Love it nice and clean be back next time

This place was terrible. Staff were not helpful at all. Breakfast was terrible. Held in a huge ballroom with a huge buffet of nothing to eat. The egg station was manned by two teenagers who were more interested in playing video games than cooking eggs… and bacon? Well forget about that. The fridge in our room didn’t work and smelled… probably because it was from the 1950s but we eventually got that replaced with a new one. The pool area has no sun beds, no chairs, no towels, No Nothing going on. There are 3 lifts that weren’t linked so it could take 10 minutes to go up or down. My wife was in the lift on one occasion about to hit the button to go up when an employee jumped in and grabbed her wrist so he could push the button to go down. She complained at reception 3 times and they never came back to us once. I rang reception for ice on the first day and I was told to go to the restaurant. Bad enough but when I got there ‘ the hostess’ just stared at her computer and didn’t even acknowledge I was there. We had to ask to have the room made up everyday as it was getting on for 5.00pm. This place is also at the wrong end of town if you’re there for a few days . Not much going on and not even any convenience stores close by. You could go to the Lotte shopping centre but that was packed every time like it was the day before Christmas. Give this place a wide berth!

Great Service

Large rooms, great location - easy walk to the beach, great breakfast and service. Especially appreciated Lieu whom assisted us with getting our shuttle. Great value in this hotel - nice French balcony to get fresh air and view of the city and beach

Excellent staff - especially Lieu at the front desk whom assisted us with arranging shuttle service when we departed. Great breakfast, nice pool & surrounds- would highly recommend- close to beach (easy walk), large room with French balcony - it was everything we needed & enjoyed

Cleanly an friendly staff

Very nice place to stay for a few days. The price was reasonable, and the room exceeded our expectations. We would stay here again.

We had a very nice view from our hotel room, and a nice balcony to sit on. There are a few restaurants and karaoke bars nearby, which were fairly loud, but we were still able to sleep.

Good hotel very close to the seafront

The room that we were given was excellent, it was one floor above and to the side of the pool. The room was huge, with curved floor to ceiling windows which gave us a great view of Nha Trang plus the beach and the sea. The staff were very good and there was an excellent buffet breakfast included in the price, The hotel is big and was pretty full as it is very popular with Russian and Chinese tourists so sometimes the foyer and breakfast buffet was busy but we had no complaints about our stay and would go back there.

The staff have little English here . That being said rooms have newly renovated and the staff do try hard to do all they can. Lot of Russians stay here that's not a bad thing they are quiet and make good neighbours. The breakfast is awesome the only place where you can get Bacin and eggs like in Australia ! Huge selection of food with helpful staff in the dining room that will make omelette fresh eggs pancakes for you etc. I thoroughly enjoyed this hotel and will stay there again. It's the best in Nha trang by a long way

Very nice hotel close to the beach and main strip.

Had a wonderful stay at the Nha Trang palace. Room was huge and very comfortable. Great bed, pillows, view of the beach, bathroom, everything was great. Complimentary breakfast buffet was amazing. Location was great. At the end of the main strip, easy walking distance to all the beer gardens and restraints as well as being very close to the beach. Full marks from my girlfriend and I! TAKE THE AIRPORT SHUTTLE! We thought we could cab it cheaper but it would have saved us a lot of VND to take the airport shuttle!

Beautiful beginning to our honeymoon.

It was the first night of our honeymoon. The staff were great and helped us a much as possible. The pillows were a bit hard and flat but otherwise the room was great. They even set the room up with flower petals on the bed for our honeymoon.

Lovely hotel but staff rude and unhelpful

Booked 10 months in advance requesting 2 rooms near to each other and they were 5 floors apart. Rooms lovely and housekeeping and maids excellent. Dining room staff were extremely rude and unhelpful, one day we waited 20 minutes for more bread to be brought out to the buffet breakfast in spite of repeatedly asking for it. There were about 200 people in the hotel, most of which were there for a beach holiday and they had 10 beds round the pool and 36 on the beach, not nearly enough.

The last hotel for business use

I do not know how is this hotel for seightseeing travelers, however I can insist that it is absolutely unfitting for a business person. Being in Christmas season, this hotel was crowded with foreign tourists from north longing for a beach and a plenty of sunshine. Just noisy and uncomfortable for us when returning the hotel tiredly. Further I have to add that their reception is so strict to their guests like bill-collecter perhaps because some of guests might litter room or take out room supplies. Lots of travelers seemed to be confused to face some trouble at their reception when checking in and out. I did not beieve one of my co-workers had said he consumed 25 min to check out because the reception could not calculate the change rightly. But in my case, to be worse, I lost as long as 40 min. to check my room after use very minutely and almost missed my flight. Can't a business person find a desent hotel in this sightseeing area?

good price and perfect service

just suddenly i decided to come to nha trang. i tried to find best hotel. i chose 5.0/5.0 and number 1 hotel but really good price. when i arrived here i met many staffs smiling like luxury hotel. in fact this hotel is just 4star hotel. but everything is perfect. great room. wide bath. great breakfast. great room service. and very near from nha trang beach and nha trang center. near movie theather, KFC, Bar, massage shop. perfect location and perfect environment it is.

위치는 좋습니다. 건물 자체는 낡은 느낌이 들지만 깨끗하게 관리하려는 흔적이 보입니다.

Hotelli ei vastaa neljää tai viittä tähteä. 2-3 on oikea arvio. Hotelli on joskus ollut hieno, mutta kaikki paikat ovat kuluneet, ja palvelu on tosi huonoa. Pari asiaa jotka olivat hyvin: Hotellihuoneen siisteys (vaikka olikin kulahtut) ja netti toimi hyvin. Sisäänkirjautuessa kerrotiin että lahjana saadaan hotellin SPAssa hieronta. Kun menimme autohallin läpi järkyttävää rappukäytävää SPAhan, meille kerrotiin että ei saada hierontaa vaan jalkakylpy. Hotellin kuntosalista oli myös hienoja kuvia. Tosiasiassa kuntosalilaitteet oli ylimmässäkerroksessa hallisssa, johon mentiin jälleen kerran kauan sitten siivottuja rappusia pitkin. Ei ilmastointia. Karu paikka. ei käyttökelpoinen. Hotellissa piti olla baari uima-altaalla. Todellisuudessa siellä ei ollut henkilökuntaa, eikä mitään myynnissä. Ensimmäisenä aamuna myöhästyimme aamupalalta koska huoneessa olevassa kirjassa sanottiin että se on klo 10 asti, mutta todellisuudessa sammuttivat ilmastoinnin ja valot klo 9:25 ja keräsivät tavarat a ruuat pois. Eli loppui 9:30. Aamupala ei ollut eurooppalaiselle mieluisa. Oikeastaan syötävää oli kaksi eri hedelmää, paahtoleipä ja munakas. Mitään leivän päälle laitettavaa ei ollut jos salaattia ei oteta lukuun. Olimme varanneet hotellin 8 päiväksi mutta lähdimme pois kolmen yön jälkeen. Ei lomaansa halua pilata olemattomalla palvelulla ja huonolla aamupalalla kun on tottunut että Aasiassa aamupala on yleensä tämän tähtiluokan hotelleissa todella hyvä. Ei ikinä enää uudestaan.

アップグレード無料のプランであきらかに空室が多くある感じなのにアップグレードなしで窓からの景色もシティービューなのに周りのホテルに囲まれていてホテルの壁しか見えない部屋をチョイスされて非常に残念でした。
