Great food

Property is clean, peaceful, quiet. Wish the pool had better hours(closes too early & opens late), we did not get to enjoy it. Also, not enough towels are provided for additional person even after you pay for the extra person fee. We asked reception and extra towels was not provided!

One of the best hotels we've been in Israel! The best value for money, quite, clean very nice, very friendly! It's out third time here along the last 4 years and every time, the quality remains the same.

very disappointed, the room had no hot water, they transferred us in an other room, much smaller , the bed was also smaller , and the jacuzzi was dirty . No room service , everything we need form the bar , we need to go and take it by ourself. for the price we paid it was very disappointing

The Nea hotel is a nice and quite hotel near a beautiful beach and near to Rosh Hnikra and to every attraction in the north western cost in Israel .

we had a great time. a family of 2 parents and a baby 2 yrs old. great facilities, nice spa with great treatments, the location is very nnear a beautiful beach, and the pool and gardning on site is amazing! but above all, we will recommend this hotel due to a wonderful and friendly service!!!

Beware of false room descriptions and unkind staff

Beware of false room descriptions and unkind staff. On their website they claim to have "beach houses" however the beach is about 10 minutes walk from the hotel and there's not even a slight view of it from the villas. When I asked why they present it as if they have a sea view, they said they used to have it until they built a fence that blocked it. Why did they not update their website photos or their guests? I did not get an honest answer to that question, but I was told I'm being rude to question them.... In addition, our room was not cleaned even once throughout our 2 nights stay and we literally had to beg for fresh towels and shampoo. They claim they do not clean the rooms due to covid 19 situation, but they did not bother to notify guests before arrival or on arrival about that. When we confronted them that other hotels do provide cleaning services, they checked and then said they can facilitate it after all, whenever we are not in the room. Too bad that was already late in the afternoon after a long day of being out of the room... If asking for basic services and an honest description is considered being rude, then I guess we were very rude.

We booket the vila ( beach hous) , was very good, but the privet pool isn’t so clean , the room didn’t have sea view as the pictur , the hotel side its an old pictur , service is excellent, good food

ENJOYABLE VACATION

Our stay at this completely renovatd hotel was very enjoyable. It started with the pleasant room in the quiet spa building and continued with the unusual and tasty breakfast, which was served to our table. The beach is within a short walking distance and the hotel staff is friendly.

Birthday in nea

The place is nice not more then this.. We staed at the spa ecxutive room.. the room was clean.. the balcony of the room was not inviting it was dirty and we didnt sit there. We took massage and it was ok.. The brakfest was great!

The villas with the private pools are highly recommended. We were 2 families with children and had a wonderful stay. Service is quick and efficient.

there is no bufe at the hotel

we thougjt that it will be bufe at the brakfast but it wasnt it was very poor eating, at the website of hotels.com is written that there will bufe but it is wrong.

Potential is there!

There is a lot of potential! Rooms are well designed, nice amenities, great size and comfortable. But some small attention to detail around the whole hotel meant that it does not feel quite as nice as it could. The bathroom floor had not been cleaned properly. The pool area now has Strauss branded umbrellas and bins which detract from the vibe. The hotel grounds are beautiful and very relaxing. The indoor sitting area feels like it has not been furnished fully, no flowers etc. Breakfast was tasty and beautifully presented. Coffee was not great and what they called orange juice was oversweet reconstituted orange juice, not freshly squeezed. The place has been designed really well! Just needs a little bit more care taken on the upkeep and finishes. Overall, a great stay! Fingers crossed that they keep the hotel maintained properly!!

Very comfortable and quiet seaside resort. Rooms are spacious, clean, and convenient. Dining room serves wonderful, delicious, and modern breakfasts and dinners, which should not be missed. We could not use the pool, because it closed at 6pm and we returned from our sightseeing around that time; would be nice if the pool stayed open later. Nice easy walk to the beach.

great HOTEL

I would strongly recommend a stay here!

Its a great resort. Very well decorated, lots of leisure and green space, Snooker, Bar, and a tasty breakfast!

unpleasant, avoid.

Not a good experience at all, the SPA area was booked for a tv production crew and we were not told, on Sunday there was no breakfast and the coupon the a close by restaurant had a very limited selection, of course we were not told in advance. Some of the staff were rude, I specifically asked for a quite room for our anniversary and we got the only room without a balcony in the entire hotel, when we asked why the rude staff member stated that we should have asked for a balcony. Are you kidding me? On our first night the bathroom drainage was clogged and all the water went into the room, the shower itself is really not inviting and I took a shower with my flip flops after seeing what the maintenance guy pulled from there. Overall - very disappointing, we should have selected a difference place, never again!

Amazing beach experience

I love this part of Israel. It's an hour's walk to Acre along a deserted coast. The sea is beautiful. Nahariya can be fun. And the hotel is cute. I like this spot.

Below price expectation

Lovely rooms and balcony but so called parent and one child rooms too cramped No good coffee available with the wonderful breakfast: this is a real pity Beach first class

nice but not excellent

overall the hotel is good but not excellent. we arrived on thursday one hour before the check in. the room wasn't ready but its ok. at the check in hour the room wasn't ready. and we waited and at the reception didnt even say sorry. only : stil not ready. the room was clean, big and comfortable. the balcony was dearty. the breakfast was great. the naxt day after the breakfast the cleaning lady only gave us clean towels and fixed the bed. but the durty cups of coffe wasent removed from the room. the spa pool is good and big, bur wasnt clean. also with no backround music or bar servise. the massage was greate. the bicycle that the guest can take for free is great. the beach is 5 min walk. beautiful beach. thsnt you

Comfortable boutique hotel located in Shave Ziyyon

a very comfortable, boutique hotel located near the beach and the beach trail leading to Nahariya.... the breakfast was excellent and the use of the bikes was an added bonus.... it took us hours to find this place because Hotels.com shows it as being in Nahariya. It is not. It is near Nahariya, located in Shave Ziyyon. Do not input Nahariya in the map program because you will drive in circles trying to find the hotel.

NEA offers a great get-away. The rooms are lovely, the food is great, and the moshav, where the resort is situated, is tranquil and pretty.

New and stylish hotel

We had a fantastic stay - the hotel is new, and designed really nicely with gardens around it and nice sitting areas, an outdoor and indoor pool. The beach is just 2 minutes away. The hotel offers free bicycles so we went for a ride along the coast which was great. Breakfast is very good and different to most Israeli hotels - includes a variety of small dishes and main course to choose from. Staff was super friendly.

Short business trip

Lovely hotel. Beer prices are on the high side and very little choices. No food at night and the area offer very little amenities. Rooms very comfortably and breakfast is very good and worth the visit. Staff friendly and very accommodating

Great hotel, poor breakfast

Great rooms, especially the ones in the spa building where we stayed. However, the breakfast service is extremely disappointing - too modest offering, overcooked, very bad service.

A little gem.

Staff couldn't do any more to make me welcome. Beds and bedding very comfortable. Hotel is set in a residential area so very quiet. Area could do with a couple alternative dinning options to give more choice.

A Truly Sweet Stay !

Frankly, this is the easiest review to write since our stay at the NEA Hotel in Shavei Tzion was absolutely amazing ! The welcome by the staff was warm and friendly; the room was sweet and neat; breakfast was as delicious as it was colorful and...Hotel.com gave us the best price! Location: an ideal quiet corner in the northern part of the country - and a short walk to the beach. We are already planning our annual family gathering for the summer and so far this is at the top of our list!

Sehr schöne Zimmer. Alles andere eher mittelmäßig.

Hotel liegt nur ca. 100 Meter vom Meer entfernt. In diesem Ort bedeutet das aber einen eingezäunten Strandabschnitt von gerade 100 Metern Breite in unschöner Umgebung, aber immerhin mit einer Strandbude, die aber wenig Wohlgefühl vermittelt weil der Strand davor ja eingezäunt ist.. Einen Ort weiter gibt es dann einen guten Strand mit Strandprommenade. Zur Zeit unseres Aufenthalts waren vielleicht 20 Gäste im Hotel, die Außenanlagen noch nicht gereinigt und der Poolbereich geschlossen. Der Ort selbst bietet ein wirklich gutes Restaurant das hervorragendes Frühstück bietet und auch am Abend geöffnet ist. Sonst aber nichts, abgesehen von der Strandbude. Es ist ein ruhiger Wohnort. Leider kann man nicht an der Küste zum nächsten Ort zu Fuß gehen. Der Service war freundlich..aber eher noch im Winterschlaf. Das wirklich sehr schöne Zimmer hat es rausgerissen, auch wenn der Meerblick über 2 Straßen hin stattfindet.

מאוד נהנינו. חדרים יפים. מלון ששופץ לאחרונה. בריכה קטנה וחמודה. קרוב מאוד לים בהליכה. נקי מסודר ונעים. התאכזבנו קצת מארחות הבוקר בשבת שהיתה מאוד פשוטה.
