Dommage que la femme de menage sur 1 sejour de 3 jours ne donne seulement qu'un flacon de produits de toilettes( ils sont de bonnes qualitee ) mais 1 flacon de chaque types pour 2 personnes pour 3 jours c'est tres peux! L'air conditionner est tres sec dans cette hotel et l'eau egalement, c'est pour cette raison que la creme de corps est de rigueur en grande quantitee, avec la neige en hiver je n'ai put ouvrir la fenetre ( cest une porte) ce qui est un gros plus pour la vue et l'ensoleillement, j'adore... En dehors de ca tout etait parfais et enfin heureux de voir un Hotel digne de ce nom a Kazan... bien meilleur que hilton ou autres

Stayed for a week, everything was great! The room was clean, the stuff was friendly. The best thing about this place is its location - walking distance to the city center, the lake and just minutes away from 2 subway stations. Highly recommend this place for those who is not planning to rent a car.
