Being Expedia Gold member my room was upgraded to a comfortable and beautiful suite in the last floor

La estadía estuvo súper buena, el desayuno es execelente y la atención, yo estuve con un grupo de más de 40 personas yo tuve una suite pero lo único que no me gusto fue que vi una pequeña cucauracha en tocador del baño

The property was awesome. Very nice and safe area, just most restaurants around the area didn't have air conditioning, but the food is amazing. The hotel itself has a restaurant with amazing food and awesome staff. There are some white suvs parked right outside the hotel. The drivers are very knowledgeable of the city and very friendly. Just make a reservation with them or the hotel's receptionist. It may be difficult to hail a yellow cab around the city.

The hotel was beautiful, the pool area was great because you could also dine there. Everyone was very accomidating, the underground parking was also very convinient

Not knowing any Spanish, they helped me patiently anytime I needed something.

I base my choice believing this was a 4 start hotel. But was not. Missing decoration, need a new technology talking about the air conditioner. The walls where empty by the way need a TV in front the sofa cama. The floor was not ok. Also the hotel have a private party in the pool area with a DJ that last after 2am. We couldn’t sleep , and I ask a compensation because base in a 4 start hotel I was not expecting that from the hotel. I receive an apology but not compensation for the discomfort

I love this hotel.. but right now they are under a little bit of construction and it had a bad smell in the main entrance.. and I definitely think the rooms need a good update.

Great stay, clean room and service. All was great. The only exception is the price of the breakfast is a bit too high for what you receive and at night the dinner crowd is very loud and noisey, making a relaxed dinner impossible. Maybe if the staff worked to ask the loud tables to tone down, it would be much better.

This is the best hotel in the area. It's safe, walkable, convenient, and has excellent staff. The new Hotel manager, goes above and beyond to make sure you have a pleasant stay.

I have stayed at this property at least seven times, and it gets better every time. It's very safe, convenient, and close to one of the best shopping malls in Cali. Also, the Hotel has a new property Manager, Juan Carlos Valencia, who ensures the Hotel is running the way it should. He goes above and beyond, asks, and he makes it happen.

Hotel needs updated is old lot of the rooms are in the same condition the lobby is ok even the beds are uncomfortable

At first the room that I was given was on the 6th floor and in extremely poor condition. After I complained, I was given an excellent room on the 9th floor. Other than that, everything was very good.

Hotel is great, service is impecable. The hotel does need a renovation in ntheir rooms only. The location and everythingelse was incredible.

I was upgraded to a suite because my room didn’t have hot water. I was thankful for the upgrade. The pool area need a remodel. There was a terrible smell in the entrance to the hotel. The location was fantastic to the mall where my appointment was located.

This hotel is very well located in an area in Cali that is safe. Is right across the street from Unicentro. The breakfast is very good specially Mr. Erne. He is the nicest person and is so attentive. I have stayed here twice and will continue to come back.

They only have one restaurant and the food is horrible and very expensive, the breakfast is the same and if you arrive after 9:00 am you can hardly find anything and the excuse is the same as always that they had a lot of people early!!! I was there for two weeks and every day it was the same!!!

I enjoyed my time at this hotel, the staff is wonderful, specially the staff from the dinning. Yoi have so many options for breakfast starting from tropical fruits, natural.juices. pastries, and a la carte . Only couple issues relatrd to maintenance but they were taken care, very clean areas, pool was cleaned in a daily basis. The floors in bedrooms could be renovated.

First to say : I paid for a room they just offered on Hotels.com ,when a get there the room was completely different than they offer on pics : They show a Tv on living room ( was missed) They show on pics a door between the master room and living room ( was missed) The room has a strong humidity smell After this situation I contacted front desk , they told me no rooms available to change , then when at room I decided to contact Hotels.com and a beautiful service helped me with this issue , they contacted the Hotel , and 15’ later a bell boy shows wit another room available , so from : no rooms available at this time to we have another room ( I will say the new room wasn’t that great but at least was the one on the picture add ) Then next day we took a cab from hotel to city , and the driver told us the truth , be prepared to read people . This property have split the ownership of the rooms split between many regular people like us , so if I have enough money I can buy rooms and rent them throughout the different sites like Hotels.com , Trivago , Expedia etc etc , then we some of them want to renew the rooms others don’t , then you’ll find same rooms styles in different conditions , the never updated common areas , carpets inside are old , years without painting the rooms , furniture scratched , TV broken with lines on screen , AC without temperature controls , so it was cold freezing or turn off , I wish I have more caracteres to keep describing this ugly expensive place

Old hotel, good location

AC was not working at all always a hot room. Lobby was always hot as well. Gym treadmills alle three where not operational.

A lot of things in my room were broken, the hallways had mold in the ceiling. The rooms smelled old too.

Looked good in common parts but very old fashioned rooms.Threadbare towels.Dangerous **** for children as full length sliding windows lead to a dangerous drop.Needs updating desperately.

Amazing Hotel

Was amazing, the front desk make me feel welcome. The room was outstanding. The personal of the restaurant always friendly.

The property is in an excellent location, is very safe, and has the best restaurants and Malls.

Bonifacio que trabaja en el restaurante no puede ser más atento y nos hizo sentir como en casa, que suerte tener un empleado así. Hasta nos dio unos truquitos para combatir mi reflujo, si lee esto muchas gracias por todo y sus atenciones. Especial mención también a Darwin que nos ayudó con las maletas y todo lo que necesitamos. The Restaurant Manager was an amazing host!!

The AC didn’t work

The hotel is beautiful but the rooms do not have the same quality. I switched my room twice because the top safety latch was broken on two rooms .

The only strange thing was when checking out I had to sign a paper stating that I had not used any beverages or food in the room. There was no notice in the room that there was a cost for the use of any of those items.

I loved everything about my stay in this hotel. It was my second time there and hopefully will not be my last.

Every time I’m in Cali I stay at this hotel due to the service and location.

We enjoyed the location and the hotel. Everything is so near and lots of things to do.

Far from a 4 star hotel as rated, nice lobby but very outdated rooms with carpet in bedrooms, weak AC, there was no hot water on 2nd day but was refunded remaining days when asked to cancel due to no hot water.

Room was cleaning everyday, the cleaning staff were excellent and the breakfast was really good everyday. There is 3 malls very close to the hotel, also a variety of restaurants with really good food.

Very outdated property. Internet speed was close to inexistent. The first room had a troubling cigarette smell, and the sound at 6:15 AM from loud music from the pool woke us up. The keys to the room would work once or twice and then we had to go down to the lobby to get new ones.
