Beds comfy , staff very helpful , but the bath didn’t have a plug , the room smelt musty and the seimmjmh pool a bit grubby

As a quick overnight before flying out it was fine. The decore is working hard to cover up a depressing cinderblock building and was also fine. But it wasn’t a clean as I’d like, the AC in our room was blasting like a meat locker, and the shower configuration meant that the whole bathroom got wet when it was used. The restaurant was very slow but ok once the food arrived. Check in was kind of slow for reasons I can’t explain but everyone was nice enough. It was fine.

Delightful hotel with friendly staff.

Stay was wonderful. Bedding was good. Room was spacious and bathroom clean and adequate. The only thing i was surprised is with parking fee of $10NZD per day. Either it was not mentioned or i didn't read the fine print.

Good hotel for one night when flying

Good location from the airport and easy access when using the airport to hotel shuttle bus, $8.00 each way per person from the airport to hotel. Hotel has been decorated to a modern theme. Restaurant is ok, very basic and limited menu. Bar menu very limited and average selection .

We love the quirkiness of the place. The art and furnishings are great. Love the pool. The food was excellent. Never had to go anywhere else. And the staff were all so friendly and helpful. We recommend it and will stay here again.

Great stay at naumi!

I always stay at Naumi for an early flight. It is very conscientious and only a short Uber to airport. The yellow bus also stops on its airport circuit. I got an upgrade to a king room with a bath so that was great. The rooms have access to outside so I was able to sit in the sun and read my book. The restaurant has an Asian menu or bar type food as well.

We arrived late at night and left early in the morning. Aircon wasn’t cooling and long walk from one end of the hotel to the other with my elderly parents and their luggage.

The hotel was very convenient to the Auckland airport and was quite comfortable as well. The soaking tub and nice shower were an excellent touch

We loved this hotel as it was conveniently close to the airport, and the staff were very friendly.

The staff are second to none! The room experiences are phenomenal and a cut above the rest ,serendipitous experience to say the least.

The quirky styling was the drawcard to come to this hotel. The different colour schemes are vibrant and uplifting. We did have to walk a long long way to our room so next time I would ask for one closer to reception, but that was the only very minor negative.

Our nature themed room was lovely. Clean room with good wifi. Access to a strip mall right beside with laundry, cafe, grocery, and liquor store. Nice restaurant and bar downstairs as well as a vending machine in the lobby for any needed snacks or drinks at night. Would stay again.

Ideal for night before dropping offrental car next morning. Recommend a recky of airport to drop off rental car before flight if possible. Fare walk to international departures from drop off point or shuttle bus stops / car parks. Shopping park nearby, was able to check in early no problem as room ready , no extra costs.

It says free parking on the add but i actually had to pay $10.00 for the 1 night we stayed there

The property was excellent,it was clean,quiet and close to the airport. The choice of food for dinners was limited and the breakfast buffet and dinner were very expensive considering the selection of food

Predatory…

Predatory behaviour, 2-3x increase in costs over standard rates… why. Dotty Suite.. Dirty & unclean, badly serviced (still had previous guest hair filled brush) and just nasty condiments (cheap) Shower was designed for someone under 4” tall. Coffee machine did not work correctly and most paint work look like it had been painted with the rough end of a pineapple. If you ask for a invoice at check out expect it to take 10-15 min so don’t be in a rush, like needing to catch a plane.

Wonderful!

We had a great time. The room we had was full of color and it overlooked the pool and courtyard area. The breakfast was amazing! So many great food options, from bacon and eggs to fruit to cereals and pastries and fresh smoothies. The front desk was also very helpful at check in and had no problems with check out.

Third stay at this hotel.Very convenient for airport linking. Much better and cheaper than hotels in the airport precinct. Staff are friendly, rooms are fine, and a short trip to the airport. Strongly recommend.

I liked the online check in and staff very friendly. I was disappointed that there were no flannels for property

Our check in time was 2pm as a member however our room wasn't ready when we arrived before 2.30 and we had to wait about another 40 mins. We then had to rush to get ready to be at our event we were going to.

Mediocre hotel

Many parts of the hotel are run down. The beds and bathrooms were good. The rooms are set out in a very large square and there is only one elevator. We were at the opposite side of the elevator and had to drag our luggage for at least 5 minutes to get to our room. The decor is quite garish like a cheap Indian hotel room.

Naumi Auckland Airport is a great place to stay when transiting. Funky rooms, really nice toiletries, easy check-in and convenient. Breakfast buffet is good, staff were helpful. Handy that it is on the airport Yellow Bus route.

Stayed before overseas travel and on return, both times were great. Conveniently close to the airport and easily accessible, will stay again.

The room was amazing no doubt. The reception staff not so friendly. Also i noticed they don’t wear uniforms they wear casual clothes for such nice place. No bottles of water in room. The hallway was too dark and such a long walk to our room. Other than that. Was perfect

Stayed for the night before our flight home. Very comfy room and very quiet and clean. Restauranr food was chinese which was very tasty. Lovely pool and gym area. Also mini golf if you liked

The staff couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful, but the hotel is a bit dirty and scruffy. On the face of it, it is well decorated, but it feels like the decor is there to distract from the maintenance and cleanliness issues. I’d rather have less bling and toiletries and more spent on cleaning and upkeep. The room was nice and quiet though, and as I said, the hotel staff couldn’t have been more helpful. The restaurants kitchen closes at 9:30pm, so we had to get Uber eats.

Just rundown and dirty. Very very disappointing.

Naumi staff were excellent. Arriving ex Singapore to Auckland very late, we were unsure of how to get there. A quick call to Naumi and the night reception staff gave very clear instruction on how to find the hotel bus. Check in was were pleasant and checkout was also facilitated by great staff. The breakfast (both continental and full) was top notch with service staff fantastic. Well done, we will be back.

Property was clean and tidy with a free upgrade. I thought the menu in the restaurant was a bit pricey as well as a little too Asian specific. The calamari was delicious though. After 2 weeks of showers with no pressure, it was great to have a nice hot shower with the rain head. i got to get one of those showers for home!

Fun property! I appreciate the effort into the decor and small details! It’s not a fancy hotel but they really do try at this price point to stand out and be fun, and they do it well. Parking was extra but easy. It was a quiet hotel. The room was cute with lots of cute extra thoughts and details in the room. It’s adds lots of character.
