The maisonette suite was incredible, we loved the hot tub on the cooler evenings.

The staff was outstanding! Friendly and courteous and always happy to help. Our stay could not have been better.

Beautiful hotel with lovely staff. Thank you to the staff - they upgraded our room to a maisonette with a hot tub on the rooftop! We felt incredibly lucky. We had a gorgeous sea view and large lovely rooms. Everything was modern and clean. Breakfast was great - lots of options. Loved having ice frappes every morning! The beach is convenient (no need to cross a main road) just walk through hotel. The area in September was quiet but still had lots of people around. Felt very safe. Plenty of supermarkets and restaurants around- all in walking distance. Crete is best with a car - the parking in this hotel must be paid for so bear in mind. If you want to shop, just a 15 min drive away to old town from the hotel. I would recommend this hotel and would definitely return. A kettle in the room would be a plus.. Wish we had a longer stay! We had the best time. Thank you!

The hotel was clean, unfussy but stylish. Staff were lovely. Couple of niggles. Wardrobe space in classic room was so small it was impossible to hang clothes up. The safe box was too small for any electronic items such as ipad or laptop. There were no drawers for underwear or t shirts although there was space for storage to be included. Shower was lovely. Great area lovely beach and pool. Had a lovely time.

This was our second stay at this hotel and it remained an excellent hotel with brilliant staff and very quality food and drink. The facilities are excellent and it's perfect for a relaxing holiday, with lots of good local dining options too.

Great hotel

We couldn't fault the environment, staff, service, food and amenities. One minor disappointment about ambient musi being too loud was addressed as soon as we raised it, confirming our admiration of this hotel's aim to provide guests with a first-rate experience.

From last year is a big change....not as good!

Nautilux was great ! We stayed here for our honeymoon. The hotel location is perfect in reythmno. A nice stroll along the beach adjacent to all the stores , dining , bars etc. The Nautilus suite was spacious clean and direct view to the sea. Buffet was decent. Wouldn’t call it a 5 star buffet though. Drinks were 5 star however. Direct access to beach. Beach is sandy but becomes rocky once you’re in the water. Staff were great and friendly. Entertainment was a 3 out of 5 and not daily. Rooms were clean. Overall a pleasant stay and would come back. Location is prime in the town.

Nice beach

Everything was perfect! Only 1 thing I would change: the gym was too small and not available when we wanted to use it.

We stayed here 7/8/24 for our 8 days for our honeymoon, and this place is Elite! We got the full board package which is well worth the price. The hotel is extremely clean. The staff is top tier always wanting to help and make your stay the best experience. Their staff moto is to give you the Holiday that they would like to experience. The food is amazing, I'm pescatarian and they had plenty of food options every day. I'm looking forward to visiting again.

Hotel is exceptional! Can’t fault anything!!

Had a wonder 3 days at the resort. It is a stunning hotel and laid out beautifully. The staff are extremely helpful and attentive and the resort was well maintained and spotlessly clean. Just a couple of points to be aware of. When wet, the pool area is extremely slippery and dangerous when walking in bare feet. Also it is a 45 min walk into the Old Town and availability of cabs from the resort was limited.

Breakfast buffet incredible. Staff were so pleasant all the time. Pools are wonderful. Hotel on beach. I would highly recommend this hotel! Restaurants in area excellent.

Beautiful Resort

The overall resort and every amenity was top-notch. However, upon check-in, our room had a strong sewage smell. They moved us overnight, cleaned our room and put us back in the same room. I feel we should’ve been moved to a completely different room.

Staff are fantastic, from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. Zaina is truly an exceptional face to hte hotel, always helpful, friendly and with a smile on her face. The Hotel never feels crowded even when full. Getting to the beach without having to cross a main road is great. If I was being picky I would like a wider variety of cocktails-No Mojito!!!

Great place a 5 star all the way.

The hotel was great. The facilities and food were fantastic. The staff were amazing and deserve a lot of credit. I am vegan with a dairy allergy and my partner can’t have gluten and they were very attentive to make sure we ate well and created fresh food from scratch when there wasn’t anything we fancied in the buffet. Highly recommended!

Beautiful and clean with all the amenities. The pool and design is sleek and an amazing area to spend your days. The beach is a private direct access! This is special for this area because many of the resorts are separated by a street. We stayed in a basic room and it was still lovely. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were so KIND! You can walk from the resort to the city easily or there are also public buses. We didn’t do the included dinner and I ended up loving this decision as it allowed us to enjoy our days at the resort and explore a bit to new restaurants in the evening. WOULD RECOMMEND!!

This is a brand new hotel. Besides the 2 pools, it has direct access to the beach. The facilities are new but the design in the room doesn't seem very practical. There is no door between the bathroom and the bedroom. The light and temperature control switches are built into the wall and hard to find and use. Besides that, this is one of the better option if you are staying in Rethymno.

One of the best holidays we’ve had in a long time. The staff at this hotel are nothing short of amazing. It was the perfect trip!

Lovely place

Beautiful new hotel but they are still working out kinks. We have been in Greece for 5 weeks to 6 different islands and it was the worst wifi we have had in our room. Also they placed us above the outdoor bar so people were smoking and we couldn’t even sit out on our balcony because of the smokers. Also when we arrived we took a shower and the tw drain was plugged. Took them about an hour to come fix.

Fabulous hotel, modern rooms as only 2 years old! Great lighting system. Sea view room good as better than facing other buildings. Nice food and good beach service. Could do with hand gel in restaurant. Enjoyed our stay and in a good position to walk into town.

A fantastic hotel with the most lovely staff - always so happy to help. Would definitely stay here again. Only minor niggles were a lack of storage in the rooms - no shelving or drawers, and it was a daily struggle to get a pot of tea.

This hotel is amazing! As soon as you walk down the lobby, you can't help not to say wow. Amazing path to the sea and private area to rest and order food. (There's a button to call for food and drinks!) The staffs are all very friendly. My only criticism is food. Many people say food was amazing but as an Asian customer I was a bit dissapointed that there were many duplicate menus for egg.. 3 egg omlets! I wish there were fried rice/noodle and meat and fish options. I chose full board option for two nights, expected a bit better quality menu. We used spa and highly recommend their product including hamam experience. The package price wasn't bad considering it includes several massage menu and product as well. The staff is really friendly too.

Loved my stay

A really wonderful hotel. I was upgraded to the master suite, which was spectacular, and the facilities were excellent. Good quality food too.

The hotel was fantastic, it is all still very new and in great condition with very comfortable sun beds and good amenities in the room. The standout was the staff - they were all so friendly and went above and beyond, without being pushy. The area is very convenient with lots of restaurants on the doorstep and the old town a 45 min walk away. Would definitely return.

Outstanding stay

we loved our room which was the duplex. the Jacuzzi was a great addition to the room, especially that the weather was not warm enough to be in the beach or pool. breakfast and dinner were superb. hotel is very comfort, clean and very friendly. highly recommended.

Excellent hotel Service was great The facilities are very modern

This hotel was absolutely wonderful. We spent time there for our honeymoon in August 2023 and the staff went above and beyond an already high standard of professionalism and friendliness. Everyone was very accommodating and from the first few minutes we spent on the property we realized this place was special. The room was modern, spotless and with a high degree of automation that we found very cool. Our room even came with a terrace and a Jacuzzi which was a great addition for those evenings watching the stars. The breakfast buffet was unbelievable with lots of fresh food and a great variety. The dinner buffet was also phenomenal although we only ate there once because we wanted to explore the many restaurants and streets of Rethymno that were bustling with tourists. The hotel is right on the water and has a beachfront that is very well maintained and supervised by staff who are ready to cater snacks from the bar. We never had an issue finding a space on the beach and the seats were comfortable and well covered by umbrellas. Overall we had an amazing time at Nautilux and we surely will stay there again when we come back to Crete. We wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend!

This place looks incredible and is basically brand new with all of the amenities you want…nice beds, shower pressure, pool, spa, restaurant, etc. About a mile walk to old town Rethymno, but good restaurants in the area and a nice beach out front. Definitely recommend this place.

Fantastic staff and hotel is amazing. Food could be better but would be ok for a non-fussy pallet!

Hotel is fabulous Brand new clean and tidy We had full board with drinks option Has long as you don’t go crazy there is no actual limit to drinks the hotel policy is just a guide Breakfast and dinner buffet style is great lots of options and of really good quality The lunch menu is available for all hours in between or thereabouts Food is good and on website says 30 dishes The menu given doesn’t give you that many options but food is good Maybe more choice there The staff are hardworking and friendly and are a credit to the hotel always smiling and ready to help Loved this place well worth a visit for couples and family’s with older kids

We had a very pleasant stay. Very friendly staff and good food. The only downside was that the plunge pool was in the shadows all day and the water in it was too cold. We didn’t use that.

Modern Luxury with Great Beachfront

Very nice hotel, and extremely modern. Pool and beach access was excellent. If you want to stay near the Rethymno town / on the main Rethymno beach, this looks like possibly the best hotel (we walked and drove the main beach and this appeared to be the nicest option). Also, the hotel has the advantage of a direct walk from the hotel pool to the ocean, while many other hotels you have to cross the street. Service was excellent and friendly and professional. It is about a 5 minute drive to the main town, but a little far to walk (possibly 30 minutes or so).

Absolutely fabulous stay at Nautilux. Friendly welcoming staff, luxurious rooms, great facilities and world class resort. Perfect location on the beach yet within walking distance to Rethymno old town Would definitely recommend you consider staying here when visiting Crete.

We found Nautilux to be a very friendly clean hotel with excellent amenities. Breakfast was a great selection and staff very accommodating. Liana who organised tours and day trips was excellent so helpful and friendly we were a family of 5 and we all loved it here only downside was internet was not good in our room

The is a top notch resort. The room was unbelievably nice, the staff was exceptional and the food was great. They went out of their way to accommodate food allergies. We used the spa services and highly recommend them. The beach was nice and quiet. The walk into town is doable but a little distance however we enjoyed the location and preferred being a little more secluded. You could also take a short taxi. We would highly recommend this resort and would come back again.

Super friendly staff, great location, delicious food - was perfect for our holiday

This was my favorite place to stay EVER! The only complaint would be the fitness center is way too small for a five star resort. You shouldn't have to make an appointment to use it. Everything else was absolutely Amazing!!!!

Absolutely Stunning Hotel Throughout!

i don’t normally write reviews, but this hotel was so exceptional I have to share our experience with others. Firstly the hotel is stunning, all the interior is extremely tasteful and oozes luxury. Externally is no different, 2 large outdoor pools (1 also indoor), outdoor bar and very comfortable loungers. The beach is no different, the hotel has its own private beach, which is fully serviced by staff and a calling system whenever assistance was required. We were fortunate enough to have our own pool, which again was just the perfect place to unwind at the end of the day. The hotel is very well located. You have restaurants basically on your door step and a short walk along the beach you have such a large variety of restaurants and bars to choose from. The main town centre is a 4 min drive and is very cool, loads more restaurants and bars. You can then take a short stroll into the old town, which offers loads of boutique shops and even more restaurants. So the hotel offers everything you would want when planning your holiday. Above everything else, it’s the staff that turn this hotel from 10/10 to a 20/10. I have have stayed in a large number of hotels, but never have I come across a hotel where the staff are as good as they were here. The staff are so incredibly helpful, happy, polite very knowledgeable and literally could not do enough for you, it blew me away! A very special thanks to everyone, but in particular Liana, who was absolutely awesome throughout!

I cant say enough good things about our stay at Nautilux. The staff was SO freindly and helpful. The property is beautifully maintained. The daily breakfast was phenomenal. Beach, pool and bars were top notch. I would return in a minute!

Probably the nicest hotel we have ever stayed at. Staff was outstanding, food and drinks were impeccable. The hotel itself was beautiful, pools were great and ocean amenities were awesome. The hotel had all the high tech gadgets in the room.

An amazing vacation!

Had an amazing stay. The wife and I really enjoyed this location and we will definitely be back. All of the amenities were good with the exception of the jacuzzi which a lot of people were saying could have been a tad bit warmer. The refresher that you get when you first come into the hotel is simply amazing. I ordered one each day. Please be careful when reserving a double bed because it is exactly that a double bed. The breakfast buffet was good but the dinner was to die for. The hotel staff was pleasant, very courteous and was a help with finding things to do in the local area and recommending things.

Unfortunately we arrived during a freak weather storm. The hotel wasn’t completely finished construction wise which resulted in the foyer having rain coming through the building. They put up temporary screening which was been blown in the wind creating a lot of noise in the foyer.. Hopefully by next year they will have the place water tight.

The hotel is 5 stars. The staff is a 6 stars. Reception, cleaning staff, pool staff, the spa staff and the restaurant staff. I could mentionne names but is too many to recognize for their kindness and how helpful they are. I arrived bang up form the Samaria Gorge and they help me get back on track. Thanks to all of them.

The property is beyond beautiful. Went for a nice relaxing vacation and it did not disappoint. The staff are friendly and also made an extra effort to remember who we were even though it was fully booked.

We had a great time staying at this hotel. We loved the fact that it was for 12 and over only so it was pretty quiet. We had a room upgrade towards the end of our twelve day stay which was simply unforgettable. The private hot tub was a dream! The staff were extremely friendly and we cannot thank them enough for how kind and accommodating they were towards us. There were various options for the sun loungers with built in pillows which were really comfortable. The private beach was great too. The food at the hotel was good but as a vegetarian, it would’ve been nice to have more options for the buffet meals. The desserts were fantastic I must say. Great experience overall and in a really good location. A big thank you to Christos and all staff for making our stay as pleasant as possible.

The Service we were given was exceptional. We were able to have dinner on the Beach! During the sunset! The hotel had a personal driver to pick us from the airport & drop us off. (Small fee) The Staff was TOP TIER.. Courteous, Generous, & Prompt! If I can give 10 stars they will certainly have it! I stayed here for 6 days.. This is a relaxing hotel & it's not a turn-up spot. I would honestly say this is for the grown yet sexy Adults who Is looking to get some PEACE & QUIET. The live entertainment was really nice & Melo..The food was great & if you ate anything you didn't like they made an exception just for you ❤️ ❤️❤️❤️❤️ I flew from Chicago & had the time of my life! Thank you Nautilux!!!!

This is not a 5 star hotel ! Staff are very nice but the receptionist is very miserable! The hotel was dirty and have no facilities. The food was below average. The room layout was terrible and no sound insulation. Pools very small but did like the beach area.

Beautiful hotel

The hotel is newer and is very clean. Excellent location on the beach. Breakfast was good with lots of selection. Internet is spotty. The hotel is under staffed which causes delays in valet parking and the breakfast hot meal items. Room controls and safe need better instructions of how to use on arrival. Otherwise no complaints. Definitely worth staying here.

Beach getaway in Rethymno

The place is nice! Newest hotel on the beach. The first 2 nights we were in the Junior suite with 2 floors and an outdoor hot tub. The upstairs needs its own AC as it was 10 degrees F hotter up there. We extended our stay for one night in a pool level room w it’s own hot tub. However, the noise level from all the pool pumps kept waking me up all night even though I sleep w a white noise machine. So I would NOT recommend one of those rooms. Breakfast buffet was a solid 10 but the vegetarian and vegan dishes need to be labeled better. Best breakfast selection we have had for 2 weeks in all of Greece.

This hotel is perfect for a quiet, luxurious getaway. Everything is very modern and clean, the staff are so lovely and go to such lengths to make your stay as comfortable and lovely as possible. The grounds are so beautiful, the pools are lovely, the sunbeds are very comfortable, and you are literally on the beach front. The wifi is probably the only thing which could be improved, so this is not a place you can work from. But the perfect place to switch off, relax and unwind.

Ein neues Hotel, modern und geschmackvoll, leckeres Frühstück, sauber, sehr nette Mitarbeiter, zentral gelegen, sehr ruhig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Einziger Minuspunkt ist das viel zu kleine Gym.

Séjour de qualité mais pb de nuisances sonores..

Superbe hôtel, personnel très sympa et efficace, nourriture variée et de qualité (buffets), animations sympa le soir jusque 22h30 environ Très belles piscines int et ext, acces direct à la plage. Parking possible en sous sol avec service de voiturier. Bref une belle découverte, gros bémol cependant sur les bruits de la rue (pause de minuit env à 6h du matln )pour les chambres standard situées ce côté... vraiment dommage, d'autant que notre demande préalable d'être au calme n'a pas été prise en compte !

Super hotel pour un voyage detente

Super hotel, tres propre avec un personnel a l'écoute et super aimable. Les piscines sont propres. Le seul bemol est la salle de sport qui est tres petite au vue de la taille de l'hôtel. Ideal pour se reposer. Proche de la vieille ville a pied.

Toll, aber wohl weniger für Teenies

Schöner Ort, freundliche Bedienung nahe eine tollen Stadt und tollen Umgebung. Wir waren überrascht. Der Teenager langweilte sich dann doch nach 5 Tagen, da er die nächste Umgebung gesehen hat, zu Fuss nicht in Frage kam und die Begleitperson nicht mehr Auto fährt.

Wir hatten 10 herrliche Tage in diesem fantastischen Hotel. Unser Zimmer mit Gartenblick für 3 Personen war sehr komfortabel und sehr modern. Die Licht- und Klimasteuerung schon fast zu modern. Be/nachi einem Gewitter spielte diese etwas verrückt. Der Balkon war sehr groß, der Ausblick aber sehr bescheiden. Wegen einer Schallholzwand war dies aber für uns gut zu verschmerzen. Die Zimmer waren sehr leise, wir hörten so gut wie nie etwas von außerhalb. Sehr negativ waren aber die mangelnden Ablagemöglichkeiten. Bis auf den Schrank mit Kleiderbügeln, gab es so gut wie keine Möglichkeiten unsere Kleidung übersichtlich aufzuräumen. Es lag entweder immer offen herum oder blieb im Koffer. Der Poolbereich war sehr schön und es waren immer ausreichend Liegen zur Verfügung. Keine Handtuchreservierer. Das Essen war sehr hochwertig und für uns mit allinclusive auch wegen den sonst gehobenen Preisen, zumindest für uns kein Problem. Der Strand war jetzt nicht unser Ding, viele spitze Steine machten es sehr schwer ins Wasser zu kommen. Und wie sehr viele in ihren Bewertungen auch schreiben, alle Mitarbeiter sind extrem freundlich. So hatten wir das noch nie erlebt. Jeden Abend gab es einen Auftritt von Künstlern, die dabei ihr bestes geben. Ich war dabei immer sehr gerne zugegen. Alles in allem ein wirklich nahezu perfekter Urlaubsaufenthalt.
