The rooms were decent size, bed was comfy, service was good. The buffet was nice too.

Ok but probably wouldn't choose again

Having stayed at another Nest property which was amazing I was disappointed with this hotel. Room was compact and the bathroom inconveniently small. The lobby is very designed but was very messy with things all over reception, stickers on the walls in the elevators etc. great location near Hakara and reasonable value for money

Adequate but a little disappointing

Room is small but adequate, the bathroom is a typical Japanese prefabricated bathroom but the toilet is smaller than any I've ever experienced and uncomfortable. The bathroom could be cleaner in some of the details. The lobby and reception is very designerly, but it is untidy with stickers and notices stuck in various places. The hotel is very conveniently located and adequate but a little disappointing compared to another Nest that I stayed in at Incheon. Perhaps they are not related.

Friendly and helpful front desk but the room is not very clean and the bathroom has odour smell and the wall of the room has coffee or food dirt on it.

This is a decent hotel for those on a budget, except we didn't even get budget prices during the December holiday season. Therefore, I don't feel the prices made sense for the experience. The hotel looks much cleaner in the photos. The walls and carpet were a bit dirty, but all else seemed cleaned. The room is tight, so it's hard to leave a large suitcase opened up, but it worked for us. As a couple, we stayed in a twin (2 bed) room. The location, however, is fantastic! It's a short walk to a conbini, Hakata station, and eateries nearby. The staff is also friendly and nice. Other perks: The hotel has 2 laundry machines. They also give free coffee/tea, but it starts at 11:30am, so we were only able to get it once.

This hotel is located so close to Hakata Station that you can get anywhere you need to go to. It’s also close to a lot of temples and malls that are walkable. The staff are very nice and even help me ship a couple of packages. I’d definitely recommend this hotel!!

The hotel is only a 5-7mins walk from Hakata Station in an inner quiet street. Love that there is 2 washing machine n dryer in the hotel as well. Staffs are very polite.

하카타 역에서 가깝습니다. 이 호텔의 가장 큰 장점 입니다. 따라서 빠르게 도착하여 짐을 맡기거나 체크아웃 하면서 짐을 맡기고 돌아다닐 때 좋습니다. 후쿠오카를 왔다면 하카타에서 이동하는 것이 가장 편하니까요. 호텔은 매우 깔끔하고 직원들도 친절합니다. 하지만 방은 정말 좁습니다. 일본의 호텔을 많이 다녀 봤지만 손꼽히게 좁습니다. 방은은 그럭저럭 합니다. 다른 소리가 살짝 씩 들리지만 신경쓰일 정도는 아닙니다. 조식은 평소 카페인 곳을 사용하기 때문에 테이블 석이 많지 않아 조금 불편합니다. 맛은 그럭저럭 먹을 만은 합니다만 하카타역 근처에 조식을 하는 곳이 있으니 그런 곳을 찾아가서 먹어보는 것이 여행에 더 재미를 더할 것 같다는 생각이 듭니다. 텐진은 걸어서 가지 마세요. 걷는 다면 캐널시티 까지가 적당합니다. 텐진을 자주 가신다면 텐진 근처의 숙소를 얻는 것이 낫습니다. 아주 가깝진 않지만 근처에 편의점이 있어서 나갔다 들어오는 길에 들러서 오기에 좋습니다. 세븐과 로손이 있네요. 멀지 않은 곳에 웰시아도 있어서 약쇼핑(?)하기에도 괜찮습니다. 최근(?)하카타역 요도바시 카메라 4층에 로피아 라는 마트가 생겼는데 여기가 전체적으로 상품도 저렴하고 조리식품도 많아서 사다가 호텔에서 먹는 것도 재밌어 보입니다. 처음에 들고 가는 빨간 바구니와 계산된 물건을 담은 노란 바구니가 다르니 주의 하세요~ 'ㅂ') 호텔 바로 옆에는 별게 없긴 한데 하카타 역이 가까운 것이 큰 장점이니 잘 활용하시면 좋을 것 같습니다.

Our non-smoking triple room on the 5/F was dirty. There were molds and dirt near the washroom sink and few places in the bathtub. The room is a bit dusty as well. There are 2 washing/ drying machines on the first floor and luckily they were available on the evening for use during my stay in early June.

It was our second time in this hotel. We liked the staff, the food is decent and the location is great. The room is small but that’s ok considering it’s Japan.

So close for walking to and from Hakata Station for both train travel and airport subway line. A real gem.

This was the second I have stayed at a Nest hotel (the previous one was in Okinawa) and this one in Hakata didn't disappoint. The staff were very helpful with luggage storage and also with directions and advice. The apartment was modern and very clean. We didn't get to try the breakfast so can't report on that. It's in a fairly built-up area but Hakata station is a stone's throw away and can be reached quickly on foot. A recommended place to stay if you are Fukuoka.

Great location walking distance to Hakata train station. Friendly and helpful staffs.

No complaints about this hotel. Check in was smooth, the rooms are practical, and the location is walking distance to Fukuoka Train station (JR Hakata), as well as Gion subway station. Climate control works (as opposed to my last hotel in Hiroshima), there is a desk, the room window opens, and functional laundry facilities are on site.

We found a pair slipper under our bed, which was quite shocking

Room size is suitable for 3 persons. Hotel is about 5-7mins walk from hakata station. Comfortable beds. Overall, a good experience for us.

Convenient

The room is hot even thru we have turn on the air conditioner. Due to design issue some area of the room can’t covered by the the air condition. And we find the surface of the air conditioner is full of dust.

Close proximity to Hakata train station. The breakfast could use a more variety of selection considering it’s an additional cost. Overall, this is a comfortable spot for a Hakata getaway.

It's very close to Hakata Station, just 6-8 minutes' walk！ The room is compact and with thongs that you need. Only 2 comments: 1) the ventilation fan in the washroom is full of dust! 2) There's no "late check-out", the staff told me the price for even 1 minute of delay, if any.

Location was good, clean, friendly, good breakfast.

Food choices withing two short blocks included a fabulous boulangerie, a little first-rate old-style sushi lunch place with friendly locals, and a very nearby very hip we-do-it-all local fish and meat and draft beer place. Very easy access to airport and train station.

We enjoyed our stay at Nest hotel. First, we can leave the luggage as we arrived in the morning, but we are allowed to check in at 3 pm. The room is fit for 2 people with lugguage. Very close to Hakata Station. Room is very clean and staff is helpful although we need to use translation machine :) Upon the check in, we were asked to pay the hotel fee and our whole stay by credit card (which is fine) the important thing you should know is it is better to pay in Japanese currency NOT your own currency (the hotel suggested us to pay in our currency but apparently its more expensive than paying in Yen) Anyway, we would recommend this hotel. The location, staff, room, amenities, etc are great!

A good walk needed

Clean and new hotel. Room quite good for single occpuants. Clean and with good amentities with the exception of no bottle of mineral water provided. A good 10-12min walk from Hakata Station and if you are pulling large suitcases, suggest to keep on ground floor. No easy access from basement and a long flight of stairs up will not help. Pray weather is good else will be walking in the rain. May not be suitable for light sleeper as noise and people's conversation on hallways can be heard. There are hoteps closer to station and with easier access from weather.

Convenient location. Just few minutes away from Hakata station.

Nearby Hakata station, the room is clean but a little bit small, and the sound insulation is a bit poor. However, the staff is nice and friendly and the price is decent, I'll still choose this hotel next when I visit Fukuoka again.

Ok in a pinch

This room was very very small. I had requested two beds, and while technically there were two beds...they were pushed together, absolutely no space between them...so more like one bed. The location is great very near the train station and shopping centers so that is a huge plus. The breakfast was very traditional and there was no staff to be found, so the customer service left a little to be desired, same as at check-in. But it was a quick overnight stay so we made it work.

More assistance from reception

Decent hotel with good location. The staff at the desk were not very helpful and that went beyond the language barrier. I took advantage of the laundry room but even after I paid extra to dry, the clothes were still very damp. The room and bathroom were tiny but I understand this is usual for Japanese business hotels.

Nice place to stay the night with helpful staff

The staff were excellent—very helpful going above and beyond to assist. Our only disappointment was that with the name “Nest Ekimae’ I thought it would be “right across the street from the station, but it was about a 10-15 minute walk away. Otherwise it is a small, quiet, clean hotel with lots of younger people staying there , at least while we were there.

価格とのバランスが良かったです。マンションをリノベーションしたような感じですが、清潔感あり部屋も綺麗でした。 隣接建物が近いため、窓を開けるのは控えた方がいいかもしれません。

エントランスからお部屋まですごく綺麗でした！

駅からは少し離れていますが、その分静かでした。スタッフが丁寧で、1階カフェのドリンクが宿泊者に1杯サービスになるのが良かった。

已入住兩次，地點絕佳！離博多站6-7分鐘，附近有很多好吃的餐廳！便利商店也有可自取一次性用品！房內舒服乾淨！住宿的房費能退費的期限非常人性化，如果行程容易有異動退款期限很晚！性價比高，cp值高！非常推薦這間住宿！

鄰近鐵路，交通非常方便，購物中心便利店亦多，住宿環境乾淨。隔音就比較差，不過尚可以接受。

비싼 값에 가긴 좀 애매한 곳

주말이고 임박해서 예약해서인지 너무 비싸게 예약했는데 (7만엔) 이정도 가치는 절대 아니었음. 20만원이었으면 만족했을 듯. 위치는 하카타역에서 5-10분 정도 걸어가야하는데 좀 외진 곳이고 주변에 먹을데 많이 없음. 화장실 환기가 안 되어서인지 쿰쿰한 냄새가 났고 방은 정말 많이 좁았음. 물도 1층 자판기에서 사먹어야함. 무료 음료도 2인이 체크인해도 한잔만 가능하고, 오후시간대에만 제공함.

各方面都很好

地點很好，安靜但離博多車站走路不遠，附近又有超商。擁有少見的三人房，對我們一家三口出遊非常方便。房間都有每天做基本的清潔整理。熱水、冰塊及備品的取用方便，可以寄放行李但隔夜一日要1000日幣，服務人員都非常親切無。但是不知為何寢具沒有給人新穎的明亮潔白感，稍嫌可小失望。

普通のビジネスホテルよりはオシャレで母娘旅にぴったりでした。博多駅からも近く、周辺にコンビニ、ラーメン屋もあり便利でした、 一点疑問だったのが、コーヒーのサービスがありましたが、一階のカフェで11:30〜18:00にカードキーを見せるとのこと。チェックイン15:00。チェックアウト11:00。1日目の3時間しかサービスが受けられないってどうなんでしょう？2泊以上宿泊の人へのサービスなのでしょうか？ ケトルとドリップコーヒーは部屋にあったのでコンビニでミネラルウォーターを買いました。お水のサービスがあるといいな。と思います。 総合的にはコンパクトなホテルなので預けた荷物の受け取りもスムーズでよかったです。また利用したいです。

駅から３～４分、立地は悪くありません。 外観はきれいですが、中は結構古く、部屋の床やバスタブを中心に汚れが結構ありました。 フロントのスタッフが新人なのか、対応がぎこちなかったです。 値段も決して安いとは言えず、今回限りかなと思います。

가성비 최고입니다. 방이 좁긴했지만, 4식구가 3침대 쓰기에 가격대비 훌륭했습니다. 얼리체크인은 3000엔추가 해야된대서 너무 피곤한 우리는 할수밖에 없었어요ㅜㅜ

位置尚算便利，職員有禮。但房間沒有任何掛勾（浴室內也沒有）這點比較不便。洗手間較狹小，但整體尚算滿意。

Generally clean. But there is hair found on the bed on the first day right after checked in. There is also smoke smell from the vent in the bathroom, and mold on the bathtub wall as well.

다 좋은데..청소상태가ㅜㅜ

여행중 3박을 이용했어요. 하타카역이랑 가깝고 좋았어요. 아이들과 같이간여행이라 조식도 다 포함해서 결재했는데 호텔측과의 오류가있었는데 잘해결해주셨네요. 전반적으로 좋았는데.... 청소상태는 좋지못했어요.. 침대밑에 다른손님의 속옷.양말.슬리퍼등등 많은것들이 나와서 기분이좋지 않았네요.. 청소상태는 노력해야될듯합니다.

位置有點距離及比較入，第一次入住要找很久，但整體房間乾淨，價錢合適

더블룸에 숙박했습니다. 제가 일본 여행중 갔던 호텔중 방이 제일 작았습니다. 두사람이 움직이지 못할정도로

615房型隔音非常的差！浴室的抽風機一打開整間放有震動的音頻，蠻不舒服的！ 服務人員和整潔都很滿意，但是房間狀態其實無法好好休息！

Near station, clear and tidy room. Near convenience store

ホテルやお部屋の雰囲気、スタッフの方の対応は良かったのですが、部屋に着いてすぐにユニットバスのドアを開けたら、毛がたくさん落ちていました。洗面台の穴のところも黒い汚れがこびりつき、コップが置いてあるところもホコリだらけ、あちこち掃除が行き届いていなくて不快でした。その上信じられないことに、枕やシーツにも短い毛がたくさん付いていて…（10本以上です）気持ち悪いので、洗面台やトイレの下、床、そしてベットもゴミを取り除いてから使用しました。こんな経験は初めてでした。
