Very old, dated, and run down property

Hotel was very old (2000's decoration), looks a bit run-down, and very dated. Hygiene was poor and just on the acceptable side. For the amount paid, I would book somewhere else.

Gabriel, and staff were on point with everything to make us feel comfortable. We would definitely stay again here.

Marvelous property just steps from Plaza de Mayo. Huge room. Contemporary design. Feels like it was entirely redone in last year or two. Super clean and lovely staff.

Great stay in buenos Aires

Good stay, coffee machine was not working and had to ask for a new one three times. Could never connect my Netflix to the Tv. Apart from that the stay was good, great location .

Property is dated. We were given an accessible room with two twin beds joined together! Disappointing when traveling as a couple and you booked a “superior room “

No city view and pool is not in the hotel

The hotel is in a great location to explore San Telmo and other areas as has good metro links to the other areas. We booked a Superior Room with a city view but were disappointed to find we did not get this even though it was confirmed on our booking. Be careful as we were told only 4 rooms have a city view and they were all booked so we felt we were misled as this was a reason for selecting this hotel. The booking information also said there was a pool but this is in fact in the City hotel next door and you have to leave this hotel, go out onto the street and then into the hotel next door. Again, we felt misled about this as this was one of the main reasons for booking this particular hotel. Apart from these 2 points we were happy with the hotel.

The location is ideal. There is no bar in this hotel. They advertise having plugs to borrow for your chargers etc but these are not available per the front desk. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are very clean

Perfect hotel for Buenos Aires

NH Collection in Buenos Aires was amazing. So clean and comfortable! The location was perfect for seeing Plaza de Mayo and for getting around the whole city. The front desk staff was amazing and super helpful.

The front desk staff were second to none. Very helpful and supportive.

The check in time was 0300 pm and my room was ready only at almost at 0500 pm, has been waiting in the lobby. Shower set up is terrible. Some type of the plastic glass and all the water on the floor that does not make it to the drain so constantly used towels to dry it.

I will definitely stay again at this hotel , the location is perfect , you can walk to san Telmo , plaza de mayo , obelisco , teatro Colón , casa rosada ,puerto Madero or you can take a taxi , super easy and taxis are not expensive. Also the front desk employees ara very attentive, profesional, they make you feel at home. I think the person that did our check inn was Gabriel, don’t remember his name but he was very very nice. Our room was always clean 1059. Thank you to the cleaning lady don’t know her name but she did a good job.Last day they held our luggage , so we could sightseeing until it was time to go to the airport , and called a taxi for us. We did not use the breakfast lounge because a friend of mine recommended the cafe next to the hotel called Pertutti and after the first breakfast we went there every day, but I saw a lot of guess going to the 7 floor at the hotel for breakfast. Our stay at this hotel and in general in BA was wonderful.

Great location. Staff were very helpful and the room was large and very clean. My husband and I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The rooms are so large and comfortable for the price paid. Staff is so friendly. One day waiting for an excursion pick up, the fellow behind the desk walk up to me and asked if he would like me to make a call to the company regarding the delay in pick up. That's above, and beyond!

wonderful stay

This hotel was right in the center of old town where you would want to go. It was perfect for the two days we were there. Sights were 4 minutes away, food was easy to find as was shopping. Its in the heart of the city and the staff and hotel were perfect for our needs and budget.

The room are huge, clean, modern and simply the best.

Fantastic location right on Plaza Maya. Very convenient for walking to all the main attractions. Cafe Perlutti next door was wonderful. Daily breakfast at the hotel was great. Room was very modern, extremely comfortable beds, and a fabulous view. We really enjoyed this hotel and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful (especially the front desk).l I'd definitely recommend this hotel and would hapily stay here again

The check in took a very long time. The front service desk staff looks like not so efficiently handle the check in procedures. It is our feelings only when comparing the check in with Ng 9 de Julio.

The location is great. The front desk staff weren’t friendly. It took us 45 minutes to get our room key. The body lotion bottle was empty and never got replaced.

Unable to get into room until 1 hour after check in time

The hotel was nice, but I did not feel it was a five star hotel. Check-in service was VERY slow... Location is amazing. The breakfast was outstanding

Perfect Location; Outstanding Service.

Absolutely perfect location. Staff is super-friendly and most of them speak enough English that if you're Spanish is weak (as mine is), they can meet you halfway. Restaurant is nice. Only minor quibble is that the building is showing a bit of ware, but that is sooooo minor in comparison to all the favourables. We would absolutely stay here again.

The room could use a little TLC but it was very clean and I had an amazing view from my room.

The hotel staff was extremely helpful and friendly when we asked for help getting taxis and printing boat tickets. The restaurant a few steps away, Pertutti, was so good that we went there for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Both the hotel and Pertutti are very highly recommended.

Great hotel for business or vacation

Great hotel in a great location. Walking distance to a bunch of restaurants and bars in the San Telmo and Puerto Madero areas. Very friendly and helpful staff. The building itself shows its age in the floors and elevators, but it's not a big deal. I'd definitely stay here again.

The hotel is very well located and overall is good. The staff is very courteous and helpful. Water pressure and washrooms need an overhaul in general. I found it interesting that they will charge for the coffee pods for your in-room Nespresso.

NH Downtown Buenos Aires

The staff, especially the reception staff were very attentive and responsive. The room was spacious and clean. The location is very convenient to many sites. The issue is with deferred maintenance like all the other hotels in Argentina: toilet was not attached to wall so make noise each time we sit and stand up, flushing is also very noisy, shower water goes from hot and cold in minutes.

Excellent location in the heart of the city. Walking distance to a lot of the city for sightseeing ,food, and transportation. Airport about 45 min away. approx 25 US$.

Good Clean Hotel

Good price - booked AFTER midnight. Staff was very nice. Got a 4 hour extension on check-out. Shower/tub needs grab bars and a non-slip mat. The beds have HARD mattresses. The bidet is tricky - turn it fully on and it creates a geyser that hits the ceiling. No kidding - room 757.

Great hotel and area of town. Bathroom drain did make a gurgle sound though.

Amazing staff and hotel, PERFECT location

The hotel's condition and the staff we're totally amazing. I have no bad words to say. But the crown's jewel is the location. There are no words to explain how much the location is the best it can be. Literally all the attractions are near, and all the subways are leaving from your doorstep.

Just around the corner from the Plaza de Mayo and the Casa Rosada. Great eateries on Bolívar street. Also a Carrefour shop and just beyond it a great empanada bakery where they cost 19 pesos each. Cheap snack.

Excellent staff and service. Superbly designed stylish rooms. Only possible negative comment I could make is that the food from room service, whilst perfectly good and tasty, was presented rather boringly. Otherwise excellent and I would stay there again very happily.

The location was fantastic! It is one block away from the "Casa Rosada" (government house), the Cathedral was across from the Plaza de Mayo and the Cabildo (historic government building), and so much more! our room was huge, beautiful and super clean. The cleaning people were really nice, and everyone else as well. We remember fondly Maria del Pilar and Rocio at the reception desk, greeting us with a smile every day for two week, offering us help in every little thing we needed, from directions, money exchange, recommendations, and so on, with the best attitude. The price was really affordable and our stay there was a total pleasure! We highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel staff was really good, positive attitude. Rooms are large, walk in shower is really nice. Only issue is the Hotel needs freshening up. Things are a bit worn. not too bad, however for a 5 star hotel, they need painting, new carpet and furniture.

Great downtown location. Lots of restaurants, shopping and easy tourist access

Large spacious room in a great location. Excellent breakfast with many gluten free options. Very comfortable- only issue was the shower which didn’t appear to have much temperature control.

Fantastic Staff. Very helpful, youthful group at the front desk. Helped us with several translation challenges.

The hotel is in the middle of the historical section of Buenos Aires. It is an easy walk to museums, churches, historical buildings. Although there was not a lot of staff they were very pleasant and helpful. I enjoyed my stay

The staff are excellent and very helpful specially Pilar. She went above and beyond her duties to help us. The coffee machine in the room was a bonus. They gave us water everyday which was great. The location was very close to the Plaza de Mayo and subway and many good restaurants. I strongly recommend this hotel. Thanks to all the staff and specially to Pilar.

The condition of the room is fairly good. The location of the hotel is excellent since it's just one minute walking distance to Plaza de Mayo. There were a lot of police staging nearby all the time due to the close distance to all the government buildings so the nearby hotel area was quite safe. The staff was excellent. We had an earlier flight arrival and arrived at hotel around 10:30am. The receptionists were able to check in and honor an early check in for us which was extremely helpful. Although the first room we were assigned was not quite furnished yet and then the second room, which was for handicapped person, was mistakenly given to us. Gabriel at the front desk who I assume was a senior staff immediately took the correction action and gave us an upgrade to a suite, which was quite large and nice. Also Alejo who also worked in the front desk was patiently helping us to search for restaurant and travel arrangement. Both of them were quite helpful throughout our stay and we really appreciate his help.

Fantastic Hotel in the perfect location of B.A.

A most Excellent Hotel, perfectly located around the corner from the Plaza de Mayo in the heart of the Historical district. In terms of the rooms,cleanliness,comfort ,staff, and service we would definitely give it 5 BIG STARS out of 5 and gladly stay again!

When we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist didn't know my booking was for three people. He said Expedia didn't notify the correct number of people. He gave room keys (cards) at 12th floor. When I opened the door, there was a man in the bed watching TV!!! We came down to the reception and explained it. He said he was sorry, but he didn't seem to feel sorry at all. We were give a different room with one queen bed only. Later additional dirty bed was delivered without linen. We waited more than 30 minutes, but nobody came to make the bed ready. The staff at restaurant were unfriendly. There was no bellboy. The hotel sign was not clealy visible, and taxi driver missed the property. This hotel is below 3 star.

A stay to short

We been there for only few hours to get sone sleep. The place is a little to much for our badget, but we got a nice deal for last kinute booking. Although we didn't stay lobg we can say the place place looks really good. Fir it opinion they try to hard to keep the luxurious image, but it still looks nice and comfortable place for long stay. In addition, the hotel is in a realy good area for tourists.
