Very good location. Clean. Good breakfast.
All in all it was good. The bathroom is a bit small and less comfortable for me. The front door does a bad job by allowing outside noise from the corridor. Early morning the staff started to work on the walls outside the room and it was very annoying and woke me up.
Great stay
Great hotel great price staff friendly
Poor service
They made us wait 45 min to get into our room after the late arrivel at 15:00 offered no drink while we wait , no apology or explanation , for sitting 45 min in the lobby for our room , very very poor service
Great place! 25m heated pool in winter!
At check-in we first received a room which did not have a King Bed as booked. The hotel was fully boked and it was therefore complicated to find a solution. They did the impossible and found us exactly what we wanted! Heated pool in winter! Great food! Very nice place!
Good value for money
nice hotel, not new or reinovated but well preserved and very clean. Excellet breakfast and a very nice pool
Amazing without question!
Nice hotel
Really nice hotel, friendly staff, give feeling that you remembered and welcomed. Not like it was: no bathrobes, no room service… Bathroom wasn’t cleaned even once in our 3 days staying Will be definitely coming back
nice relax brake, hotel location very good near the sea , breakfast very good
Very clean, central place, good service, and great food. I will definitely come back again soon
Rather old hotel, comfortable enough. Not too convenient exit to the beach or promenade
Very nice
Nice hotel and best suited for families. There where hundreds of kids there which cute but loud
Wonderful hotel in eilat
Great hotel on the sea front, wonderful breakfast, nice pool and gym. We had a wonderful vacation!
Very unique and pleasing hotel
Amazing
This stay change my mind about hotels in eilat , it was magnificent
Best seaI experience, very close to beach , board walk, quiet and safe
noisy weekend
Very noisy
Prompt to take care of our concerns.
The room I booked was half the size os the photo on Expedia. the hotel had no activities for guests, the second day was raining and there was nothing to entertain the guests, most were sitting around in the lobby.
Breakfast best ever in Israel !
The location and the breakfast were amazing
Nice, clean room. Walking distance to the beach. Restaurant and pool buffet have large menus. Nice night life right around the corner.
The staff was pleasant, but the hotel wasn’t clean and it felt like it needed a good update. Location was nice.
Large, very noisy property - with thumping sound till early morning hours from pool area. In need of a few more and larger elevators. Small bathrooms. Spartan room. Very crowded and boisterous breakfast dining area but hotel did provide a large and tasty breakfast to go for our Petra trip. Free parking “if available” - very limited lot. After a prolonged song and dance was offered parking in a dirt lot - 10 minute walk- but could not guarantee that we would not get a parking ticket. Overall, would not return.
This property was very close to the beach strip, and extremely convenient to the city buses that can take you directly to the Dolphin and Coral Reef beach…definitely get a Rav Card to save money by avoiding taxis. The lobby was clean, and the breakfasts were plentiful…maybe not as gourmet as some of the other hotels during my Israel trip, but plenty of options to keep you satisfied; I did love the custom espressos. Their swimming pool seemed to be the absolute best pool compared to the other hotel properties with comfortable lounges and it was very well shaded. My room had a sweet balcony overlooking the pool and Red Sea, and it was great for enjoying an evening glass of wine. The rooms are well equipped with all the standard features…coffee machine and kettle - which is great for tea drinkers. The bathroom was cozy and clean. Even though my children are now young adults, it seemed that they catered to families and small children - it’s always a joy to see happy children, and this could be a great environment to take your family.
Checked in and was given a room that was not what I ordered. Staff had to be called to separate the beds. Maintenance had to be called to get air conditioning to work. Ants had to be sprayed in bathroom which left us with an unpleasant smell..
A nightmare vacation
We took 6 rooms expecting a fun vacation and in the end we experienced a nightmare of freedom. Dirty rooms, toilets and bathroom as if being in field conditions is really disgusting. At every meal we had hair in the food and when we turned around we didn't do anything about it, we were told that it fell on the guests which is absolutely not true. The day before departure, half of the guests caught a virus of diarrhea, vomiting and fever and some of them had to go to medical treatment before to receive an infusion. I asked at the counter to speak to the person in charge and when he didn't I left a phone call more than once and until this moment they didn't get back to me, so tell me what kind of vacation is this? What is certain is that we will definitely not pass and give up everything that we experienced at your place
As one of the oldest hotels in Eilat it's maintained very well and the renovate made it looks good
The breakfast is very good. The service was really nice and friendly. We liked the baclcony view. The hotel was clean, nice and organized!
Extremely negative check-in experience! The hotel front desk clerk (Sinay) was very unwelcoming and rude, and made us feel very disrespected. He even blamed Expedia when our room wasn't ready an hour after the advertised check-in time. While the hotel itself was decent - we will not return to a business that made us feel like they are doing us a favor for staying there.
The location in Eilat was good. We also thought the breakfast was delicious. The best part of our stay was the help we received from RawanA, who spent hours helping us book an online flight from Eilat to Tel Aviv after our 3-day trip to Petra and Wadi Rum camp in Jordan. What should have been simple was quite complicated, and Rawan helped us over many days. She is a treasure and we couldn’t have done it without her.
The room was not cleaning , There was a lot of dust in the room that was not cleaned, The pool is very clean and cleaned all the time, the food is excellent and there is a great selection
Very responsive staff, great amenities, delicious breakfast, very enjoyable stay. Perfect location. Only parking was a bit challenging. Highly recommend this hotel.
Really nice front office staff.
Great property everything was great , old style needs to be remodeled
Good location and nice pool, but the room are outdated and need some work. It was very clean and well maintained, but peeling doors and broken toilet buttons just don't leave the best feeling. The staff was very nice and professional. Note that the beach opposite the hotel is closed by the city for renovation, so you're sent to the Dan beach, a 10 minutes walk away, if you want sunbeds and umbrellas (very nice beach though)
Good value for money !
Very good ....food was good and tasty ...the room was big enough for 4 people service was great
Excellent
Wonderful experience
Great check in - according to my wishes when booked. Even though we had a "standard" room, we had a perfect view of the sea from the balcony. I had written that this was a second honeymoon and ten minutes after we entered the room, they brought us a complimentary bottle of champagne and some chocolates. Service was very good and the breakfast excellent. Location is in the center of everything.
Very good choice
Nice hotel. Well located. Accepted early check-in. A gift for eDan members waited in my room.
Fantastic staff which made the stay very pleasant. Rooms were clean and airy. Only complain is that despite being smoke free, the balcony gives smokers a place to smoke and the cigarette smoke gets in and can be a bit overwhelming. But reception (Nastia) was great, as well as breakfast reception Noa and also Ahmad, who came over with a free slice of cake, courtesy of the hotel guest relations manager.
Good location, pretty room, clean and the staff were very kind
Location was good; close to the tayelet, but also noisy because it was so close. The pool was very nice and we'll maintained.
Not a good stay
Not clean. Noisy, unfriendly. Too many technical defect
Great place for great vacation!
Amazing place for vacation. On the promenade of Eilat. The room was very clean and big. The view from it was beautiful ( pool and sea). The shower...wow The principal restaurant was delicious. The workers are kinds and professional. We will come back for sure.
run down room
While the public spaces were clean and service staff friendly, there were two main issues: 1 - Check in is at 3. We waited till 3:30 to get our room. We do not have an Israeli cellular number, which presented.a problem in getting a "your room is ready" notification. 2. The room itself was in a run down state (See pictures). The bath tub was dirty, the faucet was disconnected from the wall, and when opened, an O ring fell out of it. The doors have water damage, and the floor tiles a cracked. The room door is hard to open. We've provided this feedback to the hotel, and were contacted on the phone by the customer satisfaction person, who received these pictures and we've never heard from them again. For the price paid (>500$ a night) this was not a good value for money.

Excellent bang for your buck
Nice hotel - staff was great, rooms were ok. For a mid tier hotel it was great!
