Really nice Hotel nice neighborhood.

The hotel is beautifully, convenient, the breakfast super complete. The location is excellent! In general, you can improved more your services, from reception to clean services.

Exceptional hotel. A perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and convenience. I am not sure why this isn't a 5 star hotel but it certainly was a 5star experience.

Excellent place if you are going to watch a match

A magnificent hotel out of the city, but not to far from the city.

The hotel is great the staff even better. Convenient walking distance to the stadium and a number of eateries euro 12 in Uber to Madrid centre or just a bus ride away! Only downside the pool cannot be accessed by under 18s and you have to pay 30 euros per person per day to use !!!

Amazing property, especially for the VIP level rooms and accommodation. Nice gym and sauna in the basement.

It was in the center of Madrid local restaurants nearby. You could smell smoke in our room.

This hotel is very clean and confortable. The buffet was excellent and location safe and great area. I give a 5 star just because it was so clean in every way. Staff friendly and helpful.

I am being using Expedia for more than 15 years & this one I felt I was robbed You told me over the phone before the trip that the hotel would charge me $60 euros dayly for my sons extra bed & they charged me $480 euros instead I feel very disappointed with Expedia by lying to me

Great VIP experience. Lovely staff. The only thing I would say is that I had an allergic reaction to the scents in the room. The water didn't get as hot as I would like and the A/C didn't get as cold as I would like either. Over all very nice though. If you have allergies to scents I would let them know before arrival.

Love it, near Real Madrid Stadium, very nice area

We were there for a Real Madrid game. This hotel is very close to the Satiago Bernabeu. Hotel staff is very nice and helpful. The room is very nice and clean! We had a great experience!

Excellent breakfast buffet! Very large hotel, lots of facilities however, it tends to be somewhat noisy. The rooms are very comfortable but a bit expensive.

It was So comfy that made my one night feel great

Very nice place and staff was very helpful.

A very nice hotel, my room was spacious and clean (with a balcony overlooking Santiago Bernabeu from the 12th floor). Excellent buffet breakfast. Good gym (a bit crowded though, as it isn’t just for the hotel guests). Overall a bit on the costly side, but maybe I just wasn’t lucky - all other hotels in the area were either fully booked or more expensive.

This was an amazing modern Hotel. All personnel were friendly and eager to help. Amenities were first rate and the buffet breaker was amazing. The view from our window was spectacular. I would definitely stay here again.

So convenient to the stadium short walk. Bus/metro rude to the centre would stay here again. Disappointed that pool was out of order chose hotel because of spa facilities but couldn’t use them

We had excellent service from your staff and really enjoyed our stay. The property was centrally located and we had much more than we expected with all the amenities. The room was modern and sleek and enjoyed the beautiful balcony views. The breakfast was outstanding and the quality of food was great. Would definitely return.

A great hotel and very friendly staff. Only down side is it is advertised as having a pool which is not the case and kids aren’t allowed in the spa.

Business hotel. Far from city center. About 15 euro cab drive. Cabs available everywhere, clean and regulated. Most do not speak English.

Location

Excellent for business trip

Great stay. The rooms are very comfortable, the personnel very professional although not necessarily the most friendly and kind. Definitely it is a great pick for business meetings and business travel when you have to be around Chamartin. A taxi to Salamanca will take you 10-15 minutes so the location is very dependable. Didn’t like some of the policies of the room service, but this was a minor issue. The bar and the nearby restaurants are awesome.

Lovely hotel

The stay was lovely. The only thing that disappointed us was not being able to use the top floor loungers to relax and enjoy the sun. We were told this was only for VIP customers. We were also told my 6 year old son couldn’t use the pool. On the website it was a little misleading as it showed a pool which we thought would be included for all ages.

convenient location and clean facility

No Pool, expensive parking.

The parking is expensive (24€) and there is no pool on site as claimed on the offering. The pool is spa located nearby that will cost you 25€ and where your kids will not be able to go as you need to be 18+. If you are travelling with a family this is not the hotel to pick on a hot summer day in Madrid.

When you get the VIP Expedia package this hotel is almost unbeatable for this part of Madrid. Staff is very helpful and the discounts are nice.

Short visit to Madrid

Lovely hotel, very comfortable and good service. It was in a good area with many cafes and restaurants in the area, close to metro with quick access to centre. Our room was on the 11th floor provided us with a great view of the area.

Decor and friendless was something that is unique in this well situated hotel. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for one night and that was enough. The staff isn’t friendly at all, they look upset and unhappy. I tried to ask the lady at the bar an information about the elevator, she immediately answered “I DONT SPEAK ENGLISH!” Well, if you work at a hotel, you should at least try to understand the guests - how do you work at the bar of a hotel in Madrid and don’t speak English? - or get someone else that can be of some help. So, I spoke to her in Spanish and she acted like I was bothering her. The room air conditioning literally does not work. The shower hose was leaking and water went all over the bathroom. Anyways, I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again, after all, I don’t want to bother them again with my business.

good price / services /location nice rooms i liked

This has been my favourite hotel in the area. Thr room is bright with a large working desk. Perfect for business travel. The range of the beeakfast buffet is large which works well with the late Spanish lunch.

Best gym and great breakfast

Really good room, wifi, best gym ever in a hotel(be aware pool not available unless you pay for the Spa). Breakfast was also amazing, lots of choice! Long waits for the lifts..

Hotel is a little bit outdated but the rooms are really big and clean, king bed was very comfy, all the hotel personnel were very friendly and helpful . The breakfast is SUPERB!!! everything you can imagine, even mimosas and Bloody Marys.

Even if the weather was not good the hotel is near the center and the Barnabéu Stadium so you can visit the city easily from the hotel and go quickly to the airport too. the room are there nice, confortable and clean. you can enjoy the various bars of the hotel ...

Was very good. Only issue we had is we where on level 8 & on level 9 they kept banging & dragging furniture at all odd hours, was very very annoying!
