Very nicely renovated hotel

Very nicely renovated hotel in the heart of the city. Breakfast was great, bed was very comfortable, room was spacious enough and the bathroom was great. Right in the centre. The only criticism - Russian speaking receptionist who couldn't speak Lithuanian. That's not acceptable.

I loved our stay here. The room was wonderful and the air conditioner worked really well. The room was very clean and comfortable. Lots of cafes and a shopping centre near by. All of the staff were professional and incredibly helpful. I would absolutely stay here again.

Some of the staff members were very sarcastic and arrogant. That was the most upsetting thing. Rooms were clean and had basic things, however, if you want to have a coffee machine you have to book a superior room - kinda like in the old days 🙂 Otherwise you get just a good old 3 in 1 Nescafé coffee. Also, the bathroom did not have anything else but one liquid soap/shampoo to be used for both body and hair. Again - felt very outdated. Would not be saying anything if the hotel was cheap, but we had stayed in waaayyy more fancy hotels around Vilnius before which were also much cheaper and focused on the customer. Do not recommend.

Great location as a base for walking around the Old Town and seeing the main tourist sights, and it’s close to many food and drink venues. Checkin was simple, room was clean, modern and comfortable. Basement parking is tight and spaces are limited; they MUST be reserved in advance, which we did, fortunately. We didn’t order breakfast so cannot comment.

Great design and location

This location is very new, nicely designed and in a great location. Overall we had a good stay but the room cleaning was slightly hit or miss and the breakfast service was lacking. The rooftop bar was nice too.

Lovely stay

This a very beautiful hotel with such a friendly, helpful staff! The front desk was super funny and were able to accommodate my early check in! I checked in around 10:00-11:00am, I don’t remember their names but the tall, slender man and the gentleman with curly hair were great! Please reward these two! I’ve worked in hotels and to me it’s important to welcome guests with such energy! Both recommended me places to visit like the cat cafe, the old prison for a tour, and the Freedom Fighter’s museum. Also, the room was extremely spacious and beautiful! It was located in the center of different events going on in the city which amazing! The only downside I had was that the event blocked off the road so ordering a bolt was a bit difficult while carrying luggage. That is not the hotel’s fault though. Keep doing such a great job!

Staff was excellent and the property was super clean.

Our stay at the Neringa Hotel was very good. The room was clean and modern. The bed was quite low and the foam on it was very soft, making it difficult to stay in bed while sleeping. That was unfortunate. That issue aside, I was pleased with the location, the staff, and the breakfast.

A fabulous location near to the Old Town and easy bus ride from the airport. The room was large and clean. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Breakfast was not included in our room rate but lots of coffee shops nearby. We thought €16 pp was too high.

Excellent hotel. Good enough for a NATO delegation to hold a meeting there ahead of a NATO summit in Vilnius. Very good value for the excellent facilities offered

The Neringa hotel is in a fantastic location in old town Vilnius. Rooms were modern and clean. The breakfast was delicious, especially the salmon. We ate dinner at the restaurant one night and had snacks in the bar another night when we got back late. Both were excellent. The service was excellent all around, the front desk was very helpful with restaurant recommendations and help with travel. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Neringa Hotel surpassed all of my expectations. Was highly impressed by the service, quality of rooms, quality of the restaurant and bar, and the location of the hotel. I will continue to come back to Neringa for any future trips to Vilnius.

This is a great hotel in an excellent location. One of the cleanest hotels i have ever visited. Rooms are a bit barren and might need a bit more character but this is very subjective, so I wouldn't rate the hotel badly because of this. One huge negative: during my stay, the fire alarm went off at like 6am for like 5 seconds in my room. It scared the hell out of me and I jumped from the bed and started putting my clothes on as i thought there is a real fire somewhere... After 5 or so seconds it stopped. When i complained to the front desk there was zero explanation given and it seemed that they don't really care what happened. It shows poor/non-existent customer service in my opinion. Was very disappointing as i couldn't sleep after it anymore. Everything else was great and would give an "excellent" review but unfortunately cannot do that because of this incident.

Exceptionally clean. Breakfast was great - much better than other hotel breakfast buffets. Staff were very friendly and competent. Very modern and comfortable. Would definitely stay again. Centrally located.

Great hotel in central Vilnius

Not the first time staying. Excellent service by Justin even when checking in during busiest time and requiring a room change. Rooftop bar is a very nice addition with panoramic views of the city. Will come back again on future visits.

Friendly staff, great location - poor fire safely

Wife and I ordered room with King bed, but got 2 twin beds pushed together. Hotel had only 1 of 2 functioning elevators. Could not use stairs either, as we were informed that stairs were «for emergency purposes only». Very strange. Also seems like a fire hassard. If you try to use stairs you are locked in the staircase and cannot come out. Otherwise staff was very friendly, location is perfect, hotel clean, breakfast very good. If it wasnt for the breach of basic fire stafety rules and the hotels understanding of the difference between a King anf 2 twin beds pushed together, woulf give 9/10.

Best desk service in a sleep modern hotel

I walked in and the Concierge Elonas made all my requests happen. He was kind, patient and accommodating. The warm check in process set the tone right away for an exceptional stay. The design sensibility is sleek modernity and I especially loved the thick heavy doors of the bathroom. It felt expensive! The hotel also let me do a late check out. Great hotel!

Great city hotel conveniently located in the old town. They have an underground parking (some other comparable hotels in the area don’t/have it located somewhere else). Another perk - they have a nice selection of wine from their own Portuguese vineyards.

The hotel is very nice and ideally located with easy access to old town. The staff is incredibly friendly. Rooms are modern, spacious and clean. Amenities were great.

Overall the hotel was fantastic. Very nicely designed rooms, with a massive bed and possibly the best shower I've ever used. The hotel is in very close walking distance to everywhere in the city The staff were very efficient and friendly, and the hotel bar was also very nice.

Overcharged local tax fee

It was overcharged the local tax fee. I person just only stayed 3 nights but the hotel charged 8 nights.
