Clean and Comfortable

Minimalist room, but clean and comfortable beds. Very friendly and helpful staff. Perfect for our 1 night stay to be close to the bus station.

I gave 5 star to this property becuase of their amazing super polite and friendly staff and their location is also prime. Their pricing is also quite reasonable considering how ridiculously expensive Algarve area is! I had some issues with my room and after shared it with staff they refunded the second night to me and I appreciate them for being supportive of guests.

This is a very basic hotel, quite sparse with few facilities, the room and bathroom were clean, the decor is somewhat spartan, but functional and probably good valve for the money. There is very little car parking, some on street, but they should tell guests that there is an underground carpark just 5 minutes walk.

I loved the helpful staff. They gave great directions and helpful restaurant information. The hot water tajes forever to get hot but it does. The roof top terrace had no chair's or tables which was a shame. The room was comfortable and clean.

Great place and fabulous staff.

The beds have a plastic waterproof mattress cover on them which made me uncomfortable and sweaty. I am fine with this but there is a need to place a fabric material cover over the mattress too to prevent this. This would be a bigger problem in hotter weather. The place is in a good central location with the staff being exceptionally helpful. It is clean, safe and comfortable and I will definitely be wanting to stay there again. My stay was ideal as a sole traveller and there are some kitchen facilities which are also very useful should you need this.

Staying in a room by the lift was noisy but otherwise very clean and comfortable

Very clean and tidy. Very noisy at night from other guests. Someone tried to come in my room thinking it was there’s which was scary. Be careful booking a double room as pics suggest you get a balcony but there’s only actually 2 with balcony’s so I wasted money doing that as a solo traveller

Quite safe area property clean just what you need to sleep not 5 star but you are not paying 5 star money. Lots of great little cafes close bye i used the Almeda cafe in the square good coffee and toasties.

We didn't stay there because the elevator broke and I can't climb stairs.

Nice basic hotel

Recently renovated hotel with easy walking distance to restaurants. Room was clean and decorated nicely with a balcony. Bed was uncomfortable. No fridge in the room. The man at the front desk was very rude.

Decent location, decent price., helpful staff. WiFi and AC worked well, room was quiet with fan on. Toilet had only one obvious pube on it, and it was just on the rim, not the seat! Shower water temperature control was dodgy, sign requested no TP in toilet...

Location was great in the heart of town, very quiet.

Accueil très professionnel, prenant le temps de nous faire visiter les lieux. Insonorisation extérieur bien (fenêtre double vitrage) par contre les autres résidents dans l'hôtel ont été très bruyants et ça résonne dans les couloirs.. Problème aussi au niveau de la douche, l'eau était froide et ne chauffait pas du tout.

Overall it was a good experience, room was quite clean and exactly as it was expected from the photos. The stuff is friendly and available for any needs. The location is right in the centre of the town. There is a shared kitchen where you can cook. Good stay for the reasonable price

Viel zu laut! Die Wände sind sehr dünn, die Putzfrauen und Zimmernachbarn sowie den Straßenverkehr hört man extrem! Handtücher hatten gelbe Flecken, das Bad stank ein wenig muffig. Das Licht im Flur ging erst sehr spät an, dass man im dunklen Treppenhaus fast noch hinfällt. Der Aufzug war defekt und ist innerhalb einer Woche auch nicht repariert worden. Der Check In ist im Nachbarhotel, sehr umständlich mit dem ganzen Gepäck. Die Mitarbeiter fragten nicht einmal nach Hilfe… Bett war okay, aber viel zu klein für eine Person… Alles in Allem, für Kurzaufenhalte okay, aber nichts besonderes.

Nada de especial a apontar. Falta um espelho de corpo no quarto e pedem para não deitar papel na sanita.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per una notte. In generale ok per una notte, parcheggio vicino, vicino al centro, internet ok e personale molto gentile. Camera piccolina e bagno minuscolo, in particolare la doccia. Un po rumoroso dal corridoio. In generale ok per una notte ma non per un soggiorno lungo, almeno con la camera singola.

Hôtel certes propre mais dans un quartier et une ville tres pauvres, pas l’esprit vacances ! Pas de petit déjeuner proposé Pas de parking (parking gratuit éloigné) Pas de balcon, pas de terrasse sur le toit comme annoncé Insonorisation insuffisante ! On entend l’ascenseur et les voisins jusqu’à pas d’heure

La estancia fue de una noche pero suficiente como para no repetir más. La habitación para lo que costó, las almohadas eran dos cojines por así llamarlos pequeños y súper finos. El wifi ni si quiera aparecía en el móvil para poder conectarnos. La ducha tan pequeña que a la hora de poder jabonarnos teníamos que salirnos fuera porque dentro era imposible moverse. Después la baranda del balcón estaba en mal estado, con oxido y se movía un montón. No daba nada de seguridad. Y después la cortina la cual hay para tapar esa gran cristalera no hacia ninguna función ya que en cuanto amaneció aquello entraba luz por todos lados, y soy amante de dormir con la oscuridad. Por lo demás trato del personal perfecto y limpieza y localización también. Pero por todo lo demás, caro para lo que ofrece y tener claro que no volvería más.

Pequeno e acolhedor

As condições muito boas, o facto de terem um espaço para as refeições e uma excelente cozinha tornou a minha estadia melhor que eu esperava. A equipa da limpeza é extraordinária! Sempre tudo impecável!

Estado general de la habitacion

El equipamiento en general decepcionante, una cabina de ducha exageradamente pequeña que tenía fuga de agua al ducharte, no tenía ni un enchufe de corriente en el baño ni secador de pelo, solo tenía una mesilla,ni un cajón en la habitación, aunque la habitación parecía reformada recientemente en el suelo (que parecía vinílico habitación 33) algunas piezas estaban separadas más de un centímetro dejando grandes rajas entré ellas,o sea como he dicho en general decepcionante yo no volvería.

Badet er miniatyrisk og lukter kloakk (mulig mangel på vannlås), veldig lytt på hotellet så ta med ørepropper hvis dere sliter med å sove. Beliggenheten var veldig sentral, midt i Portimao og med de mulighetene som finnes der. Tar ca 40 min å gå til stranden (eller 10 min i taxi). Kort vei til togstasjon. Perfekt hvis man ikke er kresen på hvor man bor.

Simplemente para dormir

Hotel recomendable si tu estancia es breve y casi todo el tiempo estas fuera. El personal de recepción muy amable, nos permitieron dejar las maletas hasta la hora del cheking. En relación a la habitación, era escasa de medida y con falta de ventilación sobretodo en el baño que era muy pequeño. La terraza que tienen, mejor no subais, no tiene ni buen aspecto ni vistas. Resumiendo buen hotel para dormir como maximo 2 noches.

Hotel sem recepção!! Check in é feito em outro hotel em frente!! Limpeza nos quartos apenas a cada 3 dias, ou seja ficamos 2 dias então nao houve limpeza!!

A estadia correu muito bem, quarto no centro da cidade, onde não se ouviam barulhos, e a nível de conforto espetacular.

Ótimo hotel para estadias rápidas

Minha estadia no Next Inn Portimão foi ótima! O hotel fica bem localizado, próximo do comércio, 30 minutos da Praia da Rocha a pé e 15 minutos do ponto de ônibus intermunicipal a pé (mas prepare-se para subir as charmosas ladeiras da cidade!). Fui bem recepcionada ao chegar e bem atendida durante os dias em que lá estive; o quarto estava impecavelmente limpo e cheiroso; o café da manhã, ou melhor, pequeno almoço como dizem os portugueses, é simples e muito gostoso (destaque especial para o bolo de sementes e oleaginosas). A decoração e mobiliário do hotel é moderna e o terraço tem potencial para ser melhor explorado. Apenas achei a cama um pouco desconfortável, sendo este o único ponto negativo desta estadia.

Très bien

No llegamos a entrar porque tanto la zona como el edificio eran de "los años 20". La zona daba un poco de repelus... Tanto que preferimos perder el dinero de la habitación y reservar otro ese mismo dia en otra zona mejor.

Boa localização e estadia prática.

Hotel muito bem localizado e muito pratico. O elevador não estava funcionando. Com isso, tivemos que subir 3 lances de escadas com malas. No mais foi tudo muito bom!

Consigliato per la posizione

Posizione ottima, vicino alla zona pedonale del centro. Camera enorme divisa in due parti dal bagno cieco: da un lato la matrimoniale e dall'altro il letto singolo. Unica pecca: nessuna presa di corrente in bagno per il phon o il rasoio. Quando siamo stati noi l'ascensore era fuori uso, ma le ragazze della reception ci hanno aiutato prontamente a portare i bagagli in camera (2^piano). Inoltre ci hanno fornito utili informazioni riguardo ai ristoranti, attrazioni e locali notturni oltre ad averci dato dritte per il parcheggio dell'auto in un garage convenzionato a pochi passi dalla struttura.
