Our home away from home in Bogotá ! We love it and always come back ! The service is amazing , the employees and well everything !

Excellent stay for the week in Bogota. I highly recommend this Hotel.

The hotel exceeded expectations with its exceptional service and attention to detail. The staff were incredibly professional and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The rooms were spotless, and the facilities were top-notch, including a pristine pool and relaxing spa. Additional services like the fitness center and on-site dining were also of the highest quality, making for a truly enjoyable stay.

Really clean, quiet, elegant . Really liked it.

I love the restaurant options. The food is very good. I look forward to it every time I stay there. The mall next door with a nice grocery store/pharmacy is very convenient. The taxi service is also convenient when not using an uber.

The hotel room and facilities are very nice. A beautiful pool and spa. The area is very nice and there are places to go nearby for shopping and dining.

Rugs, beds, sofas are in very bad shape and need for deep cleaning. Pillows smell terrible. This is probably a 3 star hotel in the US. Why charge entire booking upon checking in? That’s not normal practice. Finally, tried to sneak in room charges we didn’t consume into our final bill.

I have stayed here a few times and it’s a nice hotel With great comfortable beds. You can get a massage and use the steam rooms and walk to Usaquen and shop or dine out. I will stay here again for sure.

Nice hotel, very good restaurant, friendly staff, room entrance doors very noisy (neighbor rooms awoke us very early and disturbed during the day), cleanliness could be better. All that said, it’s a nice hotel. We have just booked an extra night

I must say the restaurant on premise was actually delicious, I had the chicken ravioli in an amazing sauce. So good! Hotel was lovely, pool and spa area also very nice! Rooms were spacious !

Best hotel I have stayed at in Usaquen. Outstanding breakfast and spacious room. As a VIP Platinum member I got upgraded which was wonderful. Fast internet until the last day I was there which wasn't a show-stopper but as a digital nomad it gave me pause about coming back again. Aside from that hiccup, the front desk, hosts, and cleaning staff were outstanding people. If they can somehow guarantee my internet connection will always be fast and reliable, I will make this hotel my first choice every time I am in Usaquen.

Our stay at NH Collection Bogotá Teleport Royal was absolutely wonderful. The staff were incredibly accommodating and made us feel welcomed throughout our visit. Security was top-notch, ensuring a safe environment without feeling intrusive. The hotel itself is situated in a beautiful location, conveniently close to some of the best restaurants in town, making dining out a breeze. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend NH Collection Bogotá Teleport Royal to anyone visiting the area. Oh, the Sunday brunch was incredible.

Phone service inside the room was just average . The instrument misbehaved a lot . Was not easy to get reception , Housekeeping etc Staff at reception were excellent . Buffet breakfast was excellent too . Knowledge of English was poor .

Not bad value and good location in the business area. Let down by small things. Rooms are dated and could do with a spruce up. Found a wine cork on the floor as soon as I walked in !! Shower in the bath which is never great. Do prefer a separate shower unit. Pool area nice. Gym ok. Again looking tired. Steam room had ceiling falling in. Restaurant in the evening is like a ghost town so I would recommend going out. Some nice restaurants not that far away by foot.

I didn’t like was the fact that I had to pay IVA tax on the way out. I think this is absolutely absurd and it’s a way for the Colombian government to syphon money out of foreigners. Also, i was charged a whopping $43,000 COP for a taxi ride ten miles out. Don’t use their taxi service, use a regular cab that uses a meter. It’s a rip off. Other than that, this place was just wonderful. Highly recommend.

Great service and location!

Pros The staff were helpful and polite. The front desk people spoke English, mostly quite well. Special thanks to Wendy S., who was exceptionally helpful. There is a supermarket and shopping center almost next door. The Usaquen backstreets were very pleasant, and seemed safe. There is a good currency exchange upstairs in the Hacienda Santa Barbara mall nearby. Numerous city buses stop frequently on the main road near the hotel. The hotel has 3 fast elevators. I never had to wait long. They provided a microwave oven for us. Cons: The gym was pretty good, but it was open only 8 am to 9 pm on weekdays, with shorter hours on weekends. The swimming pool and sauna were too cold, so I couldn't use them at all. The hotel showed divisive, biased CNN news constantly on the gym TV. Americans are very divided these days, so it would be better to show politically-neutral business news instead. Loud music was played in the lobby on some nights, and it could be heard even on the top floors. It did not affect our room, so I did not complain. There was busy vehicular traffic in the area, which caused irritating air pollution outdoors. But that is the case throughout much of Bogota, due to the large number of motorbikes and buses that lack emission controls. Overall, this is a very nice hotel with wonderful staff. I recommend it.

The NH Collection Bogota Teleport Royal is a really high end hotel. Excellent service by the staff. The rooms are modern, clean, and very large. Breakfast options are very good, the wifi is fast and easy to use. Highly recommend it. The Santa Ana mall across the street is very convenient as well.

I had my wedding there and they did an amazing job with arranging it while in contact with my new wife. However, for whatever ever reason trying to contact them by phone, text, or email was very frustrating because it ultimately ended up that my new wife had to go to the property in person to get any kind of information and results.

I came to Bogota for a medical reason, the service was great,my special thanks to one of the manager Sandra, was really helpful,she offered me all kind of help for my wife recovering.

La verdad el precio no es acorde con lo que brindan, habían dos jacuzzis y los dos estaban fuera de servicio, la piscina manchada, la habitación no tiene nevera, la habitación dice que terraza pero no inviertan dinero con la terraza por que nada que ver , el baño se veía viejo y el enchapé manchado, la comida en el hotel demasiado costosa. El desayuno muy rico.

La recepcionista nos dio informacion incorrecta, la habitacion no tenia toallas.La piscina esta en un estado lamentable. El color del agua es verde, tiene soplado el caucho q la recubre, adentro se nota color oxido etc... El jacuzzi no tiene escalera ni nada para entrar o salir...realmente peligroso.

WORST HOTEL SERVICE WE HAVE EVER GOTTEN!!!

This was BY FAR the worst hotel service we have ever gotten. My wife and I are avid travelers with over 2,000 hotel stays thanks to our Amex status. At check-in a copy of my Amex was made along with a copy of my passport and this is not normal. They front desk person asked for a signature on a blank pamphlet, also very unusual. We tried to call every single extension for room service, reserve the spa, front desk etc during our whole stay and not even once our call was answered. We downloaded the mobile app and no service neither! We ended up going at 4am to front desk to ask for water and for our surprise there were 3 employees sitting there just playing around and making jokes about me for going downstairs at that time for water. We went up and placed the do not disturb sign at the door and the cleaning crew walked right in at 8am with us naked without even knocking!!! We tried to call and get our prepaid breakfast and were ignored, at the time of checkout my wife tell the front desk lady about it and her reply was that she was sleeping and could not answer the phone. To top that, while leaving the hotel lobby there where 2 doorman and as they see us walking they stepped aside and were waiting for my wife to open the door herself. I asked them about it while opening the door myself and they started laughing. Problems with this location please report them to customercare@nh-hotels.com

Service at the restaurant was terrible. Seemed like the servers were more worried about billing people then actually serving guests. The servers look at you and walk right past you, without asking if you need anything. I had to get up 2 times to refill my coffee, I got up and got the coffee pot myself and the milk. Overall the service was bad.

This property is amazing. As an American, I can say this is an awesome place to stay. Even one time when there was a problem that wasn't their fault, they still accommodated us and fixed the issue. ( Noise from another building ). This is a wonderful place to stay - from the huge breakfasts to the always smiling people, to the great amenities like the sauna, pool, and exercise room. It's so nice I've even stayed in NH Hotels in other cities. Bottom line - they are first class.

We booked this hotel because we had a medical procedure (eye surgery) in the next door building so it was very convenient. Thiis was our second stay. The rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable with great pillows. There's a bar and restaurant with varied options. Also there's a mall just around the corner that has many restautrants and a supermarket. The area is nice and safe. I would recommend this hotel and will stay there again when we come back.

Javier & his team are doing a great job in the restaurant. He made sure that my experience was wonderful. The service he provides at the hotel is impecable (it is at the level of cities such as Toronto and New York). They are working in a fast pace while delivering an exceptional and efficient service. Descuidado el servicio de las habitaciones, no habían toallas

This is a nice property but has zero service. If you are looking for a efficient and friendly staff avoid this hotel. Ordered room service twice had to call and get upset with the staff over 1:30 hours later because they hadn't started working on my order. Mentioned this to the front desk and the response was like "oh ok". There are other hotels in the aera. Will not stay here again.
