Had an amazing stay.
It was an ok (average) property to stay, just enough to sleep, however the bed and pillow was not ok for me. Housekeeping was not daily, only every 2 days. The location is good, 5 mins to Ningyocho Station and many food options nearby.
Great time
It was overall great. Wifi was really slow and dropped randomly, but besides that it was great for a cheap price
Great location to get access to the airport. Stayed at the beginning of our trip before flying out to Fukouka and started a 3 more nights for our Tokyo Stay. Safe neighborhood with easy access to subways, combinis and a great chain restaurant nearby that opens 24 hours.
Conveniently located near Ningyocho Subway that has easy access to either Haneda or Narita Airport. Room size is sufficient for us, but it will be tight if you have large suitcases.
👍
Nil
Friendly staff, rooms decent sized (normal for Japanese hotels), location was great for us, not too far of a walk to Tokyo station to catch the shinkansen
A fantastic hotel with excellent value for money close to the heart of Tokyo. Ningyocho station is less then 5 minutes away by walking and some other stations are within 10 minutes so location is great to explore around. Room was clean with good quality amenities. The room is actually more spacious than the other business hotels I stayed in Japan. Comfy bed, good wifi, pleasant service. Would easily recommend. Side note: Thank you for moving my reservation from smoking to non-smoking room. I know in most cases this request cannot be accommodated but I am very thankful for your consideration.
I am suprised there is shoes polish paper in my room. That's very advantage point.
Good price. The kettle sometimes spit out when boiling
Great!
The single rooms are small, but cozy. The staff is friendly and provides amenities. They also have both washing and vending machine's in the hotel so that’s a big plus! I will book here again in the future!
Microwave oven was not cleaned properly when I wanted to use it. Found remains were stucked in it.
Room was too small.
Great hotel, staff were lovely.
The location is convenient, there are 4 underground stations nearby. The hotel offered everything I needed. I would definitely go back again.
Grear budget hotel.
Great budget hotel.
Pleasent stay with great service staff! The hotel seems new but the condition of some of the walls/carpets seemed a little dirty & smells a little weird? Not sure is it because I booked a smoking room, but i cant complain with the price & location, its good enough. Love the free foot massager machine provided, after a whole day of walking around Tokyo, it makes me excited to go back to the room to rest. Free manga for loan at the lobby too!
Small room but very clean and convenient to the Ningyocho train station. I would recommend this for travelling by yourself or in a pair.
good budget hotel
provide umbrella for raining day, good breakfast, has free locker for luggage storage, room is typical Japanese eco hotel size
Being solo traveler friendly, though it does not it's a smoke friendly facility, is something to keep in mind due to the smell of smoke.
Tiny room but excellent service, 15 min walk to Tokyo station and close to other stations. I like the area. I appreciate the fact you can wash your clothes at any time in the laundry area.
Nice room perfect for one traveler. There was a 7/11 right outside which was great. They also provided chargers in the room which was great because I forgot about one of mine. My only complaint is that it’s not very sound insulated so I could hear the people next to me at times.
Convenient location and kind and helpful staff.
Friendly staff
Older business hotel still lives up to its name
Very clean, low-key, quiet, comfortable hotel. Facilities are somewhat old but functional. Kind and helpful staff.
Good stay!
Really close from Ningyoucho station. I'm satisfied with the service, room. I would use here next time.
The location was good and the staff were friendly. The room was clean and comfy. The room and toilet were small but I guess it’s normal for hotels in Tokyo at this price range.
Good Value
My single room was small (of course) but big enough for just me. Very convenient amenities like vending, laundry, microwave, etc. The hotel is very close to the subway. Would recommend.
Good hotel
I chose this hotel because it had bigger rooms than the norm in Japan and I was not disappointed. The hotel is a 20min walk from Tokyo station and is in the business area. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. The breakfast was excellent with a good Japanese and European choice. There are some restaurants around the hotel but there are a lot more in the stores in the shopping street two main roads away. I would definitely stay at this hotel again
The best varieties of breakfast ever among all hotels I have stayed in Japan. Japanese & American mix, miso soup is the best. Have to include breakfast in your hotel booking. Believe me!~
Have a good start
It was fine. Location very good. But far from main transport.
Good hotel and nice location
It’s the second time I go there. Clerks are so courteous. They’re always ready to help customers. I appreciated the umbrella on rainy days. Only 5 minutes to Ningyocho station. Nihombashi is a place I like. There are lots of services and restaurants. Breakfast is good.
I like this hotel, especially its breakfast, before was fee, now is charged 800JPY, it is ok, it is till lower than other hotel, and it have almost everything to eat. good location for subway, or you can walk to GINZA, Nihombashi, 20-25 min. it is my favorite hotel. staff are very nice, polite. helpful.
Breakfast n strategic location with walking distances metro stations
We stayed at this Inn for our last 3 nights in Tokyo. The stay was the most amazing for our whole trip. It may be small but already bigger than some other hotels in Tokyo. It was only 4 min walking from a Metro station, 10 min train away from the famous Ginza shopping area. The place had everything we needed and it was very clean. I highly recommend this place, I would stay here again next time if I come back to Tokyo.
A good location.
Location was amazing. Surrounded by restaurants and cafe. Close to public transport and relatively quiet in the evenings. Rooms were comfortable and clean. The bathroom is standard Japanese bathroom and facilities were as expected. Breakfast was good and catered for all tastes. Definitely would stay there again.
Great hotel with great service
Hotel is a short distance away from Tokyo station, such that if you arrive late (like we did) after the trains have stopped running and you don't want to wait for the bus, you can take a taxi without paying too much extra. It is also close to two stations, Ningyocho and Mitsukoshimae stations, although Ningyocho is about 5min walk, where as Mitsukoshimae is about 10-15min. We mostly went to the latter station since we rode the Hanzomon line a lot. The hotel is what you expect from a Japanese hotel: exceptional staff service, amenities are provided (toiletries you can grab by the elevator), fast WiFi, laundromat, clean rooms and bathrooms. The room is also slightly bigger than I expected, although it is still small compared to Western hotels. The bed is also super comfortable, along with a fluffy down comforter. I also ordered an in-room massage, which was also a great value. Highly recommend the service if you're feeling sore and tired from your trip.
There are only 2 elevators. It took a while to go down to ground floor from 11th I stayed.
Rooms are tiny, but that's to be expected. Service was wonderful!
Clean. Staff are very professional. Lots of extras like ironing boards, foot massagers, free coffee/juice/water/ice from vending machines. Washer and dryer on every floor. Not to mention a lender phone with internet connection and local call capability you can take outside with you during your stay.
nice hotel, will be there again................................................................................................................
Great place to stay.
Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Gave directions cheerfully and went out of their way to be helpful. We go to Japan once a year and this is our new first choice. Also the free smartphone for us was an amazing surprise!
Location is perfect as u can either walk around to touristic places or catching the public transport. There is 7-eleven just 2 block away from the hotel and a supermarket not far away n lots of places around to eat. Hotel buffet breakfast is delicious and lots of varieties from western to asian food.
My wife left a pair of earrings in the room and I emailed on the same day to ask the hotel to check if they are found. Never received any response from them.
HOTEL CLOSE TO CENTRE OF TOKYO
this hotel is more of a boutique hotel suitable for couples and business travelers who wants to convenience of close to offices and convenient transportation access. room is very small and basic but clean modern and functional. pillows are filled with beans and are not comfortable to sleep in for those not used to it. breakfast is decent and good choices and convenient seating.
nice hotel close to the metro station. And there are many convenient stores around the hotel. The hotel staff is s helpful.
Good
Convenient to Metro
Hotel was in a good location, easily accessible from the Hibiya Line. Rooms were small but acceptable size. Staff friendly and spoke English. Internet was good. Breakfast not western.
Nice hotel in a good location.
Nice hotel in a central and convenient location, close to the Asakusa metro line (Ningyocho stop) for the two airports. Breakfast is good and filling.
Hotel closes to Tokyo Metro station
Staff is very welcoming and helpful during the stay. Umbrellas are available for guests if needed. Weather is unpredictable in Tokyo this time.
Nice quiet location with some good places to eat and drink and a couple of convenience stores next door. Very close to Ningyocho subway station. Clean rooms and friendly, helpful staff. Only negative was that Wi-Fi is patchy in the lobby and breakfast area, but OK in rooms.
The breakfast was very low. I couldn't find anything to eat but the hotel was clean and comfortable for staying.
Staff was very helpful. I arrived 5 hours befor check in. Even room wasnt ready i was ask if i want to fill out forms and when i will be back key will be waiting for me.
Lovely over all
Smooth
Comfortable ans nice area
I liked my staying in this hotel. Clean room, bed is comfortable and, there is enough space to get my luggage opened while I move freely in the room compared to other hotel I stayed in Japan. Good breakfast too.
Clean and friendly
It was amazing and im very happy Thank you so much for everything.
Comfortable stay
Friendly staff, clean room, close to train station, 7/11, Family Mart. Toiletries provided. We took a queen size bed. Hotel staff can speak English and they are very helpful. Map provided by the hotel is very helpful to navigate Tokyo.
Lovely hotel in a quiet area
Lovely hotel with pleasant staff - including a few English speakers, which obviously is not expected or required, but is handy. Full breakfast provided in the morning, with a mix of japanese and western foods. Plenty of convenience stores etc within ~5 minutes walk if you need anything, but they provide plenty of room amenities - some in the room already, others you can collect in the lobby at no extra cost. They even provided things like razors and toothbrushes. The hotel is a little out of the way in terms of stations etc - it was about a 15 minute walk to Tokyo station, which is not bad, except that I was there are a time of year when sunset was at 4pm, so walking back in the dark was a little nerve-wracking at times (worrying about getting lost etc - the area was very safe and friendly, so that was not a problem).
not bad, good budget hotel
stayed at this hotel for a few days in Tokyo. Travel pros/cons: It is very close to Ningyocho station (5 minute walk) which is a Tokyo metro line, not JR. If you are traveling and planning to use a JR rail pass, this hotel would not be convenient for the JR lines. It takes about 30 minutes by train to get to Shibuya, Shinjuku area which is where many of the Tokyo shopping/food/nightlife is. The hotel is a 15-20 minute walk from Tokyo Station, which was tough to roll heavy/big luggages to and from. One great thing about this hotel, however, is that you can take a direct train from here to Haneda airport. The area is quiet at night. The hotel is very budget friendly and I noticed it was primarily business men who stayed here. Rooms are typically small, but perfectly good for the two of us. The staff can speak decent English. They helped us order a taxi once. Breakfast was also good.
OK hotel
OK room, typically Japanese and thus small. Breakfast only average.
Hotel staff are extremely helpful on handling online shopping delivery, and they allow us to store luggage overnight during our 2-day trip to Hakone :)
Excellent restaurants nearby. We had some great noodles.
Not the best option
The location was the best thing about this room. The Internet service was unreliable and I didn't like the breakfast options.
Room, bed, and location was good!
We requested the queen size bed during booking, the bed was large enough, comfortable, and clean. Bathroom was small, but I think it is the same as other hotels in Japan. In general, the hotel was good, quiet, and relaxing! Hotel is located near by the station, so, it is very convenient!
Confidence to go with in future stays
My wife and I enjoyed very much our stay of 8 nights in the Nishitetsu Inn Nihonbashi in which we experienced Japanese style hospitality including their politeness, cleanliness, detailed and thoughtfulness in amenities supply. We highly recommend this hotel with appreciation.
Great hotel in Tokyo with best location!
The best hotel i have stayed in Tokyo! Great breakfast! Great staff and the rooms are small but is normal in Tokyo! I am going back in december andwill stay again there!
Easy to find
The hotel is on a main road, so it is easy to find. An offline GPS will be helpful (without it - hardly). There are nice amenities, it is clean and the breakfast is super!
One night stay
Only stopped in for one night, breakfast was included but it was nothing spectacular. One mile from Tokyo Station.
OK, but..
The breakfast was good, however the 1st night the room was warm. We have called to Receptionist to revise the room temperature to be more cool. We surprised that AC is central & Hotel suggested us to open the window in order to get cooler.
Decent
Nice hotel, good breakfast. One thing I didn't like, however, was a stupid policy of not allowing guests in the room. This really annoyed me and they wouldn't budge to accommodate my needs.
Tokyo stay
Room too small
I did'nt enjoy this hotel
Difficult to find in a taxi, however public transport would of been easier. Poor service from hotel reception staff, clearly making preference to local customers as oppose to British guests, poor breakfast and smelly room.
close to metro and Starbucks
Rooms are VERY small as is the bathroom. Lots of hot water and the rooms are very clean. Limited breakfast, croissants, juice and coffee. Close to the metro and 10 minutes walk to Starbucks and a great Italian restaurant next to Starbucks. The desk staff try to be helpful but many of them don't speak English.
It was alright
Good
Good to stay for 4 days.
丁寧な対応で連泊中快適に過ごせました。
足のマッサージ機があってとても良かったです
