The location is off a busy street and the front entrance has about 10 steep steps which makes egress difficult. Thankfully the reception guy carried our suitcase for us. The carpets in the hallway outside of our room was dirty and covered with hair (needs a deep clean). The shower is on top of a bathtub. Water goes everywhere all over the toilet and everything in the bathroom because it is open and no curtains. Very difficult bathtub to climb in and out of, especially when it is slippery with water & soap. The hotel needs to work more closely with the community that your hotel is located in to offer a more wholistic, local, eco-friendly experience for the guests. Besides the location there was nothing that differentiates your hotel from all others. Also think about providing better filtered water facility to your guests so they do not have to resort to purchasing water & more plastic. Plant more trees around your hotel. Provide option to recycle for your guests. Do not use plastics in the products you offer to the guests. Really loved the hotel greeting committee (dog). Also we stayed there 27 Sep - 28 Sep (not 26-27 Sep).
