Staff were really helpful and accommodating during our stay. Great selection for breakfast. Very modern hotel and clean. It has comfortable bed, smart tv and coffee machine. We will definitely stay again in the future. Highly recommended.

A really lovely property. We had the room with a lift that opened directly into our room with a hot tub on the balcony which was a real treat! The staff went above and beyond for us throughout our stay. A good variety available in the included breakfast and nice and quiet - great place to stay in Athens!

Great property. We stayed in the suite room on level 6. Room was nice and had everything you needed. Jacuzzi was a plus. Only issue we had was room was bright because of the exit signs in our room and elevator was very loud since the elevator was directly in our room. Other than that we loved the room and area and staff was great and friendly!

Great hotel with awesome views of the city and centrally located to the tourist side of Athens. Only negative is the loud elevator in the hotel room. Highly recommend Nema.

I recently stayed at Nema Hotel and had a wonderful experience. Cleanliness: The hotel was impeccably clean, from the lobby to my room. It was clear that hygiene is a top priority. Location: Perfectly situated near major attractions, it made sightseeing a breeze. Plus, there were great dining options within walking distance. Service: The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. They went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable, offering helpful recommendations and quick responses to requests. Amenities: I particularly enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which had a wide variety of delicious options. Comfort: My room was spacious and cozy, with a comfortable bed and a lovely view. I appreciated the thoughtful touches, like extra pillows and a coffee maker. Value for Money: Considering the quality of service and facilities, the price was very reasonable. I felt I got great value for my stay. Overall, I highly recommend NEMA HOTEL for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Beautiful nice hotel great location Only 1 towns and 1 coffee capsule because I was single? Not good enough

Rooms are not well isolated so there is alot of noise (you hear everything from neighboring rooms). If you are on floor one, you also get to hear the noises of the people preparing the breakfast (at 7 am!). The shower does not have a door, so you will spill water when you take a shower. The lighthing mecanism is modern but complicated to use. The coffee machine did not work.

Hotel was in perfect location - close to everything but still in quiet area to escape the crowds. Customer service was excellent and would highly recommend.

The biggest disappointment was not having tea and coffee facilities in our rooms. No where else have we experienced this loss of amenity, except in some 3rd world countries! This is not deluxe as claimed, but standard in even 3 star hotels. Also, why the rotten plastic cups still? Not good for the environment at all! The rest was pretty good!

We stayed in the suite with a hot tub and it totally exceeded our expectations! Very modern and well designed, the perfect space for us and our two kids. We were welcomed with a free bottle of wine, the room was ready early, breakfast was lovely. This is the perfect location for exploring Athens, loads of cool places to eat nearby and walking distance to the main tourist attractions but far enough away from the crowds to not be bothered by them. We'll be back next time we're in the city.

The staff were all friendly and nice. The breakfast was good. The 1st room we were assigned was very small and very hard to breath since there was no window. The bathroom was very small. They were nice to move us to a bit bigger room with window as we stayed four nights. Panos was very accommodating and hard working:) Anastacia, Stavros, Lia, Sutiri and Safina were all pleasant and helpful.we had a nice stay.

So beyond happy we chose to stay at Nema Hotel! It exceeded our expectations. The staff, beautifully designed penthouse and central location on a quiet street made our stay in Athens unforgettable.

Hotel was located close to many restaurants, shopping and most importantly, the monuments. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. The hotel room was nice and clean. We were happy with our stay.

I have been to Athens before, but the Nema Hotel may be my new favorite place to stay. I am already looking forward visiting Athens again.

Good location with supermarket and station nearby, walking distance to attractions. Room was small but clean. Breakfast choices were very limited but staff were helpful.

Perfect hotel for a stay in Athens.

You could not get a better reception! They were very friendly and helpful. We had a very early check out and we found a bag with breakfast goodies and bottles of chilled water in our room. Thank you !

I’m so disappointed with my stay. While the hotel has the ability to be a boutique hotel, I was so upset with my experience. I was on the 6th floor and the central air conditioning barely works up there. They had out a regular fan and claim everything works fine. I was sweating all night. When I got in the room, there was ants all over the bathroom and some in the bedroom, so gross. The rain shower was broken so hard to take a shower. Even after letting the hotel know and going back and forth through email, they provided no compensation. They seem to think this is all within reasonable issues. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. I’m usually a very simple and easy going person and tolerant of a lot, but this was totally unacceptable. It made it worse that they weren’t willing to reimburse me.

We spent 5 nights in this clean, safe and quiet boutique hotel. Just 5 min walk to Monastriaki square with subway station, hop on bus stop, flee market and many restaurants and taverns around. You will appreciate a quite Nema location after visiting noisy Monastriaki. Hotel staff was very welcoming and helpful. Special thanks to Anastasia and Liya. What makes this hotel unique is a smart room operating system with control panels to set up AC temperature, light intensity, indicate DND sign and even auto open/close curtains. Spotless hotel only comparable to Dubai. Respect to owner for managing Nema high standard!

Great location helpful staff. Small but well appointed rooms. Nice bar next door to meet with friends and family to have a drink and appetizer before going to dinner. Lots of restaurants nearby. Good breakfast included.

Staff was always kind and attentive, hotel is a short walk from the Monastiraki square and station so you can easily go to the most popular sites.

The room was very modern and big. The staffs are excellent, very helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet was fresh and tasty. The area around the hotel is very convenient. There are shops and restaurants everywhere. Plaka is only 5 minutes' walk from the hotel. Hop-on and hop-off buses are also 5 minutes' walk away. I will definitely stay again Nema when I visit Athens again.

Clean and new hotel in a prime location. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was great and room was spacious. Staff was friendly and willing to help. The room is a smart room (technology controlled switches) and it caused some minor issue turning lights off in the bathroom at night. It was great for the blinds and different mood settings.

The property is in a great location and the staff are excellent. The hotel just needs a bit of tlc in some small areas. Eg Door handle . Shower door . Painting touch up in some areas..I would certainly use this hotel again

Great location and staff would stay here again

Small, budget-friendly hotel in a walkable area. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Junior Suites were spacious enough, and the beds were comfortable. It lacks basic amenities ( no electrical outlet in the vanity area, shelf to hold toiletries in the shower nor a full length mirror).

Overall, an excellent stay. Staff was super friendly, accommodating, and provided great recommendations. The hotel is located in a side street off the main area filled with dining options and shopping. Easy to walk from this location anywhere in the city center. I would definitely come back!

The staff at Hotel Nema was really the star! My husband's luggage was lost so they helped us find areas with shops to replace what he needed. They had recommendations for dining and were just generally very, very helpful. The hotel itself was convenient to everything a tourist would want to see and experience. The breakfast was wonderful and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Definitely would recommend!
