Only one negative. The fridge did not work. Good thing i really didn’t need to keep anything cold. My wine was sufficient not being chilled. Great place to stay. Would definitely do it again! So close to so many places. Easy walking!!

Convenient. Fun area

It was very convenient and well maintained but the building is simply very old. That in and of itself isn’t bad but you had 3 doors to unlock and had to tote around a 1lb key chain.

The place was very nice. Accommodated my family of four no problem. Super close to main attractions. The only con is the shower is extremely small. Other than that we loved our stay.

Super location and not having front desk was totally fine. Everything you needed was in the room. Little fridge and kettle made it nice to eat in the room. Wine glasses and cork screw was nice touch! Building is old but rooms more modern decor. Would stay herr again, great value especially for groups of 3. Spacious rooms.

Perfect location to walk to everything. Very good restaurants, gelato and people watching. Bar downstairs with DJ

Very good location and clean room , extremely uncomfortable bathroom and way to noisy at night , but if you are into partying the his is your place , also vary good restaurants near the area.

Lots of space and great location, but noisy on weekend nights. Very narrow shower. One of the two mattresses was problematic.

We had a double room so there was lots of space. It had the smallest shower I have ever seen I don’t think a bigger pets would even be able to use it.I loved the location allowing walking distance to many sites. The really bad was the impromptu bar that set up outside the window and had music and screaming until late…that was on the weekend.

Great party location for the weekend! But keep in mind.. this is a party location on the weekend ❤️

Very nice to stay in this Suite. It is very convenient to go to the center of Roma

So……the room itself was super clean. We were greeted upon arrival by a wonderful lady. This being our first time in Rome, we are not sure what to make of the unsightly and smelly garbage littered throughout the city. Unfortunately, the hallways leading to our room was not excluded in its collection of over flowing and smelly rubbish. The A/C was a life saver. The bed was uncomfortable. The room could use an additional mirror other than the bathroom mirror.

The quadruple room was very spacious for a family of four. Room was very clean and not too noisy considering the bars and restaurants outside. We came back to stay again due to the central location and the large rooms and beds.

Asked the hotel not to do the room cleaning during the stay, but they did and dump some of my suff needed for the travel. I found it at the trash bin downstairs. I sent a message to the hotel but they never responded and ignored. Very unprofessional. Never recommend to anyone.

I was just very surprised by the way of checking in (I'm not used to it) apart from that, the hotel is great, clean, and well placed

Positives - Great location. You're in the heart of Rome. Close to sights and restaurants. - Very clean room, sheets, bathroom - Spacious suite with two rooms and a large walk-in closet and shelves - Good price Negatives - Terrible signage. The place is virtually hidden and nobody knows it's there. - No front desk. Good luck if you need help and don't have access to WhatsApp. None of the phone numbers provided work. - Paid and emailed the documents the night before but did not receive the entry code and instructions until I followed up by WhatsApp. What if my phone didn't work or had no Internet? I would have been totally stuck. - I could feel the springs in the mattress - The internet password printed on the sheet in the room is wrong. Took us 1 hour to find the correct password posted outside the room. - The location is absolutely inaccessible by car. This is absolutely critical information if you're unfamiliar with this pedestrian only zone. You cannot load/unload luggage with a car. DO NOT book this place if you have a car. There's a parkade that is a 6 minute walk but it's cobblestone streets and it's 30 Euros per night. Not knowing this information absolutely ruined our stay unfortunately as we spent 40 euros on parking, 40 Euros on taxi to move our luggage and over 2 hours in traffic moving the car around. To owners/managers: your place has potential. You can mitigate most of the above through better advertising and communication.

Location. close to Piazza Navona. Very clean. Instruction on how to activate electricity (through a credit card style card inserted into slot in room) would have been helpful. By chance, someone else staying in the rooms arrived in the evening and was able to assist before I called the helpline number. Instruction on welcome e-mail or pinned to the front of the room door would be helpful.

Great room in a great location. So spacious and clean and also at a great price. Would 100% stay here again we loved it. Seen reviews complaining about noise coming from a bar next door but this didn’t bother us at all we didn’t think it was a problem.

Hard to find. Not light up and there is no front desk and you only have 2 hours in the afternoon to check in and if you came later you had to call and call until someone answers. As soon as we opened the entrance door it was full of rotting garbage and there was a rat trap right across from the entrance from our room. Towels were old. Bed was uncomfortable. The only good thing it would be good for is a single guy going across Italy on a budget.

It's close to Plaza Navona and a lot of restaurants and stores.

The location was excellent and the room was quite large. Would be nice if there were a small fridge in the room or common space to keep our waters cold, especially in summer.

Super clean and truly charming in a super convenient area. The lovely woman who checked us in was so helpful, too.

Room was great. Enjoyed our stay. Close to everything. Comfy bed. Bathroom/shower was in excellent condition. Loved the noise eliminating windows! Only problem was the WiFi was weak. Overall very happy.

The location was ideal, if a little noisy late at night, but that didn’t bother us. So easy to get to all the major tourist spots, and plenty of shops bars and restaurants on your doorsteps. Only 2 minutes to walk to Piazza Navona, and another 5 minutes to the pantheon. I would thoroughly recommend it

Great location! The apartment is very spacious and clean. The rain shower had great water pressure. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Only downside is the bar directly below which gets loud at night. If you’ve had a long day exploring you will most likely fall asleep straight away and won’t hear it

Fine, but very loud

The hotel is directly above a bar and was so loud that we had to have earphones in to fall asleep. They really should disclose that on the advertisement, or at the very least, provide earplugs. Also, the shower is SUPER small. If you're over a US size 10, you will have a very difficult time in the shower. Everything was very clean and the beds were decently comfortable.

Great location....very close and walking distance from everything

Location is excellent and the room was excellent as well. The only thing is that it took us a lot to find the apartment. However I do recommend the place and if in Rome will definitely stay there again. Now will definitely find the place. Thanks Marlene

Pros: best location, great privacy, 5 - 20 min walk to almost everything you want to see in Rome. Rooms are big for Italy, shower is great. We did not use cleaning service, but I am sure they are doing good job. We stayed in room 101 and couldn’t hear the bar downstairs as long as you keep windows closed, and yes they have air conditioning. Definitely coming back. Cons: they have welcome instructions in Italian, English translation would be nice , but Google did its job.

2nd time staying here even better! The larger room was beautiful. Shower still excellent. Noise on Tuesday night much less. Would continue to stay here

It was an overall great stay. It's located in a great area, very centered. They could improve some things. There was no soap for the shower, there is a bar on the first floor so it can get a little loud. They should really put in the description that it is on a second floor and there is no elevator.

Fantastic location near some great spots to eat and drink at good prices. All the main attractions where within walking distance. Only issue was the street outside was noisy one night and it kept us awake for a while

Pros: Amazing location, super clean room, comfortable bed, easy check-in/check-out Con: Directly above loud bar I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others, just remember to pack earplugs because the bar is pretty loud at night.

Horrible experience, zero empathy from the owner

Horrible experience - the hotel owner expressed zero compassion in a situation when both system and human mistakes were made to make this booking happen. On Feb 6(!!!) at 1:30 am I accidentally booked for Feb 5(!!!)-9 dates with this hotel, instead of March 5-9. In the morning I recognized what happened and tried to fix it. I contacted the customer support of Hotels.com, who then contacted hotel to dispute the fare, since the booking was non-refundable. Later I was informed that they got a hold of the hotel owner who refused to make a refund due to a strict hotel policy. While I understand that you should follow the rules, you also need to recognize when some common sense should apply - the reservation was made at 1:30 am on Feb 6th, I contacted support the earliest I possibly could at 10 am on Feb 6th. And yet, the owner couldn't even bother to consider even partial refund, NOTHING at all. I wouldn't mind to re-book for the March dates with them, however the price was twice as much as what I paid so it just didn't fit my budget, unfortunately. I further talked with the Hotels.com representative to see if they could cover the refund even if it would mean providing the website credit for future bookings, but NO - they also didn't not provide any compensation whatsoever! I'm convinced it was their system error in the first place that allowed me to pay for the booking that used a past date in it - why on earth would you book for Feb 5 on Feb 6 otherwise?! So frustrated

Loved this place and we'd definitely stay here again! It was exactly as advertised and in a fabulous neighborhood of Rome. Do bring ear plugs because there is a night club very near by that can be a little noisy, but we didn't mind it at all.

Navona Charme Suite

Navona Charme Suite is terrific. We very much enjoyed our stay here. Location is only a 30 minute walk from all the important sites. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Room was very nice, even had a sitting area. Had a difficult time finding the location at first but upon review it was exactly where google maps said it was. Tired after a long flight didn't help either. Would recommend this place to any one.

The room was as described/pictured online. However, the walls between rooms were very thin and offered no noise insulation so you could hear everything from the adjoining rooms and hallway. Other guests coming in at night were pretty loud and it was really noticeable in our room. Our room also looked out onto a busy street with restaurants/bars which had loud music with a heavy bass playing until 2-3am which impacted our sleep. Wifi was really good and the price was reasonable.

Great Area in Rome

Fabulous area to stay in! 2 minute walk from Piazza Navona and very central to most popular sites in Rome. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. The check in time is very punctual. The surrounding area was buzzing with delicious food and nice shops. There was a grocery mart and pharmacy right down the street from us which was also very nice. Over all good experience.

Very well located near Piazza Navona surrounded by restaurants and bars quite noisy at night. 1 bathroom for 2 rooms not very convenient, miniature fridge, missing chairs to sit rather than sitting on the bed Keeping the garbage bins at the entrance of the building is really disturbing , owner should do something about it Overall acceptable

5 min walk to Navona Piazza and about 20-30 min walk to Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. Surrounded by bars and restaurants can be noisy with music at night but nothing to bad. Great location.

Great place for couples

Great place and great location. The furniture was brand new. The only thing that was not great was that it is difficult to find for the first time since no big sing there.

This is a GREAT location. However, it was difficult to find due to the fact that there were signage on the building.

Ótimo custo benefício

Foi ótimo, é uma estadia simples mas bem no centro dos pontos turísticos em Roma. Quem vai ficar pouco tempo, estar hospedado em um lugar tão centralizado é super importante, porque é possível fazer tudo a pé!

La ubicación es ideal, muchos restaurantes alrededor. Cerca a plaza Navona y caminando a prácticamente todos lados. Si tienes problemas con el ruido en las noches, el único inconveniente es que cierran muy tardes los bares y restaurantes y se escucha en el cuarto.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen und perfekt, um Rom zu Fuß zu erkunden. Man muss jedoch damit rechnen, dass es Abend/Nachts im Zimmer etwas lauter ist. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber, geräumig und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Besonders können wir die Cocktailbar „Mons“ nebenan und das Restaurant „I Pizzicaroli“ am Ende der Gasse empfehlen.

Pæne værelser. Rent. Værelserne ligger på 1.sal og man går op af noget ikke særligt pænt trappeopgang. Der er koder man skal taste ind for at komme ind. Ellers fungerede alt fint.

Très bien situé, rénovation moderne, très propre. Pas de retour suite à des sms et appels en fin de séjour pour le check out.

El alojamiento está bien, todo limpio. La habitación da a una calle donde hay varios pubs y se escucha todo el jaleo de la calle mientras duermes. Por la mañana temprano vienen a recoger el vidrio y se escuchan los botellines de cristal como se rompen.

Wir fanden die Unterkunft perfekt für ein paar Tage in Rom. Das Zimmer bestand aus 2 Zimmern und war sehr groß, unter anderem war man direkt im Zentrum. Alles perfekt

En general todo ha estado muy bien, la localización es perfecta para ir andando a cualquier sitio, y el sitio está muy nuevo y bien cuidado. Los únicos peros que le encontramos es el colchón extremadamente blando y he acabado con dolor de espalda y la almohada tan tan fina que era inexistente. La puerta de la habitación aunque la cerrase con llave se abría sin llave, estaba roto y lo informamos, por lo que vimos tenía reparación previa y así estuvo los 5 días que nos íbamos dejando la habitación "cerrada" pero sin nada de valor dentro, aunque tenía caja fuerte

Personale squisiro, cordiale e premuroso, la struttura insiste in uno stabile vecchio, l'ingresso un po' inquetante per la presenza di immondizia, poi sali al primo piano dove è collocata la struttura e la stanza, qui l ambiente è assai confortevole. Stanza spaziosa e pulita. La consiglio caldamente.

Sauber, renoviert und weitgehend zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Es gab estwas wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad. Problemlose und professionelle Abwicklung. Die Lage zwischen Piazza Navona und Campo dei Fiori ist großartig. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Also +++

excellente situation, proche des centres d'intérêt et restaurants, chambres propres et très spacieuses pour 4. Bien que nous soyons arrivés après l'heure de check in, tous les éléments nous avaient été communiqués, nous n'avons eu aucun souci.

sehr zentrale Lage, direkt im Zentrum und nur ein paar Meter vom Piazza Navona entfernt... viele Restaurants und Bars in unmittelbarer Umgebung... abends etwas laut, aber ab 02:00 bzw. 03:00Uhr ist Ruhe ;-) Die Zimmerausstattung ist völlig ok, grosser Fernseher und Wlan... Das Bad mit Dusche war ebenfalls sehr sauber... Zimmerservice fand täglich statt... Der Kontakt lief völlig problemlos über whatsapp...

Quarto amplo, bonito e limpo! Banheiro excelente e serviço tb! Localização próxima a diversos bares e restaurantes! Dá para ir a pé para todos os pontos turísticos! O único contra foi a cama, que dava para sentir as molas do colchão ao deitar.

Es excelente en localizacion, limpieza, provee todo lo necesario para hacer muy comfortable la estancia en Roma. Lo recomendamos ampliamente

Ottima sistemazione a due passi da Piazza Navona

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte in questa struttura decisamente comoda per chi si vuole muovere in centro a piedi. L'esterno del palazzo e l'atrio non sono eccezionali, ma la camera era davvero ampia e confortevole, ben arredata, pulita e assolutamente silenziosa pur essendo in una zona con molti bar e ristoranti. Servizio ridotto al minimo, ma dal mio punto di vista certamente efficiente. Nel nostro caso rapporto qualità/prezzo davvero super!!!
