Lovely hotel in a beautiful location
What a wonderful gem of a hotel in the Ubud area. Friendly and helpful staff. Stunning location with a pool overlooking the jungle. Also a complimentary shuttle bus into the centre of Ubud a few times of day.
Really lovely natural hotel. Friendly staff and accommodating
Resort was quiet and clean. Service was fantastic. Restaurant was lacking and no bar, just four bottles of spirts to make three cocktail options. Private pool was peaceful, quiet and secluded. Resort is away from the centre of town and nothing is in walking distance so transport is required to get to restaurants and activities.
Nice pkace to stay
Excelent choice and omace to stay. I will recomendnit. Staff very friendly.
Great Stay
Great stay, many steps though which may not be convenience for all. Breakfast is ok. Tried to order candle light dinner but needed advance notice.
Pulling into the rather long random driveway and down to a small parking lot/lobby area was a little concerning to start with (keep an open mind at this stage) but once checked in and set off to find our room, was another mater entirely. This is a true jungle feeling property with the neatest villas with so much room (we had a villa with a private pool). We could not have been more happy. Big room with really big double sinked bathroom with an outdoor shower and it had an outdoor bath as well. We used outside shower instead of inside, it was such a cool experience. Downstairs we had our own private courtyard with a small pool and a very large day bed. The resorts infinity pool and area around it was absolutely spectacular. The in room and breakfast menus are fine, nothing spectacular but fine. It is a little way from main Ubud and couldn't be bothered with the traffic so were more than happy to hang about in our lush paradise and order room service. This property I think is a gem of a find at a very affordable price for what it is. It is maybe an older property, and needs some tic but to be honest, we looked past this and loved it and would go back in an heartbeat.
I am surprised at how many great reviews this property had. Let me first start by saying that the people are SO nice - amazing service! But the property is older than it looks in the photos and there were little stains everywhere that were grossing me out. Please also note that you are IN THE JUNGLE. That means the views are gorgeous, BUT the rooms come with bugs, ants, and lizards. I absolutely loved the private plunge pool and day bed, but wouldn't stay again because of the other things I mentioned.
The staff are great and made the stay all the more enjoyable. A special mention goes out to Riska (GRO) who was most helpful with ensuring that our stay was comfortable and Kadek Joe who really gave us good insights into Balinese culture and was a wonderful help when we needed to check-out late at night. Being surrounded by the beautiful and lush forest was special if you dont mind being close to nature with the many sounds that comes with it. Overall it was a nice and pleasant stay and we were close enough to Ubud Centre.
Ubud Jungle Villa
Natura Resort is just outside of Ubud and the hotel offers a free shuttle throughout the day. It is peaceful and surrounded by nature and a wonderful escape from the bustle of the city centre. The staff go above and beyond to make sure you have a 5 star stay. And the free breakfast is delicious. Our villa had a private pool and views across the jungle with monkeys and butterflies in the trees. A short walk up the street is a brand new Paddle Club and some local restaurants & cafes. What a delightful stay!
Very nice and beautiful property in jungle yet close to Ubud central.. this place will calm your mind and body.
The place is absolutely gorgeous. The staff is SUPER nice and accommodating. We loved staying here.
Natura was a beautiful jungle oasis. The views were stunning and the staff so friendly! I loved our private pool with outdoor bed. Our family found so cool the monkeys who were outside our window one morning as they were running up the trees with there babies.
Wonderful place to stay in Ubud
Loved it! Room was great, we stayed in panorama pool villa. So spacious and everything was lovely! Loved using outdoor bath, even in the rain! Had a special candlelight dinner which was wonderful too! Great massage also! Perfect place to spend time in Ubud! Close enough to the centre but with jungle all around!
Pool could have been cleaner. And food menu could improve. In the jungle so very peaceful but lots of bugs... Staff was very friendly and helpful 10/10
The view of the forest was fantastic! We enjoyed soaking it all in while wading in the infinity pool. The included breakfast was delicious and the dinner options were nice as well. The staff was very friendly.
A Little Piece of Heaven
This place was indescribably beautiful, peaceful and just good for the soul. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Would have stayed much longer if I could and would go back in a heartbeat
Amazing Hotel In Ubud
Great Hotel in Ubud. Very serene hotel that caters to every need. Very enjoyable stay would definitely recommend.
Want to go back... just perfect all the way around
We had a wonderful 6 day stay at the property. The staff are all great. Will defiantly be back.
Great hotel
Very peaceful location, room was clean and tidy. Great bathroom with a huge bath in master bedroom. Great hotel if you would like to have a few days relaxing out in the jungle. Only a 10 min cab into central ubud.
We had a good stay at the Natura Resort and Spa but we feel that it needs a bit of improvement: CHECK IN PROCESS: We came in late at night but they didn't check with us the following day to explain hotel amenities THE ROOM: is large, beautiful and clean. The outdoor pool is exceptional with gorgeous views. The pool would be better if it were heated. The roof is thatched so room is noisy - can hear neighbors. Views are lovely. THE BATHROOM: no ventilation fan (smelly), Shower is nice but water temperature and pressure fluctuates (hot water runs out quickly). Nice outdoor tub and shower. COMMON JACUZZI AND POOL: Lovely but jacuzzi temperature too hot. SPA: Nice walking trail to the spa - lovely vistas by the river. Great spa treatments HOUSEKEEPING: Room is clean and sheets and towels smell nice. Provide bottled water to brush teeth and drink. BREAKFAST: Limited but sufficient. Coffee could be better. AFTERNOON TEA: Nice, with fried banana or small sandwich DINNER: Food was just mediocre SHUTTLE: Nice to have but limited (only few times a day) and must book in advance - don't just show up. SERVICE: Excellent - friendly and polite. We especially recommend Indra at the restaurant. Provide a welcome fruit basket and fresh flowers All in all I would definitely stay at this hotel again. We did enjoy our stay.
Expensive but nice place in the middle of nowhere
First time for me and my girlfriend to stay in a location like that. Amaizing location and very friendly staff who tried to fulfill our wishes everytime. We had an amaizing time here as it is a piece of paradise in the middle of the rain forest. Best holiday accomodation ever!!! Felt like we had the place for ourselves. We both were very looked after here and like that type of holiday accommodation. There is room for improvement as the price per night is not cheap and this place is considered as an upmarket accommodation. Here our Recommendations 1. Stable internet connection 2. Buffet Breakfast 3. Better English skills from staff as we did not always felt understood by them 4. Keep up the maintenance as we running toilet, loose floorboards on walkway, damaged handrails
Everything was beautiful, the only thing was that the room we stayed in was definitely showing signs of age. Cracks in walls and old mirrors. Beside those minor things, a beautiful location, with friendly staff!
The resort was very quiet and it was rare to run into other guests. Had a beautiful view of the jungle. However, you could hear chickens crowing all day long, especially in the mornings. Not the best place to stay if you are wanting to go into Ubud as the shuttle service only runs a few times a day and is one way.
Best location
Close to ubud center, but surrounded by jungle. Very professinal staffs.
It rained and our room was covered in ants and bugs beautiful place just need upgades in a few areas
This is a pretty small place and there aren't many people in the area. It's super secluded and the rooms are a bit outdated. It's really quiet and if you want to be private and away from people this will be a great place to be. The staff at the hotel are amazing!
Warm, friendly and nice hotel
We stayed two nights here, and if we had it to do over again, we would have made the same choice. This is a very friendly place with beautiful views out over a jungle valley. Others have highlighted that it's a bit run down, but in my opinion there was nothing particularly bad. It's not a five star place -- I'd probably call it a really nice three star. The rooms / villas were beautiful on the inside, the staff was very friendly and attentive, the food was good and the setting was fantastic.
Staffs are very friendly
Great Hotel, Very friendly staff and perfect
Great Hotel, Very friendly staff and perfect surroundings for a peaceful few days
Lovely staff, spacious rooms and away from the bustle of Main Ubud
Love the serenity.
Amazing staff and location. Few bugs would get into the room but it is in the middle of a rainforest so can't really complain. Great views and even got to see some money come and visit. The shuttle is also very convenient.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They provided useful tips and tour suggestions. Small, serene and secluded. A nice place to return to after a day in the busy city.
Quiet & relaxing
Absolutely the most relaxing & enjoyable stay. Natura is a quiet & relaxing paradise...exactly what we wanted; our villa was beautiful & staff were friendly & helpful. Continental & American breakfast is included in rates. We loved our stay & will definitely stay again. If you want to be near everything this may not be the place for you; Natura is not in town but a shuttle service is available & taxis are cheap & easy to get. Also there are lots of steps so it's not practical for those who are less mobile. Totally recommend for couples looking for secluded getaway
In the Jungle
With monkeys very close to you playing on the roof and tree tops, makes for a one with nature experience. Small pool and amazing views its the perfect relaxation spot.
Quiet area 10 minutes outside Ubud.
Staff are friendly and helpful. A problem with the basin on arrival was sorted immediately. Free shuttle to town every hour is useful. The hotel is in need of a revamp, it is starting to look tatty. Balustrading is broken or missing. Room roof leaked, shower rose blocked up. For a more upmarket type hotel it needs some TLC.
Quiet, get away from life for a while
The hotel was good, the staff friendly. The place was older and could use some maintenance, but the views certainly made up for any shortcomings. We seemed to be the only guests at the hotel, the staff were very attentive and friendly. We had dinner in the restaurant on our first night and were pleasantly surprised at the quality. All in all a pleasant stay and would recommend this place for short stay in Ubud.
Beautiful property with great staff. It was an amazing experience, property is spacious and well planned.
AMAZING
Absoloutly loved everything here. Privacy plus. Staff were very amazing & forever greeting you. A must for couples. Or a chilled girls trip Hubby & I had an amzing 1st trip away kid free. Would not hesitate to go back. My only negative is the bottom infinity pool is to far or should i say to many steps away. Getting back up was a pain. I would not take my children to stay here. There were a couple of children here, & i am sure they would have been bored. I think this is more of a couples of friends stay.
Beautiful hotel overlooking jungle
We loved our stay here. Favorite place during trip to Bali. We wish we would have booked longer. Stayed in private pool villa with jungle views everywhere. Staff was friendly and nice. Decent options for breakfast and lunch. We did not have dinner here. Shuttle bus to Ubud center was easy and about a 10 min trip depending on traffic. Room was very large and open. Air conditioning worked nicely. Spent most of our time when in room on day bed enjoying the pool and views. The hotel pool is a beautiful site as well and you feel as if you are floating above the jungle. A special thanks to the staff for the birthday cake provided for my gf's bday.
Staycation In Ubud!
It was a great nesting place after the hustle and bustle of UBUD and we enjoyed the natural environment with a wonderful view of the forest, the staff was very welcoming and helpful in guiding us toward the right direction... our stay was made easy, convenient and to say the least very enjoyable. We truly recommend Natura resort for your next vacation.
Paradise found!
Paradise found! Huge authentic Indonesian bedrooms with separate huge bathrooms. The bathtub overlooked the rainforest and was so private and tranquil. Exactly what we needed after a week in the hotter, faster paced environment of Seminyak. The staff are wonderful and polite that offered us a welcome drink (amazing!!) fruit bowl and fragrant petals all over the bed, which I could imagine took ages to decorate :) free made to order breakfast, massage and afternoon tea. from our balcony we could see so much wilderness including monkeys & exotic blue birds (similar to a toucan) The spa is definatley the highlight, set next to a ravine, it is highly recommended and the women are very good at what they do. For the first time ever, I didn't have to ask for my massage to apply more pressure and the products they use are organic xx Terima Kasih for our incredible stay- we wish it were longer!
Beautiful location located in the jungles of Ubud :)
One with nature
The private pool and guest pool were great. The forest and birds and monkeys add to the charm.
Stunning location & friendly staff
We paid the extra for the luxury pool villa which was well worth it. We had a secluded outdoor area with shaded day bed and private infinity pool hanging over steep jungle with a stunning vista. We spent lots of time here enjoying the sounds of the jungle and visits from local birds & monkeys. Even when it rained heavily a few times it was a pleasure to just relax whilst watching & listening to nature.
Dining services were very slow and were not up to standard. Far too many steps to climb down for the spa and the lap pool and the spa needs updating. The location was very scenic and rooms were very comfortable.
disappointed
I have a lot to say which I will leave a detailed review once I have more time available. Overall other than the location. This hotel is a big let down.
Good hotel for the price
This was a really lovely, easy place to stay. the kids enjoyed the plunge pool but it was too cold for us. The horizon pool is lovely but no bar service! The staff were all very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Good, flexible shuttle into town. The only real criticism is that things were starting to look a bit tired, nothing to really complain about for the price. However, we did have a two bedroom with plunge so good space with nice outlook. Caught a glimpse of the other villas and not sure I would like to stay in one as they did not seem to have much of an outlook.
As a 15 years old resort, many parts of it need to be improved. The cleanness of the tolite and barthroom.THe bed sheet is become a little bit yellow....
honeymoon at natura spa
Perfect stay. Very good service. WiFi could have been better.
If you're looking for peace and quiet
Hidden away from bustle of ubud center, about 20 mins by car to centre. Really lovely setting, villas rather old but they did their best for the upkeep. F&B isn't great and very expensive. Eat out, that'll be my recommendation or byo. This place is great for doing absolutely nothing.
Jungle oasis
We had a wonderful stay with our two teenage daughters. The villas are luxurious, well set-out and very private. The setting is sublime and the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. The resort wouldn't be suitable for younger children or for those wanting to be in amongst lots of night life and shopping - but that suited us just fine. Having said that, the regular hotel shuttle service to and from town meant that we were able to eat out at a different restaurant in Ubud every night. Highly recommended.
Wonderful villas in the Ubud Area
Beautiful valley location designed in a Balinese style to fit in with the natural environment. Great lap pool for swimmers in training.
Breath of fresh air. I want to go back now!!!!
All good. Expect to get away and into nature. Peaceful...
Meh.
Good. Needs to be re-done. There was leaks and bamboo shavings.
Fantastic hotel admist tropical setting
Fantastic spacious clean room and bath. We chose the luxury villa with attached infinity pool which our 8 month old baby enjoyed immensely. Staff was very friendly, polite and efficient. Room was cleaned everyday.
Very relaxing hotel in the quiet of the rainforest
The resort hotel was a great place to relax in being located just far enough out of the hustle and bustle of ubud. The complimentary hotel shuttle was very useful and the staff were polite and most helpful. The room was clean and comfortable with great views of the rainforest.
Gardens were beautiful
I found the Natura Resort quiet and peaceful, a welcome change from the business of Ubud. The rooms were excellent although starting to show signs of aging. Small things like mould in shower and not so white sheets. Overall my stay was very enjoyable.
Natura Resort and Spa, a great place to get away
Great private villa with pool. Friendly staff. Fabulous views of the jungle. Great swimming pools.
Nice hotel tucked away in Jungle!
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bali. It was just minutes away from Bali's cultural center Ubud. It was far enough away that you didn't have to deal with the congestion of tourist. They had a shuttle to a from Ubud center several times a day, making it a easy way to escape for a while. The staff was so attentive in any way the could be. They offered suggestions on places we might enjoy to see and arranged for us to have a driver for the day. Our fridge was always filled and towels were always clean! The backdrop was breathtaking. Cant wait to to visit again.
Rainforest retreat
Spent one week at Natura Resort & Spa and loved every day. Hotel was better than I expected. Staff were always quick to help with all my requests. Location was absolutely stunning perched on the side of a valley with a river at the bottom of the hillside. The facilities we used were jacuzzi, two infinity pools, and spa massage. The hotel has about 15 villas so most of the time we had the facilities all to ourselves. They provided a free shuttle service to and from Ubud centre almost every hour which was very useful, the drivers always arrived early and waited for us. I will definitely stay at Natura again!
Nice hotel in nature
If you love the sounds of nature , special in the night then you must stay there. Overall the hotel is nice, clean room, comfortable and friendly staff. Breakfast is good, and I recommend to buy balinese eggs from Ubud and give to the kitchen to be cooked for you....great taste.
Amazing stay
Very relaxing
Over priced and falling apart.
The hotel is run down and shabby. Paint peeling off, no hot water in shower, light fixtures hanging off walls, huge disappointment considering it is very expensive and very overpriced. My friend got sick from eating the food from the restaurant. I do not recommend it.
Family
Nice view nice swiming pool bur no activity no people room and barh room is not wow
Hotel was nice in the middle of hills.
We had a memorable experience of our stay ay the hotel.all the staff was excellent and friendly. Services were excellent. Good food and transport. Would surely recommend to family n friends.
Beautiful Jungle Top resort
We had an awesome time at this resort, was a 5 minute drive outside the main centre of Ubud. Beautiful views, luxury villas, private facilities.. Perfect for the romantic getaway or self indulgent package
Great Site in a hilltop over the valley. Friendly
A great site and friendly staff. A perfect place to relax.
Excellent accomodation experience
We knew it was going to be awesome from the pictures on the internet, but the experience that we had at this resort exceeded our expectations. The room was very big, clean and very nice decorated. It was a whole villa actually, which included the room, bathroom, outside tub and terrace. The resort is perfectly located inside the mountains, on top of a forest, very quiet and relaxing. The pool has a fantastic view, also. We had the best time!
Peaceful and Pleasant
A lovely location away from it all. Very pleasant Villa with its own pool with comfortable day bed. Breakfast good - very accommodating staff. Don't be afraid to ask for the Balinese coffee - it is much better than the Nescafe option. Take advantage of the free shuttle to get in and out of Ubud - a great service. The massage, whilst provided in a beautiful location down by the river, was pricey compared with more reasonable local rates. We would return.
Facilities: Home away from home; Value: Great deal; Service: Go the extra mile; Cleanliness: Delightful;
Great location
Excellent location and staff. Would liked to have spent more time at the hotel.
Quiet , Serene and Beautiful amidst Nature
Its one the the best stays my wife and me had... The staff , rooms and the service was really good and we didn't have any glitches at all ... They provided us with enough services and information to get around ... We really have a great time there ...
Amazing location
Really good loacation in the valley. Breathtaking views from both pools.
over priced
delux plunge pool room 5, dusty and had an old smell, as we are a couple we were unhappy that the bed was 2 beds joint together and each mattress had seperate sheets and bedding!!! Day bed was dirty, privacy was not great as other rooms can see in, outdoor bath and shower area was in need of an upgrade, breakfast portions were tiny. We expected more for the price. I would not recommend this resort as you can find beta for the same price. Driver of shuttle was lovely guy, views are a positive, i rang for serive to get plunge pool cleaned and staff were happy to help. Location is far away but has shuttle, resort food and drinks are exspensive,
Worst resort I ever stayed in Ubud!
This is the worst resort I have ever stayed in Ubud and it definitely does not deserve 4 star, I probably would only give 1-2 stars. I stayed in the villa with a private pool, I should share my photo of that private pool, it obviously has been neglected and no one ever got into that pool or used that small bath if that's a more appropriate word, the water is so filthy that I almost thought they are breeding dengue mosquitos there, and the water never flows. Inside the room, the sheets was very dirty, and I took several photos of those dirty spots, I have to put on all my clothes and cover myself full to sleep on the bed and I was so afraid that I would catch bedbugs. The room is in a wired shape and the toilet doesn't have a door, so you are looking into the mirror of your friend/partner brushing their teeth or washing their face while you are using the toilet, and directly opposite you is the shower. Of course I do not want to compare it to the more expensive resort I paid, but I have also stayed with much cheaper resort and even backpacker room above a restaurant in Ubud city, I would say all the rooms I have ever stayed is better than this villa with private pool resort that I paid a lot of money for! I cannot write down specific rates here but this cost ten times of what I had paid for a basic room in Ubud city but is soc much worse...
Seclusion and solidarity for relaxation
Overall a nice relaxing holiday and time away is what i needed
Service was great except they were overbooked and we had to stay in the jungle room instead of the private pool villa that we've booked. Nonetheless, a memorable stay.
Is a great escape getaway, if you want to just chill out and get away from the craziness of other parts of Bali
Christmas Holiday
The hotel is greatly overrated and not recommendable. Rooms and facilitaties are not up to 21. Century standards, e.g. functioning shower, clean toilette, clean telephone, modern TV, digestable breakfast, etc.
Beautiful panoramic views, friendly service, favorite vacation right in the middle of the jungle.
Facilities: Nice ; Value: Affordable; Service: Flawless; Cleanliness: Pleasant; Their shuttle bus service to and from the town centre is a great added service.
Facilities: Above average; Value: Affordable; Service: Go the extra mile; Cleanliness: Spotless, Beautiful;
Great location
We spent 3 nights in family at natura and we enjoyed it!Great service, very helpful, smily, and very peaceful place. This is a place to discover!!
great secluded villa, comfortable, excellent svc
had a really enjoyable stay. the villa was nice and spacious, the service was excellent, and the whole stay was memorable. the hotel was peaceful, rather secluded, and overlooking a river valley .. just like in the picrtures... the infinity pool wasnt bad. it was, at best, a nice place to take photos, have a chill dip, and enjoy the serenity of the valley.. the hourly hotel shuttle to go downtown ubud was very useful as we didnt have to rent a car to go to town. wifi was quick. breakfast wasnt the greatest, but the waiters were full of smiles and accomodating to our request. skip swimming in the lap pool near the spa, as it is 150 steps downhill and is somewhat unkept.
Awkward and unorganised...
Natura Resort and Spa My wife and I are usually very go, go, go when it comes to travelling. When we booked our Bali trip we wanted to just unwind and relax. Booking online with Expedia, we felt confident that all would go smooth with the reservation. This was not the case as we ended up at the airport with no ride in an unfamiliar country where it seemed everyone and their brother was a 'taxi'. We were expecting a Natura shuttle to pick us up from the airport since we specifically called to arrange one. We made due with finding our own way to the hotel. After arriving we were notified that the booking did not go through properly and our room was booked out. They then took us to another small set of villas up the road, which was actually quite nice. We moved back to the Natura on day 3. Most things were nice but there were some negatives. For one, our villa had an outdoor bath and shower which was not very private. It was set below another villa and gave a perfect view from the other villas front window. Another strange thing is how all of the staff tries to sell you a 'program' for the days of your visit. It ends up being someone they know to take you around for the day. Originally we thought it was like a concierge service so we went for it. After a short uncomfortable start to the tour where we were pressured to buy a bunch of stuff we went back to the hotel.
Forest Hideaway
Beautiful location away from the busy world of Ubud. Feels like you are in the forest because of the privacy. Staff were always friendly and helpful in making our stay memorable. For a couples wanting to have a romantic location this is highly recommended. Ubud is a must see in Bali.
Excellent service
I strongly recommend this place, quiet , beautiful , extremely helpful charming caring staff, above all great holiday full of culture, respect and love. Home Away from Home. Will be back there soonest!
Our experience in Natura
Great location. Tucked into nature with the rustling sound of the stream. Comfortable room maintained very well. Pleasant staff. Good shuttle arrangement to visit Ubud and so we never felt that we are a bit away from the town. A great location to explore the cultural and natural aspects of Bali - away from the crowded beaches. Breakfast is good. Chef prepared some excellent dishes for dinner. On the whole a very pleasant experience.
You must stay here!
This hotel was fabulous! The views and setting of this place just blew my mind. We had a private pool in a family villa. Kids had their own room and bathroom we had a huge kings size bed. It is so peaceful here away from the hustle and bustle of ubud town this is definitely a must stay hotel. Hotel was full but we rarely saw anyone but staff. This would be the ultimate couples/honeymoon getaway. Loved loved it.
Natura stay
Beautiful room, I loved the colonial Asian style and the huge bathroom with an additional outdoor shower and bath. We got upgraded to the private pool room. The plunge pool and daybed were lovely, but we spent all our time at the shared pool becuase the views of the forest were STUNNING! Lovely staff as well, always really helpful. Highly recommend
Family pleasure
The rooms were fabulous and the staff were very accommodating.
Facilities: loved it; Value: great deal; Service: Remarkable; Cleanliness: Beautiful; A little away from the busy part, but free shuttle takes care of that. Will be reccomending this place to my friends. I want to be there again now!
Very Relaxing
Loved the resort it was beautiful and relaxing amoungst a tranquil forest setting. Staff were extremely friendly and obliging . The only downfall was the entertainment the movie selection was poor.
Facilities: State of the art; Value: Inexpensive; Cleanliness: Pristine; This is an experience you need to have. For me it was amazing
Jungle Gem
The veiws from this hotel are stunning. Sitting in the restaurant looking out across the jungle covered ravine, listening to the river rush by, was a special experience. The staff were very kind and obliging and we thoroughly enjoyed our massages and facials in the spa. Food was good, not brilliant but good. Not a good place to take little children as there are many, many stairs, but we grown ups enjoyed the veiws and the exersize. Although the hotel could use a bit of maintenance on railings and such, overall we enjoyed our stay and got good value for our money.
Bit disappointing overall.
This hotel calls itself a spa but the people performing pedicures had no experience and no idea what they were doing. One example; They took a big chunk out of my toe while trying to cut the toenail. Rarely did the description on the menu resemble what was brought to your table and the food was mediocre to poor, especially for the price. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room cleaning staff were especially good. The room we stayed in was very nice, but we were four people staying in a two bedroom villa and we never had room provisions for four. Which we found weird and a little frustrating. Also, calling it a villa is a bit of a stretch, it was basically a two bedroom hotel room. The private pool area was great though! Overall, the quality of this resort did not quite meet our expectations especially for the price, I would stay somewhere else the next time i visit Ubud.
Amazing
We only stayed for two nights, but this hotel was amazing! One of the most amazing places I've ever stayed. Definitely should have stayed longer. It's not within walking distance to anything, but there is a hotel shuttle about 10 minutes away, so it's not a big deal. The only thing I didn't like about it was the resteraunt food, but the staff were lovely and the surroundings were absolutely beautiful, would definitely recommend to anyone wishing to stay in ubud!
Staying here was a great choice!
Staying hete outside the centre of Ubud was a marvellous choice. Especially when you stay in a place as great as this! Peaceful and relaxing area with a pool overlooking the jungle.
