Nha Trang Beach Hotel

The bathroom water backed up...Smell and nasty! The receptionist girls is so rude with the Customer’s.

Hi,everybody, so this hotel is too bad...very old,small room,bad restroom,....everything too bad...please never check in here.

Good location close to the beach. Room was decent although I could easily hear people talking in the hallway.

Booked this hotel for similar price as nearby hotels but this included breakfast. Probably the best breakfast in S.E. Asia budget hotels.

Nice, near to the beach, easy access to fun surroundings. Checked in late, room was not available but the hotel upgraded us. Overall had a good experience. Nha Trang is vacation to look forward to.

Good value hotel near beach

Tired rooms, old crumbling bathroom bath plug didn’t work properly, bed ok, lock didn’t work, they didn’t want to fix it and told me there’s a camera in the hall to which I replied you will fix it now and then eventually it got fixed. Awesome free buffet breakfast. Staff had only poor English

Ok hotel near the beach

Staff had poor English, free breakfast buffet awesome, very dated room, in need of refurbishment. Lock on our room wouldn’t work and they didn’t want to fix it saying the security camera would suffice, however I insisted and they eventually did Comfottable bed

Hotel needs to fix water pipe leak in bathroom. Bed was hard.

Close to beach and clean

Bathroom pipe leaked water across the floor constantly. Toilet burbled water up to splash on toilet seat and floor every 5 or 10 minutes. Request for another mat for the wet slippery floor were ignored. We resorted to using hand towels to wipe the toilet seat plus put the 1 mat and second towel on bathroom floor to prevent slipping. Bed was hard. Window opened to a hall. Curtains let light in all night.

Average hotel close to the beach

Overall this hotel was ok. It’s close to the beach and within walking distance to most areas. I found it very hard to communicate with the staff. There was no hot water. I had paid in advance for this hotel and had to leave early, they tried to charge me an extra $80. I showed them paperwork stating it was paid for and then she was fine. When it time to leave in the morning (early train) they tried to charge me again (about half the amount from before) after a phone call the guy at the desk let me go.

Close t the beach and restaurants. Breakfast was a little to heavy. Hotel could use a facelift

It has seen better days

The hotel does not match with the 3-star standard that they claim to have. While breakfast is plentiful and fresh, the rest is so-so. Not to mention the hotel security who looked after out bike broke the side stand and front mask but insisted he did not do anything. Didn't press it further but were kind of disappointed.

Small window aisle side.

The room is really small and only one small window towards aisle. Breakfast is normal. Room is expensive considering conditions.

I stayed at Nha Trang briefly for a very low price. The staff was great and the room about what one would expect for the price. Great location close to the beach and restaurants.

Nothing bad to say.

The hotel was extremely close to the beach and tourist area which was cool. The staff was super nice, they did my laundry for just 5 us dollars. When we checked out, they held our luggage for 7 hours! The only bad thing I'd have to say was that there was construction that literally woke me up at 9am each morning when I wanted to sleep in. There's also loud music playing at night but that didn't bother me too much.

Rude front staff, false room charges.Don't go!

We stayed there 2 weeks ago and we thought it was an OK hotel. Our room had no windows and was right beside the breakfast room and was very noisy. The shower had no door on it. We asked to change rooms the next day and they moved us rooms. We went to check out a day later and as we are leaving the 2nd room a maid comes running up to me and shoves a container of nuts in my hands and says here are your nuts and I said what are you talking about? She said your nuts. I said we have our nuts here in our room and she says no your nuts from your other room. I said we didn't eat any nuts what are you talking about. She says yes the seal is broken. I said my boyfriend is allergic to nuts why would we even touch them. We didn't open them. She left with the full container of nuts in her hands. We went to check out and they insisted that we had opened the nuts and that we pay for them. They forced us into buying nuts that we never opened or ate. And they didn't even give us the full container we bought either. The manager and front desk were very rude, would not believe us even though my boyfriend is allergic. The customer is not right there and they rip you off. Rude front staff service including maids that steal. I would stay anywhere else as there are plenty of way nicer hotels to stay at in the area. The whole party we came with left after the first night's stay. Just a warning!

Older hotel near to beach and nightlife

The hotel is in a great location for the beach and for the night life (restaurants and bars) and the staff are really friendly. The room was clean. However, the one drawback is that the hotel is now very dated and old. The bathroom could use an updating and my room only had one available plug point if I didn't want to unplug the TV or the fridge. If you are traveling without many electronic appliances this probably won't be an issue.

Bedste placering overhovedet, og ganske fin morgenmadsbuffet. Dog var servicen helt elendig, og vi havde problemer med badeværelset, og de blev ved med at sige de ville tjekke det men gjorde ingenting. Først da vi blev sure gav de os et nyt værelse. Væggene er papirstynde og generelt ikke for gode værelser. Bliv væk fra dette sted

Mycket låg standard!

Ett mycket dåligt hotell! Rummet luktade mögel, sängarna obekväma och hotellet saknade varmt vatten och hade rostfärgat vatten. Toalett stolen fungerade inte bra. Frukosten var asiatisk. Receptionen hade flera anställda som inte kunde prata engelska. Vi fick inte byta rum när vi frågade. Välj ett annat hotell!

I rent this hotel by Expedia. We stayed two nights .Room is dirty and furniture is old. Bathroom door was broken.

Thiết bị vệ sinh, đồ đạc, TV cũ kỹ. Đồ ăn sáng ít và không đủ cho khách ăn. Thiếu tiện nghi. Tuy nhiên, chỉ 1 điểm được kéo lại đó là gần với bờ biển và ở trong khu vực đông đúc, nhộn nhịp.

Cheap and close to the beach

Rooms are okay and have what you could need of amenities. Out kettle had a little mold in it, which was a bit disgusting and we couldn't get a new one because the staff do not speak English. But in general you get what you pay for here. A room to sleep in very close to the beach, and something to eat in the morning. Although the breakfast isn't very exciting.

Sentralt - men utdatert.

Hotellet ligger sentralt til for stranden og et strøk med mange gode spisesteder. Frokosten var meget begrenset og burde inkludert mer frukt. (Kun bananer) Vi ankom med nattbuss og ankom lenge før innsjekk (noe vi visste), men service de første timene var fraværende. Hotellet bar preg av å trenge "oppdatering".

Wie eigentlich immer auf unserer Reise durch Vietnam war auch hier das Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Unser Zimmer war sehr klein, ohne Fenster (trotzdem viel zu laut) und deshalb überteuert. Frühstück soweit in Ordnung. Das Hotel (und die ganze Stadt) ist fest in "russischer Hand". Wers gerne laut hat und Party machen will ist hier am richtigen Ort.

Très décevant

Une hôtesse d'accueil désagréable qui ne fait aucun effort pour parler anglais, comprendre et répéter quand le client ne comprend pas son accent plus qu'aleatoire. La fenêtre de la chambre donne sur l'escalier intérieur de l'hôtel donc fenêtre... pas vraiment. Nous devions avoir une baignoire et c'était une douche, ils n'ont rien voulu savoir. Nous étions placés juste à côté des cuisines donc très bruyant à partir de 6h30 pour le petit dej et tous les gens qui descendre par l'escalier. Petit déjeuner pas terrible, même pas de confiture le 2ème jour. Bref un séjour vraiment pas top dans cet hôtel. Je le déconseille fortement. Il y a plein d'autres hôtels au même prix bien mieux.

창문도 없는 가장 기본적인 더블룸이어서 객실상태에 만족하지는 않았지만 혼자서 숙박하는 그 자체에만 목적이 있었기 때문에 무난했었던 것 같습니다. 특히 가격이 저렴했습니다. 위치는 호텔들이 많이 몰려있는 쪽이라 위치도 무난하고 숙박에 있어 크게 문제될 만한게 없었습니다.

Perfekt läge. Tyvärr luktade vårt rum väldigt mycket rök. Och varje morgon tidigt blev vi väckta av olika ljud.. Frukosten bestod av nudlar, vitt bröd som du kan rosta, smör, sylt, sallad gurka och tomat, ibland banan och drakfrukt, sen juice och kaffe, sen kan du få omelett. Den saknade lite saker men den var ändå bra man var mätt länge. Rummen var stora och wifit var mestadels bra.

Das Hotel hat uns leider enttäuscht. Das Zimmer war trotz Buchung mit Fenster nur mit einem Fenster auf den Flur, das man nicht öffnen konnte, ausgestattet. Im Zimmer herrschte somit Dunkelheit und viel Feuchtigkeit. Selbst die Kleidung, die im Zimmer aufbewahrt wurde, war feucht. Die Möbel sind sehr alt und abgewohnt. Man kommt sich wie ich ein Motel der 1980er Jahre versetzt. Das Frühstück war größtensteils ungenießbar, außer Früchten, Brot und Eiern. Zumeist war das Essen aufgewärmt vom Vortag. Im Restaurant kam immer wieder die selbe russische Musik. Die Rezeption war vor allem beim Auschecken unfreundlich: keine Dankessagung oder kein Abschied.

Mình đi gia đình và bạn bè, nhận 2 phòng nhưng 1 phòng ổn, 1 phòng thì ko tốt lắm, nước bị rò rỉ, phòng tắm bé, nhiều muỗi, cánh tủ kêu cọt kẹt và sắp bị long.

По прибылию в гостиницу оказалось, что мест нет и нам была предложена другая, более новая с лучшим номером, но с более простым завтраком. На такие изменения согласились и в целом остались довольны поездкой, но неприятный осадок от того, что Вы приняли оплату, но не оказали услугу бронирования, остался. И, более того, Ваш сайт даже не предусматривает возможности такой оценки поездки: поставил "4", что не имеет никакого отношения к оценке. НЕДОРОБАТЫВАЕТЕ ГОСПОДА!!!
