It was my first time at the hotel and never be the last the staff are super friendly

super noisy room, so i had to make a huge mess to get a better room which wasn't much better and next day no hot water ... terrible experience

Staff were amazing!! Breakfast was perfect before a day of sight seeing, they always made sure we knew where we were going or if we needed directions conveniently located!

Amazing Hotel

It is an amazing hotel.excellent Breakfast especially the Live Omlette and Pan Cake stations.The staff go out of the way to help You.

The room had a nasty cigarette smoke smell. The towels were dirty with disgusting hair on them.

I liked the easy access to downtown area. The room that we were given does not have window lighting. It's good enough for sleeping at night, but not for enjoying inside it or spending fun time inside the property.

The staff were good and helpful . Breakfast was nice and the room was perfect

Close to downtown.

Very helpful with the services, was able to book airport transport the night before. They also sell SIM cards for travellers like myself whose Sim doesn’t work in Jordan. Much more on offer than just those too.

It’s clean Small room When you take a shower there is water around not going through the drain

The staff was very helpful and besides the small room it was very clean. I will definitely come back.

At check in, I was given a room different from my reservation, after going back to the Reception, I was escorted back to another room, it had 1 queen bed and 1 single bed, so the employee that escorted me took me back to the lobby because he didn't want to give me a room for 3, we went back to the reception, got another room key fob and went back to the 3rd floor, escorted by the same employee and finally gave me the room. Very bad and tiring check-in experience. Also, the room I had, had back sound isolation.

We took the family suite. It was an amazing experience. Very nice staff! Internet was very fast. will definitely come again.

Good location and service

This was a good hotel. Location was ok (20 minutes' walk to the mall and 30 minutes to the downtown. Keep on mind that Amman is all uphills and downs). What I liked the most were people. The 2 guys that I was in touch with during those days were very kind and polite. Always wanting to help. Hotel was clean We got there at 5AM, and the guy wanted to charge us one night more just for a few hours, but he said that we could talk to the manager the day after. We did, and the manager was able to help us. I'd recommend the hotel though. Could be better: Breakfast didn't start on time sometimes, and that made us be 15ish minutes late for hour plans There's not a full view mirror in the room, so I couldn't see my outfits until I went to the first floor I wish they have chairs in the room. We had to eat there once and we had no choice than eating on the floor to avoid messes on the bed. (We were on rush and had no time to ask for chairs or go to the restaurant) Shower doesn't have a door or curtain, so it was always a mess after we took a shower. I'd fix that too.

Very friendly staff. Very clean. Highly recommend. It’s a little bit away(1.5 mile and taxi cost 1.5 JOD= app. 2 us $from main shopping center ). Quite and peaceful area. One will not be disappointed. Receptionists Amani and Ahmad were courteous and helpful. I booked it for one night and decided to stay for three more but third night got fully booked and owner arranged for another of his hotel.

i called the front desk during the daytime to fix some issues but the maintenance staff doesn't show up till midnight. Imagine as a female, when someone knocks your room after midnight, I have to refuse the service specially if the Maintenace guy is a male....the funniest thing is it happened several times and i have no option but to refuse to let him in

The hotel is located quite close to the city’s attractions. The room was ready before the check-in time and I appreciated that. The hotel has a nice lobby. The room is spacious but its window is facing a wall. There is free bottle of water in the room. The staff provided me complimentary breakfast. The free WiFi connection in the room was very weak.

This hotel is superb! So amazing staff, super clean and it smells so good. Shout out to the warm welcome of the very hospitable and very nice owner. The staff Osama, Ibrahim, Ahmed, the chef and all the others were very nice and helpful to us too. They greeted and served us well, made sure we have all our needs. Ali also who works with the hotel for the hotel transfer is the best! He makes sure we are comfortable and we see all the beautiful places. I highly recommend!!! ☺️ So happy with our stay.

Long weekend in Amman

Hotel is recently renovated. The stuff was super amazing, helpful and friendly. Room had everything I needed, location was very easy to go anywhere. Would definitely recommend it

Reception crew get easily irritated by any queries. Bad communication skills.

Everyone at the property was so kind. The team went above and beyond to provide me services including helping me get to the bus station to buy a ticket when the app wouldn't work! The room was clean and reasonably sized in a dorm style.

Very nice hotel Antonio the receptionist is very helpful he do everything to help the clients always with a 😃 the breakfast was good a very nice smell when you enter the hotel This hotel is very clean. Even the other receptionist are nice too I recommend this hotel

Good hotel to stay in Amman

A good hotel to stay in Amman for those who don't seek luxury :) Good and friendly service, no complaints. The only negative thing is that there are no doors or curtains in the bathroom so the water is all over when you bath. The rest is fine, the owner is very welcoming and caring.
