location was good, but everything else was bad

We checked in just passed midnight and booked 2 rooms. When we got the rooms we found blood and other stains on bed linens. Called reception but so one was there and had to go down to find him. Only one person was there to serviced the entire hotel. It took him 1 hrs to run around to find suitable linen and he didn't know how to put them on. We had to help. On top of the corridor wall were paper thin. The worker had to also deal with 2 group of guest shouting and fighting on our floor. We booked this hotel because of positive reviews., but it looks like since start of 2025. This hotel has gone downhill and undergoing major cost cutting. Definitely not 4 stars. Room condition dirty and rundown. The location was ok.

Good value no frills, would rebook

Great value for the money, checkout can be a bit slow. No frills but satisfied given the price point. As for the hard beds in the reviews, I quite liked the firmer mattress, not uncomfortable by any stretch unless you like a plush mattress.

I had problem's with the hotel, they messed up my reservation and even though they knew I had young kid they gave a unsafe balcony. They asked us to check out & check into a new room due to balcony issue 2 days later but when we did they gave the safe balcony room to someone else and told us to go back to the room we stayed in. Their communication and service was rubbish and unhelpful. We did what they asked us to do and we could've just stayed in the same room without packing our bags again and dragging it all out and returning it back to the same room. It was difficult with children.

Great Location

Good! Value for money. Good location. Junceylon shopping mall and Big C is just 1 road across. Many eateries along the hotel street. Bangla street is just few minutes walk away. Beach is also nearby. Very good location. There's gym and pool too.

This hotel is everything you need!! It was in the perfect spot, it is near everything! The staff is great & the hotel has some amazing views! I really enjoyed my stay that I extended! I highly recommend it!!

unfortunetly there is a lack of facilities here it would be lovely to see this hotel back to its former glory pre covid it had a full time resturant room service pool service pool towels and sun bed cushions nothing was to much trouble nowadays it is just a basic hotel its clean and has lovely staff but for the money there is better about

Sadly our stay was disappointing. They didn’t clean our room once during our stay. Not even towels! Each day I had to ask for towels and water (coffee/tea). The pool area is in rough shape as well. We definitely will not be back

Convenient location. Next to a nice mall with a grocery store, but much of the mall is under construction and does not open until 11 am. Room is nice and clean. Bed is quite firm so if you like a plush bed it will be uncomfortable. Shower temperature fluctuates and is not consistent and no way to adjust. Cleaning service comes very late. We needed clean towels and toilet paper; we had to check with the front desk 2 times and the cleaning crew still didn’t come until 8 pm.

A new hotel, breakfast is acceptable and hopefully more choices can be provided. Water pressure is not stable while taking shower especially hot water, difficult to adjust.

Well located, near to Jungceylon centre but in a quiet alcove, nice pool, very reasonable prices, good buffet breakfast. nothing in hotel is elaborate but all well done and functional. Friendly staff.

No dinning room or bar in the hotel, no food or drink allowed around pool area too many cant does, breakfast quite basic compared to previous hotel, a few maintenance issues as well. on the plus side good location within Patong plenty places close by to eat and close to night life but far enough away for a quite life, staff were very friendly and help full overall for the price we got what we paid for.

The hotel was very nice, clean and close to all amenities. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. If I visit Patong in the future I will choose this hotel again.

it seems like an apartment rather than a hotel, the location looks very good from the map, but actually, you have to make a circle to the beach. would like to recommend this hotel to the couple but not family.

Very Nice

Second stay here, the hotel is new and in good repair. Excellent location. The staff and service are great, e.g. I wanted to plug a HDMI cable into the TV, they sent 2 maintenance people to unmount it from the wall, plug the cable in and remount it, so very good. The counter staff are very friendly. Pool and fitness area are very nice. Rooms are comfy, good aircon, clean bathrooms. The main issue with the place is that a lot of the guests seemed to think the only way to close the door was to slam it as hard as possible, in a loud echo prone hallway, this happened about 4 times an hour in the morning and all afternoon, its really bad if you're trying to sleep, if the place invests in some quiet close doors would be amazing. Wifi was very good.

The hotel is fairly new and is in a great location. Other than the extremely firm bed (hard) the room was really nice. Friendly and helpful staff is always a plus.

Patong.

Patong er der liv i gaden. Og man kan høre larm derfra. Værelset er meget lyt og du kan høre elevatoren DONG ligesom du går i serven/11 Sengene er meget hårde. Der er kun 5 liggestole ved poolen og der er ikke sol der hele dagen. Morgenmaden er ok og sødt personale derinde. Ok for et kort ophold.

The hotel is clean and good. Guests can borrow towels for the beach. We got a room facing the parking area which was too loud during the night. The frames of the beds are sharp, people can easily hurt themselves moving around the room.

Das ist kein 4-Sterne Hotel. Es ist extrem laut. Die angestellten sind nicht unfreundlich, beachten einem jedoch nicht. Die Auswahl am Morgenbuffet ist sehr beschränkt - zu wenig für 4 Sterne. Die Zimmer sind extrem laut. Man hört JEDEN ton vom Flur. Die Zimmernachbarn welche sich über 4-5 Zimmer aufteilen, lassen die Türen offen, im Korridor und zwischen den Zimmern wird herumgeschreien, herumgerannt und die Türen zugeknallt. Das hört man auch stockwerkübergreifend. Reklamation bei den Verursacher sowie bei der Rezeption halfen nichts. Im Fintness keine Tücher, extrem unsauber. Der Schrank im Fintness welche auf den Hotelbildern noch Tücher hatte, war leer. A/C wird teilweise nicht in Betrieb genommen, eine Fernbedienung fehlt. Für mich nie wieder.

SOLALA, nicht sehr freundlich am Empfang, nicht Thaïlande entsprechend. Könnte sauberer sein. Beim check-out wollten die Damen uns für schmutzige Kissenhüllen verantwortlich halten. Wir werden nicht merci kommen.

2 günlüğüne tuttuk otelimizi beğenmezsek başka otele geceriz diye düşündük ama beklentimizi karşıladı ve 4 gece daha uzattık. Şehir merkezine barlara alışveriş yerlerine oldukça yakın yürüme mesafesinde. En güzeli de odanıza gelince rahat ve sessizce uyuyabiliyorsunız

Prima accommodatie Zwembad viel alleen een beetje tegen Maar verder prima in orde - snelle in en uitcheck - kamer tot 18.09 bijboeken was geen probleem
