The unit was nice in that it had two full bathrooms and closet space. The beds were decent and it had a nice balcony with a good view of foliage. It couldn't have been cleaned better, I found dental floss on the bathroom floor and cobwebs when we checked in but we were in a hurry so there was no time to call and complain. For the price, the breakfast should have been included, or at least cheaper than it was. The area did seem safe and you needed your key card to get in the building and operate the elevator so that was nice. It was also a short walk to the convention center. There is public transportation nearby as well. The parking area is a bit creepy but we didn't have a car so luckily we didn't have to use that area much. There was a nice tennis court on the property too. The staff held our bags for us when we had to check out of the room but our flight wasn't for several hours, so that was very appreciated. I would stay here again.

Handy to the city good value

This is the second time we’ve stayed here. Very handy to the convention centre and the city Room was near the freeway so quite noisy. Service at reception was lovely once again. The blurb does advertise a restaurant on site this is only for breakfast but you can get a heat and eat meal which we did for lunch as felt lazy it was ok as you’d expect from a microwaved meal

The units are very good, spacious and very clean. Everything there that you could possibly need. Very generous with tea, coffee and toiletries, even dishwasher and laundry detergent. Staff welcoming and very helpful. Parking was good and safe. Personally I just found the bed too firm, but that's me. Thankyou for a great stay.

Great location, close to city

The staff were excellent by accommodating my early check-in request and communicated the approval via email and a personal phone call. I was quite impressed. The building however is very out-dated and smelled like mould. I wouldn’t stay there again.

Great overnight family stay

Check in was super easy and desk staff were really helpful and informative. 24 hour check in was really helpful with the flexibility we needed. The two bedroom apartment was great for our family with everything we needed for our overnight stay. Our only challenge was the parking, we were assigned a larger space to park our 4WD but the other 2 cars in the section had parked poorly so we really needed to squeeze into the space.

Really happy with the services the staff were very adaptable letting us check in early and allowing us to leave our car in the carpark after checking out, nothing was an issue, made our weekend.

Excellent customer service at reception. We arrived a little earlier than checkin as we had an event to attend at the convention centre nearby. Checkin was expediated for us, which was much appreciated as we had a car and luggage to drop before event. The gentleman at reception was amazing. His welcoming persona and directions for carparking and our apartment were easy and well explained. We cant fault the amazing accomodation and service. 5 stars! Thankyou

Nice and big place for a family. With indoor parking and also washing machines and dryer. Washing powder was provided.

The restaurant only served breakfast ,all other meals were heat and eat which was not what we wanted.

It was nice to say in accommodation that was clean and in good condition. The only problem was the oven didn’t work but not sure a big issue we used the frypan. It was also nice to have clean towels everyday

Superb stay

Stay was amazingly good. Located just one bus stop away from Elizabeth Quay Stn. Allocated a free parking lot just below the apartment. Apartment is very well maintained with housekeepers coming in twice a week. We cook and wash our clothes everyday. Really appreciate the appliances provided. Must importantly, the excellent services provided by the receptionists who attend to our needs with care.

Tricky to find the entrance at first but in a good location. The breakfast is very good with eggs made to order and nice to have a washing machine at the end of the trip to catch up on laundry

Convenient, cheerful, comfortable. Spacious room with every amenity making it a home away from home. Good soundproofing and climate control. Decor a bit dated but who cares for the price it’s excellent. Pool great for a dip on a 40 degree day.

Very little traffic noise despite being near to freeway. Walking distance to CBD. Quite hard to find entrances as signage is in alleyway and GPS not great. Would definitely recommend and would return if needing reasonably priced accommodation near the city.

The accommodation was very good as was the breakfast. As there are no shops or restaurants nearby and we had a long day traveling from Queensland we opted to buy the pre-made dinners from the hotel. Unfortunately they were not good quality meals and we wouldn't recommend them to future guests. We appreciated having a designated parking spot.

My family and I have stayed there most of the time when we are in Perth. Place is clean and accessible to nearby amenities. Walkable to Hay Street and Murray Street shopping area. Front Desk Service was impeccable.

Walking distance to CBD. Clean, spacious, warm, well equipped although some kitchen scissors would be good and also a decent proper dishcloth for wiping surfaces instead of the silly little sponge that was in our apt.

Disappointed with the property it wasn't well cleaned, multiple broken items some we just fixed but others we had to tell reception about and things missing from the room needed to cook and clean with such as tea towels and trays.

Most of the staff are super helpful except Neil. Joseph, Ryan and Mad are very very good. Neil couldn't tell me which restaurants are open on that public holiday. He told me to check on Spring Street, saying that there were many restaurants there. But there wasn't any along that street.

Everything went smoothly

The location was good, easy walk into the city. The room was clean with everything we needed although we booked a 2bdrm apartment, it was more for the space than anything as we are a couple only. Breakfast was fairly standard but good. Housekeeping is not daily but can ask housekeeping if required. Overall, we were happy with what we had for the time we had it. Bit of a grumpy bum at the reception desk but nothing to worry about.

We loved the location, busstop outside the apartment. Staff granted later check out at 11. Free drinks in the fridge. Unfortunately the free way in very busy and noisy.

Clean & tidy great for families

Disappointing from the start an accident made us unavailable to make the first day of our booking, we sent a message letting them know what happened & that we couldn't make it, they wouldn't give us a refund for that first day. We booked and paid for a room with a King bed with 2 single beds, when we arrived the room had a King Bed and a Queen Bed, we rang reception to explain the error they told us that the King bed is 2 singles just pushed together, It didn't matter that we needed a King because my husband is 6ft6 because all their rooms are a king (2singles) & a queen. Reception told us they'll send house keeping up to change the bedding from king to 2 singles. When returned back to our room exhausted after a big day out around 9:30pm to find nothing had been done with with beds. Rang reception again, housekeeping had gone home at 3pm & there where no notes in the system about our previous complaint or our cancellation for the day prior as he couldn't understand why we didn't have it sorted on our first night, we never made. We asked reception to bring the single bedding & we'll sort out the beds ourselves. Then we find out the cool air from the air-con doesn't make it down the hallway to the bedrooms it was very hot & they only supply cheap pedestal fans in the bedrooms that do absolutely nothing to cool the rooms especially on a hot Perth summer night! We all slept on the floor in the lounge to keep cool. Very disappointing & over priced, will never book there again.

Staff were great. A security screen door to outdoor courtyard to give more natural airflow day and night would be a fantastic addition.

Wonderful stay

We booked a room with 2 bedrooms, the room is spacious and clean. It is located just next to Kings park, great for running and walking. A wonderful stay experience!

Spacious, comfortable, convenient to CBD and beyond, free car parking, excellent sound proofing despite near the freeway if you close the windows properly. Friendly staff. A great stay!

Ok Stay

I stayed at Nesuto Mounts Bay (Zoe daughter writing review) with my mum and sister. Rooms were fine, as were all amenties. My biggest complaints are: A) my silver VIP status was not recognised, and I did not receive my benefits B) reception staff were not overly helpful with instructions/insight on how to get into the CBD centre. Would stay again for convenience, but that is all.

The hotel was in very good condition and has excellent amenities. However, the rooms are very near the freeway and does not have insulated (glazed) windows. The noise can be very loud especially when trucks or large vehicles drive by.

We had a great time staying here, close to Kings Park, and the main shopping area. Plenty of walking tracks, gym facilities and tennis court. Pool would be good in summer.

Convenient area, only issue is parking prior to check in, you have to park on roundabout!

There is a lot to like about Nesuto. Breakfast was lovely and Mary was so friendly and helpful at breakfast. Sharon on the front desk spent an hour helping me to get to where I needed to be. She was so patient. The evening manager was helpful about a noisy neighbour. There was a friendly lady cleaning the lifts each morning. It is great to have your own laundry facilities and a full kitchen when staying somewhere for a few days. There was some flood damage in the laundry. There was no restaurant open in the evenings and no servicing of the rooms on the weekend.

Great location, good food, helpful staff. Only issue in 6th floor apartment was noise of air con systems in roof.

The property was very spacious and very clean. It was a perfect space for our family of 5 which comes with 2 bed-rooms. There was a huge kitchen which was very well-equipped. The location is very conveniently located to Hay Street Mall and King's Park. There was sheltered parking provided and that was a plus point. Some of the interiors like the cupboard finishings look slightly dated and would benefit from some refurbishing. The air-conditioner is only available in the living/dining areas, so when we turned on the heater, we couldn't feel the warmth from the bedrooms. These are some slight areas of improvement. But otherwise, everything was great.

Very clean and plenty of room in apartment, though a little dated in terms of decor, was a pleasant stay. Can hear other visitors in hall and from adjacent rooms however good family stay, no late noise or disruptions.

Good location

Great location. I was on a nearly ground floor with a sliding door to the street so not the best for security. There was only one window in the bedroom and the light then referred through to the living room which I found a bit claustrophobic.

Our stay was only a stroll from Perth City and a 20min walk up iconic Jacobs Ladder & into Kings Park for breakfast at the cafe there. Perfect for a getaway ‘staycation’🙂

The balcony was brilliant Didn’t like that you couldn’t watch tv from bed though

Family getaway

Stayed at Nesuto for 10 nights over Christmas with my husband and 2 children aged 1 and 3. The apartment was great. Had everything we needed for long stay. Great view. Walking distance to the city. Pool was good. Room was clean. Only thing i would note is the half size fridge for a long stay and there was no a/c in the second bedroom but even being December the girls slept comfortably in there. We will stay here again next time we are in Perth. Nesuto is great value for money.

The apartments were central, spacious and well appointed, with all the amenities we needed - although the decor was a little outdated. The staff were pleasant and very helpful, even delivering us milk to save us driving to the shops.

Our apartment was lovely. Very clean and spacious. Within walking distance of the Mounts Bay hospital where I needed to have surgery. I would love to stay there again when I have more time to enjoy the facilities.

Terrible experience with a receptionist. General property condition was not so bad, hotel was a bit old but it was expected before the check-in. When we entered the room, found the floor on kitchen was wet, water was left. It was okay, we could handle it without an assistance. We were not informed the check-out time from the receptionist and we received a phone call from another receptionist next day @ 1010hrs, being requested to leave the room immediately. We apologised but requested a proper time to pack our belongings but the receptionist warned that we would be charged extra cost immediately. We managed packing and came down for a check-out, then talked the receptionist (David), tried to explain but he was extremely rude and stated that was your responsibility to find out the check out time and ignored our complaints regarding the property condition. I warned him to leave it in my review, he also stated "help yourself, do whatever you want." Of course, I supposed to check the time of check-out, but it shouldn't be ended up like this way.

Location and apartment layout were great, however there was no air conditioning in the bedrooms. There was only a split system air con in lounge. Pedestal fans were provided in bedrooms however they were very dirty.

The living room is very spacious with a balcony. Very comfortable! The environment is very quiet and very beautiful. A bus stop is just outside the apartments. It’s very convenient to go to CBD.

We loved everything about the room, it was perfect for our requirements. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and dinner at the restaurant in the evening. Only found the parking bay a big challenging [made for smaller cars]!! We have stayed many times and have always been completely satisfied.
