The Hotel is really nice and has a wonderful view, the staff are nice except from Reception staff, few of them were super rude after an incident we had that was their fault, where they overbooked the hotel room we booked for our stay, unfortunately that guy really got pissed that we contact Expedia support to solve that issue.
Expedia reservation was not honored. I have tu pay x $dollars cash only accept Why because the corruption in Cairo it's really bad. I never had a problem with hotels reservations before anywhere else ever
Had a great stay!
They have bed bugs, and not very clean. Amazing staff!
The view is wonderful!!!
The view of the Pyramids is outstanding. Having dinner on the rooftop at sunset are memories we will never forget. We did have some concerns as we read some negative reviews prior to going, but we are also the type of people who make the most of our experiences with positive attitudes. The staff in the hotel and rooftop cafe were excellent. Once we let them do the hard sell on their guided tours at check in ( it is Egypt after all and this is expected) we were never asked again in the whole 2 weeks we stayed which was great as we did everything without guides, so a review we read that the hotel is a scam is completely false. The room was a great size with balcony. Is it perfect...no... the shower head needs replacing and some more wiping of surfaces by housekeeping could be done. But everyday they gave us new water bottles, coffee, sugar and toilet paper etc and overall very happy with the service. The surrounding area isnt the best but the view is worth it ! We just called Uber to go out and about, cheap. Little shop is 5 sec walk and a great advantage spot to watch the camels walk past to go to Pyramids. Reception staff was extremely helpful, cafe staff excellent. Your paying 3 ?times less than the big hotels, adapt quickly to the beat of Egypts drum, dont nit pick, and you will enjoy your stay there. My only real gripe would be the Wifi. Just never worked for us. My husband bought a sim card, an absolute must to get internet. Thankyou Nine Pyramids View Hotel 🙏
Great value, great service, excellent pyramids view. Staff - check in, check out, room service, restaurant all were so accommodating and friendly. Highly recommend-great value with amazingly pyramids view day and night.
Great view of the pyramids, incredibly friendly and helpful staff, great communication... couldnt fault anything!
Beautiful and clean, although the surrounding areas are dirty but improving. There's a horse stable and the smell is so powerful, it is overwhelming.
This hotel waa great and i had a pyramids view from my room! The staff was helpful and so respectful! The property was very very clean! The only thing i didnt have wifi there but it didnt bother me because i went to Egypt to pause from everyday life. I highly recommend anyone to stay here!!!
I enjoyed my stay I was a solo traveler They made my stay in Egypt beautiful for my birthday They even went out and bought me a birthday cake and sung to me on the roof top ❤️
The staff was friendly and warm. The breakfast buffet was filled with many choices the view from the restaurant and outside seating on the balcony was beautiful and the staff very friendly I especially enjoyed their New Years Eve dinner and show overall we had a great experience
Dear Expedia Team, Thanks for inquiring my feedback. This has been one of the worst experiences. The beds were full of bugs and my face is bitten all over and the room smelled terribly. This was a huge disappointment! Kind regards, Max
Staff were great room was good cafe roof top views were amazing breakfast was good only issue was WiFi roof top it worked and in the lobby but inside the room WiFi wasnt so good
Friendly and helpful staff. Front desk will help Arrange transportation and tours. Pyramid view from the rooftop. Have american money to tip,$5 and $10.
The experience was nice, the hotel has a great rooms with excelent views to the pyramid, but the neighborhood was noisy, and dirty, not inside the hotel, outside the hotel complex
Priperty is excllen view of pyrimid from room and rooftop.Unbelievable.Staffs are polite and friendly.Beyond our expectation.
Very convenient for a visit to the Giza pyramids. Airport pickup was great for a late evening arrival. Breakfast was good.
Staff very nice and accommodating- free airport pickup provided which was great. Fantastic views on the top terrace. Rooms nice and clean. Only negative was wifi was slow and disconnecting.
Was in the heart of Cairo in a location that I would never chose to stay in. It would be considered the ghetto.
Great attention, and the staff very kind. The rooms nice and cozy. Just they fail in the wifi, is a mess, it doesnt work
I had a great stay at the property. Staff was always very helpful and courteous. Rooms were clean and the food was good. The front desk was very helpful setting up daily activities and tours.
Staff were super friendly and nice , I am going to miss them , the hospitality was excellent،, I love the rooftop u can see pyramids when you eat breakfast, the only things Doesn’t have a walking area around the hotel , as soon as I arrived the hotel I reception area , saif he booked us all tour that we need , and with his great personality , we had a great trip . I give this hotel especially their employs 5 star 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
The hotel location is not the best hard for uber drivers to find. The hotel was clean breakfast was not very nice. Heba was brilliant house keeping and asma and the other lady with scarf with american accent forgorlt her name were very helpful and polite at reception. The short lady with glasses the manager? Well she thought she was the manager was rude and wasnt very helpful always sitting in back office eating. The man who took our suitcases was a little rude too and when we arrived the man on reception was asleep! Room was ok we found our own way around as not all staff were helpful.
This hotel seem to be a friendly family run place and the staff was very kind especially Rana on reception. The view from the 5th floor to the pyramids is stunning you could not ask for more. I would stay here again in a heart beat.
Hospitable
This is going to be a lengthy but informative review. I booked this hotel for a total of 8 nights. The reason for booking this hotel is because of the view of the pyramids. I was concerned when we pulled up to the hotel and the surrounding areas was filled with people, trash and unclean. The hotel is literally sitting in the middle of the ‘hood’. Once we arrived we were greeted and checked in. Everything same fine besides the fact that we were being pressured to book our tours though the hotel so that the when can receive a commission. (We later learn this, we however had already booked all of our tours through a trusted up that we always use whenever we travel) The following day we asked about getting a taxi to go to a store and the lady at the front desk said she will have someone take up. Wrong decision! They took us where they wanted and increased all of the prices because we were tourists and didn’t know any better. The prices was increased because the guides receive a commission for your purchase. Additionally, we got sick because of the food at the restaurant but later found out they would purchase street food and plate it & serve it to the guests. The view of the pyramids from the property is however beautiful. If you are only looking to have a beautiful of the pyramids then I suggest this hotel. However, there is nothing else I would recommend especially for a long stay. We checked out with 3 night’s remaining and went to the Ritz Carlton by the Nile River.
Service was good, everyday they changed my towels and clean my room. Good service, staffs were also friendly.
The hotel was very good and specially the breakfast staff they are amazing I will definitely come back here again and special thanks to Rana the reception young lady she was really nice and helpful also the cleaning ladies everything was amazing
Hotel was good in terms of cleanliness and staff, however the location is too bad.
It has a beautiful view of pyramids. Staffs are friendly.
I’m coming back
I really enjoyed the outstanding views of the pyramids of Giza. The hotel staff were all super friendly, respectful, and supportive. The continental breakfast was good, but the workers were excellent. The restock and clean the room on a daily basis,
The accommodation was excellent. We had a very stay! Saif was super helpful and very attentive to us. Very nice and helped us with all the tours and transportations. Akhmed was very good in driving us around giza and cairo. Moses was also a great tour. We had a pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this place. Price is very decent as well. Great stay!!
The view to the pyramids were awesome… The beds were comfortable. The electric went out everyday. Had issues with WiFi and TV everyday. The young lady at the desk was very pushy and rude at times. The area the hotel was in was near a stable so there’s poop everywhere. I would definitely pick a different hotel next time.
A special thanks to Sherif and Fatma for making our stay that extra luxurious. They went out their way to make sure we felt at home and enjoyed every bit of it.
Great hotel, staff, view, experience! Really enjoyed my stay
It was an okay stay
The view from our room seeing the pyramids was amazing. Wifi was horrible. Staff was super friendly. Although i did not receive any VIP treatments like others I have been it was relaxing and very clean. But not many places to walk to.
Terrible customer relations
i had booked two rooms for myself and a staff member , on arrival was talked too and treated like children , suggested we would be room sharing and moved my staff to a room with out the balcony and view i paid for infact opposite reception desk so he was spied on i was disgusted by the behaviour of the staff and will never return
Nice hotel clean modern room breakfast was good and a great view of the pyramids
I don’t recommend this place to anyone
I was booked for five days. You only need a day or two at this location to see the pyramids. My guy from the hotel was excellent however, immediately when you check in, they obviously push their tours which are pricey. Wi-Fi and cell signal were horrible for the first few days no one seem to know what was going on. They were many Guests that were complaining some who had to work remotely and had no signal even when they did get the Wi-Fi working the signal is very weak or slow. However, the staff were friendly in the restaurant and around the grounds. The view is amazing I must admit I wanted to check out a few days early. They did refund me in cash three days minus taxes so that’s the best I could do .
The rooftop view of the pyramids was amazing. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and modern.
good view of pyramids from hotel, room was good but bathroom shower broken, water clogging while taking shower. staff is very nice.
The Good: the hotel has an amazing view of the pyramids. The bad: the hotel is in a less than desirable neighborhood, there are Camel Stables right outside your room - we booked the pyramid view suite with balcony and the smell of the stable was overwhelming. The room was dirty and we had to ask for toilet paper upon arrival which they sent someone to the store to purchase and took over an hour. The neighborhood is not the safest to wander. We ended up relocating to another Hotel - only one next to pyramids that seems worth it and safe is the Marriott - we went to Cairo at a renowned international hotel and it ended up fabulous
The hotel has an amazing view of the pyramids, but that is where amazing ends. The hotel is not the cleanest hotel, we had to ask for toilet paper (the rest of the room followed suit) and they had to send someone to buy some. We found out that the general Odor we had was from the Camel stable right outside the hotel. Hotel area was not the safest nor nicest. Be careful with choosing in this general area, a lot of hotels with amazing views but you are looking at Motel 6 or worse standards.
Seeing the Pyramids from the hotel was cool but overall I would not stay here again. When we arrived WIFI did NOT work. We did not have wash cloths in our rooms we had to ask for them and still did not receive them. The TV did not work. And the staff is always looking and begging for tips. They won't let you take your bags to your room because they want to do it in return for a tip. If you are looking for a shuttle service to take you to the airport you will have to pay and then you will also be guilt-tripped by the driver in a sad story about his family for tips. This happened repeatedly. Also as far as the rooftop restaurant it was ok but they did not have half of the food that was on their menu during the time frame I went. We only stayed for 1 night so it was good enough however I would not recommend staying here for a long period of time.
The hotel site stated that check in was at 1:00. The staff said we couldn’t go to our room until after 2:30. The website stated shuttle to/from airport was available. We had to pay $60.00 down from the $120.00 quote that was given.
Lied about airport pickup. Shows free shuttle if you stay longer. Which we did with 3 rooms. Was told we still had to pay for return trip $50 and the next morons it went up to $60. Upstairs restaurant full of flies since they leave the doors open. Area is questionable but out of their control. Be careful is all I can say on that. Dinner was poor quality. Get a ride and go somewhere else to eat. Think hard before you stay here
Excellent management, Mr. Sava, along with Ranita and others. Good morning breakfast with omelets and fruit/bread.
Great value for money and very convenient to see the pyramids. Safe area with friendly people all around.
Good hotel. Very friendly staff who organised our tour to the pyramids etc for us. Room clean.
Upon a late night check in we were advised that we would get a Welcome Drink the next day. All we had to do was to let them know on the 5th floor, we bar was located. The next day when we asked for the drink we had to practically fight tooth and nail to get it. Suggested the waiter to call downstairs to front desk to verify because the young man who told us was currently at the front desk. Moments later we had a Welcome drink. Upon arriving in the room we noticed the shower had a smell and there was a tub with a shower head but no door or shower curtain. When taking a shower the water was everywhere. Never seen a shower without some type of wall or curtain. Upon looking in other rooms there was a shower only and with a door. Was this a room that had not been renovated? It was also a room with 3 twin beds, which is what we asked for. When we wiped down the room with our own cleaning wipes, the dirt that came off was disgusting. After our thorough wipe down we asked that our room not be cleaned the next day. But after that first day, we requested our room to be cleaned and it was not. When we arrived back to the room, we asked for clean towels and beds to be changed. They had a gentleman to do it because the cleaning person did not come to work. For the next three days are room had not been cleaned. When talking to cleaning lady in the hall I believe there was a communication barrier and she didn’t understand that we were requesting our room to be cleaned. It never was.
We stayed in room 307 the bathroom had a tub with shower which look like it had mildrew around the tub. No shower cutain or door, once you took a shower you can smell the mildrew in the room. No toliet paper but one roll you had to ask for more. Stayed 5days room was cleaned only once. Restaurant breakfast was a repeat nothing new on menu. One day they were painting the restaurant so you had to sit outside in the cold or order room service. Towels were dingy front desk acted like they did no understand what you were asking them. If i could upload pictures of this room i would.
Close to Giza pyramid
This place was nice and the view and food were amazing. The staff were very attentive and nice but the reception will take a long time to bring paper or wouldn't bring any at all. When the room was cleaned, they never resupplied us with toilet paper.
The view and price
*Stayed for a week and no wifi available. Everyday front desk promised wifi would work later on in the day. *Good breakfast * great view of the pyramid on the 5th (top) floor. * sketchy neighborhood *. Front desk offered to sell me a sim card for $30 US. Walked 5 min from the property and got a better deal for 400 Egyptian. * Cleaning staff provided great service and provided clean towels and charged sheet, daily * some towels were worn and had rips. Some sheets were turn as well. *. Off and on hot water. *Shower had draining issues and one piece missing. *Modern facility
Friendly stuff
I’ve been all over the world and this is the WORST hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The water doesn’t stay hot and the staff will make it seem like it’s your fault. They told me, “try not to shower for too long.” I’ve stayed in many hotels and resorts and never ever had this problem until I stayed here. Some of the staff was okay and the rest were rude and dismissive. I recommend you find another hotel.
I like the view from my room to the major pyramids in Giza. It is a fantastic memory! The location of the hotel is not bad, it is 5 minutes drive away from the Sphinx entrance. The hotel seems new or recentrly renovated. I enjoy my stay here. Complementary breakfast was very convenient and it is all-you-can eat style. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I needed to store my backpack for a couple of hours and they were very supportive. The location may not be the best, that may be explained in part considering that Cairo City is conducting some renovations in this area.
No hot water ,very basic breakfast . Would not recommend for family stay .
Very comfortable stay, staff were lovely and extremely helpful!
Horrible Hotel
When i got there, there was no electricity on the power was off, so they send somewhere else and same thing the electricity was off, horrible experience with this hotel. Please Please don't book here. I left went to another hotel.
Lies, lies, and even more lies. This is what we got when we stayed at this hotel for a week. We arrived in Cairo on New Year’s Eve, and even though the hotel had said our ride would be ready (a service they offer for all guests), there was no one waiting for us. Once we called the hotel, they said it was on the way. But, it arrived 50 minutes later, which is exactly how long it takes to get to the hotel from the airport. Clearly there was no one on the way, and this lie set the scene for the rest of the stay. Once we got to the airport, all tired and ready to rest, the reception told us that (somehow) there was an electricity issue with an entire floor which our two rooms were supposedly at. They even said this issue started 2 days before, and obviously they had enough time to notify us ahead of time. And guess what? There was no electricity issue as we checked all the floors. They even said some guy would come in at 1AM to magically fix the electricity and they promised our rooms would be ready tomorrow, but not in the morning, in the afternoon at the time of check in. Clearly, this was all a big scheme to double book rooms on New Years. Their solution was to get us back into the road into another hotel which was owned by the brother of this hotel’s owner. This was a considerably worse hotel, right by a super noisy street. The hotel repeatedly dismissed the lies and provided no extra perk/refund for the first night. save yourself some dignity and STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL.
The price was great. The view is deceiving...tour dates were changed... waiting around for transportation... laundry services qere pricey.
I highly recommend staying on Nine View Pyramids Hotel. The staff and services were outstanding. Very helpful and accommodating. Looking forward to coming back.
The property was well maintained. The staff was superb. I am coming back again to this stay.
Eat, play, stay everything you need!
I booked a hotel in Cairo for these dates, but chose this hotel instead. The staff was accommodating and helpful. Seif and Rana helped me book great adventures and I recommend working with them to tailor trips especially to your liking. Amira was a wonderful guide. I had an issue working the television and air conditioner and they immediately came to show me how to use everything in my room. Fresh towels and housekeeping at my request daily were available. I ate at the restaurant and they have talented chefs. Breakfast was traditional, and they also have healthy options. The waitstaff and chef made me feel like a queen! Mohammad and Chef Mahmoud made it a great experience.
The staff helped us so much. Anything you need ask the front desk and they will take care of it for you. The area is a bit noisy overnight and be sure not to go out alone.
Nice roof top restaurant.
Internet is very bad
Stay away from it ..
This hotel had a good location. Great roof top view of the pyramids. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and modern compared to other hotels I stayed in. My only complaint about this hotel is there’s only hot water for about 5 mins. If you can stay under 5 mins you will have hot water haha! Set up different times to shower if theres more then one person. Also there was a strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom.( I found a lot of cheaper hotels had this issue). Overall this was a great hotel I would go back! (You get what you pay for and I did not complain about it). I would definitely recommend booking a full day tour to the the pyramids with this hotel. Even though it was over price it was worth every penny. (You can also bargain and try to get the price down) Our driver and tour guide was amazing very knowledgable. I think her name was Hannah. She was the best tour guide I had on my whole trip. I would definitely recommend Uber for transportation as it’s cheaper then a taxi and you don’t get harassed about money. Pick up location is about a 2 min walk away from hotel right next to the busy street. Uber will not directly pick you up at the hotel location, but it was very convenient and fast to use. If you plan on getting a taxi anywhere be careful where they are bringing you. They will try to bring you as many places as they can so you will buy stuff so they can make a profit off of you! Also increase the bill so be careful of these scams.
The property was very clean itself, the surrounding areas and businesses not so much, but I would still stay at this hotel again. Most of the staff was really helpful especially Asmaa at the front desk, she was amazing! The breakfast and dinner crew were also amazing and always trying to please us!
Stay was ok
The hotel looks nice when you walk in, however the rooms were a little out dated, run down and their was severe mold in the bathroom. The water also smelled pretty bad. The views were nice from the room and the roof deck. Def get a tour guide or uber/taxi to the pyramids. The walk from the hotel was horrendous.
Very bad experience. Lies.
1. Forcely asked to pay extra for eaely check in, even though they had multiple rooms available. 2. No wifi, water stops anytime so you have to schedule your bath. 3. Very difficult to get hold or front desk or manager 4. Rooms are very poorly maintained. Poor quality furniture. Door handle broke and not fixed or replaced. 5. Breakfast is okay, samw items and nothing exciting. 6. No room service, have to wait even to get fresh towels 7. Neighbourhood is very filthy and scary places around. 8. Only good part is nice view of pyramida feom terrace. Wont recommend at all. Not worth 100$ per night. We booked suite but it was not worth it at all.
With a late arrival after a long day of travel, we were very frustrated to learn the hotel had sold our room to someone else and couldn't accommodate us. Even though we had prepaid for the room through Expedia and taken the hotel's transfer from the airport, they apparently had no idea we were coming. It took a solid hour of belittling from the front desk to sort it out. They offered us a room at their "extension" which although it sounds like it's attached was a 10 minute drive away. The replacement room was awful (don't get me started: no hot shower, dog poop in the hallway, incredibly noisy) and not at all equivalent to what we paid for. We stayed one night at the alternate, then cut our losses and returned to Cairo. Awful experience. Avoid. Don't do it. Complete bait and switch.
Our two weeks in Giza
Great location. Nice rates for the two weeks stay. Breakfast was good. Service upstairs was attentive. View of pyramids was super impressed.
Airport transfer didn’t turn up for an hour after we had landed. The contact number for the hotel on our booking was unobtainable We were given the wrong rooms when we arrived. These we changed the next day but for the first night we had one room that had a lot of flys in and the other room had dirty sheets on the bed. We did complain and asked if a refund for the first night but all we were offered was 10 euros
The hotel was nice the staff was very helpful and overall had a great time at the hotel and the food is good as well
The room was clean and spacious. The staff was friendly. I booked a double with a balcony. Got a single, had to request the change. Got a double but no balcony. Noisy area. Rooftop very nice.
Excellent experience and kind staff, will visit again
I was nervous about staying at this hotel since previous reviews showed rooms being switched and not ready. We got some flight delays and did arrive to the hotel very late 1am. Our room was unavailable and wont be ready until the next day so they sent us to a sister hotel for the night. I was not too pleased about that. They send over a driver to pick us up Sat morning for breakfast and to leave out bags since we had a tour scheduled that morning. When we came back from the tour, our suite was ready and waiting for us. After the first day mishap, everything was smooth. Staff was friendly and food was great. Will stay here again
Deberían de tener algo en el restaurante para controlar las moscas; algo como esa cinta pegante o algo que mate las moscas.
The property is good and nice and close to pyramids; Nice view to the pyramids. They should have a flies repellent or some sore of device to keep the flies out of the restaurant.
The hotel was very clean; it has a great view to see the pyramids; the breakfast was amazing; and the staff friendly, especially Asmaa from the front desk. If you are a Western, you are going to like it! I definitely recommend this hotel!!!
Beautiful Hotel, poorly run, frustrating service.
The hotel was noticeably renovated and has a beautiful rooftop seating area where they serve food with a direct view of the Pyramids. The hotel as a whole seems poorly run though and the service was very disappointing. Upon arrival we were placed into the wrong room (we paid for a room with a balcony and view of the pyramids) but when we arrived to our room, there was neither. We brought up this issue with the staff and we had to wait until the next day in the late afternoon when someone moved out to get the room we paid for (we were not compensated for this). When asking reception for anything, they wouldn't have an answer and would tell you they would call back, but never did. When ordering drinks, they would forget and leave you waiting until prompted again. The waiters and helpers would do things you didn't ask for and expect a tip in the process. When we relocated to the room we were supposed to be in, they still expected us to tip them... even through it was their mistake. The wifi simply doesn't 90% of the time as well and will crash constantly. I know we weren't alone, as I would routinely hear other customers arguing with the reception about mistakes made with their bookings. On the positive, the location is right next to the pyramids and the room was comfortable.
AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST ( BED BUGS ) -We booked a suite with a Pyramid view which we didn’t get. Which was the whole point of our 2 night booking -They charged us a $10 fee for checking into the wrong room early. -Later that evening we decided to take a nap and woke up to the horror of BEDBUGS crawling on the sheets. I took pictures and videos and even caught one to show the front desk. When I presented it to them they acted as if this is no big deal and a regular thing (gross). We checked out immediately they told us we would get a FULL refund but they only refunded us for the 2nd night despite us not staying a full day. Avoid this place.
Lovely hotel for the area, rooms are clean and nice rooftop view of the pyramids. breakfast could be better, not good at all. Overall for pyramid site seeing it’s good. Staff are great too
Great staff perfect hospitality
I have to say, the staff there were great, I felt I really got the chance to connect with great people & have a memorable time. Mahmud & Saif did a great job of pointing me in the right direction & seeing that I had a great time. Although the stay was not completely perfect, meeting these awesome people & forming lasting relationships made it great. I do not I receive the balconey room/VIP access I was expecting, and I expected better deals on the activities (which were cheaper online).. But overall it was a great experience, the breakfast area is great, the staff is great, the view is amazing, and I would definitely recommend.
Great property for the area. Slight confusion over proper room for first 2 days. Good staff, had some that would escort you to store if requested. Overall pretty clean. Restaurant was pretty decent as well with great views.
Booking was for double bed with balcony and pyramid view. Upon arrival was told that this room category was not available. Given twin room without balcony instead. Room was poor in condition, TV not working and shower head damaged with choking drainage system. How can this be a VIP access property?
Bear with me lengthy review but wanted everyone to know my honest experience with the hotel Nine Pyramid View located in Giza Upon arriving we did not get the room that we were told which we reserved ahead of time. The employee at the front desk asks us to please just stay the night in the one room that's not the room that we have which was supposed to be the Pyramid view and that she would correct the room the next day. While I come down the next day and we do not have the right room again they supposedly would give us a Garden view but it was not a Garden of any sort , just the the tops of the trees at most. Upon now moving to my new room on dY 3 I was beyond upset , and she stated she was going to refund the two nights for the wrong room at the end of the trip when we go to check out. I heard this myself as well as the local tour guide which we had throughout the trip. So then I come down on day 3 and they have the room that we had reserved but now the shower isn't correctly working by this point we are drained are exhausted so we take the room but feel absolutely defeated. When we go to check out they went back on there word and then the original employee and the owner said that now they would now only give $10 back and then i told him no im not okay with mr and tbats not ehat was agree upon. The owner then walks me into his office and said well you stayed in the rooms on day 1 and 2 so im not giving the money back. I told him inl stayed under the agreement
good
Friendly staff. Nice and clean rooms. Perfect views for pyramids
Nick elnakib
The place was very convenient to see the pyramids and arraignment to the pyramids ride and tour , they will arrange everything at the lowest price , breakfast was great and super polite and kind ppl , not the best hotel in Egypt but one of the best to the pyramids and low price , comfortable and safe 👍
Amazing view of the Pyramids of Giza. The night i arrived was a very clear night and my balcony had the best view. They assigned me a person driver to pick me up from the airport and a tour guide, I asked about food on the way from the airport to the hotel and they held the kitchen open for me to arrive. All staff were very kind and protective of me, as I traveled to Cairo alone. My driver escorted me on all my excursions, he protected me from scammers and so did my guide. I was very fortunate and grateful for them as I learned Cairo is not the best part of Egypt.
