Overall good motel, great value for price. Only downside is the aircon wasn’t very strong

The property is in need of a bit of maintenance, but there were only four people staying there, so I guess they need a bit more cash inflow. It was a short 10 minute walk to some old school bamboo beach bars.

Nice resort but we only stayed one night. It is actually in Kerobokan area, North of Seminyak. Which was fine as it is quieter with lots of good restaurants around. They were doing renovations on the rooms below with power tools until 9pm that night however.

Comfortable beds, great showers, pool n view very nice. The location for me was great, could actually walk a bit to enjoy things without having to take scooters around. However the service was terrible. Anytime I wanted to ‘order ‘ a juice or needed a towel for pool or had a general question, staff was constantly on their cell phones and often wouldn’t even look up or I literally waited until they were done texting for attention. I find this extremely unprofessional and rude. Says 24hr Service so I figured id b able to get help with some things but with this behavior you feel as you’re bothering someone so end up not enjoying that feeling.

Terrible noise

Close to the beach and market shops. The only drawback was that the bathroom was very small.

Great hotel in great location!

Room was clean and modern with big balcony, very comfortable. Pool area was relaxing but pool itself was not that clean. Local area was amazing, lots of restaurants and near the beach.

Left after one night

The rooms were dirty and the rooms do not feel secure. My door had cracks in it which opened directly on to the driveway. I felt unsafe which is an experience I’ve never had in Bali before. The towels need replacing they are treed bare and grey. There is mold in the bathrooms and ants in the room. I’m not sure that that the bedsheets were clean and one of the reins we had there wasn’t even a mattress protector on the bed. I didn’t unpack anything in the room and left the next morning to alternative accommodation. My friend and I are still waiting to hear if they will refund any of our money. Do not prepay through Expida. It’s a waste of money.

Unsafe dirty

The doors do not shut and lock properly and the ground floor rooms are directly on the driveway. It felt very unsafe. Only stayed 1 night from 7 and moved to a safer and cleaner hotel. The bathrooms were extremely dirty, pink and green mould all over the bathroom. I felt I had to wear thongs on my feet in the shower and did not want to sit on the toilet seat at all. I would not recommend this hotel to solo travelers at all.

Good value for price

The hotel looks good but you can tell it’s a bit old and the bathroom had a sewage smell-leave the fan on at all times-this is the only issue considering the price. The room was plenty spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Do not count on eating here more than breakfast as there aren’t many choices and for the same price you just cross the street and have a plate full of rice, veggies and meat. The area is quiet so you will not have noise at night to bother you. The hotel is on the same street with many restaurants offering an array of choices. The beach is a 10 minutes walk and the sunset time is beautiful. If given the chance I would stay here again.

Solo trip in Nipuri Hotel

The location of the hotel is good - plenty of restaurants, massage, shopping etc around. The beach is 5 minutes away. The neighbourhood is relatively quiet for Bali. The pool is really nice and clean. The room could have been a bit cleaner and the toilets/shower need updating. Breakfast is really good and there are many choices available. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I was traveling solo and felt safe all the time in the hotel area and Seminyak area as well. Go to the beach to watch the sunset and enjoy the lively atmosphere. In the morning the beach near the hotel is very quiet so perfect for relaxing and sunbathing. I would recommend the hotel, it was good value for the price although they could improve the cleaniness in the room and wifi speed.

Worst hotel ever

Checked out 10min after checking in ants in room and smelt like petrol.

They do not have what they offer. They advertise a welcome drink and close to beach and 29 minute walk to Seminyak square. From the second I arrived they were trying to tell me distances were further and I needed the driver. Overall, great pool but ants everywhere in the room and don't have all they say they have

Nice hotel.

The hotel was difficult to initially locate, no road side sign. The hotel itself is great, good location and walking distance to and from the beach with nice cafe's and restaurants nearby.

Nice hotel

Really nice hotelroom with a nice pool! We where a bit disappointed about the restaurant. You can't call it a restaurant at all. They only serve Breakfast. Also the poollbar where they advertise with is not even there. They only have beers and wine at the normal bar. Sometimes the staff was hard to find in the hotel. Especially after 6pm. For the rest really comfy room and nice location!

Could be better.

Communal areas are nice, pool bar and bar don't exist, there's a fridge and maybe a few bottles about but it's not a bar. Only saw anyone eat the free breakfast and amazing indonesian breakfast was never available, rice must be hard to come by.... basically only continental breakfast was available, probably as it doesn't require any effort. Room was cheaply furnished with things falling apart, as usual basic maintenence and deep cleaning aren't priorities in Bali. Balcony was good size and there's Tea/Coffee facilities in the room. View from pool is decent too

Tucked away gem

This small hotel has various room options great setting tucked away from the main street quite and relaxing. , pool is in a great setting one of the best, could do with a stricter cleaning regimen, little things missed like cobb webs in bathrooms/toilets, and please if any hotel is going to use white linens/ towels they need to be white , if not use a colour . Overall 3.5 out of 5 enjoyed our stay

Old gem

My toilet never really flushed, but - this is Bali! This is an old style resort and you pay for what you get. Not disappointed by any means, but with so many other resorts to choose from it'd take a long time for me to come back around. Walk to Batu Belig beach and 707 and only 30k into Seminyak central.. Cool pool too.

Quick 2 night trip

Friendly staff, close to beach, and very nice pool

There was no welcome drink as advertised. The toilet door would never close. Toilet seat kept coming off. There was no restaurant a dinning room yes but when you don't have what's on the menu you can't call yourself a restaurant. They even ran out of bread at breakfast. One morning my eggs were served on bread instead of toast. I tried ordering a simple breakfast of two fried eggs and would only ever be served one fried egg. Room cleaning was great we always came back to a clean room.

The Hotel was a little out the way

We enjoyed our stay the Hotel its self the room was old tired we had to get the staff to fix a couple of items they did straight away but as said the room was old and tired. the hotel its self was tucked away and very peaceful the staff were very friendly and good to us but you have to travel by Taxi everywhere. they off a Buffet breakfast from Expedia package but it is a continental breakfast only if you get the basket of bread they will offer you eggs how you want them not on the menu.

Quiet place with nice and kind staff.

Was a good experience and me and my boyfriend enjoyed a lot. The pool's view was amazing and we spent a lot of time there drinking beer and playing cards. Also all the staffs are really friendly and kind. The room it's simple but comfortable. It just need a reform and bathroom could be a little bit cleaner, however, nothing that could make our trip worst. In summary, the hotel it's simple but comfortable and not so expensive. About the breakfast was a small portion but yummy.

Maybe a villa would be okay???

This hotel needs a major maintenance overhaul. Our room was dirty and the AC didn't work. They moved us to the room next door and our shower wasn't working properly and the AC wasn't cold. Another guest had water leaking into her room from above. Too bad because it could be nice

Quiet and comfortable

If a relaxing stay in Seminyak is what you're looking for then this is the place. With spacious rooms and balconies, there's everything you need. There's a lovely swimming pool with loungers as well. Looking at the negative it's around a 10 minute taxi to the town centre and beach clubs. Also the bathrooms weren't the best, our shower didn't work to its full extent. However overall would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location of this hostel, and the pool area were fantastic- the bed was also huge and very comfy! However, I found most of the lights in my room did not work and asp the shower head must have been blocked as the water was not coming through properly. I would have asked to change rooms had I been staying any longer than one night.

Disgusting ant problem in the room: on the bed, in the shower, toilet, everywhere!! Nice breakfast a la Carte! Night staff horrible customer service!! Day staff excellent service!!

An OK place

An OK place. Friendly staff, nice swimming pool, clean and tidy rooms. Nothing breathtaking but also nothing to complain about. I think it's good value for the price.

Nice staff quiet location

Since we had never been to Bali before, this hotel was a ramdom selection , but it turned out to be excellent choice. No luxuries, but great staff, located far enough from noisy traffic, no loud music, no screaming children!!!!

Perfect place to stay in Bali

We had an amazing time here, for a very small cost. We especially loved the huge, quiet pool, pancake breakfast with fresh fruit and room facilities. Would definitely stay here again.

Our Visit To Nipuri.

The shower rose was blocked and water went everywhere. The door handle to shower room was broken and unlockable. Once inside the toilet my partner could not get out. no milk, no tea bagsand bed reading was impossible .T.V. was very poor and international sport such as Tour De France ,Wimbledon Tennis The Cricket Test and Aussie Rules Football was not recieved.Breakfast menue was very limited and the Nasi Goreng very very salty.

Great, comfortable, relaxing, quiet in Batu Belig

Really nice hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Located near Batu Belig, which is a quiet area. There are local restaurants so it's away from the noise and nightlife of Seminyak, Legian and Kuta. The room was comfortable and clean. The pool area was great, with nice views over a small paddy field area. Good breakfast with choice of Indonesian or Western. The only comment would be that the TV reception in the room was almost non-existent.

Quiet value hotel

A nice quiet hotel. Friendly staff. Very tasty Indonesian breakfast. Great small pool. The rooms simple but clean. Plumbing is a bit of an issue. Overall an excellent value.

Nice and clean rooms. The breakfast was great - fruit plate, choice of eggs or traditional Indonesian breakfast (goreng or pancakes), fruit juice and coffee. service was friendly. Nice little area, seemed quite safe. Good price for the standard two person room. The pool area was large enough as there wasn't that many people, I assume due to the number of rooms available.

The suite was amazing. The kettle was missing, but the once the issue was brought to the attention of the staff, it was rectified immediately.

Nipuri

I stayed in this hotel for one night while my wife and I waited for our main accommodation in Bali to be ready. This place was cheap and for the price we paid for it, the room was clean, the food was ok and the staff were friendly. The view was probably not very good as you are over-looking a paddock. Overall, the place was clean and for the price we paid for it, we had no complaints.

Cheap, affordable and Big rooms.

I reached there at noon and they allowed to check me in early. I was welcomed by a nice cold drink, and then i was escorted to my room. I was surprised looking at how massive the room was. It was basically a separate portion and a suite with Jaccuzzi and right outside was a swimming pool and pool bar. The only down side was that at nights, there are too many insects crawling up your sleeves and shorts. Over all i had a Cozy stay.

Facilities: Good; Value: Inexpensive; Service: Polite; Cleanliness: Pleasant; Great for a quiet get away but you need transport to go anywhere good, there are plenty of taxis out on the Main Street.

A very nice Hotel close to the beach.

From the Owner down to the staff all were cordial and pleasant people who took extra care to ensure our stay was comfortable. The is located within walking distance to the beach and there quite a few Standard eating places. Naughty Nuri's and Watercress Restaurants and the beach bars made our stay even more eventful.

Overall a pleasant stay in an attractive hotel.

I liked most things about the place but some things listed on their website did not exist. The Bar, Restaurant( after breakfast) and the shuttle bus were major examples.

Great hotel

The hotel was lovely, brilliant pool, very good staff, breakfast menu limited need to have more options and a coffee machine.quiet location but a little far from everything. All in all, a pleasant stay.
