bucket of ice supplied 🙂

Although this accommodation was clean and tidy, the staff had limited knowledge of the surrounding area. The room was quite small in comparison to other rooms on our NZ holiday for the same price.

Clean, comfortable rooms. My family and I had adjoining rooms with a shared toilet shower. Kitchen area is shared amongst all guests. Was spacious and comfortable. Plenty of facilities to prepare and cook meals. Great location to be able to walk around town. After our first night, the hallway carpets were being professionally cleaned. Was not an issue to us, but the host apologised for the noise unprompted and gave us a gift of some free snacks which the kids loved! Very friendly place.

We liked this property. Value for money. Air conditioning, spotless towels and bedding.

Stayed one night when passing through. Perfectly fine place with a free breakfast, big and clean. Struggled to sleep as I could hear rooms around me and what I assume was the water/gas or something going off ever so often

Was good being so close to town, didn't match photos but was fine and shower wasn't the best

Hot water took 15 minutes to warm (not the 2 minute wait as advised on the sticker by the shower). Wifi was shocking and tv didn’t work. Location really great, close to good walks, supermarket and restaurants/takeouts.

Very basic accommodation, could not get the tv to work and could smell cigarettes in the hallway. This could be emergency housing, did not feel very safe.

Stay at this motel, was extremely comfortable, safe. Rooms were clean, shared bathroom was in good condition, neat and was properly maintained. Shared kitchen was also neat and tidy,which contained all the utensils

Air cond not working. Some guests partying till 2.00 am . Manager did nothing about it

Long walk to room but ended up near the fire exit which was handy when packing out. Parking shared with businesses and restaurant so limitted at times.

It was convenient and easy. A coat of paint wouldn't go a miss.

We like the stay it was just overnight. But what we thought it was clean.

Sorry to say but in Room 5 at 9.30 it was quite warm and when we turned on the ceiling fan the power blew a fuse so no lights or any power from this time for the rest of our stay, 10am.

Location was very convenient for dining options which are all within walking distance. While the motel is on a main road, but the rooms are very quiet

motel needs to be pulled down. To much noise from other units (2am in the morning) NO phone in unit - so could not call owner to complain. NO Wifi to room/unit very poor condition of property.

Everything I needed for half the price!!

This is a shared separate Mens and womens bathroom situation which was fine because I get up so early. The room was clean. The bathroom/toilets were spotless. My son and partner stayed for work in a compact double unit at Ibis in Hamilton. I could not justify paying $250 per night!!! The drive from Cambridge is 18 mins. It worked out fine. The motel is directly above shops and a pretty decent looking restaurant.

Was woken quite early in the morning by men in next room talking. Walls a bit thin?

Couldn't have asked for better accommodation in Cambridge for us. It was super easy to find. Greeted by staff member immediately and upgraded to bigger room on our arrival. The bed was super comfy and the shower was super big. Plenty of hot water, towels and milk. Could do with a couple of wine glasses in the room as there were only cups available - otherwise, would defo stay here again :)

The screaming children in the night and the same children up early running around the hallway caused us to get up and leave early Surely management must have heard it but nothing was done

Good value clean and tidy

I enjoyed the communal facilities, meeting lots of different people. The rooms were quite noisy.
