A great stopover super close to the bus station for great convenience. Great wine bar / bistro food in the hotel and a very good breakfast. Modern, clean and super well located.

Nice hotel in a convenient location for sightseeing and restaurants. The rooms are a good size with all amenities needed for a pleasant stay. Only minor negatives were that we were offered online check in and choice of room but were not given the selected room on arrival, also the teenagers outside the hotel practising dancing spoil the appearance of the hotel and leave rubbish .

While the location was ideal and the property very well maintained; customer service was a huge issue where the staff spoke little to no English. And if they did, chose not to communicate in English which posed very challenging to get assistance or make the experience an enjoyable one.

Good stay, was near the bus station which was very convenient for us as we were traveling via bus from Granada. Close by to major attractions as well. Room was clean and spacious, only thing to mention was that there was a lot of water leakage around shower but otherwise was a great stay!

It was very lovely

The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The new rooms are great, clean and very comfortable. The pool and the rooftop bar is amazing. The hotel is within walking distance to the coffee places (5 minutes), restaurants (5 to 10 minutes) and town centre (10 to 15 minutes). The supermarket is next to the hotel. I would definitely recommend and stay at the hotel again.

Great hotel

Great clean hotel in a slightly rundown location, you get a smell when you walk out but otherwise a great hotel and close to everything you need to see in sevilla

For us it was just out of the main area and was perfect for our stay. Walkable to the main areas. Pool is lovely and we really enjoyed the daily breakfast. Dinner is great in bar and we had a number of evenings in sun having a glass of wine.

Beds are not great, they are mediocre at best. NO Feather pillows and they have a pseudo comforter made of plastic/polyester that is not pleasent.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The reception staff was wonderful, always helpful and going above and beyond. The rooms we’re very comfortable, including the bed. They actually offered bigger and very comfy beds. The location was also very convenient and close to everything! Highly recommended. I would return there for sure.

Good property Very good breakfast Unfortunately my room had smell to cigarette.

Staff were quite bad and refused to bring a wine opener to my room. They first told me to go to the 6 floor when I queried they then said you’ll find it on the 5 floor. There are no 5 & 6 floors. On the next attempt to call reception I spoke to a different employee who said you need to come down and go to the restaurant and ask. And having collected the wine opener I had to immediately return to give it back because it was the only one they had. I’ve never had any experience like this at the previous NH hotels I’ve stayed at and the one I recently stay at in Malaga has a wine opener in the room.

10 min walk to main centre shopping street Have use this hotel quite a few times access is quite easy car parking is like all city centre hotels even at the discout rate of 20€ a bit high A supermarket & cafes nr in the plaza de Armes very convenient for a coffee ect First time we had a small issue on this visit with a few very very small ants in hhd bathroom however We have tried others but will be back

This is a fantastic modern hotel. Located in a really peaceful part of Seville but walking distance to many of the main attractions. Excellent restaurant and bar area.

Good hotel, but some over-zealous policies ...

Overall a good hotel just steps to the bus station - Ideal if you are traveling on early bus to other Spanish towns or Portugal. Main attractions are walkkng distance. The only concern was entry to breakfast area which was treated as a major secutity event, complete with the airport style tape blocking the entrance. I forgot my room number obe day - not uncommon when on tour and visiting several hotels - and I was treated like a criminal, trying to scam my pre-paid breakfast... totally unnecessary. They ought to find a better way to organize this... Most hotels do some checks of this type, but no need to treat it as a serious crimes police operation! That airpirt style rope blocking the breakfast room looks cheap in any case and distracts from the otherwise high-end decor.

Business hotel

Corporate office block of a hotel in the Plaza des Armas. All re inforced concrete and marble. Too far from the cathederal Alcazar etc. Efficient if souless, catering more for business clients than pleasure seekers. All the walking, to see the sights kept us fit.

Great hotel and very well located just minutes away from the historic area

Convenient to public transportation. Breakfast was exceptional. Staff was attentive and friendly. Overall a great choice for us.

Poor service and mediocre location

Where to begin... the location isn't as central as one would hope. There were always teens hanging around skateboarding or filming TikToks right out front of the hotel. Security seemed to be lacking at times, especially late at night. The service desk was not helpful or friendly at all... J Antonio had no customer service, was very short with us, and did not offer to help with any information we needed to enjoy our stay. He event shooed us away when we asked questions about our check out bill. Not professional at all. The heater was not working the whole time and we came back to find our ceiling leaking onto the floor, leaving a huge puddle in the restroom. We called for service and they took over 2 hours; when someone finally came (after we called again), he literally opened the ceiling tile up, let all the water fall into a bucket, and said the problem was fixed. Again, poor customer service and we were not offered a different room nor any type of condolence from our poor experience with the room. On top of that, the service at the hotel restaurant was also piss poor. No one wanted to help at all. Good luck ordering room service. ALSO, you have to ask for hot water from the bar downstairs since there is no coffee maker or kettle in the room. Good luck with that!

Loved everything about my stay here. Clean aesthetic, friendly staff, nice amenities, great rooms. Felt safe traveling solo, and was right near all the action of Seville.

Ants everywhere

Check in was fine but after we returned to our room after a few hours of exploring the city we found ants all over. We called the reception and they were helpful and took about 30 minutes to find another room. In the new room we also found ants over the next few days but it was less but obvious that this property has this problem and the staff was aware of it. The bed wasn’t comfortable and other little stuff in the room was broken and needed better upkeep.

Christmas in Seville

Great hotel with excellent breakfast. We rented three rooms. Only issue is that in one room the bathroom had plaster coming off the ceiling and the tub had caulk missing. The rooms were otherwise in very fine condition. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Excellent hotel at a very good location. Staff was professional. The only thing we suggest is to add a coffee machine in the rooms.

Close to many attractions. Counter clerks very courteous and helpful.

Nice modern hotel close to main bus station and therefore connection to airport and main railway station. Multiple eateries relatively near in Triana district.

Wonderful and friendly staff

Updated property with a lovely roof top terrace and pool. Staff were helpful and the property is kept clean and is in a good location. Though the brunch has good options it is rather over priced. Definitely book the night before for the lower $16.90 rate per person if you're going to try it.

Property is in pretty bad condition. Had to change room because plugs were hanging out of the wall, mini fridge was broken, paint peeling off the wall, toilet had a leak and bed was very uncomfortable.

Loved our stay in Seville

Booked it so we could walk to the city. It’s so well located but also quiet with a lovely view of the tower. We would comeback anytime. Super sweet stuff, great breakfast and comfortable beds with 100% blackout curtains.. pure happiness.

Wi-Fi was unstable. Not connected time to time.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff

The hotel was lovely. Room was clean and a good size. The staff were all so friendly. The pool was on the roof top but it was a tiny pool and 1.9m deep so couldn't stand in it.

NH Seville

I booked this hotel because of the rooftop terrace and cocktail bar- the first day of my stay I was told it was closed because of an eventand it only opened Fridays and Saturdays I then tried the next day and it was closed again- this time reception told me that the bar is only open in the summer(it is June now)- I’ve checked the website and it should be open May to October - unfortunately I will not book this hotel again

This hotel was very comfortable. Location was great, walking distance to tourist sites but far enough so not too busy/loud. Bus station 1 block away is convenient (we caught hop on hop off bus here). Excellent variety of food for breakfast buffet! We were there during April Feria so they sent up bottle of liquor and snacks to welcome us. Great stay, would definitely recommend NH hotel

Excellent location and very good amenities

Sincerely a wonderfull experience from check-in to check-out 4 days later. Everyone was so helpful. Our room was comfortable, quiet and serviced impeccably.

It is a perfect location for Sevilla. Close enough but a bit away from all the noise

I booked 6 rooms for a hen do. The rooms were all really decent sizes and clean! The beds were all comfy. The aircon units were a bit noisy if you had them on but nothing too major. The staff were all really helpful and friendly. The rooftop pool is so lovely, could do with a few more sun loungers up there but there is space on the floor. The rooftop bar wasn’t open which was a shame as it was fairly busy up there and 30° but we just took drinks up with us. The location was great, super close to everything and a supermarket right behind the hotel.

Did not like quality of room bedding, amenities, etc I would consider this an okay hotel only.

The staff was efficient and polite, and it was nice to be close to the bus station. The internet was horrible (less than 1mbps) and the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept on in my life. There was no topper- you could feel the springs directly into your back. For the amount I paid, I expected something much better. Instead, I got a stay that was far worse than staying in a hostel.

Clean location with kind staff! Location is convenient for the bus station and traveling to nearby sights. Only odd thing here is the lack of kettles in a regular room - apparently only for superior rooms. Otherwise, would recommend!

Good location. The MAAC is so important for its dedication to modern, diverse artists and it is amazing that the NH is right nearby - 10min walk across the river.

The NH Sevilla is a bit on the outskirts of where all the activity is in the city center, but it is easily walkable to those areas. They are conveniently located by the main bus terminal so it is easy to get on a bus, a taxi, or a hop-on hop-off tourist bus. The room was a good size, and the bed was very comfortable. We paid for the morning buffet breakfast, and it was definitely worth the money. I've stayed at other NH Hotels around the world and this one did not disappoint at all.

The price was the major factor in booking this hotel, and also only 10 minutes walk from the main tourist area

Clean, good quality, great location

Little things let you down

A lovely hotel which is - situated and has great amenities. But... the reception staff failed to recognise that I had already paid for me room, despite me reminding them during check-in, and charged me for the room again. When I brought this to their attention I was first lied to (they insisted it was just a pending charge and would not be taken from my account. It was!), then paid me back but a lower amount. When I pointed this out, and that I had incurred bank exchange charges for the second payment, staff made me feel like it was my fault and were rude when I asked for this to be addressed, eventually begrudgingly offering me free breakfast, which I had no interest in, and then I was forced to eat at the restaurant with a small discount off a meal that was average, unwanted and incurred me further charges from my bank. Two other minor points: for Brits and Americans used to a coffee machine in their room, there is nothing like this - the first hotel I have ever been in that did not provide this service. Also, the room service menu was only in Spanish so I could not order from it. Lastly, there was no welcome booklet or the like with information about the room, TV channels, the local amenities, etc, which was again very surprising for a 4 star hotel.

Front desk staff was great

I had two separate stays at this hotel. I booked a standard room both times. The first stay, I had a room with a coffee maker and teapot. The second stay when my daughter joined me, our room had no teapot nor coffeemaker. The descriptions do not talk about either item under any of the categories. When I complained, I was basically dismissed by a caustic front desk manager who obviously did not care about my requests. To have a coffee maker and a teapot, we would have had to pay $100 more for the two nights. The general sense I got was that once they have you - they don’t care if you are happy or not. A small item like a coffeemaker and/or a teapot would have made my experience totally different. Now, I will never go back there and will tell others how petty such a big hotel chain can be. It’s a nice property, but I don’t need being treated so negatively - I’m not sure if I was treated this way because I booked through Expedia or if she just didn’t like me. It’s over so I don’t care, but I won’t be back, and I’m sure the manager won’t care.

Great location, comfortable stay in Seville.

Stay was very comfortable. Beds were super comfortable and room was very nice. Maybe because of the weather and it being November 1st the rooftop terrace and pool did not seem to be running (pool needed a good cleaning). This was sad for us but maybe past the season for most visitors to sit out on rooftop and swim?

3rd visit to hotel since 2018. 1st since COVID issues and 1st where we booked room only making our own breakfast plans. In general, delivered for our needs as we knew it would. On our late arrival the first room we went to on 3rd floor had undoubtedly been occupied by a heavy smoker. We asked to move which was accommodated without fuss. Only issue in second room was toilet flushed poorly. Didn’t report, just got on with it. The hotel is clean and for us in great location with good choices of bars, cafes and restaurants all close by. Staff friendly. The roof top pool even in late October a godsend.

Close to historical centre, clean and very good breakfast

Very good location and convinient beds. There is not enough storage place in the closets, the bathroom door is made of glass and is not soundprooof.
