Didn’t like the fact there were emergency housing in the resort

We booked a "poolside apartment" of which there was a pool

Great spot with a great price, nice and clean and family friendly. Special thanks to the gentleman that came out after hours to assist with the aircon

under the hotel there is a bus stop the noise of busses will make you go crazy , but the actual hotel by it self is very nice lots of car park very nice people to talk o desk. thank you for upgrade

Great value for money

Clean and cosy apartment. Despite being a studio was more spacious than a regular one bedroom apartment. They got the room ready before the check in time and even called us for the same. Safe and secure undercover parking..almost next to the main hub of the Entrance

Great location and good size. Could of been a bit cleaner. Walls and cupboards dirty and a used bandaid under table.

Location is great right next to everything the pool is really small though the kids didn’t get in as it was to packed, I found the bed really hard where I ended up sleeping in the couch instead the room had a weird smell to it I just kept the balcony door open the view made up for it all

Easy to book and good comms from the reception desk. But the property itself is run down and very dirty. Damaged tables and chairs, marks and holes in walls, layer of dust on many surfaces. And we had booked for 4 people but had to make the fold out couch ourselves. Not worth it for the price paid. It was a busy weekend and we booked last minute, but we couldn’t recommend it and won’t be back again.

Great location, very close to shops and the water. Free secure parking at the top of the public car park and our room was on the same floor so very convenient for us. The apartment was great except it was a bit dark because all the lights came from wall sconces rather than overhead, and the balcony was on the short end of a long deep room. Also would've been nicer to have a bigger TV. But otherwise it was good value and we enjoyed our stay. Will definitely consider staying here again next time we're in the area.

Such a great hotel very clean staff are easy to deal with highly recommend

Location is very good. Park the car and walk. Staff are lovely and good communication. We received a complimentary upgrade which was much appreciated. Beds were comfortable. Free secure parking was a bonus. A bit more attention could be given to cleaning - eg fans had a lot of dust on them. Overall a great place to stay in a handy location.

Just the cleanliness and lovely location within walking distance makes it a perfect getaway. The water view on the balcony was lovely.

Great room, extremely generous space, great view of The Entrance beach and Tuggerah Lake, great ladies and staff at reception, comfy bed, free parking and you can walk to all pubs and food and playgrounds and beaches. What’s not to love? Sure, furniture and property a little weathered, but what coastal front accomodation isn’t?

Fantastic place to stay on a budget. No frills, but everything is clean and serviceable. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Location is great for walking everywhere.

The area of The Entrance felt jaded and derelict. Think would be livlier and less weird in summer and at weekends

Beautiful location.. We love the safe parking..quietness.. Walk out and grab something to eat..all within walking distance.. We were trying to book in plus trying to hear the receptionist explain About how things work around this accommodation..and we were not impressed with staff discussing with each other at the front counter about the next days duties.. Very high volume and very unprofessional.. Was not impressed with the closed captions across the television..tried to remove .. no such luck.. So very annoying.. I’ve been a cleaner for 15 years now ..and I notice these faults.. Bedside lamps ..very dusty..light switch..very dodgy .. Felt it was unsafe to use…one light needed a new globe.. (Did report these light issues on checking out) we have family up the north coast..and the Sunshine Coast will be needing a place to stop ..both ways now So want something we can rely on and be very happy with.. The Reception Staff Are Great And They Upgraded Our Room Plus A Late Checkout The Hotel Is Well Looked After And Maintained Room Was Very Clean And Tidy

Convenient location, outlook from room 315 wasn't great, cleaning wasn't great, dust ontop fridge and around the edges in bathroom, needs a proper deep clean. Front counter staff helpful and friendly

The apartment was spacious with a good view and served my purposes, but I will probably choose another option, next time I stay in The Entrance. Whilst most of the room itself was in reasonable condition, the bathroom needs updating, with an old fixed head shower system and generally old fittings. The main door (old) to the room doesn't lock properly on your way out, unless you notice what you have to do to make it lock, and the fly screen door to the balcony doesn't seal to actually keep insects out. The reception, lifts, and halls, are shabby an old. None of the above is suitable for a chain group such as Nesuto, which should provide a consistent level of quality. I stayed on a Friday night, and they couldn't offer even the slightest of late check-outs, claiming the high turnover on the weekends, but the property wasn't full and even if it were, some rooms need to be done before others. I can't see the logic, and given that standard check-in starts at 3:00pm, instead of the usual 2:00pm and standard check-out is 10:00am, I think it would be good diplomacy to at least offer 30 minutes, if not an hour. By the way, reception was only open for check-in between 3:00pm and 7:00pm! You get the impression that this management does everything possible to cut its costs, and this comes at the expense of the guest.

What i didn't like was walking outside to our room.Booked views with a pool.(didn't get) Quite smelly dusty Sorry wouldn't recommend

The location is great for walking to shops beach and activities. However the two bedroom unit was very shabby and well worn. The mould in the shower was gross, the bathroom door had a hole and looked like someone had punched the door. We covered the lounge and chair with our towels because each were stained and marked. No value here other than the location!

Great area to stay with little kids

The location of the property is excellent. With little kids during school holidays the stay was great for us. There’s so much to do along the foreshore. My 6 year old loves to fish and there’s rod holders built in along the waters edge. My 4 year old loved the park and water play area as well as the amusement park rides. The property itself is dated but I think it has everything needed to ensure our short stay was as easy as possible with little kids. There’s also free parking available, with so many restaurant/ cafe options nearby, it really was so easy staying at this place with children. We loved it.

The good: * Location. It's close to takeaway shops, restaurants, the promenade and a pub. It's also only a 10-15 minute walk to the closest supermarket, the beach, and the ocean pools. Unbeatable location. * Secure parking. Parking on level 3 of the building is for Nesuto guests and residents only, and is accessible only with the key fob from reception. * Comfortable. Because the building is split between hotel guests and residents, there's a homey comfort thing happening. * Wi-Fi. The nerd in me ran a speed test while I was there, and it's good enough to stream shows etc. However: * The bathroom of the apartment I stayed in (413) had no active ventilation fan in the bathroom. The bathroom does get foggy, and the floor does get wet. Along with the lack of ventilation comes mould, and it was possible to see traces of mould around the bathroom. * The air con doesn't work to cool the bedroom, which meant that I had to sleep with the door open to the outside world. This wasn't a problem, but using the pedestal fan (provided in the wardrobes) to provide a breeze was. The pedestal fans in both bedrooms were dusty, and one was broken. I had to clean them before they could be used. Overall, it's a place that screams "good enough" to stay in. It's not a five star hotel, and it's not a dingy rent by the hour motel. It's a little old, and could use some paint, but if you're spending your time exploring the beach and the local area, it'll do.

Had an amazing time place was nice and the stuff were amazing definitely book again.

Close to everything

The pool side deluxe two bedroom apartment was a let down it was run down one small air conditioning and the pool side apartment was not pool side at all lights not working toliet roll holder falling off. The pool was small and green

The place is rundown/old and not worth the cost. Also all the windows open up to public walkways so you have to keep them closed meaning you get no natural light

Properly was ok, big enough room. Fairly clean, however quite run down & old. View to the beach was lovely, but the area was full of people on drugs. Security patrolling the outdoor main playgrounds/ shoppping area- say no more.

Room was filthy, then offered a renovated room which was a lot better but still not the cleanest

The staff Communicate well and the room is what we really need.

Easy parking, near to sea-side walkway, rooms were comfortable. I was charged twice during check-in but it was credited back once the error was realised. The reception needs to be more vigilant so not to make these type of errors.

Kids break

Kids absolutely loved it, especially the location, right in the middle of everything they wanted, they just rode their scooters everywhere... loved it highly recommend

Our apartment was facing the pool in the opposite building and so it was noisy when the balcony door was open. We could also hear the housekeeping early in the morning. Kitchen was also limited in terms of utensils and crockery. But otherwise it was clean if all you are looking for is a place to sleep that is close to the restaurants and shops.

Large apartment in dated and tired building. Location is central but The Entrance was run down, shops and cafes closed or near empty.

great location. Travelled with extended family which meant we needed two rooms. After explaining our situation staff made sure our rooms were next to each other. They even had a shower chair for one of our party who has mobility problems. Our entire party agreed that they would definitely stay again.

Friendly check in but even though l was upgraded the property is looking very run down. Bathroom, curtains, carpets all desperate for an upgrade. Extremely noisy from apartment overhead, sounded like they were dragging furniture across the floor. Bed very comfortable and linen faultless

Thankyou so much we had a lovely stay. The staff was friendly the room was perfect we have 2 boys, staying in the pool access 2 bedroom was perfect for the boys and relaxing for mum and dad. It was clean and tidy.

Entertainment on the room was very poor, tv wasn't responding to the remot control all the time , only a few chanals worked . Could improve that.

The window doesnt open due to safety. Massive window but cant enjoy it opened. It should stipulate in room description. Apartment overall dirty and stains. Bathroom vanity needs upgrade. Overal not bad. But not best

Great 2 bedroom apartment with good size balcony. Clean and comfortable, everything in working order and was fitted with everything we needed. Free parking and easy walking to the shops, location was great. Highly recommended!

There was hair in the lounge when we pulled it out for a bed for one of our kids. It was very filthy. There was did food stuck to the shower blanket.

The room was large with plenty of space. I would definitely stay again. Great view. The shower did spray in all directions but thats all.

The location is amazing. Quick walk to amazing cafes and restaurants and the waterfront with a play area for the kids. The apartment had a great view and was clean. Parking was easy and secure.

The first cup we grabbed was dirty. A few of the towels had stains on them. The cupboard in the shower has swollen from water and definitely needs to be replaced.I pulled back the bedsheets because of this but to my surprise they were clean and felt they had been washed correctly. When I handed back the keys. No one said anything. Didn’t ask one question so I left. This was a surprise getaway so I wasn’t going to make a fuss about a few things however definitely not a clean place at all!
