The hotel and staff were amazing, and super friendly. Getting to the hotel is very easy taking the ferry, no taxis. The breakfast was decent. The pool is great! I will come back to this hotel

Good hotel

well situated and not too expensive

You get a super warm welcome at this hotel Karen and her team are really doing everything in their power and more to make your trip to Luxor a fabulous success. I would recommend without hesitation!

Hotel is located in the West Bank, very convenient to visit Valley of the Kings. The owners were very welcoming and made us feel safe! The Hotel is very clean and the restaurant have an amazing view of the River and the city of Luxor, food in the restaurant it was very good and clean. Breakfast was good and the staff was very good

Restraunt and pool nice. Room let it down

There was nothing that we didn’t like. The room was a little dated but comfortable. Our shower was very small, but my dads room had a giant walk-in shower. The balcony overlooked the pool and the Nile. The restaurant food was great and inexpensive. (Our average meal for 2 people was under $20 for all.). The breakfast buffet was yummy as well. The staff was great and friendly.

A wonderful place to stay

We loved our stay at this hotel. Reasons: The staff from the two owners, the manager, all the resteraunt staff and domestic staff were kind, helpful and efficient The breakfast was excellent and the rooftop terrace had spectacular views across The Nile to Luxor The cost was modest considering the facilities eg lovely pool I cannot recommend it highly enough

The entire staff was terrific. The restaurant had great food & a view. Wonderful lg. pool & deck area. The owner is really a good guy.

Average hotel

We upgraded our room to the best new room on the top most 4th floor by paying extra per night. The room was spacious with a separate sitting area by the balcony and the view was great, although the amenities and toiletries were very inadequate. No free water and very poor internet connection.

The property has a rooftop restuarant with a really good view. Very close to the ferry, just a few minutes walk away.

Awesome place!

Great location, service and cleanliness. Karin the owner and the manager were awesome. Very helpful and hospitable. Breakfast was very good.

As soon as we arrived we felt like part of the family. Harmada and Karin (spelling?) are the nicest couple you could hope to meet and their staff are a credit to them. The hotel is ideally located right by the ferry so Luxor temple and the museum are just a boat ride away. This is a great base for the west bank tomes and the east bank temples. Good food and great price accommodation definitely make it worth a look. The suprise birthday cake really made our stay special.

I stayed at the Nile Valley Hotel for three nights. It's located on the west bank, so it's closer to the Valley of the Kings/Queens/Nobles, but it's farther away from the majority of restaurants, the airport/train station, museums, Karnak, and Luxor Temple. However, the ferry port is just a short walk away from the hotel and getting across the Nile is cheap and easy. The staff was friendly and the room amenities/cleanliness was decent, about what you'd expect for the price. Overall, I was happy with my stay at the Nile Valley Hotel.

Nice quiet hotel near the valley of the kings

This was a great hotel stay at to be near the valley of the Kings. I had a very nice sized room with a balcony and nice view of the Nile. The place is a bit dated, but they keep up nicely. WiFi did not work in my room, but they tried to get it to without success. The pool was very nice and refreshing.

Great Customer Service and Awesome Food.

The service and attention was GREAT! the food was also very good. The hotel has great potential! I would definitely recommended for you to stay here, the area is very nice.

Karen the owner greeted me when I entered the hotel. I felt safe and welcomed. The restaurant on the roof was very nice and the service and food was excellent!! The only negative was the last night I was there, the laundry they did for me stunk, it was never cleaned. A few days earlier the laundry they did for me was perfect. The view of the Nile and East bank from the hotel was great and access to the water taxis was a very short walk away.

Great Place to Stay

Lovely little inexpensive hotel with very friendly staff. The hotel is across the river and very close to the landing area of the boat. Our room was very comfortable with a good hot shower and located next to the pool. The terrace is a lovely place to hang out and have breakfast or dinner. Food is great. On our last night, the owners put on an Egyptian evening which was great fun. The young boy who looked about 10 and was the son of one of the musos was absolutely unbelievably talented. The staff are very kind and helpful and most speak very good English.

overlooked the Nile River...

The staff was very accomadating. If you want to include yourself more in the culture of Egypt. this is the place to be. If you want to be a true tourist... likely not. the rooms were clean the staff was great and the food was good! I enjoyed spending time in the restaurant after hours relaxing and enjoy the activity on the street below

Ruim, pois ficar sem internet no quarto é péssimo.

Pontos positivos: - O hotel possui instalações em boas condições. - Havia funcionário para ajudar a levar as malas. - O quarto é amplo e há suporte para as malas. - O banheiro e o chuveiro são muito bons. - O quarto possui uma vista muito boa. - A piscina do hotel é muito boa. - O hotel possui um bom restaurante. Pontos negativos: - No voucher da reserva do hotel consta um drink de boas-vindas, mas não recebi nem um copo d’água. - Os funcionários da recepção são antipáticos. - A internet simplesmente não funciona nos quartos e o funcionário da recepção alegou que as paredes do hotel são espessas demais e por isso o sinal não alcança os hóspedes no interior dos quartos. Estou a 12 dias no Egito e é o primeiro hotel que não tem sinal de internet nos quartos. Acomodações bem mais simples ofereceram o serviço com muita qualidade. - Não há toalhas de banho, apenas toalhas pequenas do tamanho de toalhas de rosto. - O hotel não disponibiliza shampoo para os cabelos, item básico que acomodações bem simples te oferecem normalmente. - O travesseiro é de péssima qualidade. - O hotel não tem calefação e passamos frio no quarto durante a noite. - O ar-condicionado não tem ar quente e fica desligado nessa época do ano. - Os cobertores são velhos, desgastados e daquele tipo antigo, feito de uma lã barata. - As cortinas não possuem blackout e a luminosidade invade o quarto pela manhã. - Há muito barulho nas proximidades do hotel. - O café da manhã é cobrado à parte por um preço abusivo.

Vista deslumbrante

Adorei ficar nesse hotel, os funcionários são fantásticos, a vista do restaurante é deslumbrante e a comida excelente. Recomendo!

Cuando llegamos no habia ni jabon para bañarnos y llegamis tarde y el señor que nos atendio no hablaba otro idioma solo arabe y fue un problema para explicarle que necesitabamos jabon para el baño

Very nice, large and comfortable room with superb bathroom. Very clean and nice hotel, friendly staff. The pool is fun and clean enough :) we had the idea we were the only ones in the hotel whilst in high season but we absolutely loved it! Located nearby the ferry station if you want to go to the East bank so very handy! The prices are very very reasonable, you’ll get a lot in return.

Piccolo albergo perfetto per la sua categoria, posizione fantastica proprio sull'imbarcadero per attraversare il Nilo, camera spaziosa, pulita, bagno più bello del mio! Unica pecca, la richiesta di pagamento in euro e in contanti, non ammessa la carta di credito: avrebbe potuto rappresentare un bel problema ...

Meilleure place de Louxor.

L’établissement est une pépite. Les chambres sont grandes et propre, conforment aux photos sur le site. Le coin piscine est excellent, la terrasse du restaurant avec vue sur le temple de Louxor est également un gros plus. L’établissement est très proche du ferry permettant de rejoindre l’autre rive du Nil pour 5LE seulement. Mais malgré tout cela, la meilleure chose dans cet hôtel est le personnel. Tout le staff est exceptionnel, souriant, agréable et à votre disposition pour que vous passiez le meilleur séjour possible de n’importe quelle façon. Je recommande fortement.

Wij waren de enigste gasten, dooie bedoening. Personeel wat er was was wel vriendelijk. Maar alles was vies.

This hotel has BED BUGS :( After staying here for one night I was covered in bites from head to toe. I checked the mattress and sure enough: bed bugs. I had to find new accommodation and spent the rest of the trip feeling itchy and gross. It's a shame because the people that worked there were really nice.

Superbe séjour au Nile Valley. Nous avons eu une chambre avec vue sur le Nile, le personnel est très accueillants et disponibles. La chambre était spacieuse ainsi que la salle de bain. Petit déjeuner complet. Le restaurant est très bien également, avec une superbe vue ! Extrêmement bien placé, proche du ferry et des commodités. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour et nous reviendrons dans cet hôtel si nous repassons un jour par Louxor.

Séjour agréable, même cet hôtel aurait besoin d'un sérieux rafraichissement. Cela dit le personnel est extrêmement serviable et prévenant, particulièrement Khairy le manager qui peut vous aider à organiser vos activités à de tarifs compétitifs, quoique toujours négociables. De plus, l'hôtel est situé dans un quartier vivant et agréable de la rive Ouest de Louxor, tout prêt d'un embarcadère très fréquenté pour la rive Est, et à loin du bruit et de l'agitation du centre de Louxor.

Personal var hjälpsamma, hotellet är ganska slitsamt dock fick vi det vi betalt för. Frukost var god, poolen var ok. Det är helt ok hotell för att övernatta eller där för få dagar

Good choice

Nice Hotel, good Location....good value for money

Passé une nuit dans ce petit hôtel au bord du Nil.. tout simple.. tranquille.. loin des touristes ce qui fait beaucoup de bien ..propre..restaurant tout en haut de l hôtel .. vue magnifique ..jolie déco ..néanmoins tout est vieillot .. mériteraient une rénovation dans l ensemble .. modernisation ..

L’établissement est très bien situé, le restaurant est très bon , le personnel sympathique et la propreté est irréprochable Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés !!!!!

Le Nile Valley, vaisseau amiral des hôtels du West Bank, dresse sa proue en première ligne des rives du Nil. De son gaillard d'avant, somptueuse et imprenable vue sur le temple de Louxor, en face. Le ferry et la station de bus sont à un jet de pierre et la Vallée des Rois à une poignée de kilomètres. C'est dire que c'est hôtel jouit d'une belle rente de situation ! Y petit- déjeuner (copieusement) sur la terrasse panoramique, au soleil levant, dans le ballet des montgolfières est un pur régal de tous les matins. Les chambres sont correctes, certaines plus que d'autres. Le service y est assuré. Évitez celles côté nord et privilégiez celles de la nouvelle aile. Le cas échéant n'hésitez pas à en demander une mieux située. Vos hôtes se feront un plaisir de vous en proposer selon leurs disponibilités contre un modeste supplément. On y mange à la carte, généreusement et pour un bon rapport qualité-prix. La piscine, un véritable atout, est propre et chauffée. Elle dispose d'un généreux pool house. L'ensemble correspond aux standards d'un 3 étoiles egyptien. Seul bémol, les installations techniques sont capricieuses... Mais Karin et Hamada, très sourcilleux sur la qualité de leurs prestations, ne manqueront pas d'y remédier rapidement. Aux alentours, ambiance bon enfant qui n'a rien à voir avec le stress de l'East Bank. Plein de petits commerces et d'endroits à découvrir. Enfin l'hôtel peut organiser toutes vos excursions. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe, a la revoyure !

Great place for many reasons

Nile Valley is a Great Place for several reasons; Location on the quiet West Bank is perfect in relation to boats across the Nile to the noisy city and Karnak Temple, visit to Valley of Kings and early balloon ride. There is a little town with shops. Management is very helpfully and arranged tours, pickup in airport, guide and balloon ride for us. Staff is nice, helpful and charming and there is always someone around. Rooms are large with balcony and nice bathrooms and the beds finer than most places. Pool area is fine, you can rest and sunbathe on clean towels and have your lunch there Restaurant is roof top with a view over the Nile, food is great and cheap, available early morning till late night and they serve alcohol. Strongly recommended!

I was lucky to meet this hotel. All the staff, all foods, room, service, atmosphere, location, everything is awesome. Really amazing. I will come again. Then I will stay here again. 本当に素敵なホテルです。親切で丁寧なスタッフ皆さん、ロケーション、清潔感のある部屋、そして、何よりご飯全てが美味しいです！　ルクソールならこちらのホテルをおススメします。

Nice, peaceful hotel near ferry and all major attractions. Staff very friendly and helpful, room spacious and very clean. Only negative thing was that room was very cold.

The hotel was very diligent , keeping a fluent communication all the time and providing extra information regarding transportation and additional tourist services. Food was good ( I tried breakfast and lunch), and all staff had a high - hospitality standar

Havre de paix

Après trois jours de croisière, nous avons apprécié le calme de cet hôtel ainsi que la piscine et le toit-terrasse avec vue sur le Nil. Pdej classique mais très correct. personnel serviable. Bon rapport qualité/prix. Proche de l'embarcadère pour l' autre rive.

Было приятно остановиться в этом отеле. Прекрасное расположение .Балкон с видом на Нил .Хороший завтрак . Приветливый персонал . Помогли с экскурсией полет на воздушном шаре . Отдыхали вечером после всех походов в бассейне . Спасибо работникам отеля за отдых .

Está muy bien situado en la orilla oeste, cerca del ferri y con muy buenas vistas del templo de Luxor. Si vuelvo a Luxor, volveré a este hotel
