Loved the stay! Staff was amazing, welcome drink was yummy. Staff went over and above to get taxi, helping with bags and sightseeing recommendations.

I loved everything about this hotel. Awesome location, walkable to everything, lots of great places to eat, drink, shop etc nearby. The staff were all wonderful from the front desk crew to the restaurant bar and room service staff, everyone was lovely. The food was delicious, the space was clean and nice. Highly recommend

We chose this hotel because the hotel we had originally chosen was going to have its power out for one day. As it turned out, and I think the hotel knew this, this hotel also had the power out for one day when we were there. Not their fault of course, but they should have known and warned their guests in advance.

Not worth the price.

Our stay was okay. There is nothing special to say about the room or hotel. The hall area always smelled like cigarette smoke. The vent made a rattling noise. It is close to the Arc de Triomf metro. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel due to the high price. There are plenty of cafés around.

Needs improvement

It was a good stay, except we found a few bugs in our room. We informed the front desk, however they didn’t compensate us at all, for the inconvenience.

The bathroom was spacious and water pressure was good. Wifi speed was good too. It’s walkable to some tourist areas.

Rooms do Not seem to be 26m2. No room slippers for a hotel of 4 stars and being NH Collection. Very nice and effective stuff.

I guess I didn’t realize how far several things would be from this hotel on walking distance but this probably was something that stood out to me because it was the last stop of our Europe trip. Even then, there were always taxis available right outside if we needed to get somewhere that was too far to walk and the staff inside were always willing to track one down for us. Every single staff we interacted with were super friendly and made our stay great.

The staff here was absolutely spectacular!!! We were traveling through Europe for 2 weeks and this was by far our favorite hotel, we were sad it was only for one night. The rooms are spacious and beautiful, it's close to everything, and I really can't say enough about this place. This will be my new go to option when I'm in Barcelona. Thank you to the staff for making this such a wonderful experience for us.

My Stay at NH podium was nothing but amazing and memorable. From the staff at the front desk to Niles and Hugo that helped my husband Surprised me with a beautiful well decorated room for my Birthday was truly a vacation I will never forget . Good hotel in a location I realised after a discovery trek, was very convenient to get around. Close to the park and the lovely area of el Born (great for food and life), as well as bus and train if needed to get to the main sight seeing attractions within minutes. The staff here are super friendly, and very accomodating, and were even able to sort me out a last minute extra night at a favourable rate even though they were at capacity.

My children and I stayed at the NH Hotel Podium in Barcelona twice in July. It was an ideal spot for exploring and for relaxing between excursions. The staff at the hotel are top notch and go out of their way to make your stay comfortable and special. For us this meant accommodating an early arrival and also a later check out. The hotel managers Hugo and Nils are excellent. The rooftop staff is wonderful - we enjoyed long hours at the pool enjoying food and refreshments. We'll be back for another stay!

Perfect location.!!! All the main attractions at a walking distance. Staff super friendly and polite (except for the bar/restaurant guy) he was not a the level of his work mates. The rooftop was great.! The tow guys at the rooftop bar were the best.

Spacious rooms. Simple but modern decor. Staff is attentive and friendly. Roof top area is lovely. Room to lounge in the sun or shade. Pool is perfect to cool off during the heat of summer sunshine. Area is safe. Conveniently located.

Great property but it was upsetting they did not have our room ready by 3 PM (check in time). We were exhausted and there did not seem to be any push to accommodate or even meet the bare expectation.

Hotel is a little tired at this stage, but the staff and hospitality is so good that it's easily overlooked

From check in to check out, the entire staff provided us with excellent service, and made us feel very comfortable there. Wonderful breakfast choices. We even dined for dinner, our meal was delicious. Great location too!

Great service and location! Nicely upgraded, but still an old building (part of its charm). Toilet didn’t flush unless you removed the commode lid and pulled the pipe up….

I struggled to make a decision on where to stay in Barcelona due to the many options available. However, after reading reviews, I decided to stay at the NH Collection Barcelona Podium. Although I was unsure if it was the right choice, all doubts disappeared as soon as we arrived at the hotel. The service, location, and facilities were exceptional, and our room was clean and spacious. We also enjoyed the complimentary morning treats and the rooftop bar. We were extremely satisfied and will definitely return!

We tried NH collection before ,’rooms are decent as what you expect in Europe . Very clean and helpful staff . Very close to everything .

Room was spacious for two people and beds were comfortable. Area was quiet with many restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Though it is a bit farther away from the main tourist attractions, getting a taxi wasn't an issue. One perks of this hotel is they offer you free drinks at the bar if you skip daily housekeeping done to your room. Since we stayed there for two nights, we decided to utilize this freebie. Will stay here again to get a good night sleep.

Loved the location. The staff were outstanding and extraordinarily helpful. We were close to everything. Breakfast was fantastic and we had dinner one night in the restaurant. The food was great. We spent time by the pool relaxing as well. We were lucky to get chosen as guests of the day which made the overall experience truly unforgettable. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Loved the welcome from the staff and the location. However, there was a lot of noise from the halls and rooms next to and above us. The shower bath was also very dangerous, with too large a step to get in and out.

Weather was good, hotel was conveniently located to walk to visitor attractions and even beach (40 mins walk). Hope on hope off bus service approx 10-15 min walk on main shopping avenue.

Great hotel, friendly staff, fantastic breakfast, great rooftop…the only bad thing about this hotel is the walls are very thin and the room doors slam very loud. So you can hear every room door constantly slamming around you during the day and night. If this hotel invested in some sound proofing measures…it would be perfection. But the doors slamming and waking us up each night was pretty rough. Even if they can’t improve the sound proofing of the walls…just taking measures to ensure the hotel room doors closed quietly would go a LONG way.

We had a wonderful stay here in late March. The location is perfect (near the Arc d'Triomf, and close to multiple metro stops). The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great - lots of fresh fruit and bread and juices. The room (we had the 3-person superior room) was clean and relatively spacious for a hotel in downtown Barcelona. The immediate neighborhood was not too loud at night. Overall, a great place to stay if your goal is to get around the city easily and still have a comfortable room at night.

Liked the layout of the room and bath very convinent.

I made an error when booking my stay for April 2024. After i realized that instead of picking April. I picked January. When i called expedia to fix the problem. They said that because the booked date had already passed, there was nothing they could do. So i was charged over $700 for a stay that never happened. Ridiculous! For this reason, i will never book a stay in this hotel.

We liked our stay. Close to all places we wanted to go and see. Friendly and helpful staff. Suggestions: More vegetarian options in the menu at the restaurant. Nice to have: Microwave and Iron box in the room

The hotel room was clean and had all of the facilities that we needed. The staff were very helpful (the man who checked us in was fantastic, I’m sorry I cannot remember his name. He gave us tips on places to visit etc. Pau was also fantastic). The hotel is in a good central location and within walking distance of the main sites. We would recommend the stay here

Great location, clean hotel. Gym unfortunately very small, but the terrace and pool look nice for the summer months. Rooms good, generally quiet. Breakfast looked a little underwhelming so we ate elsewhere (lots of options)

Such a wonderful hotel walking distance from the Triomph. Super clean, new, and quiet. Lobby was so beautifully decorated for Christmas. Attention to detail was everywhere.

From the moment we checked in, the staff was super friendly and gave us a rundown of the city and restaurant suggestions. Our room's heater was a little finicky but other than that, the location was ideal, the staff was helpful, and the rooms were spacious. We even got free daily drinks for each day that we turned down cleaning services.

Central location, comfortable

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, spacious, good shower. Only complaint was that our coffee machine didn’t work. Also, our room had stairs, which didn’t bother us, but for someone with mobility issues it would be a problem. Location is an easy 10-minute walk to Plaza Catalunya.

No loyalty

I have previously stayed at several NH hotels and been impressed. I booked this hotel for myself and friends. I was given a 1st floor room and my friends 5th floor. They had slippers and dressing gowns, I didn’t. They received a platter of sweet treats, I didn’t. For reference NH, I was the repeat customer and the reason we were staying with you. You overlooked a repeat customer to your brand and have lost my loyalty, not that you’ll give any notice. The room you put me in was plagued with road noise. Please don’t blame a city centre location - better glazing would sort this.

The NH Collection Podium is a friendly, clean, and quiet hotel. The staff are very helpful. In particular, the bell hop David is extremely professional. I would definitely stay there again.

The Hotel looked new and clean. The restaurant and room service were excellent but the expensive breakfast was not good. The only other problems was that the free wifi was super slow and there was a roach in the bathroom. The toilet would not stop flushing ( I was able to fix every time we used it ) and the shower controls were funky.
