Great stay. Clean, upscale and had a very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast buffet was amazing and def worth it. Walkable to city. Close to trains. Highly recommend.

Phillipe in engineering was very helpful. We were disappointed that the room's electrical system failed and no one could help us for HOURS, until Phillipe. I am also shocked that there was no adjustment to our cost for such an incredible inconvenience. The free apples and caramel were insignificant comparatively.

Since the check-in, the experience was great. Catalina at the front desk was very nice and gave us a lot of tips of the city. Lived the Roof, amazing views and great service. The room had a very nice view and was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and all the staff was very friendly.

We had a fantastic stay. It was amazing from the moment we walked in. Staff were friendly and attentive. The location was in walking distance to the main restaurant strip. The bar area was lovely to enjoy a few drinks and relax. Drinks were quite expensive but to be expected in a hotel. The buffet breakfast was amazing with great choices and even Prosecco. We was offered ginger shots freshly made. The whipped butter was something special. Our room was spotlessly clean, with floor to ceiling window with great view over the city. It was light and spacious, the bathroom had shower fel, shampoo and conditioner which smelt divine. My husband was celebrating his 50th birthday and when we arrived in the room, there was a message wishing him a happy birthday and chocolates. A lovely little touch. A great hotel and would highly recommend

Only a one-night stay, but an excellent one. Very clean, modern decor with excellent amenities.

Lovely hotel in walking distance to the centre. It was about an 8-10 minute walk, with a nice view walking over the bridge. We felt very safe walking back to the hotel late at night as well. We stayed two nights and had a great time! The hotel is very chic and clean. The staff was amazing. I’ll definitely stay here again.

Excellent location for the metro

Excellent hotel in a very convenient location -not far ( walking distance) from some restaurants and all the major attractions. The staff are very helpful and the housekeeping was excellent.The breakfast buffet was amazing with lots of food, choices, and many breakfast stations offering hot and cold breakfasts. Our room was on the seventh floor, and we had amazing views of the cities and waterways. We were celebrating our 30th anniversary and to our surprise the guest relations people left a a bottle of champagne on ice with some sweet treats and a nice message on a card for us in our room! That was such a thoughtful and sweet gesture. I would definitely come back and stay at this hotel. An added bonus was that this hotel was only a five minute walk from the nearest metro station, which is very convenient to get to.

NH Collection is an outstanding hotel in an excellent location. Metro station is 3 blocks away and many great restaurants and attractions close by.

Perfect location for our 4-day stay in Copenhagen. A short walk to the Metro station ave us access to the entire city. The Metro is super easy - get the app - there are no turnstiles or pass checking. Metro staff checked passes 3X during our stay. Super easy access to the airport.

This was THE best hotel I've stayed in Europe. The staff was amazing. Room service fantastic. Breakfast you gave to buy it in advance as it's the best way to start your day. OMG the ginger shot was great too. Best experience. We will only book NH Collection going forward 😊❤️

Wonderful Hotel stay

It was a family weddiing in Copenhagen so we stayed at the NH collection based on the reviews for 2 nights and also my wife's birthday the same day which we mentioned to the hotel prior to our arrival. Impressive Hotel had one breakfast which I can fully recommend if you want to spend the money everything is new and quality excellent.. It was really cold but the room was as warm as we wanted. We were given celebratory bottles of bubbly from the Hotel which was very nice of them. Many Thanks and would definitely recommend this Hotel

It was few minutes walk from the metro station and you can walk to the city in 10 minutes.

Really loved my stay here. I often spend the day outside and looking forward to returning to my hotel room. The facilities are clean, look top notch. The rooms are very well finished and comfortable. The staff are extremely courteous and always helpful with a smile. Though the hotel is not located in a central part of the city, the few conveniences around the hotel gives it its charm. Would definitely return in the future!

Lovely hotel great position. Missed a nights stay due to plane being cancelled, wasnt offered refund on the missed night. Few bar flies by the downstairs bar.

Good, was excited...expecting great. Okay as far as the room goes. Comfortable bed extra clean...just plain Jane in terms of decor and shower stall could have been better cleaned saw hair on the walls that a good spray down could have gotten off. Eeew who wants to see someone else's hair while showering in a 4 star hotel? About 5 minutes from train station. Service was excellent and carried my luggage to my room, front desk said it was her favorite room so now I think all NH hotels are basic. However, I will try again in another country just to see. Dinner was excellent fish & chips in a tuxedo. Nice wine choices and just fabulous service, at dinner which is what sealed the deal fur a return. Tea pot was dirty which turned my expense water into a cloudy mess...maybe milk but who knows I was too scared to drink it. Overall, good experience will return. Thank you for good hospitality.

Excellent clean hotel, friendly staff and great breakfast. Really convenient for links to the airport and walk into the city centre and all the sights. Highly recommended.

Everything was conveniently located, making for a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. A big shout-out to Ugo, who was excellent from the start, even before our arrival through email, and it was a pleasure to meet him in person. He answered all our questions and provided helpful, honest recommendations(Gulcan was also great, though we didn’t have the chance to meet her.) Our room had a view of the river, which was particularly amazing on New Year’s Eve when it was too cold to be outside, and we enjoyed watching the fireworks from the comfort of our warm room. We did experience a minor issue with one of the staff at the bar, but Yeray handled the situation promptly, ensuring that the incident didn’t affect our stay. Thanks to him for that. Feedback: * It would be helpful if staff provided a brief orientation upon arrival. * The bathrooms could benefit from a vent system. * It would be nice if coupons weren’t restricted to the bar only. For example, we once asked room service for a Coke along with other items, but were told the coupon could only be used at the bar. Overall, it was a good stay!

This is a very nice and very well located hotel. Two blocks from the metro and a short walk to the downtown shopping area. The rooms are large and nice, the staff were excellent.

Gorgeous hotel in a fantastic location

This was a 2 night stay to enjoy the Copenhagen Christmas markets. The hotel was stunning, the moment you stepped through the door there was a beautiful smell. It was all decorated for Christmas in the lobby. The staff were amazing so helpful and friendly. The best hotel breakfast I have ever had. So much choice and so nice. Everything tasted fresh and the pastries wow! I had a gorgeous Superior room on the 6th floor with a stunning view. The room was big, clean, had plenty of tea, coffee etc and a bottle of water. I loved it. It is in a great location, easy to walk to anywhere in the city. I will definitely be back. Thankyou NH Collection Copenhagen.

Everything was perfect. The staff was incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable about the city. I was meeting a friend there that I hadn’t seen for 30 years and they gave us extra special Danish treats spin arrival! Definitely planning on staying there again.

Great hotel within easy walking distance of the main sights. Conveniently situated close to the metro so getting to and from the airport is no problem. Very clean and tidy.

Perfect gem near a metro

This was a perfect location and near a metro station so that we could make the most of our Copenhagen card! The hotel was clean, and well maintained. I also have to say the staff was very friendly and the location was safe! We stayed 4 nights and enjoyed our stay a lot!

Stunning hotel

Stunning hotel. Perfectly situated near canals and a short walk into the old town. Lovely room. Hotel is stylishly designed throughout. Great reception area to sit in. The restaurant served really good food. Great breakfasts. Nice bar. And every member of staff was so helpful and pleasant. I've been lucky enough to stay in many of the world's nicest hotels over the years. This is right up there with the best.

The property and staff are very nice and met our expectations. The room was very cold and the heating was unpredictable. I would not ask for this room again.

Before we’d even arrived we had spoken with a few of the Concierge & Guest Relations staff there (particularly Ugo & Abel) and they were so lovely. All of the staff are kind and welcoming. I’m so glad we chose NH Collection. The hotel is wonderful, rooms are pleasant and there’s a lovely smell as soon as you go through the revolving door. We couldn’t fault it!!

I was there on business to meet the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, which was directly across the street. Good restaurants were within walking distance as well.

Fantastic hotel! Super modern property, room was quiet and spacious, great bed and shower. Very close to the Metro station and less than a 15 minute walk to Nyhavn. Staff were very helpful. Highly recommend!

From the reception to check out our stay was exemplary. Friendly staff, to the fantastic decor and location 2 mins from the best restaurants and shops and the tour buses etc. Highly recommended.

My husband and I reserved a corner room with double bed via Expedia, as we do for all our hotel bookings. Our actual room was two twin beds pushed together--- and the two twin beds shifted around on the wood floor, had separate bedding etc. When we asked the front desk about this, they said they do not guarantee bed type when booking on Expedia. So, they treat Expedia bookings like second class, basically. They didn't even warn us or give us the option of moving to a different room when we checked in-- they clearly saw we are a husband and wife. Bed choice should be a given and not something that is changed because of Expedia booking. As these were two twin beds, they were thin, with basic thin covers (nothing nice at all) and our feet dangled off the end of the bed. We have never had that type of surprise at any hotel we have stayed at and never been told Expedia reservation is the reason why.

My friend and I stayed at NH Collection Copenhagen (superior room on the first floor) for four nights in October 2024. Our room was clean, spacious and quiet, and the hotel was a 5-minute walk away from a metro station and supermarket. The reception staff kindly accommodated to our request for early check in and assisted in booking a taxi on our check out day too. Would highly recommend NH Collection Copenhagen for anyone who is visiting Copenhagen!

Excellent hotel

Stayed for 3 nights and my bed cover was not changed..l. Room was cleaned . Staff upon arrival was very helpful and nice. The concierge, amazing! The staff upon checkout was a bit rude, he blamed me for not complaining right away about the sheets.. he could have chosen his words better. I informed him so it won’t happen to other travelers… but overall I like staying in NH hotels. They have cater to travelers like me. I might not staying in this particular NH hotel again when I’m in Copenhagen.

Classy place with a great bar!

Fantastic

A great location! Very walkable and convenient to the Metro. The staff was lovely. The room was comfortable and hsd lovely views. The bathroom was spacious with a large (and I mean large) walk-in shower. The bed was a bit firm but not hard. Not an issue. The breakfast buffet was a bit pricey so we opted for coffee and pastry at a nearby bakery. A very nice property and we would stay here again!

We had a pleasant stay, big room, good view. I loved the design and a mirror in the bathroom. Overall, it was a very positive experience. Central location, close to everything.

Choice Hotel in the Heart of Copenhagen

Great location, a block from transit. Friendly, helpful, and personable staff. The room was quiet and very clean. We had three people in our travel party, so the hotel provided a roll-in bed which was comfortable. Our room looked out over an internal courtyard. It was tranquil. The room had excellent lighting, a comfortable bed with a range of pillow types, and a shower with great water pressure. The room was elegantly decorated. I hope to return to Copenhagen and, if I do, I will stay here again.

One of my favorite hotels. Great staff, very comfortable bed, quiet room. Small issue with the wifi on this stay. Signal strength was good but there was a 12 hour period where it wasn't connected to the internet.

First of all, I would like to mention Julian, Ellis and the manager from Ecuador (the 3 of them bent over backwards to be helpful). The rooftop is also nice. Our stay was not enjoyable, it was not possible to get help from the hotel to order meals in the evening after 9pm, the options for room service were very limited (all processed food). The worst part was that one day of our stay the room was not cleaned, we were out the whole day and by 10 pm when we came back the room had not been made, needless to say I was annoyed and frustrated so I came down to the front desk and the night shift manager seemed angry at my complaint and suggested to cancel my booking and said I could go stay elsewhere (it was midnight by then) , this made us furious as it was not an option, especially after having paid $550 a night. I had sent emails well ahead of my stay to avoid unpleasant situations as the ones I mentioned but clearly those emails and requests were not taken into account seriously nor proffessionaly. Awful stay.

Great and Recommendable Hotel in Copenhagen

NH in Copenhagen was walkable in the city’s must-see destinations like Nyhavn, Royal Palace, Metros, and famous bakeries. Our room was spacious for three guests. The bathroom was modern, water pressure was great, and the amenities provided were outstanding.

Great location with wonderful staff.

I like where the hotel was it was easy to get around. The only thing I didn’t like the bed. It was hard as a rock. And my only other thing that I was dissatisfied with I’m on vacation so I shouldn’t be forced to get up early or put out a sign saying do not disturb because the maze come at 9:15
