Nice location. But lack of cafe for buffet. Spacious room and nice staff.

New World Wuhan, not bad but ........

Knowing that it is under New World Group, I have selected this hotel for my business together with my colleagues. Hotel is clean, everything is good except my experience during my check in, a counter of 3 staffs in a reception, 2 very green and one probably a senior, asking me to go to other staffs as she has to check in one by one......I did not want to voice out my displeasure as we already arrived late but this is not something I would accept for a hotel of this calibre.

Nice hotel close to malls and entertainment

Very nice hotel, truely a five star hotel. And the price is unbeatable.

Be sure to get a deluxe room facing the road bec it has spectacular view and nice doco. I like the bathroom best bec it's so spacious n comfy.

Convenient hotel

Convenient location. Walking distance to shopping area. Location is quite at the end of the road heading to the airport so this could save a lot of time caught in the bad Wuhan traffic jam.

Spacious hotel

very comfortable - we turned up in shorts and t shirts after 12 hour train trip in countryside so looking a little travel weary and think hotel more used to men in suits though after initial surprised looks staff very friendly and helpful and felt very relaxed

Service staff at breakfast was plain lazy. Whilst it was early in the morning at 6.30am and I was one of 2 hotel guests having breakfast, I had to motion them over to ask for my coffee. They had instead chose to talk amongst themselves.

Enthusiastic staff and good food.

Super enthusiastic staff, and an overall very nice stay. The pool was nice too but was occupied due to a wedding. Hotel gave us complementary cake and flowers because of my girlfriends birthday. Good breakfast!

China Trip

China is not the easiest place for none mandarin speaking people to visit. The staff at the hotel spoke enough English, and were very helpful in ensuring our stay was freidnly, safe and welcoming. Thanks

Nice location easy to access

very easy to access. Close to shopping malls and subway station is walk distance. Friendly staffs. Will stay here again if visit Wuhan in the future.

Overnight in Wuhan

Our stay was great in terms of accommodations and service. However we did find limited staff that could converse with us in English but we managed ok. We were a little surprised because it was a better business hotel. Walking around the area was difficult due to the amount of traffic and construction nearby blocking pedestrian sidewalks. This is not the hotel's problem though. It is in a location you can get around to sites by taxi if necessary.

A great hotel

We enjoyed our stay at the New World hotel. The service and staff were great. Location was good for us as well.Highly recommend the hotel and will definitely stay there the next time I am in Wuhan

Surprised!

This hotel is my next "go to" locale when in Wuhan again. It is very competitive with other high end 5 star properties world wide. Parking was free and convenient in the Mall lower levels. Typical China hotel detractions (even for this class of hotel) were absent such as noisy staff slamming doors or talking loudly in hallways or adjacent rooms. The only things preventing my 5.0 rating is a charge for internet cabled service / no wi-fi in the room. Adding to my surprise must have been an upgraded room or else if it was standard, it was superb. Food at the lunch buffet was so-so and pricey, but I'll be fair and try the 2nd floor restaurant next time.

Comfort bed but...

The bed was extremely comfortable, but their work out room need to be upgraded. This hotel is a 5 star hotel, but their fitness facility wasn't 5 star. You need to fee use internet connection in room, and wifi in public area was needed to be logged in everyday.

New World Wuhan - awesome

Easily booked online via hotels.com. Must say this hotel is top-notch. Location situated in the CBD - close to shops, entertainment and food. Also easy for cab-drivers to find and drop-off. Buffet breakfast was superb - the omelette is delicious. Only let-down is there is no wifi in the room, but only in the lobby. Overall a world-class hotel and would definitely go back if visiting Wuhan again.

Service needs to improve

Basically OK. Staff are nice but need to improve service to close to international standard. First, my credit card, which I used a lot in China, wouldn't go through their card reader, so I had to pay cash for the deposit. Then met a very inexperienced waitress at dinner who did know any thing on their menu or in their kitchen. The next morning, found staff had no idea of take-out-breakfast. They actually prohibited of taking any food away from their dining room. I'm not booking a room with breakfast included any more.

Aufgrund der schlechten Luftqualität in Wuhan wären Luftfilter in den Hotelzimmern wünschenswert. Es ist, ungelogen, wie wenn man neben einem alten LKW schlafen würde.

市内中心部の高級ホテル

設備も従業員の対応も大変満足した。 商業施設にも地下鉄の駅にも近くて便利。 エグゼクティブルームは高層階で市内が一望できた。

Hôtel de bon choix

Wuhan : ville très dynamique d un point de Economique mais très polluée , très étendue, et centre ville peu intéressant

とっても快適でした。 このホテルにしてよかった。 まずは何よりフロント含め、応対してくれた人たちがみんな良かった。

立地条件の良い綺麗なホテル

二泊三日旅行で利用しました。 武漢天河空港からは地下鉄2号線で約50分程度でホテルに一番近い中山公園駅に到着。 そこから徒歩10分程度でした。 受付の係員は英語で対応してくれましたが、日本語は多分駄目だと思います。 部屋は2ベッドルームでしたが、広くて綺麗で快適でした。トイレと風呂もユニットではなく別れているタイプでシャワーと湯船も別れていて快適でした。 残念なのは禁煙ルームなのにトイレがタバコ臭かった事ですね。こっそりトイレで一服する人が多いからでしょうか。 近くには武漢広場が有り、大きなショッピングモールが有ります。日本食レストランやマクドナルド等もその中に有りますので食べ物は困らないと思います。

お部屋もサービスも良かったのですがチェックアウトにとても時間がかかりました。2-3人しか前にいないのに15分またされ非常に不愉快でした。いいホテルなのにとても残念です。

ロケーション文句はありません。 部屋は武漢では上のレベルにあります。 特に悪いところがありません。 武漢全体が水が良くないのでシャワーなどの水に匂いを感じますが、どんなホテルも同じです。 全く問題ありません。 強いて言えば環状線にすこし距離があります。 それだけ。

Good starred hotel

Bus stop is very closed to but MTR is a bit far from the hotel, need to walk within 10 mins. The hotel looks normal from outside but the room is very new and clean, especially the restroom is big. The bed is very comfortable but the quilt is rather thick in summer. It made me sweat during my sleep. I suggest the temperature of the air con need to be lower when sleep. The breakfast is simple, not many kinds of food that is out of my expectation.

第一次入住，与华美达和香格里拉等老牌酒店相比，比较新一些，环境舒适，地点也很方便，值得一住！

路口立交桥下的交通有点乱。2层中餐厅味道不错，推荐。1层的自助餐厅一般般。

不是特别满意

地点很方便，早餐也还不错，大致都还好，但小地方还是不算很好，请服务员叫车，他要我们自己到外面拦车，说车子不好进来，虽然服务员还是很客气，电视的遥控很不人性化，反应很慢！
