The property is not managed well. The room was really not in a good condition. There were no amenities in the toilet. Internet was not working. The coffee I had at the hotel restaurant was pathetic. The overall experience was pathetic.

Affordable and value add to your stay.

The price is really value added as you get a big place but rather affordable. Don't expect 5star hotel cleanliness and you be ok.

Room 1103 the main door is broken. Everything is poor

OK stay for a Business Trip

Good Size Rooms Great Bed But dated rooms TV was old and channels were almost non-existence. Most channels were not clear.

The room is spacious

Cigarette burns on chair. Faulty shower foam dispenser.

Good location. Room was spacious with enough space to do office work. Found stain in the sheets and toilet bowl when I checked in. Very poor maintenance of bathroom with broken shower gel dispenser. Reception staff has no clue about guests staying in, kept getting calls when I am checking out, when it should be in their record.

The room light is poor and I don’t like dark. Room cleaner is very good working hard even no taking my pillow money. But cleaning job well done.

The hotel needs to buck up on cleanliness, the towels in my room were not clean with visible stains and so was the duvet cover. There was mo bedroom slippers, bathrobe etc Iron and board is placed at the corridor for communal use but in a badly lit area. Would not recommend or return to this hotel in future

Overall its good except the iron board placed at each floor walkway. Its a business suite and should be in each room. Gives a budget hotel feel when hv to use it at walkway.

Great front desk and room very big & clean. One thing is, this hotel needs to upgrade their credit card machine that takes all international banking credit card. They had a hard time scanning on mine and it won’t read. I’m from Canada and BMO banking credit card cannot be accepted by the machine at your hotel. Thats the downside. You should do business with better bank machine over there if you want to attract more foreigners to your hotel.

Big rooms - a bit secluded

We booked a Junior Suite but realized that it's too small so we paid extra for their Executive suite which has two bedroom (each with a king bed) and their own attached bathroom. Ours was on the 5th floor and has a big balcony which I think isn't so safe with all the stories of break-ins, etc. On the last day, we realized that the door to the balcony wasn't locked! I think the housekeeping should ensure that the door is locked. The area is pretty quiet - there's a Shell and Petronas petrol stations behind the hotel. Some apartments across the road. Other than that, nothing much. The nearest malls (Main Place and One city) is not more than 10 minutes drive away. So, if you have a car, it's not a major problem. The rooms are pretty well kept and clean and comfortable. Just don't ask for extra towels cos that's chargeable. The TV is OK- not like all the shows are HD even though it's an LCD TV. Wi-fi was patchy but after we told them, they fixed it almost immediately. Overall, it's a decent clean place that's quiet, therefore, secluded to those without car. Rooms are pretty big.

have some issue to find bookings at first as it was book last minute (not hotel fault) but they are very helpful and offer a call back to me once they got my booking.

The hotel is clean and spacious. It has ample parking lots.

Hotel was situated in an industrial area. However, having said this, we were glad that we were attended by the staffs with great professionalism. I booked 3 Junior Suites. The rooms were very huge for a family of 3 people each. Perhaps will make another trip again to the hotel in future. Special mentioned to two staffs: 1. Mr Ridwan whom waited for us patiently to arrive from Singapore as out flight was delayed by almost half an hour from Singapore. 2. The General Manager, Mr Fuad Foo whom were very accommodating to our requests.

Very clean and spacious room. Cold airconds and nice clean comfortable beds. Bathroom was clean and comfy too.

The room is very big and acceptable for business purposes. However, you can smell slight smell of smoke, and the bathroom also has dampness smell to it. The location is far from anywhere else and there is no sufficient signage makes it harder for people or taxi to pick you up Internet in the room is very slow and almost unusable, breakfast is a very big disappointment and even restaurant meals is not good at all. The biggest problem of them all, the price from hotels.com said it includes tax and services but on the day we show up they added 6pc gst to the price from hotels.com. Surely this is not big amount of money but leave bad taste about their service

I booked for 2 nights and endup 3 nights. Good and very spacious. 62 sq meter and thats amazing for that price. Really cozy.

Nice hotel for business traveler, ample working space. Can have dinner in the room as the comfort of a dinning table.

Water heater wasn't working, boring tv channels and yucky instant tea. Otherwise, perfect.

The room: New building. Modern furnishings. Clean. Beautiful full length window. Bonus: Huge room - 3 times the size of a standard hotel room. Has a dining area with a 4-seater dining table, a small kitchenette area with sink (i can't remember if a microwave was provided), a total of 3 air-conditioners in the one room, a huge U-shaped work table, 1 wardrobe and another hugeeee closet in the dining area (not sure what you would use this for). Can be improved on: It would be helpful for guests if the switches in the room were labelled (as there are a lot of swtiches). I accidentally turned off the hot water switch one day and thought that we ran out of hot water but reception informed us of the hot water switch. Other minor things: While we were there, the phone had no dialtone one night, the safe was low in battery, and one of our keycards stopped working. When we brought these to their attention, someone always came to fix the problem immediately, so we were very happy about that. Very happy with the room and the staff, will definitely stay again. I dont recall seeing any shops within walking distance, so it's not for someone wanting everything at arm's length. We had a family member driving us around, so we didn't mind the location.
