I liked how we had our own wifi. The elevator is a bit of a squeeze. Our room smelled like a smoking room a bit which is what we didn’t like but we were only staying for one night. It was a nice place overall but about a 10-15 minute walk from everywhere we ended up going but not terrible. It was a good place overall

Cloae to train, clean, new and modern rooms

Its really close to the Dotombori area. The place is very clean and the staff are very helpful, courteous and professional. I would stay here again.

The staffs (male and female) works from 1pm till 10 pm are very friendly and going beyond to assist us making our stay so pleasant.

Really appreciate the location as it’s not far from the trains and not too near the dontobori area where it’s noisy at night. We’ve really enjoyed our stay here.

The two main reasons to consider this hotel are cost and walking distance to Dotonburi. The rooms are small but adequate. There's a very small lobby, with some free water and coffee. Good no frills option for those who don't plan to spend much time in the hotel.

It is a really good place near some attractions in Osaka. Walking distance to Dotonbori, Namba and some shopping areas. The room is very clean, bigger than our hotel in Tokyo. Front desks are very helpful on directions, on how to get to the places we want to visit. Hotel location is near a subway about 5 mins walk.

New, comfy and clean hotel

The hotel is new and clean. Wifi is strong and fast. There was no breakfast included but coffee is free flowing. The comfort room is spacious with shower and bathtub separated from the toilet. Very comfortable mattress. They have elevator. Nearest station is Tanimachi line but on the other side is Nipponbashi. Near Dotonbori as well. If you're tired walking the whole day, it seems far but reality it really is not too far. Google maps is not so updated that when we reached the street it's pointing to a different building. The building in the corner has Lawson convenient store and you have to walk a little bit more (3rd building).

Clean, new hotel. Small but reasonable for the price. Near train stations and convenient stores. Only room service and towel change by request at front desk. Toilet leaked a little bit and shower head kept sliding down but it wasn’t a big deal. Would stay here again.

The property is new and thus in very nice condition. Great in-room ammenities, service and cleanliness. Staff is very pleasant and offer a warm hospitality daily..They were all very courteous professional. We espcially enjoyed Ai TAKAHASHI (female)who spoke some English, thus was very helpful to us in all aspects. She was also always pleasant and offered much hospitality. Only thing, is the room, toilet,elevator is very small as ocpared to Western style hotels. but that should be expected in Japan, and it is to our understanding, our room size was typical. Based on our use of the hotel, and the staff, and cleanliness of the Hotel, it is recommneded...

One of the BEST Budget Hotel in Namba!

A very new & clean hotel, not so spacious for the sleeping area, but the toilet and bathroom area is relatively big compare to other compact hotel in Japan. Great front desk staffs, very friendly & polite. Location is good, very close to the Kuromon Market (黑門市場) & around 10-15 mins walk to the Dōtonbori (道頓堀) shopping area. The only problem is lack of clothes hanging facilities in the room since there's only 3 tiny hooks on the wall.

We Definitely Recommend this Hotel

We stayed hear for 2 nights and loved it. The room was extremely clean and the staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. A number of times we asked for directions to certain places and they not only were more than happy to help, they printed off maps giving specific instructions on how to get there. We definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for an enjoyable stay at a comfortable hotel.

Good location and good price

We needed to stay one night near Namba and the price was great. The room was typical of hotels in Japan (things were tight) and the bath tub/shower was larger than the average Japanese business hotel. Overall for the price, it was a good hotel. The hotel faces a busy street so you do have street noise but it didn't bother us much and it was quiet in the morning so we were able to sleep in. The location has a great supermarket close by as well as a convenience store. There are also great restaurants near by and a short walk to Namba walk, Namba city, and Dotonburi. The hotel is new so it was clean and the front desk attendants were friendly and polite.

New, clean & tidy room

It is a new hotel with only 3 rooms on each floor. Room is very clean and tidy but very small. Bed is relatively big (Japan standard) and it should be 5 ft. Wide. It has a small extendable table but no chairs provided. That means you need to sit on bed to work. Bath room and toilet are separated and well designed. And it is just 7 mins from underground railway and 10 to 20 mins walk to famous spots, like 黑潮市場、道頓崛丶心齋橋.

不満に感じるとこはなし

掃除の点で不満。いろいろ思うところはあるが、料金面から許容範囲。

ダブルベッドがシングルを二つ合わせた形なので真ん中に溝があり気になる。 系列ほとんどがそうなので溝を消すスポンジ等で対応した方が良いと思う。 それ以外は場所も便利だしトイレ風呂別で清潔感や使いやすさもありすごく良いと思う。

もう少し大きめの机があれば良いなあと思いました。それ以外は特に不便なく快適に過ごせました。

この値段でこのクオリティなら言うことなしです！

3泊滞在したのですがその間一度も部屋のクリーニングがありませんでした。そのため部屋に帰ってきてからベッドのシーツを自分で変えないといけませんでした。受付の方が海外でなかなか話が通じない点も大変でした。交通の便と近くにコンビニやスーパーがあったのは非常に便利でした。

値段の割には快適だった。 ベランダにタバコの吸い殻と、開封されたコンドームが落ちてたのは残念でした。

ベッドシーツを剥がしたら大量の髪の毛

ベッドシーツに水をこぼしてしまい、拭くためにシーツを剥がしたらあまりに衝撃的な光景が…。 そこにはタオル地のカバーがあったのですが、おびただしい数の髪の毛や陰毛が…。 おそらく毎回ベッドシーツだけを交換して、下地にあるマットのタオル地カバーは掃除してないのが一目瞭然でした。 私たちお客はベッドシーツを自分で剥がしませんし、その下は当然綺麗なマットがあると思い込んでいますから…。 しかし、本当にトラウマレベルで衝撃的でした。 見た以上は気分的にも放置できなかったのでフロントの方に伝えてベッドシーツの交換してもらいました。 なぜか清掃員のベトナム人らしき男性がフロント業務をしていました。 見たことを伝えると、とても丁寧に謝罪してくれ、コロコロを持って同じくベトナム人っぽい女性と綺麗にベッドシーツを交換・掃除してくれました。 このホテルの清掃は、日本人と外国人の割合が2：8くらいで、日本人の6〜70代くらいの男性が清掃のリーダーをしているみたいです。 その彼の指示でベッドのマットの掃除は放置しても良い、と指示が出てるような雰囲気でした。 外国人の清掃員の方は皆さん謙虚で礼儀正しい感じだったので、彼らが日本人の指示に従わず自分の意思であのマットのタオル地のカバーの掃除を放置しているとは考えられず…勝手な想像ですが…。 評価が9.0以上と高く、実際フロントの外国人の女性や日本人の男性は接客態度も良く、ホテル自体も新しく綺麗でしたが、次の利用は控えておこうと思います。 あと、もう1点。部屋着がなぜか温泉に出てくるような浴衣です。 紐で結ぶだけなので前が自然と開いてくるので非常にストレスでした。

飯店位置很不錯 旁邊有很棒的玉出超市，距離車站算是有點距離但還能接受。距離道頓崛 心齋橋也都很方便。房間的浴室很大很棒，整體環境也很整潔。記得出門前要交回房卡，並告知飯店服務人員要打掃，要不然視同不需打掃房間。

京セラドームでのLIVEの時に利用しました

夜行バスで朝早く現地へ到着し キャリーケースが邪魔だったのでチェックイン前に無料で預かってもらいました。またスタッフさんの対応も丁寧でとても良かったです!!お部屋も綺麗ですし、お風呂、トイレ別で過ごしやすく冷蔵庫もきちんと冷えるのでまた利用しようと思いました！ 徒歩で心斎橋や道頓堀にも行けるので便利だと思います！

小而巧的飯店，櫃臺有會說中文的接待人員，不過櫃臺稍小，遇到人多時可能要稍等一下，樓下有lowson,對面有玉出超市，飯店浴室乾濕分離，浴缸170公分可以泡到全身，28吋行李箱能完整打開，床頭有提供四個usb充電與兩個插座，算是相當充足，電梯稍小，隔音稍差 ，浴室與廁所如果有提供曬衣繩與掛鉤就更棒了，離黑門市場日本橋走路10分鐘以內可到，道頓堀走路約15分可到，離最近車站日本橋7號出口出來走路也在10鐘以內，提行李的朋友請注意，七號出口無電梯，只有樓梯

離地鐵站最少步行六分鐘，去難波要十分鐘以上。建議如果帶著孩子和老人家，這不是最好的選擇。其他整潔度和服務都很好。

加湿器があれば最高だった。 建物も新しくドリンクバーもあり、概ね値段以上のとても素晴らしいホテルだった。

房間整齊整潔，房內有空間儲放行李，服務生友善親切。大堂咖啡廳有咖啡免費供應，位置近日本橋站尚算近，酒店樓下有便利店及超市夠方便。

Nice hotel for stay

We booked two rooms. The bed and pillows are cozy, and both rooms are clean but small. The elevator is a bit small for three people. There is coffee and water in the lobby, and the location of the hotel is convenient and close to a shopping center. Just across the street from the hotel is a grocery store. Lastly, the hotel is walking distance to Dotonbori, Kuromon, Namba station etc.

Good budget choice

Passed through Osaka and stayed in this hotel for one night before we traveled elsewhere. A good overnight option with clean rooms and stable wifi. Close to large traffic roads but we were not disturbed by it. No breakfast served but free coffee/tea.

2인이 쓰기 딱 좋아요~ 청결상태도 괜찮고~ 한국인 직원분이 계셔서 의사소통하는것도 문제 없었습니다! 호텔옆에 로손편의점 건너편에 로컬마트 있어서 좋았습니다~닛폰바시역 근처라서 지하철 타기 수월하긴 했지만..난바역과 도톤보리랑 거리가 멀다는거....걸어서 20분정도 소요되는 것 같네요. 그래도 대체적으로 대만족스러웠습니다!

일본 여행이 처음인 여자 둘이서 트윈룸 2박 머물렀습니다. 난바역에서 걸어서 15분 정도의 거리로 너무 멀지않고 주변에 24시간 마트도 있어 편의가 좋습니다. 구로몬 시장도 가까워서 좋아요. 지어진지 얼마되지 않아 관리도 아주 잘 되어 깔끔하고 공간은 넓지않아도 비품 소모품 등이 잘 구비되어 있습니다. 프론트에는 한국분도 계시기에 소통에 불편함이 없었고 현지분도 영어를 잘 하시기 때문에 걱정 할 일이 없었습니다. 프론트 옆 테이블에는 프리 커피와 얼음물, 음료 자판기가 구비되어 있는 등 객실 내 비치된 것들과 더불어 세심한 배려가 보였습니다. 늦은 밤시간에 외출하여 돌아올 땐 카드키를 찍고 건물안으로 들어와야 하기때문에 보안적인 측면에서도 괜찮았습니다. 24시간 입실이 가능한 것은 아니니 미리 연락드리고 가셔야 합니다. 객실청소는 오전 중에 신청하는 방식으로 운영되며 다른 곳은 어떨지 모르나 입실 오후4시 퇴실 오전10시로 타이트한 부분이 있어 아쉬웠습니다. 무료로 마실수 있는 로비에 구비된 드립커피가 깨알 맛있었네요. 객실 내에 비치가운(유카타)도 예뻐서 입고 사진도 찍었는데 입고자긴 불편하니 샤워후 걸칠용도로 딱입니다. 침대는 적당히 푹신했어요. 단지 생각했던것보다 객실이 서늘했어요. 에어컨을 끄고 잤는데도 많이 시원해서 놀랐습니다. 단지 습해서 에어컨은 켜긴 해야겠고, 켜고 자면 서늘하고 그랬네용 욕실에 미치된 화장지는 얇고 거칠어서 좀 난감했지만 일본에선 기본적으로 사용하는 티슈인 것 같았어요 세면대 쪽 비누가 아닌 펌핑용솦이 있었고 샤워실에 바디워시도 괜찮았어요. 어메니티였던 칫솔이 너무 작고 빡뻑해서 이가 좀 아팠어요... 칫솔은 따로 준비하시길... 온수도 잘나오고 욕조가 작지만 있는 게 어디인지 작은 객실내 알차게 구비된 것들이 여러번 놀라움을 주었네요 일본분들의 생활적인 면모도 조금 느낄 수 있던 것 같습니다. 얇고 길쭉한 전신거울 덕에 여러모로 편리했고, 변환기없이 USB선으로 충전 가능한 콘센트가 있어 또한 편리했습니다. 주변에 카페는 별로 없지만 작은 선술집과 식당은 여럿있습니다. 큰 대로변에 놓여있어 밤길 걱정도 하지 않았네요 1호관도 궁금하네요. 다음에도 마물 의향이 있습니다. 그때까지 관리가 잘되고, 여전히 친절한 호텔로 남아주면 좋겠습니다.

도톤보리까지 15분 밖에 걸리지 않아 걸어 다닐 만 했고 바로 옆쪽에 편의점이 있어 좋았습니다. 또한 프론트 직원분들 역시 친절하여 만족스러운 숙박이였습니다~~

도톤보리와는 거리가 쫌 있지만 가격대비 좋고 무엇보다 한국인 스텝이 있어 진짜 좋았어요~ ㅋ 체크아웃 후에 캐리어 보관도 해주시고~ 무지 만족했어요~^^

Très bon séjour à Osaka

Nous avons passé deux nuits dans cet hotel qui est plutot bien situé, et qui offre un rapport qualité prix très bon! La chambre était de taille suffisante (nous avions reservé la "Double Room, Non Smoking"), et très bien fournie en article de toilettes. Le personnel était très synpathique et professionnel, avec un niveau d'anglais suffisant. Le bruit exterieur de la rue ne nous a pas déranger pendant la nuit ni au matin. Une très bonne experience!

新婚旅行で滞在させていただきました！ 寝るだけだしと思いながらも、清潔感もある程度必要、立地もいいとこあるかな〜と欲張りに検索していて目に留まったので予約しました。 なんば、道頓堀にほど近く移動がしやすかったです。すぐ側にローソンもありました。 お風呂トイレ洗面台が別々でこの価格と清潔感は素晴らしいと思います。 シャワーが最近話題のミラブルで実際に使って良かったので今後購入したいと思います。 強いて言えば洗面所にもゴミ箱があるといいなと思いました。 また大阪へ行く際はぜひ利用したいなと思います！！

가격대비 완전 대만족이예요~! 공항에서 라피트타고 난바역에 내려서 호텔까지 구글키고 찾아갔는데 15분정도 걸었던것같아요. 호텔도 육교근처 대로변에 있어서 찾기쉽구요, 건너편에 마트있고, 옆으로는 편의점있어요~! 도톤보리까지도 걸어서가기 가까운위치에있고, 위치는 정말 최고인것같아요~ 그리고 객실 생각보다 커서 너무 좋았어요. 일본 많이다녀봤지만 왠만한 도쿄시내 호텔보다 나았어요~28인치 캐리어 하나는 다 펼칠구있고, 하나는 반정도 필수있는공간 충분해요! 화장실 샤워실 따로있는것도 너무 맘에들고, 한국어하시는 직원분있어서 그것도 너무 좋았구요. 가격대비 정말 만족한 호텔이예요~! 다음에 오사카 간다면 또 여기갈꺼예요^^

Todo maravilloso. El servicio de la gente, la disposición a ayudarte, el aseo de la habitación, el estado de los muebles, tapetes, baños, etc., todo perfecto. La zona, muy cerca a Dotonburi y a dos cuadras del metro (o 10 minutos de la estación de Namba, un hub para moverse hacia cualquier lado en japón) también es muy conveniente. Con un mercado 24 horas pasando la calle, hace de este sitio su mejor opción para alojarse en Osaka.

唯一好處是價錢好；新裝修；日式洗手間（即廁所及洗澡分開）. 但床單有污漬. 未能提供額外枕頭.

道頓堀に歩いて行け、コンビニも近い。 家族四人で2部屋を取ったが、一人3000円以下でコストパフォーマンス最高。 風呂トイレ別、風呂も広く、ゆったり入れ、部屋も綺麗でまた泊まりたいと思いました。
