Amazing staff , very responsive and quick to answer all your requirements

Five star service with friendly, knowledgeable and efficient staff. Although the hotel is not in town, it has breathtaking views, 3min walk to the Super Paradise beach, which is amazing, and a beautiful pool area. The resort has amazing food and drinks, and well staffed to book transfer to get to town as often as you would like. Overall amazing time!

We loved our stay at Nimbus! The rooms are gorgeous and the pools and views of the beach are so heavenly. It’s a quick and easy walk down to the beach and the pool is very nice and relaxing. The staff is the best part — very accommodating, friendly, and always available! I will definitely miss the continental breakfast, so make sure not to miss out! The rooms were spotless, spacious, and comfortable as well.

Nimbus is hands down one of the most stunning hotels we’ve ever experienced in all our years of traveling. The room was absolutely gorgeous and exuded romance. Throughout the day, the hotel itself remains a serene and tranquil haven. The staff is also on point with their music selection—Afrobeats, R&B, mixed with some classic Greek tunes, all perfectly setting the vibe. While JackieO’ across the way can get a bit lively at night, it’s only for a brief moment and never disrupts the overall calm. Though it feels slightly removed from the hustle and bustle of the town, the nightlife is just a short 15-minute drive away if you’re seeking that excitement. The staff’s attention to detail is unparalleled, and if you want to avoid the stress of driving through the winding hills, Gregory and Thanos are incredibly professional and accommodating. From the front desk to the breakfast staff, the level of service was exceptional throughout our stay. We’re definitely coming back—this place has our heart. The most beautiful resort overlooking the incredible super paradise beach. Every aspect of our stay was incredible. The staff go out of their way to make your stay memorable, they cater for your every need. The accommodation is stunning and the views are unforgettable. Our stay at Nimbus My Aktis was excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful, they gave us a great dinner recommendation to go to Kiki’s Tavern which was one of our favourite meals in Greece so far. The facilities were clean and the view is spectacular! The staff also went out of their way to provide us with everything we needed, including batteries when ours died. Would definitely stay there again!

I give this property 10/10! The property is beautiful, cozy boho chic aesthetics, clean, with beautiful views and an EXCEPTIONAL staff! I stayed here for about 6-7 days for my birthday and I was more than pleased! They definitely made it special! Everyone from the managers/ receptionist (Andrew, others whose names I can't remember at this time), bartender (Vasilis), to cleaning crew were phenomenal and very friendly. They took very great care of us during our stay even making various accommodations to ensure we were comfortable. They were attentive to our needs and prompt with responding to each and EVERY request. Extremely personable where they greeted you by name. It was evident that customer service was their primary focus. I have had some nice experiences while on vacation but this was the BEST thus far. It is in a great location and the villa we had was a 2 BR with beautiful views of the sea with a private pool-it was perfect. The breakfast is included and is really good. Refrigerator always stocked with complimentary water and room service dining was a breeze. It is near Jackie O beach club that plays music all day but this did not bother me at all. Overall I felt the noise level was good and I slept fine. I loved it here that I almost extended it an extra day! I have already recommended this property to friends and family when traveling to Mykonos. Thank you guys for making my day special!

Overall a gorgeous hotel and property. Beautiful views of Super Paradise Beach. Would have been a great place to stay during high season as it was close to Jackie O's and Super Paradise Beach Club. We were there a little too early and we found it was very far away from restaurants etc so dining options were limited. No complaints about the hotel itself though! The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfasts were delicious!

Wonderful

I stayed at 3 different places during my stay in Mykonos and this was the absolute best. The nicest staff - friendly from check in to check out and very attentive. Only thing is that the hotel is far from town, but next door to Super Paradise Beach and Jackie O’s. I wish I stayed here for my whole stay.

Excellent, super friendly staff. Beautiful, clean property with breathtaking view. Only negatives: No microwave oven in suits, and room air conditioning is bit slow to cool the bedrooms quickly.

Friendly staff

The staff is amazing here. The concierge was very helpful. They had so many suggestions for things to do. They also come by multiple times a day to make sure the room is kept clean.

My aktis was absolutely not worthy the money what we have paid for room. Room was absolutely different on the pictures. Food was terrible especially pizza. Just one small cold small public pool. Disappointed.

My stay at my Aktis was fantastic. The staff are the most generous and nicest people I’ve ever met during a hotel stay. They go out of their way to make sure that nothing is ever too much. I would definitely recommend my Aktis when staying in Mykonos.

Loved it!

I can’t upload photos for some site issues. But the hotel was wonderful! Eleni was amazing and helped in every way. Their food is delicious as well and I don’t think there’s a single room without a great view. Mykonos is hilly so be ready feel like you’re on a small hike but other than that great stay! This is a great location, 20 minute cab from downtown but next to the famous gay bar Jackie O’s. The beach bar is great and the staff at the hotel are super friendly and accommodating. It’s a great find!

It was an amazing place to stay with a beautiful view and easy access to the beach. The staff were very helpful, nice and friendly. Wisely gave me a lot of tips and great places to visit great experience.

We had a wonderful experience at My Aktis. From the moment we checked in, the customer service was what you would expect at a 5 star hotel. It’s a boutique hotel with very personalized service. (Breakfast in bed is included with every room) Wessley at the front desk went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. From booking reservations for us, booking transportation and even communicating with our next hotel about our arrival. To add to this, I was there on a business trip, Wessley helped negotiate a business transaction over the phone for me due to a language barrier with a client. There is no level of service greater than this! Thanks My Aktis and Wessley, my memories of Mykonos will forever be everlasting because of this experience.

Perfect stay in Mykonos!

We enjoyed our overall stay at my aktis. Pros- It has a spectacular view, and short walk to the beach. Cons - it’s located on one of the busiest beaches, the party from the club didn’t stop till the morning... so if your looking for quiet peaceful stay. I wouldn’t recommend. If your looking to party then this might be for you!

Amazing hotel with amazing staff

We stayed here for a week in July. I couldn't recommend more, the staff were so lovely and accommodating. They added me on WhatsApp so I could text them to organise taxis/ reservations very easily and they were so responsive. The hotel has a beautiful big pool for everyone that serves food and drinks all day - this isn't clear online how nice this facility is! We really enjoyed relaxing here in the day. They also upgraded our room for free to sea view which was so generous and really made our trip :) The beds are super comfy and the rooms very clean. Will definitely recommend to friends.

Breathtaking surroundings

Welcoming & passionate staff who gave a lovely welcome, and assistance throughout our stay. Our suite was more than we had expected - Large, spacious, modern, unique design and incredible views right from your bed and rooftop area overlooking one of the most beautiful beaches! The overall design and vibe of the hotel makes you never want to leave the area.

This new hotel is beautifully located with spectacular views. We were nicely surprised with an upgrade to a villa with a private pool. Staff is extremely nice and warm which made us feel very comfortable from the minute we met them. The hotel is still having last minute work done but it didn't bother us. On weekends expect some music from Jackie-O beach club. Ask the staff for recommendations for restaurants or to order and eat poolside.

Incredible Hotel View

I would highly recommend this hotel. The infinity pool view over looks super paradise beach. The service was outstanding. They have complimentary breakfast with unlimited options and they have free transfers anywhere on the island. They really do accommodate up to your standards. Staff was really nice and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

excellent hotel!

Our experience in myaktis from start to finish was amazing! Got picked up from the airport free off charge, was greeted at the hotel with a glass of champagne, and the staff were helpful from the beginning of our trip to the end. Even though it was a brand new hotel and was new into the sector, they made all the customers feel like they've been running for years! We stayed at the deluxe room and the view was to die for! Looks straight over at super paradise beach and endless ocean. The room was really nice, had a smart tv with Netflix and other channels downloaded, room service was always quick and the room was always cleaned daily! Eleni at reception was very helpful with everything and all the other staff were so kind would greet you every morning with smiles on their faces! Will definitely reccomend myaktis and hopefully would want to go back sometime in the future!

Nice hotel near beach with great view

We had a great experience at the My Aktis. From the time we arrived, we were pleasantly greeted by Eleni. She had us sit in the reception area and already had someone serve us refreshments and fresh fruits and muffins( so delicious). The check in was a breeze. She sat with us and explained everything. She made sure we know how to get a hold of her if there is anything we need. And she made sure that when we called for service, it was a prompt response. The MyAktis gave us a personal feeling of being at home. All the staff are very friendly. Their chefts are couple name Spiros and Chara. Whom served our yummy breakfast every morning and if we ordered rooms service. Their housekeeping staff Adel & Arlin and made sure our room is always nicely kept cleaned. Overall, we highly recommend the place. The location is perfect. We had an excellent view of the beach, sunrise, and privacy. We can see and hear the music from the Super Paradise Beach and it was a great atmosphere. Again, thank you for everything MyAktis.

Nice but under experienced

I reserved a Villa with a Jetted Tub but the availability was only for a regular pool. The staff did not know how to handle the AC problem that was happening to all of the resort. Everything else was perfect; especially the breakfast and also offering an alternative room after check out untill the flight time for free.

This hotel was such an amazing deal. It is even better in person than pictured online. And they do an incredible job of portraying images that speak the reality of the hotel. One small detail - misunderstood by me when booking- is that Pool is only available to guests of Villas. However, it was offered to us to use the pool for one day when one of the Villas was unoccupied. Such a nice compromise of the staff !! All of the staff was incredibly helpful, friendly and happy to work here. Eleni offers incredible suggestions for things to do around the Island and arranges transportation very quickly. You can text with her, which makes the experience so personable! Maria and Kostas were super friendly and helpful as well. Hadra brings you an amazing breakfast with a big smile in her face everyday. The room was so comfortable, modern, clean, and the views breathtaking. They offer Molton Brown toiletries, and I will forever remember Mykonos by the Pink Pepper Molton Brown scent of the shower gel !! :)The location was wonderful, although you would be better off renting a car or ATV to beach hop around the Island. Hotel is located on Super Paradise beach, which is one of the prettiest beaches of the Island. It is within walking distance to Super Paradise beach club and Jackie O club (mostly gay). We experienced one of the best greek parties at Jackie O club! This hotel is in a great location to experience some parties or just retrieve from it. The whole experience is a real treat !!

All the staff were really helpful and made us feel special. The hotel is really close to Jackie O and Super Paradise Beach. It is new building and in great condition. Breakfast served on your patio is a treat.

Beautiful hotel/Villas with amazing views. The owners and their Staff were so friendly and accomodating. The breakfast selection and quality were great. They provided recommendations for restaurants and arranged transportation. The 2-bedroom Villa is huge with private restrooms in each beroom and a full kitchen. A beautiful patio with a Jacuzzi and lounge chairs and sofa was the perfect place to enjoy the beautifull sunrise and sunset. Wish we could stay longerbut plan to return to this beautiful and fun place and stay on one of the most friendly hotels we have ever stay.

Never Stay Here! Waste of Money! Room Smelt!

I will never stay here again. We paid almost $1,000.00 for two nights, which i had no problem with if it was worth it. 1st incident that happened was that the driver we scheduled with the hotel was an hour late to pick us up. When we called and asked what was going on, she told me that he was waiting for us, but got tired of waiting. The hotel had our contact information, but never called us to let us know. When we got to the hotel at 6pm, our room was still not ready. Check in time is at 3pm, so why wasn't our room ready? When we were trying to check in and it took two hours for them to fix our key. They only give you one key per room also, when you request a key they refuse to give you one. The next day we scheduled with the hotel(big mistake) to get transportation. It took them almost 4 hours to get a taxi to the hotel to bring my husband to get the ATV. The entire time we stayed our AC in the room was not working. When we asked for them to fix it, they did absolutely nothing. My husband who is in the HVAC industry said to them he thinks the AC needs refrigerant, they told my husband to fix it himself. Talk about rude? Management told my husband to fix the AC himself...If he had tools he would, but the hotel didn't even have tools to fix the AC. This Hotel was the biggest waste of Money! All the BS that we had to deal with, the hotel never once offered a discount Every person other guest we spoke to about their experience at the hotel all said the same thing. Horrible!

construction was still in progress when we arrived

When we arrived we anticipated an amazing hotel as shown on the photos. However to our suprise when we arrived there was no lobby, no reception area, the hotel was still in the process of being built and there were only about 5 "staff members". On top of the appearance our room was not ready and our door was broken. The mechanic was attempting to fix the door but could not so we were told to go about our day and someone would be waiting for us with the key. We went to the city center and returned at around 9:30 pm, to our surpirse no one was there with our key. We waited, called the manager and the receptionist (they gave us their phone numbers before-hand) but they did not pick up. After waiting for around an hour I went around the back and had to break open the back door. It took the mechanic almost two days to fix the door leaving us without a key for most of our stay. Once we got settled more problems occured. The pool was dirty and had no light in it making it impossible to swim in, the room was filthy due to the construction, there was no working landline,we would hear loud noises (from the construction tools) at a very early hour, there would be no water or Wi-Fi, if there was water it was boiling hot which made it impossible to brush our teeth wash our hands or shower. We would complain to the receptionist and managers but nothing would ever get done or fixed. They also told us that our payment didnt go through but they charged our card about a month ago.

Nous avons séjourné 5 jours dans cet hôtel et tout à été parfait. L’accueil, la gentillesse du personnel, la disposition, la propreté avec u nettoyage journalier de la chambre. L’hôtel est situé à proximité à pieds de la plage du Beach Club Super Paradise, qui pour nous est l’une des plus belles plages de l’île. Le petit déjeuner était complet et varié, et surtout excellent. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir et recommanderons !
