Got in late on the plane, only stayed one night, but very nice

Not luxury as expected

First mistake was mine, NO AC. Provided fan broken, bath dirty, room tired. First breakfast was a few leftovers from 3 coach loads of overnight guests. After complaint, fan replaced but told as they regularly had coaches just overnight we would have to get up earlier if we wanted buffet breakfast, or ask chef for specific dish! Bed was like a rock, shower temperature intermittent and poorly stocked minibar. No USB charging points. Notices everywhere about charges for stealing stuff!!!! Carpet crunchy in places. Staff are 5*,the hotel needs a good clean and lick of paint, and to decide if it wants to be a luxury hotel or a coaching stop as it seems unable to do both. This aside, large room with lake view and small balcony. Personally will not stay again

Very nice close in to town location with nice view of lake. Very nice view from room. Pleasant staff. Close to walking by lake and not to far from town. I would rebook if I returned in the future.

The staff did not speak much English, they charged for the tinest thing, breakfast was poor, not helpful

Excellent location, totally walkable. Great breakfast, large guest room. We were in on a Saturday night above a wedding in the dining room, thankfully the music ended at 10:00 the front desk was extremely apologetic, just happy it didn’t go til the wee hours. Enjoyed it so much, we booked an extra night while we were there.

amazing place, great staff, wonderful breakfast my only 2 complaints are that the bed was to soft for me, so I ended up with a bad back that did not last long once I got a nice hard bed, and the other thing was the bidet hose did not have enough water pressure for me, but still an amazing place great staff, great area, would highly recommend this hotel and would still go and stay there again it is that nice

Better than a three star hotel

A lovely hotel overlooking the lake.A pleasant walk into the town.The breakfast was buffet style with plenty of choice.The staff were charming.Very conveniently the airport shuttle stopped at the hotel for only 40000 dongeach a bargain.The bedrooms were spacious although the balconies are too small to sit on.

Watered down fruit juices, Chicken Curry without the chicken, No service provided unless asking for it. Always had to ask for napkins, salt, pepper...Then the derelicts arrived and started playing what sounded like bad Karaoke...

The internal was really worn out , our room underneat the hotel’s laundery room so the washing machine was spinning all night and it was pounding to your brain :( never stay here again .

Enjoyed my stay here, Hotel room are simple and elegant and the free breakfast are delicious. The location are quite noisy because in front of the hotel are Big C supermarket, many vehicle passing by and the music from the square around Big C are loud at night, luckily all the voice stop when the time reach 11pm.

Very noisy. Close to a major road and a park people like to Kareoke in. Doors and windows don’t close very well so a lot of noise will leak in.

Nice hotel with perfect location

It is a nice hotel at an excellent location. Not too far from the Center, still not in a crowded area. An ideal location. Room was good, spacious. I like that. My room was with city view, doesnt offer any good scenery though. Very spacious washroom, but some very basic amenities were missing-like no proper (very small) space for keeping soaps. I missed the variation in the breakfast, not much options. Still I would recommend this hotel because of location, rooms, comfort. Wifi was really good.

Great hotel over looking lake. One of the best breakfast of any hotel we have stayed at. Short wolk to town. Beautifull large room with huge bathroom. Extremely helpfull staff.

A return to Dalat, the foggy city.

This was my 2nd stay at this hotel since 2016 thanks to its great location that not only it faces the famous Hồ Xuân Hương lake but also it is a walking distance to most local shops and restaurants. There is no issues with the hotel services in regards to customer service, room cleanliness, amenities and the continental breakfast which was included in the package. They were awesome. And the price was right.

Great stay

Hotel is basically across the street from the lake. My room did not have a view but did not bother me. The bathroom was big enough to throw a party in it. Staff was super efficient and breakfast had a great variety. Walkable to the night market and Crazy House. Loved it.

No frills, but Excellent Basic Hotel in Da Lat

It is a good hotel for the price. No frills but an excellent basic hotel. Breakfast was good with a lot of local fare. Be sure to follow the day tours and car rental, as it will bring you to a lot of good locations in Da Lat for a low price.

Nice hotel, we enjoyed they stay. It was convenient for airpot transfer via shuttle service at Don40 000 per adult.

Attractive setting but rather far from the action

The Ngoc Phat Dalat hotel is right across from the lake, quite a lovely setting. We had a room with a view. However, this is quite far from the main part of town, perhaps a 15-20 minute walk. There are not many restaurants or services around. The room was big, decorated in a rather old-fashioned style. Comfortable bed, reasonable lighting. Breakfast was underwhelming though acceptable. Our main complaint was that the staff were rather cold and unfriendly, compared to other hotels in Vietnam where we stayed on our trip.

A conveniently located hotel.

Quite a good location. Opposite a lake. There is a Big C supermarket opposite, too. 15 minutes walk to the city centre, which is quite noisy. The only setback is that there is no air conditioning system. Overall, it's good.

Nice hotel lake view

Lovely hotel with excellent staff, very helpful and attentive. Staff arranged local tours at very competitive rates.

No air conditioner and have mosquitoes can't sleep

Since the hotel has no air conditioner, u need to open the window but when u sleep, some mosquitoes would visit u! Beware that it is easier to break the shower gel container since it is made by porcelain and is not fix well in the bathroom. We broke one by careless and need to pay. The breakfast is not good and have flies. The adv of this hotel is near the Big C so shopping is good for travellers.

Excellent hotel

Wonderful stay here! Clean, bright, spacious room, excellent breakfast, accommodating staff. Hotel is in a good location for beautiful views of the lake right across the street. Would definitely stay again.

Good hotel near Big C supermarket

Great to stay. Nice room although special request for high floor & free upgrade were not given. Wifi considered poor in this hotel; quite slow.

Great hotel

The hotel was excellent. Friendly staff, good bed, very clean are just some of the points.The breakfast is a buffet. Most of the dishes are for asian palates. I mentioned this to the restaurant manager. She then asked me what we would like. The next day and the rest of our stay, we had muesli, croissants and yogurt, only for us. How accomodating was that?

Good for overnight stay and reasonable price.

A nice hotel. Staff were very helpful. Only downside was that the plug on the kettle exploded leaving a charred mark on the wall, but thankfully didn't harm anyone. We informed the hotel staff but they didn't seem overly concerned. Which was concerning!

Nice Stay

Had a nice stay here. The rooms are quire spacious and the internet was fast. Walking to town was not to far and there is a mall just across the street. Free breakfast at the restaurant was just okay (not many options) but also had dinner there and it was really good.

Beautiful view of the lake. Convenient supermarket across the road. Bit noisy at nite from heavy vehicles hooting.

Nice hotel overlloking the lake

Plush accomdation with direct airport to hotel transportation. Great view of the lake. Convenient transportation to town or else where. The staff can arrange for anything including a bus ride to Nha Trang which I recommend. It's about a km from town proper and is walkable, however, taxis are cheap.

숙소가 춥기는 하지만 직원들의 친절, 진짜 맛있는 조식이 이 숙소를 좋은 경험으로 남기게 해줬다. 물론 숙소가 히터가 없고 달랏은 춥다는 것을 감안해 고객 편의성으로는 좀 떨어지나 접근성, 서비스가 좋아서 다시 택하라고 하면 택할 수도 있을 듯합니다.

整個大叻都是非常一般的地方

大叻可以觀光的地方真的不多，而且相比其他地方的人非常不友善。這家酒店真的挺舊的，一共就四層樓，標準房和高級房在1樓或2樓，房間老舊，窗戶還不能正常關好。半夜有人莫名其妙在走廊上遊蕩，挨個敲房門，整夜都不安穩。前台辦理入住的時候會扣押護照不歸還，退房的時候才還，說是幫住客保存防止住客丟失護照，真的聞所未聞。而且住客資料就放在前台桌面上無人看管，我們強烈要求退還護照才還給我們。唯一好處就是門口是機場巴士的停落點。

Séjour excellent hormis le lit...

A part un lit pourvu d'un surmateles aussi dur que le sol, nous n'avons aucun reproche à faire à cet établissement. Tout le personnel est à l'écoute prêt à vous apporter tout service. Le transfert privé aéroport hôtel est exceptionnel dans un van de luxe. Les repas au restaurant sont très abordables. La situation de l'hôtel pour visiter Da Lat est impeccable. Bref hormis le lit tout est excellent.
