I stayed at this hotel for 8 nights with my family. During the check-in process and in the Expedia conditions, they never mentioned the fee for visitors. On the third day, some family members came to visit us in our three rooms. That night, the front desk called to inform us that if our visitors stayed after 10 PM, we would be charged $30 the next day. The following day, I tried to contact the manager, but he could not explain why this fee wasn't mentioned during the check-in or reservation process. Instead, he talked about his background and dominated the conversation for 20 minutes without addressing any of my concerns. I also mentioned that a rude staff member had called us in an unprofessional manner just two days prior. We had given him a cellphone that we found at the reception area, but he pocketed it instead of returning it immediately. When the owner of the cellphone came back looking for it, he never mentioned that he had it until we alerted her. I am extremely disappointed with the staff at this hotel and the manager—not only for the unexpected fee but also for the unprofessional treatment of guests. This is not a five-star hotel, as their facilities are mediocre and do not offer any conveniences for hosting visitors.

Unfortunately, staying here was not by first choice. First hotel overbooked another hotel across the street Cosmos 100 which the staff there was very apologetic there. Going to NH the man at the reception desk said they didn’t have our reservation that was already paid for then he mysteriously found it but our room was already given so we were forced to take downgrade as it was very late. Most of the staff was not very friendly except the lady working overnight as the lady in the evening was very rude when I was speaking to another gentleman. The room was half the size of the room booked, stains on the carpet and walls. Cracked glass on the nightstand. Thermostat didn’t work as it was always very cold and the rude reception lady in the evening said they control it not the guest.

Excellent place to walk to a closeby wework, safe place. Quiet, great staff. 10/10 will come back for business.

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel NH Collection Bogotá Terra 100 Royal! The staff was incredibly welcoming, and my room was clean and comfortable with beautiful views. The dining experience was a highlight, with delicious meals and a great breakfast spread. The location is perfect, offering both convenience and tranquility. The hotel is in a great location, where you can walk to nearby places. It felt safe around the neighborhood. The property lobby & restaurant is beautiful, the rooms on the other hand are very pretty but upon closer look you see some wear and tear from the furniture. the breakfast was a bit overpriced at $20, but you have way cheaper options within walking distance. The bed was great and all around a cozy atmosphere. The room details felt short compared to other NH collection hotels I have visited yet I had a great stay and would recommend it.

Excellent hotel! The rooms are spacious, updated and clean. The bed was very comfortable and I loved the strong water pressure. The internet was great, and I had several zoom meetings with no problem. The staff was amazing and any issue or need I had, was responded to quickly and positively. I highly recommend!!

Our third consecutive visit to Bogota and stayed at this property. I must say it would be our last time. Staff very professional and good breakfast, but our room’s carpet and couch were dirty, dirt marks on both the carpet and furniture, Only one towel in the room had to request few more, and the worst part was the Air Conditioning was broken on the entire floor, tried ro change rooms but they were not ready for us to move. Disappointed.

Stayed here for 1 week on a solo trip to Bogota. Solid location, very nice and helpful staff, clean & spacious rooms, small snacks and drinks served throughout the day in the lobby. Room service was solid and served until around 8pm. Overall, really enjoyed my stay at the NH Royal 100 hotel and highly recommend for solo business travelers.

This hotel is definitely not a 4.5 star hotel. If anything, I'd give them 3 stars. I don't know if I'd consider this a luxury hotel, pretty average if you ask me. The first room we checked in the A/C wasn't working, so we have to move to a smaller room. The layout of the room is pretty weird, the toilet walls are made out of glass with no air ventilation or windows, so sleeping a few steps from a stinky bathroom i not ideal. The gym is pretty basic, nice views but a little run down. My staff is super nice, and the hotel is well located.

This hotel is located in north of Bogotá , in a relatively high class area. Reception staff was very friendly. Check in was fast. Their check out is at 1 PM. Hotel is eco friendly with lights in hallways turning on/off based on motion and limited towels. Room has modern decoration/setup. I love the espresso ☕️ machine. There is also kettle For tea lovers… like me. Small fringe is a bonus. The best part of this hotel is there breakfast … it is not included in the room booking price but you can add it for $15 Canadian a day … believe me that you will be super happy that you did that. Enjoy! Location is ok but not great if you like walking like me, then everything is 10-25 minutes away including Teo famous malls. There is a Carulla fresh market near by … just google it, it is 5-7 minutes walk.

Aunque mi habitacion fue comoda, tuvieron algun problema durante mi estadia con la unidad de Aire Acondicionado de mi cuarto y no funciono, lo cual hizo mi estadia poco placentera. Yo necesito alguna corriente de aire para no sentirme encerrado, y sin la posibilidad de abrir las ventanas y sin el AA funcionando, la pase realmente mal. La ultima noche me dieron como solucion un ventilador, que aunque pude sentirme mas comodo, no es lo que uno espera de un NH Collection

Worst Hotel Experience I've Ever Had

DO NOT BOOK! This hotel (NH Terra) is closed and they will move you to another hotel after you pay and not let you cancel. I am disgusted that Hotels.com will let a hotel list rooms for a hotel that is not available. The hotel will move you across town to their NH Teleport "5-star" hotel. I put that in quotes because it is not 5-star. The bathtub caulking is peeling, the shower head is terrible, and the rooms need renovation. Overall this is a scam and the worst experience I've ever had. It ruined my trip and I was forced to stay the entire 8 days or lose my money. Don't make the same mistake I did. There are many better hotels in the same area.

NH Royal Teleport

Due to the pandemic, the Terra 100 Royal is closed and the guests are sent to the NH Royal Teleport next door to the Canada Embassy. The teleport is great and all staff is attentive. The teleport is highly recommended in terms of location, transportation, food, comfort. Cannot ask for more.

I had a good sprerience. Location is excelent for business and pleasure. Rooms aren't very spacious but confortable for couple.
