Stay was excellent. Friendly staff. Great location.
Perfect location and parking available
Nice staff, good food
Shower was leaking and made the floors all wet despite putting towels. Shower had traces of mold
The outside looked a little run down, but once inside the hotel was beautiful. Staff was very friendly and helpful in every way. The breakfast was very good.
Staff was very helpful considering that it was first time in Italy.
There was no A/C in the room and no one at the front desk to help, as they leave at 11PM. I got back to the hotel at 11:15. I called the number on the door and no one answered. It was unbarablely hot in the room as this is early August in Italy. I had to leave and drive an hour to florence and pay for another hotel. I texted them through whatsapp the next day, explained this and asked for a refund. They ignored the messages. I also askd Expedia fir a refund and they told me the hotel refused.
Layout of the building floors was aggravating to navigate. Electric car charger ports don't come with any adapters so I couldn't even use them which was originally a selling point for me. Can't use room towels for the pool, you have to pay 2.5 euros for a different towel. There isn't any pool side bar service which was the biggest let down. If I'm staying in Rome again I will be staying somewhere else.
It was amazing
The property is unsafe. During my stay my room was burglarized after the cleaner came to the room. There were no cameras near the stairs which led to outside our cash and jewelry was stolen. We had to go to the police station where the staff did not ask for the report never called or checked on us for the remainder of the stay. Our last meal was comped we and refused sa issues which I learned at checkout. The manager seemed very unconcerned
Rooms really spacious, pool amazing altho had to pay for towels. Staff gave us excellent dinner recommendations. But the location isn’t great had to taxi everywhere.
Easy to walk to shopping
It was great
it was clean and quiet away from all the city traffic. Hotel was able to get taxi.
Hotel was clean and staff were professional. There weren't too many options for food inside the hotel but their service overall was excellent.
The shower had mouldy grout lines and corners The bed was comfortable, but did not have a top sheet, which I found strange.
Nice staff and clean. Excellent breakfast.
Room was clean but there was mould in the bathtub grout and overall maintenance was poor - stains on the wall, a part of the shower wall fell off as I got out of the shower.
Very beautiful property and friendly service. Room has usb outlets. Bedding is nice.
My trip to Roma
L'hotel était magnifique dans un environnement calme et très proche du centre ville. Un personnel à l'accueil très proche et à l'écoute des clients. Par contre le nettoyage de la chambre se faisait un peu en retard
Poor condition and need new carpet on hallway
The hotel is a bit dated but not bad. Breakfast was very nice with good selections and fresh food. The location is a bit inconvenient. We didn’t use public transportation so it is 2-3 miles to walk into the Center of the City. The front staff are very nice and helpful in getting hotels and answer questions. It is worth mentioning a great neighborhood restaurant, Risky Point Pub! We really enjoyed our dinner there.
Pool, AC, Big rooms, Free Parking
Wonderful stay
Wonderful end to our little tour of Italy. Such a beautiful hotel. Little out of the way, but we found the Uber taxi's quite reasonable (€18-23). The bed was so comfortable, the room was fragranced like a spa. Staff were so helpful. The pool was amazing and much needed in the heat. Breakfast choice excellent. Nice resaurants and cafes within 5-10 min walk.
Nice hotel
This hotel is near Vatican but not very near the other attractions. We used electric scooters and taxies to go back and forth to the hotel. Great place to stay if you have your own car.
The staff was really friendly.
Excellent service of the staff.
Upon arrival not friendly at the front desk at all. Said internet was unavailable due to a tower being down, found out that was not true. No internet connection for our 4 days. The breakfast staff was great, and the breakfast had a good selection of choices. Truly the breakfast manager and staff made up some room from a flat out 1 out of 10. Thanks to them I would rate at 3, All 3 to the breakfast staff.
Fancy hotel with great amenities, I’ll recommend it
Very professional and kind staff. Concierge Giuseppe was exceptional. Room was super clean, nice deep tub for bathing and shower. Nice patio area for relaxing. Great breakfast buffet for 13 euros/day. Would stay again!
We paid for a queen bed and twin bed, but the twin bed was literally a cot that was rolled in the room. Not even a fitted sheet. The shower head was weak and the shower didn’t have a door, so it was a pretty cold shower experience even when the water was hot. Staff was friendly and the grounds were well kept.
Staff were very accommodating. Hotel was clean.
Everything was great!
Spacious and clean Convenient but not in the tourist zone
The location is very convenient and the breakfast is excellent.
Desk staff and restaurant staff were excellent.
Very clean and friendly staff, nice pool. But air conditioning was poor as could only keep it at 26C when 43c outside and restaurant service was very slow due to lack of staff. Also nothing around area as but centrally located
The staff is great. They recommended a restaurant that was absolutely amazing. They helped contact one of our tours when I couldn't get through. Breakfast is lovely-a wide selection of food. The neighborhood is quiet. Room was the perfect size for 2 people to share.
Nice hotel, friendly staff
Nice hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. We had a family room, it was a good size and the facilities were good. Only criticism I would have is that there was not alot of storage space in the wardrobe.
Terrible check-in experience and awful bed
I’ve stayed at this property before and was recently reminded The staff make it absolutely impossible to relax, be comfortable & enjoy your stay. check-in: I booked (and paid extra) for a “superior room w/extra bed” meaning a double bed + twin bed, or 3 twin beds. However when I checked in the man gave me a tiny room with only two twin beds, insisting this is their “superior room” and since I’m from America I must not understand what a superior room means in Italy. Forget that 1+1 does not equal 3, I was gaslit by this man who insisted he gave me what I paid for and my ignorance as an Americana (I’m actually from Switzerland, and used to live in Rome, but I let him go on with this narrative) I don’t understand European hotel rooms. I said fine I’ll stay in this tiny room but lower my rate accordingly since you didn’t give me what I paid for. He then told me we’re all humans and I can speak to him nicer and not get upset. Wait what? I just want to sleep in a double bed that I booked. So then he compromised and put me in an “XXL” family room (since you know, Americani like everything big) which was like a depressing dormitory with cots. My bed smelled like it had been sprayed with cleaner rather than washing the sheets. There was no mattress topper, pillows smelled like sweat, the bathroom ceiling was water damaged, it was like a 2-star room. I was so exhausted & didn’t want to argue with that man further I stayed there but checked out early the next morning never to return.
Parking excellent free parking close to center
Free flet parking in the hotel site very rear to find in rome. Walk half hour to rome center or 5 min by taxi. Hotel service is good and clean. Breakfast, dinner and bar. Recommend if you need parking in rome
I liked the location of this hotel since it is located outside the busy, city center of Rome. We were able to relax and decompress after a long day of tour.
Poor
Service was disappointing, cleanliness wasn’t proper and breakfast service was slow and sufficient, with average quality of products (uht milk, bad coffee, etc.). The only very good thing was the bed. Full stop.
Great experience
Beautiful, modern and cozy place!!! Really enjoyed my stay!
Comfortable and great hotel for business
We had the suite at the hotel. It was lovely and very comfortable. The free wifi was slow and not adequate, but paying a bit more we got a faster one and it was ok. People were lovely. Missing the room service, but the guys in the kirchen cook for us what we wanted to eat. Parking was good, as it has a covered garage and the swimming pool looked good although we didn't use it. So, all and all great stay.
Good and nice friendly hotel.
Hotel has strategic location, oasis in hectic city and close to Vatican. Rooms are comfortable and specious, very kind staff. Great breakfast. Wellness would be a welcomed feature as in winter pool is closed.
Everything good good service clean good Friendly staff
Wonderful stay before our cruise. Room was spacious, breakfast was fantastic, staff was helpful. A little off the beaten path but meeting point for our bus ride to the cruise terminal which was great.
the hotel we stayed at is an older one and definitely showing signs of age , carpet looked dirty but clean. bathroom grout lines show age but still clean. No power outlet beside the bed which now a days is a must with cpap and cell phone chargings used as alarm clocks , the hotel was accommodating with supplying a power bar so i could use my cpap unit. Very helpful front desk with supplying info on excursions and cabs.
Very helpful staff. Sad pool was closed but rooms were very large and comfortable. Nice dining room. Highly recommend.
Great hotel
Great hotel
The staff were very polite and the room was a great size for a family of 3. It was a shame the pool wasn't open.
Disappointed that early check-in was requested and approved, but was not available upon arrival after an overnight flight. Room was adequate and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was pretty good.
I like the room layout and quiet area. However the air conditioning was centrally operated giving you no control. The room was too hot.
I like the hotel. It is clean and nicely decorated. However, I was promised a bigger room on upper level when I booked the hotel. I paid extra for that. Looked like we got a standard room on the first floor
Hotel was clean and staff were very friendly. Hotel is abit far from everything but would stay there again. Disappointed the pool was closed but same everywhere in Rome just bad timing !!
Quiet hotel with very friendly and helpful staff.
Great pool and restaurant. Helpful front desk staff
poor service
Property was a bit far from the central area...service was poor.there we’r no bathroom slippers n no complimentary water bottles..when we asked in room dining for a bottle opener they said we are too busy sorry get ur bottle to the restaurant n we will open it n after that the guy simply hungup.we had the family suite with the balcony but unfortunately the balcony light wasn’t working when we called the reception they said sorry we are outta staff if u have a problem then change ur room maybe..it was a bad experience overall NH has a name but don’t knoe what happened to the staff it was our first n last experience at this property.
Lovely hotel excellent location 10 minute bus ride to the Vatican and a few more stops to the city centre over all a pleasant experience however be prepared to wait ages for the main attractions.
Not off beaten path
This is the perfect hotel for Rome vacation!!! It 15 minutes from airport It’s super comfy The rooms were large The shower was excellent It’s minutes walk to the bus (916) which connects to EVERYTHING AND I MEAN EVERYTHING. The restaurant near by are good, the area surrounding the hotel is quiet and save. The service was excellent and lastly the pool!!! After a day off sightseeing it was heaven sent. It is one of the nicest hotel in Europe
Beautiful, big hotel with pool and restaurant
Hotel is big and beautiful. The pool is lovely but is only open from 10am to 7pm. The restaurant is a bit expensive though very tasty and has a beautiful outdoor dining area. The bed was the most comfortable in all of the places we stayed in Italy over three weeks! The area is about 1 km from the metro and takes about 20 minutes to get to the main termini. A taxi was 8-10 euros to the Vatican museum. Such a lovely place to stay!
Nice Hotel
Positives: Nice hotel, breakfast buffet was nice with decent variety and they kept restocking it through out the breakfast so unlike some hotels you don't have to get there at 7AM for breakfast because at 7:30AM there will be nothing there left LOL, Hotel was reasonably clean and i would definitely recommend it. Negatives: I wish the pool was open longer, until at least 11PM not just 7PM. This way you can enjoy pool when you back from sight seeing... and maybe make it a couple degrees warmer as it was pretty cold but refreshing once you got in it, pool bar would not be a bad idea as well. Air condition in the room was rather weak but not a deal breaker managed to keep it below 25 degrees. Overall I enjoyed my stay.
The property is Quiet and clean. Price point is affordable, solid breakfast,
The rooms were large, clean and modern. The pool was excellent to use after a long hot day. The breakfast was plentiful and beautiful presentation. I also appreciated the covered parking though there were not many spaces. I found the transport to the city more difficult (of no fault of the hotel) with bus cancellations. I think that is a summer issue more than not. The walk was not bad -- and would be great in the fall/winter/spring.
Arrived at 1am after a long journey. Reception team was very unapproachable and not very friendly. The superior room we booked was supposed to have tea and coffee making facilities which it did not. We decided to just stay with it as the reception staff had been awful. Room was clean, the pool was lovely but I think food was a bit over priced.
Very impressive
Hotel was very modern with a great pool and a very nice hotel room and lobby area. Was extremely impressed due to it being a very affordable hotel. Only negative would be it’s location as it sometimes took us up to an hour to get into the main heart of Rome via public transport (required a bus to the metro and then a metro to wherever you wanted to go for that day)
Great location near bus stop 916! Hotel and was very clean and comfortable
Aivan loistava hotelli, josta tutustuminen Rooman eri alueisiin onnistuu helposti kävellen, taksilla, omalla autolla taikka julkisilla. Ei ole 5 tähden hotelli, mutta hinta-laatu täysi 10. Riittävän hyvä hotelli, jossa kaikki kohdallaan. Myös autotallissa maksuton parkkipaikka, jos haluaa autoilla Roomassa esim. Kehien ostareihin.
The property was modernly decorated with a great view. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating to our needs. The breakfast was delicious, more than we expected for the price and the dinner was just as delightful. We loved our stay!
Nice location outside of city center with a a small square nearby for restaurants and such. Would have liked to have had access to a concierge for tours.
Stay was short. All was very pleasant. Staff very helpful. Rooms clean. Especially liked the indoor parking.
Facilities were excellent .very clean and food selection and buffet breakfast wss very good
Property needs updating, staff needs training in customer service, housekeeping needs to leave soap and other nessesities in the bathroom before guest checks in.
Your front desk personnel are rude and impatient. Would NOT stay there again.
Another Italian rip off!
Got ripped off for the worst breakfast ever! Actually looked dangerous to eat, flies landing on cold cuts, etc.. everything looked days old. Rather eat a day old wiener from a 7-11
staff not recognizing lost luggage damaged delivered from airport.
Roma
Friendly, clean & within walking distance to the Vatican & other sights.
Great Place To Stay
This was a very nice hotel, a little ways to all the sights, but not really to far. The employees went above and beyond to assist us before and during our stay. The restaurant was really good and the prices were reasonable too. The breakfast buffet was really good. Just wish the room had a coffeepot in the room. If you are older, recommend you take a cab to the closest hop on hop off bus, you will be glad you did. Great place to stay.
nice hotel for the money. need to take taxi everywhere
Not very nice hotel
The hotel is in bad conidtion the room i took the light was not working in all the room, the celling paint was falling on my lugage, the ironing is a room i need to leave my room to use a simple iron, my room didnt have carpet it was old wood the closet is very small in size and the bathroom is not good distrubuted to be used. However the Breakfast is good and the location is fine close the bus station while far from the metro.
The lobby of this hotel is very impressive. The staff is friendly. The restaurant is very good. Unfortunately, the room wwas disgusting. The updated bathroom was fine, however, the room itself was very uncomfortable. The carpet was so old and dirty and stained that we hated to stand on it.
Nice hotel -- friendly staff...all very helpful in English! Remember, that is in Italy.
Common areas are nice, very walkable location. Our room needed new carpet as the old carpet was stained and worn.
This may have been the worst hotel experience I've had in many years. To begin when we checked in we asked a question about applying a discount we'd been offered from having our destination wedding at NH Hotel in Medellin. The front desk manager
Everyone (hotel staff) was pleasant and helpful. Desk personnel were most helpful -- speaking English to our "no Italian."
Very nice & clean. The small shower with curtain wasn’t ideal.
Well I thought there was shuttle service, there is no concierge service and a very limited menu.
The hotel was clean and our room was comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful when we asked for directions to the city.
Liked the overall look of the hotel. Pool helped but wished it was open later.
Great hotel with pool.
We stayed in the hotel in August so having the pool was brilliant. There is a bus stop nearby but the buses are not very regular. We did a 15 min walk to the nearest Metro station and used the Metro more as it was a reliable way to get into the city centre. The bar, pool and restaurant staff were excellent but we found the hotel staff on reception could have been more helpful.
recommended for femilies because of the pool
its a bit far from the downtown if you don't have a car.
Senior trip
The hotel arranged an airport transfer for us and when they called for a taxi we only had to wait 3 minutes. I highly recommend their breakfast. It was excellent!!
Ladies traveling alone, beware!
Chose this hotel solely for its location, a 100 meters from my daughter's home in Rome. I checked in with a very, very, VERY rude check in attndant, who tried to kick me out and put me in a distant hotel, because some airline crew got unexpectedly grounded and needed an extra night on site. Had to call my (male) Italian speaking relative for help and he managed to convey the importance of letting me have a room there and not elsewhere. The whole thing reminded me of the last century, where women, when standing alone, were disadvantaged even when justice was on their side. Ladies, beware.
Hotel is good, location is good. We had some problem in checking in. Service was poor. Over all not bad.
