The only things that work well are the AC and water heater. The property should not charge that much if the rental does not offer the expected world-class delivery, especially for those visiting the area and the hotel for the first time. Also, the images are somewhat unrepresentative of the overall system or building. The property could use some remodeling. All the best.
Basic amenities but perfect location for Adabraka
This is my usual 'go-to' basic hotel whenever l first arrive in Accra due to its convenient location for the places I need to get to. The noise from the main road the hotel is located on is no where near as bad once you are inside.Happy to see they have made some notable upgrades to the place but the bathrooms still need to be maintained in much better condition. Also disappointed that some breakfast items had run out when I arrived towards the end of breakfast time (10am), but the hotel made good one time I missed breakfast altogether due to early meeting and made sure I had a small bite to eat before I had to check out. Staff are excellent ... Helpful and attentive; manager was good and big enough to apologise and give explanation when the staff relayed an issue I had back to him.
I felt very at home at this hotel. The staff was really nice and helpful. The owner was extremely caring and helpful as well. Its a good place.
Staff were very friendly. There was no fridge in my room. No hot water after the first day. Limited food menu in the restaurant. Lot of improvements need to be done. The environment is noisy.
It wasn’t s like seen on the internet, the shower was dirty.
No towels or soap provided and water tap not working at all
The best aspect of this property is the people who work at the hotel. Terrific! Helpful and kind. Gladys, the cook, is also wonderful. She works magic. I will certainly stay here again.
Old hotel.
nice
nice reception, calm and clean
Staff were good. But not worth the money . They added laundry yet I was charged just for pressing of my clothes and washing of my things . Damn . Room was too small and shower didn’t even flow well . This hotel really needs a good renovation
Can be better
The staff make the hotel pleasant
It's quite a comfortable hotel but the best part of the hotel is it's staff and the excellence with which they render services and how resourceful they are especially Mr. Richard, Ms. Pricilla, Mr. Michael and Mr Winner. The food is top-notch compliments to chef, and the gym is superb. All in all it was a nice place
The hotel was furnished with old or obsoleted items and the room’s bed sheet, cushions, curtains, etc. are no clean and do not deserve for a ‘3.5 star hotel'. Relatively the hotel's staff service is good.
Sincerely disappointed
The place is in a heavily traffic prostitution area, at night not safe to go for evening romantic walks
The only reason why i am giving this hotel a 3 instead of a 5 is because (1.) they have it advertised as having an elevator and they do not have one and me being disable going up 2 flights of stairs was a hot mess(2.) Even tho the bed was big and pretty it was also hard as rocks lol and (3) the bathroom has very little space 2 ppl can not fit at one time. But other than those 3 issues the staff was great and very kind and pleasant and helpful location was great as well and the rooms are very spacious i would recommend this hotel just remember u get what you pay for....o yea and the WiFi couldnt have been any better
Excellent location
This hotel was definitely well situated plenty of action this is the part we loved most… We did not have to use our car, we walked anywhere we needed to go and there were plenty of vendors around. As far as the hotel we definitely liked the price. The breakfast was good and the staff were attentive.
Location was the only good thing about this hotel. If I could give a negative rating I would. Terrible owner. Treats the workers like trash.
The room and the bathrooms were dirty.
This is a Very Strange Property: female staff Actually raised her voice & spoke me as if I was a Child! She asked where I get my Towels which were white and softer than there I guess less valued Towels! I simply explained that I don’t work here! Why would she even think that I know where the good Towels were? It was even Stranger that the TV had (get this) three Remotes, which meant the TV was hard to turn or get someone to come turn on the TV...last night the WiFi & TV didn’t work & I was so tired of asking for Help, Every Day sometimes 2 or 3 times...I felt like “Just Shoot Me”
Nice staff but facilities pretty run down. Not sure price is worth the venue.
Good hotel
Stay was okay. They respond to complaints fast enough. Its an okay place to stay.....and very cheerful chef.
Just used the room to change my clothing , didn't sleep there. the hotel is situated on a busy main road, he outside of the property is presentable. Staff very nice and check in was quick Didn't like the look of the room it was very old and shabby. it looked more like an hostel than a hotel .
The quality of the bathroom was not up to best practice in Ghana even for the price range
The single room was very noisy as the windows are facing the busy street. Will definitely not book a single room again.
Their hospitality was awesome. I didn't like the fact that my towel wasn't returned on time after housekeeping.
Generally, a nice place to stay! Good staff, nice location, a very decent hotel.
Old hotel but still functional
I enjoyed my stay. No serious issues except the wardrobe in my room wasn't functional. I also wish the building had an elevator.
Hotel is right on main road, and look worn down. I can't decide whether i prefer how it look during the day or at nighttime. The room was large, so was the bed and I had requested the room in the photos, but initially they gave me a different room. This first room was just as large but much darker lot of browns and just didn't give me light energy. I spoke up and said i wanted the room in the photos as per my request, they checked and said it was available and i got transferred. On first appearance, the room is bright and large, however its clear the interior design is just a mix and match of any furniture together, there was a brown cupboard to the left of the bed which looked like it had seen better days. I didnt use it at all during my stay. The silver chairs placed beside the bed seemed pointless and quite dirty with obvious stains all over, again i didnt sit or use that area. a desk and chair and mirror across the room, also didn't match the decor. The bed was comfortable, however the duvet didnt appear very clean, there were holes and more stains in the duvet cover, making me scared to even open up the bed and get in, let alone look closely at the bedsheet. Bathroom was cleanish but old, shower is just an old showerhead with no pressure placed upright. Air conditioning is strong, There is no hot water, you have to call reception for it to be switched on, even then its only lukewarm. Staff are friendly, Cleaner is good at her job, not her fault facilities are old.
It was so fantastic
Staff were very helpful and friendly. Menu options were limited. Stick to jollof rice
The staff and manager were very hospitable and courteous. The location was quite close to my exams centre....i strongly recommend this hotel..
Internet is fast pickup driver can be better at communication with the guests
It felt like it was someone’s old house that was converted to a hotel. It wasn’t modern at all. Would never go back there.
The room is quite spacious, neat and comfortable. The facilities are good. Was everything we expected
Nice place
The hot water in the shower was not great, but the staff was fantastic and the location was very convenient to the international and domestic busses.
Lovely Staff
The staffs were exceptional, from Jeff to Michael and the lovely guy at the kitchen. The manager was quick to resolve any issue. The hotel looks old from outside but they try to make the inside presentable as possible. The hotel needs serious maintenance work. Practically everything is broken and dirty.
Staffs were nice and accommodating, closer to the Mokola market was a plus.
No requirement needed but wifi connection was not good necessitating a move. Nice hotel overall
Overall experience ..wonderful.great workers.helpful team.beautiful rooms
Nice hotel located in the center and it is easy to access other location...easy to get transportation form the hotel
Very neat and nice place. Great staff. I loved the place and would definitely be there again
Not suitable with small children
Nice location and convenient. Staff were nice. Food from restaurant were freshly prepared to order so took long but was nice. Hotel is not suitable for people with small children. No safety bar on outside stairs to rooms or on the windows. Hotel was easy to find and within easy access of many facilities in Accra.
GOod
Was nice. Had no issues.
Good
Relaxing, very friendly room attendance. But upon my arrival I found out that the room has be used as there were female hair lying all over the room.
Niagara hotel
Location was good, but internet was sporadic, and aircon was not great. Overall it was a good hotel for the price
Nice street view.
Friendly staff, always ready to help. Location at the city center makes navigation easy.
Satisfied customer
Wonderful
Staff was very friendly and close to Town with easy transportation
ok place to stay
helpful staff, but front rooms are on a main road and were noisy, and on friday night there was booming music until 4am making sleeping a challenge. shower hot water not working. good location and probably good price for that location with air conditioning.

You’ll request a refund but won’t get one.
This motel should not be listed on hotel.com. It’s overpriced for what it offers, and there are serious safety concerns. Many doors can be easily pushed open from the outside, and several have missing locking mechanism brackets, making them appear as though they’ve been kicked in. I strongly advise against staying here; it simply isn’t safe. After discovering that my door wouldn’t stay shut, I decided not to stay, and I believe you would make the same choice. Additionally, the rooms have an unkempt appearance that is quite off-putting. Hotel.com doesn’t value there customers safety in a case like this NO REFUND!
