Very disappointing

Swimming pool was shut for our six days, awaiting repair, then water cleaning. Was green on arrival, and still had traces on departure. Cleaning standard was poor, sometimes cups and glasses not washed and tea/coffee not always replaced. Staff in reception had little to do and spent much time on their phones. Poolside toilets not cleaned very well, had cigarette ends in drain grille not picked up. Overpriced for what it was. At least expect clean floor in room

Two Words: Bed Bugs.

There were bed bugs!!!!!!!! They also refused to believe my friend and I when we told them about it and almost didn’t let us change rooms. We had to bring them a bed bug in a cup for them to believe us. They also are beyond rude, especially the receptionist. Avoid this place.

Good value for the money. Good location close to everything but far away enough not to be troubled by noise if you want a quiet night. Huge comfy bed - liked that a lot. Staff were not rude but I wouldn't consider them welcoming either. I specifically looked for a place with a fitness centre. That was a bit of a disappointment

I have stayed here a couple of times before and this time was the worst. The property is becoming run down and needs maintenance and some investment. The pool is in disrepair with lots of broken or missing tiles, broken in pool stools. Breakfast was sub par compared to what you could get at many cafes close by. Cleaning was fine if you looked at the surface only but if you peer underneath the beds you’ll see they haven’t been moved or cleaned under for months. Staff were mostly friendly and helpful but not all spoke much English. I probably wouldn’t stay here again which is a shame as it has a lot of potential. Great location and the pool would be great if it was maintained. Food and drink options are pretty good for lunch, though the chicken satay was horrible. The ‘satay’ sauce consisted of sweet chili sauce with some peanuts scattered in it.

Lady at the front desk was very helpful and everything you want is at your doorstep.

Worst hotel experience of my life. The room reeked of mildew. We tried to stay for one night but I was sick by morning. We asked for another room but they were completely booked so put us in another hotel next door (club music playing until 2am and no hot water.) We needed to go to another city after checkout so they referred us to a company who sold us a ticket for a direct mini bus. It should have been a 2.5 hour trip but ended up taking over 6 hours where we had to transfer buses 3 times and were dropped off in a different city and extorted for more money.

Not enough pillows no.blanket covers no bath mats for 1st night when asking for extra they xannot provide manager said and 2nd night no hosuekeeping was done today despite them cleaning other rooms and going into our room to empty only rubbish bin leaving glasses there plates dirty couch dirty bathroom dirty, manager was informed didnt come.and do.anything about it only advised in a non assuring way she will only.talk to housekeeping the next day so no quality assurance at all she was very rude and obviously didnt want to help us and clean our room today either. We had accident coffee on blanket they refused to swap cover this afternoon for us also advised they do not have any spare sheets. Slept with no blanket cover disgusting unhygenic practice tonigtht. no laundry services for past 2 days no hot water for 2 days Asked laundry manager housekeeping manager and recpetionist manager about all.of.the above all.were very rude and uncooperative today this afternoon. Staff Refused to do our laundry today in morning and managers refused in afternoon although they are advertising on hotels.com and on their front desk that they do daily housekeeping and laundry services and today they did not behave like a hotels.com partner as they were in the past 4 years that we went, new management is a disgrace. This isnt how anyone should run a hotel. Cat poo all around the breakfast area and pool area i told them and they didnt clean it so cannot swim in pool either due to sickening smell

Rundown hotel in needof upgrade

The place needs an urgent upgrade, rundown, carpets and bathroom poor, man at reception unfriendly to rude

Lovely, comfy stay!

Nice big comfy beds! 5 minute walk to the beach, and tonnes of restaurants and bars nearby. 5 min walk to the “strip” nightlife - which was great fun! Room was clean and had everything we needed. House keeping every day. We turned up at the hotel after having a nightmare room at another. No problem in showing us a room before we purchased. The lady even suggested we book online if it was cheaper. Quick and easy check in. Thank you!

Door lock would not work brought to reception attention nothing done. Someone doing construction at 930 am above my room after there was a party till 2am in court yard

Good value

Good value hotel in a convenient location. The hotel has a nice pool and garden and is quite at night. There are restaurants, tour operators, massage service and bike hire all at the hotel. A nice simple breakfast is also available

Overall decent. But tiny bugs were seen in the bathroom.

Second time staying here because of location (8 mins walk to beach) secluded pool (open 24 hrs) great big bed in air-conditioned rooms plus free wifi. About 1 km to Jungceylon shopping mall but loads of small stands selling great stuff on the walk. Bangla Road about 1km too with loads of bars for busy night-life. Recommend for location and pool. Will definitely stay there again

Not worth the price

check in was an ordeal because there was no staff to be seen, eventually was served by a woman that had been sitting with a group eating. later found out the group were all staff and that was all they did most of the day. room was falling apart, all electricity to room is cut when your not in there so impossible to keep and food or drinks cold, no hot water in the shower, room was barely cleaned for the 5 days I stayed. asked for an ice coffee at the onsite café and was told no because they didn't have ice, second time I went there to get a coffee for breakfast and told nobody could make one. Overly the staff treated the place like it was there holiday and you were interrupting it by asking simple things. would be a nice resort with some much needed maintenance and better staff. location was good and layout of resort was great.

Great potential, poorly maintained

Property has such great potential and charm, too bad they do not maintain the property. electrical problems, air conditioners needing replaced, sauna does not exist, it is a storage closet now. Breakfast is a joke, not worth the 150 TBH. The staff acted as if guest were an inconvenience that interrupted their socializing. Maybe new management and staff turn over is in order

Average hotel. Good location for beach & Bangla Rd

So so. Average hotel. Value for money however WiFi could be improved. Hotel is in a good location for the beach, Bangla Road and other local attractions. Friendly and helpful staff at the hotel. Rooms are generally clean bed was comfy. A bit dated could do with a big decoration

Old and noisy

The rooms are run down the bathroom sink was terrible and very noisy. Apart from all the street noise I could here the guy cough his lungs out all day from the pool area.

Not my favorite place so far

The rooms were so dirty with no lock on the doors. My boyfriends wallet fell on the way to the room and everything got stolen. But ok. It’s our fault I guess. Hotel is in reasonably good location with many eateries and shops nearby. Rooms are a bit old . Renovated rooms are better. Generally it is a good stay

Mid priced to budget option

A decent enough place to stay for a couple days but there is construction going on across the road,it is convenient to the beach though.

Cozy rooms. Great beds. Fun neighborhood. Super friendly staff. I've stayed here 5-6 times for a reason. I feel at home here!

Ett i stort sett bra hotell med bra personal förutom kvinnan som jag uppfattade som chef i receptionen. Vi upplevde henne inte som serviceminded. Snarare nonchalant förutom när vi skulle checka ut. Då var hon i stället fjäskig i sitt beteende och tyckte att vi skulle komma dit igen. Vi skulle kunna bo på detta hotell igen om den kvinnan inte arbetar kvar då

Misserabel

nach sehr langem Warten, wurde uns ein Zimmer gegeben, dass eigentlich noch einem anderen Gast gehörte. Wir waren 18 Nächte in diesem Hotel und der Direktor hat uns wärend dieser Zeit nicht einmal gegrüsst ob schon sein zimmer neben unserem war. azch wurde die betwäsche nur einmal gewechselt, und dies erst kurz vor unserer abreise. unser zimmer wurde immer stehts zwischen 17.00 und 18.00 gereinigt. im Pool wird die ganze nacht gebadet und rücksichtsloss lärm gemacht, niemand schreitet ein. man muss selber für ordnung schauen. Schade, es wäre ein nettes hottel, doch das Management ist eine Katastrophe. Wir kommen seit über 20 Jahren nach Patong und haben schon viel erlebt und sind auch nicht heikel, aber das ist die absolute kröhnung, diese Hotel werden wir sicher nicht mehr buchen.

Chambre Deluxe au bort de la piscine, plafond marron tache d humidité, pas d eau chaude dans la chambre malgré nos demandes, une odeur constante de moisie dans la chambre.

Nie wieder New Patong Premier Resort

Das Zimmer sollte schon beim Einchecken bezahlt werden, was eigentlich unüblich ist. Beim Auschecken wurde auf einmal keine Amex akzeptiert, wollten Bargeld oder eine andere Kreditkarte haben. Die Anregung das er die möglichen Zahlungsarten doch bitte bei Hotels.com berichtigen sollte wurden dieses mit nein beantwortet. Wir würden dieses Hotel nicht mehr Buchen, die Bilder auf der Plattform wurden schon gut bearbeitet. Wir waren nur am Strand da am Hotelpool nur 10 Liegen zu Verfügung standen. Frühstück ist im Nachbarhotel besser und nur 20 Bart teurer. Fotos haben wir vom Hotel leider nicht gemacht.

un hotel tres bien situé a 200 metres du centre ville avec une piscine propre et assez grande pour 6 personnes. je tien a remercier la receptioniste de nuit qui est tres agreable. les chambres sont plutot propre . je recommande l'hotel pour un prix qui reste abordable

Olimme hotellissa. Hotelli pyysi meiltä lisää rahaa, ei kuulema ole saaneet maksua . Uhkaa poliisilla . Olivat kuitenkin tarkastelleet vikavarausta. Pitkän matkan jälkeen vastaanotto ei ollut kovin miellyttävä, väsyneenä. Tämä kaikki selvisi vasta muutama päivä saapumisemmme jälkeen, siihen asti olimme muukalaisia. En suosittele.

Buon hotel vicino al mare ,tranquillo ottimo per famiglie !!! Unico neo.......asserire di avere una palestra!!!!! Purtroppo è un angolo con una macchine rotta e arrugginita non utilizzabile!!! Tanto vale non asserire di averla!!!!

Første og siste gang

Rommet var greit, men kl 00 om natten måtte vi be om hjelp da aircondition lakk vann.. Så ble det lagt ut håndklær på gulvet, av de som jobbet der.. Etter 10 min så var det ikke antydning til bedring så vi ba om et annet rom.. Ingen beklagelse, ingen reduksjon i pris.. Bare mye styr.. Skal du ha et ok sted å sove til en billig penge.. Så kanskje.. Rottene gjorde det ikke så mye mere attraktivt.

Super beliggenhed. Fine værelser og super hjælpsomt personale. Dejligt med en pool - den var dog ret kold. Alt i alt godt hotel

Bilderna ljuger bilderna är från när det byggdes. Jätte slitet hotell. Jag hade aldrig bokat detta hotellet on jag visste hur slitet det var. Personalen jätte trevliga iaf dem som kan engelska. Hotellet brevid har en stor frukost buffe för 200batt per person. Mitt hur på toan var det en läcka och golvet på toa var i små sten det var sunkigt. New Patong snarare old

Missvisande bilder

Haha..enligt bilderna så skulle det vara jättefint. Kommer dit och rummet är knappt värt att betala dom 500kr som vi betalat. Handukshållaren sitter knappt fast i väggen. Toalettstolen har inget lock osv. Det dög helt klart för en natts sömn men skulle jag ha bokat fler nätter hade jag varit grymt besviken.

Huoneet olivat siistejä, mutta kadunpuoleisiin huoneisiin kuului kova meteli kadulta. Hotellilta ihan kohtuullinen kävely rannalle. Allasalue oli pieni, mutta viihtyisä. Hotelli oli todellakin hintansa arvoinen.
