There was a washing machine store acros the street it was very convinient. The hotel was close to major metro lines to =D

The staff was very nice even after hours

Easy access to public transportation and convenience stores. The hotwl itswlf is a different story. The bathroom has a peculiar odor and the lights are too bright and placements are awkward.

Room was clean and big compared to other ones I stayed in Tokyo and Kyoto.

Property is very clean and keeps the same promise is it wishes, they were very nice and helpful with us when we had to add another person to our room and was nice to help out about that

Rooms are OK. Clean, new and tidy. Staff are friendly. But the space around the reception counter is very limited. Also, the smell in the reception was not that good - guess the smell of the cleaning agent on the floor.

Affordable hotel

Amazing. Near all attractions like dotonbori and namba.

The location was fantastic but the evening staff seemed very disinterested in helping us. We asked for extra pillows and was told they run out. Never heard of a hotel running out of pillows. The fridge in our room was super loud. Comparing to all the other hotels we had been in Japan this is probably the worst experience.

It is very convenient. Walking distance to Namba, Dotonbori, Shinsaibashi and Kuromon market.

I enjoyed my stay here. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was big for a single person! It's literally a 3-5 minute walk from Namba Station and Dotonbori! And you can't beat the price! Very affordable. I enjoyed my experience and I recommend for anyone visiting Osaka! I will return again!!! A++

OK hotel

We stayed for 3 nights in a two twin bed room. It was quiet in the alley away from the main street and takes around 15 minute walk to Namba station (closest station is Nipponbashi station which is not a main station) and Dotonbori. The room was small as expected with toilet and bathroom (with bathtub) separately. Pillow was too soft and I could not sleep and asked for an extra one, but they said no since they only provided only one pillow per guest. The bed was too hard. The elevator was very tiny (fits 2 adults with 2 luggages). In short, I was ok with my stay but I will find another hotel that is closer to Namba station and Dotonbori.

very small room

the room is very small, but the bathroom, toilet is rooming comparing with the same class hotels. We have a twin bedroom and both bed is almost stick together and have barely space to move around. Wasting too much space in the bathroom in my opinion. Location is not bad, walking distance to namba. Free WiFi speed is ~9.66Mbps/Down and ~69.0 Mbps/Up

10 min walk to Namba, 7min to Kuromon Market, 5 min walk to Nippombashi station - excellent location. Doton Tour Bus to and fro from Kansai airport to Doton Plaza which is 5min walk to the hotel is very convenient . Hotel is located behind the National Bunraku theatre . Take Exit no.7 from Nippombashi station . Room is small for two persons but very comfortable for one. Hotel and room are very clean.

Room is clean, however the pillows are too soft and flat while sleeping on it. The location is good, near to rail station and shopping street.

Location is great, within a short walking distance to Dotonburi and Shinsaibashi. Separate shower and toilet leaves very little space for anything else in the room. Window curtain doesn’t open. The Front Desk Staff immediately presented me with a list of Room rules and procedures during check in, their mannerism is not al all what I expected from Japanese hospitality during the entire 2 days stay.

Easy to find hotel from station. Friendly staff. Very clean rooms. Breakfast available (500 Yen). Lots of places to eat nearby - including really good Halal places :) Several convenience stores nearby. Safe. Nice neighbourhood. Great shower in the bathroom! Comfortable beds. Not much of a view, but that’s not a problem as we were hardly in the room. Very close to Dotonbouri Street. Overall, a very good hotel in a great location! No complaints from us!

Very spacious. The room has its own washing machine and you can dry your clothes. Hotel is very close to Dottonburi.

The room and amenities were exactly what they were advertised as and what I was expecting when I got there.

Great hotel for inner city exploring! Decent sized room for a couple! Close to Dotonbori, train stations and the Osaka City Nightlife. Would stay here again.

Comfortable, convenient hotel with great beds!

Loved our stay here! The rooms have all the mod cons, including an A/C unit with a remote control for a perfect setting! Beds are super comfy, with great mattresses, duvets and pillows (only 1 pillow per person provided, but you can ask for more at the reception). We got 2 single beds, but they can be pushed together for a double bed. There's a big TV with very limited English channels (CNN, BBC, Bloomberg), but we had our Chromecast, so we just watched shows on Netflix. FYI the WiFi is excellent! Each room has it's own WiFi router, with its own logon, which allows streaming to Chromecast (whilst other hotels redirect your login to a separate webpage). There's a fridge in the room, just make sure you don't inadvertently turn it off by touching the ON/OFF button right at the top of the fridge door. No wardrobe: just a couple of hangers with 4 hooks - but you can get more hangers at the reception. There's no safe in the bedroom. There's a desk with a chair for a suitable laptop space. Folded away near the chair there's a luggage stand, and your bag fits in the entrance foyer. It would've been great if they had a rod for your hangers there, but no. Great bathroom and shower, just weird that the shower head can't tilt towards you: you must hold on to it. All amenities are provided. For full room cleaning choose option A, otherwise they won't make the beds! Free luggage storage at checkout. Location is great as its 7 minutes from Nipponbashi station, with elevators at exit 5 & 10.

Toilet and shower was in a separate room. The room size + washroom is quite large.

Location was great! short walk to Dotonbori. Bed was a little hard but price and room size made up for It.

Luxe Hotel Osaka Stay

General Expectations are met, the only disappointment is the noise level. To me, it seems like the rooms are not well insulated and sound proof. Also, the neighborhood might not be suitable for kids, due to a lot adult stores.

Helpful staff/ Great Location

Close to nippombashi station, fish market, totombori. Easy to move around the Osaka city and Kyoto. At the last day I forgot the train ticket to kansai airport, staff kindly found the ticket for us.

The hotel is in a weird area but it’s a close walk to Dontonbori which was a plus. The building itself is tiny and so were the rooms, however it was modern and clean with all the nescessities and great toiletries (Shiseido).

Nice hotel!

Staff are friendly and helpful. The room I stayed in was clean however a little on the smaller size (very common in Japan) the location is also great eateries are near the hotel.

The room was extremely small. only enough to fit the bed. had about less than 20 inches to walk between the bed and the toilet. The hotel staff told us there is no service for calling taxis for customers and refused to help us call for one. One would think this is basic service for a hotel, quite disappointing. Along with the horribly small room, we highly do not recommend this hotel to anyone else.

Room relatively small, bed is big. Could have small bed so that more space for the room. We stayed 3 nights, left the dirty cup in the room, but no clean cup replacment which is a bit disappointed aa that's basic cleaning rules.

Nice Hotel

Booked this hotel last minute but was very pleased with the experience. Room is very clean and cosy. Although night shift staff could not really converse in English but it's still manageable. Checked out the following day at 10am and requested to leave luggage at hotel because flight is late at night. I was just told to leave luggage at hotel lobby but has camera around. For those comfortable with leaving your luggage should not be an issue. I felt unsafe so i left with my luggage. Overall experience is fantastic and would definitely book this hotel if i were to visit Japan again.

部屋のポットの電源入れたらコードから火花が出ました。フロントに連絡、直ぐ交換してくれました。

욕조있는 숙소를 구했는데 변기,세면대,욕조가 다 구분되어 있는 공간에 있어서 너무 좋았어요

좀 작지만 위치는 좋습니다.

Would return and recommend to friends due to the luxury and spacious toilet which is divided into 3 parts, toilet bowl, bath, and sink areas. Dehumidification system is strong in the bath area. However, housekeeping service is very unprofessional. We chose "changing towels and garbage bags only" during our 7-night stay. Some days, tissue were used up but no refill; one day a used cleaning cloth (used by staff) was left in our sink obviously; one day used towels were not collected and new ones were put near the door. There is no drawers in the room but 4 hangers. Overall, with the price of under 9000 yen per night for a 3-bed room, the value was very great!

がっかりした事は、部屋が狭くてクローゼットがなく、何もかも小さい。しかし狭さを最大限に活かし、テレビとWi-Fiに力を入れていると思いました。またバストイレは清潔でした。従業員の方は親切でした。

お風呂とトイレは分かれており浴槽も通常の住宅サイズくらいの浴室が入っていたので嬉しかった。トイレも浴室も綺麗でよかった。ただ部屋の机や部屋の隅に前の方のゴミや食べかすが残っていたりしたのでもう少し清掃が行き届いていると嬉しかったです。 周辺は便利な地域なので便利で楽でした。 提携してる駐車場があれば嬉しいかなと思います。

部屋が綺麗で、トイレとお風呂が別なのも好印象。今回は狭めの部屋でしたが、値段のことを考えるととてもコスパがいいです。

清潔面で残念

何度か利用しています。 客室内の照明が就寝時に最適な照度に調整できず明るいか真っ暗かを選ばなければならない。 部屋によって備え付けのドライヤーがボロかったり良いものだったりと差があるのが残念です。 ボロいドライヤーは埃の除去などもできておらず清潔感に欠けます。 清掃済みの浴槽に長い髪が残っていたり禁煙のはずの客室階の廊下がタバコ臭く宿泊者にルールを守らせられていなかったり不満の残る滞在の時もありました。

価格がリーズナブルだったから、少し心配していましたが、綺麗で気持ち良く、利用させていただきました。 使って見たかった、ミラブルのシャワーヘッドも使えたり、また利用したいホテルでした。

お風呂がよい

部屋に入ってすぐベッドで、テーブルの椅子がベッドの間で座って物書きが難しい。 お風呂は広く湯量もとてもよかったです。

ユニットバスじゃない

ユニットバスではないのでゆっくり入浴できるのが嬉しい。

とても良かったです。 場所もよく、ホテルも清潔でしたし又利用したいと思いました。 お風呂とトイレがバラバラなのが素晴らしかったです。

フロントの接客も好印象で、部屋も快適。お風呂とトイレが別々のなのとミラバルのシャワーヘッドとても良かった。これだけの設備が整っていてこの価格はコスパが最高。また宿泊したいです。

まぁまぁなホテル

部屋全体は清潔感がある。　風呂トイレが別で両方きれい。 受付してくれた方は段取りが非常に悪くチェックインに時間がかかった ダブルの部屋はシングルベッド二台を並列に置いただけなのでベッドの真ん中がゴリゴリして痛い

コンパクトだけど綺麗で快適です

駅から近く繁華街へも徒歩圏内で便利です。 部屋はとても綺麗です。 広さはコンパクトですがバスとトイレが別々でゆったりとお風呂を使えるのがとても良いと思います。

만족스러웠습니다.

얼리체크인은 안되지만 그 시간 전에 도착해도 짐을 보관해줘서 좋았습니다. 샤워기가 이상해 말해주니 바로 바꿔줬습니다. 직원들은 전체적으로 친절했으며 근처의 마트와 지하철역이 있어 편리했습니다. 도톤보리까지도 멀지 않았고 다시 오사카 여행을 계획한다면 재방문할 의사 있습니다. 전체적으로 깨끗한 편이지만 오랫동안 청소가 되지 않은 것으로 보이는 곳들이 눈에 띄는 건 다소 아쉬웠습니다.

酒店近日本橋站, 可步行至心齋橋道頓堀, 隔近黑門市場, 地點方便, 但房間內地板有多處汚漬, 也有發現水杯有汚漬, 需要多加注意衛生整潔!

11點前要交房咭在前台，如果唔係就唔可以幫你執房，我覺得這樣很麻煩

역과의 거리는 조금 있는편. 넓은 방과 조용한 객실

웰컴드링크에 물도없어서 당황했네요..청소후에 파자마를 항상 데스크에 가서 받아와야하는 것도 조금 불편했습니다..거리가 역과는 거리가 조금있었네요. 이러한 점만 제외한다면 정말 마음에 들었습니다. 일본 다른 호텔에 비해 룸도 넓은 편이구 매트리스 품질도 괜찮았습니다. 역과 거리가 있다는 점이 단점이 되기도 하지만 조용하여 장점이 되기도 했네요. 여성분들은 헤어아이롱(봉고데기) 대여가 가능해서 편할꺼 같아요.

ツインだと狭すぎる

ツインでしたが、二つのベッドはくっついていて、ほぼほぼダブルでした。友人同士だとちょっときつかったです。 部屋やバスルームは清潔でよかったですよ。

후기입니다.

옆방의 소음은 들리지 않았으나 복도소음이 꽤 심각합니다. 저는 예민하지 않은 편이라 괜찮았지만 예민하신 분들은 추천드리지 않습니다. 그외에 방의 크기 욕실 크기는 가격대비 크고 시설또한 깔끔했습니다.

카운터 네팔 여자분이 너무 친절하셨어요. 화장실과 욕실이 분리되어 있어 좋았고 욕실에 한국식 바가지와 욕실 의자가 있어 목욕탕처럼 씻었네요 ㅎㅎ 쾌적하고 가격도 저렴하고 좋았습니다. 난바도 가깝고 돈키호테 매장도 9분 밖에 안 걸려요. 위치적으로도 좋았어요~

出地鐵七號出口，左轉，再右轉，直走步行大約五分鐘會到，在左手邊，大廳有供應咖啡開飲機，櫃檯招待有禮，櫃檯有備塑膠袋可以自行拿取，房間只有廁所有小垃圾桶，房間不大，行李箱只能在門口走道打開，浴室跟廁所是分開的，每次出去門卡都要繳回櫃檯，以防遺失，客房清潔再另外告知即可，整體感覺算優，走路到道頓崛不算太遠。

部屋は狭いけど、お風呂とトイレ別で、道頓堀まで歩いて行ける。それでこの値段は最高でした。

ちょっとフロントのスタッフに対応が淡白すぎる方がいらっしゃったので気になりました

周りの環境は繁華街でしたが、部屋も広く静かでした。夫は他の部屋のドアが閉まる音が気になったと言っていましたが、私は気になりませんでした。トイレとお風呂が別でお風呂が広くゆっくり過ごせました。

接客に関しては素晴らしかったと思います。 けど、緊急時、非常時などの臨機応変な対応はできていなく、イライラしました。
