Exactly as described, really lovely family run hotel. Staff and other guest so lovely and friendly. I travelled on my own and felt very safe. My flight home wasn’t until a lot later and had somewhere to leave my things and shower before leaving. If I came back to Rhodes and was staying in this area, I’d definitely book here again! Thankyou for a lovely few days!

Beautiful hotel a hidden gem. Everything you need for a greek getaway. Clean friendly and quiet. Breakfast excellent and plentiful. Beautiful swimming pool with great snack bar. Great location for visiting Rhodes town and for connecting buses to discover Rhodes.

Loved the traditional Greek feel to this hotel, lovely reception/bar area, great pool area and snack bar, ate there nearly every day, good food choice and friendly staff. Wasn't keen on not being able to control the air conditioning unit in my room. Had to ask reception to adjust which wasn't very convenient during the night.

Nice small hotel with friendly and helpful staff

The hotel was clean with excellent staff. We hired a car, arranged by reception, which was cheap and delivered to and collected from the hotel. Breakfast was lovely. The bar prices were also very reasonable. The hotel is situated on a quite road although to reach the beach the main road has to be crossed. Many restaurants are also along this busy road.

IA little gem of a Hotel

I have stayed at The Nathalie seven times now and I love it just as much now as I did all those years ago. Many people return to this Gem of a hotel. It is a great location for getting to Rhodes Town and from the airport. Peaceful clean and friendly . Very pretty with gorgeous greek decor. Poolside cafe excellent and breakfast delicious.

Great stay

The staff were brilliant, always eager to help and give information about the best places to go and dine in the evenings. They also provide a free mobile which you can take out to navigate round the island, it was extremely useful.

Had a nice week beautiful weather, pool not overcrowded as beach is nearby excellent poolside café, room was adequate size as you only slept in it, breakfast was ok fair variety. Staff were very nice and helpful in every way .

Super nice staff

The hotel lobby and garden area are beautiful! The room is minimal, but with everything that you need and a nice balcony. The staff at the reception is super nice and gives you a lot of suggestions about restaurant/things to see. The breakfast is continental. There is a small refrigerator in the room. The Wi-Fi was slow in the room, but worked fine in the lobby.

Superb little hotel set in a quiet road, lovely staff special thanks to Martha the receptionist who is very helpful and Helen who looks after the bar, would definitely stay there again if we return to Rhodes.

Delighful small hotel, beautifully appointed reception rooms full of Greek atmosphere. Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Everything needed had been thoughtfully provided. Delighful shady arbour for breakfast and drinks. Excellent breakfasts. Strongly recommended.

Good hotel in fair location.

We stayed at the Nathalie Hotel for three nights. The staff was excellent - always friendly, helpful, and courteous. I thought the room was fair in size and decor. There were four of us in adjoining rooms sharing a single bathroom and it was crowded. It was a challenge to find a place for our suitcases that was not in the flow of traffic. The room was clean but the decorations were a bit cold so that it didn't feel like a comfortable place to just rest and hang out. The location is just a few minutes from a bus stop so is accessible by public transportation. In fact, it is located in between the airport and the old city.

As soon as the taxi dropped us off from the airport, you could feel the relaxed atmosphere of the Nathalie. The place was so Greek and uncommercialised. The welcome from the staff was like coming home. The place is so tastefully done, with lots of "little touches". The view from the balcony was wonderful, and the whole place so peaceful. The shops and restaurants were only minutes away. Nothing was ever any bother for the staff, they were all very genuine and lovely. It actually felt as if you were staying at a relative's house. There was no austerity that is sometimes felt from larger hotels. I would go back in a heartbeat. The whole' Nathalie' experience will leave lots of lovely memories.

great value hotel! Will visit again!

My boyfriend and I stayed here when we firet flew into Rhodes we arrived late around midnight and were greeted warmly by all the staff - great little bar for a welcome drink. Room was clean and had everything we needed - nice touches with the decor. Bit basic but you get what you paybfor. The breakfast on offer was a good spread with breek yoghurt to full english! Would definitely reccommend to others travelling in rhodes! Thanks to all the staff!

Simply superb

Seeking a relaxing, away-from-it-all week in the sun, the Nathalie Hotel provided everything we had hoped for: comfort, good food, ideal facilities and a "nothing-too-much-bother" attitude from a welcoming and caring staff. I honestly can't think of when we last experienced such an enjoyable and value-for-money holiday. The hotel has a feng shui that exudes sanctuary - a place of comfort and homeliness to which one can return after the exigencies of trips in the Rhodes sun, etc.....! It's a two/three star hotel - obviously not the Ritz, but that's neither what we wanted nor paid for: its cleanliness is first-class, room facilities are more than adequate - spacious bedroom, comfortable beds, good storage space, great shower, and we had a superb balcony; the buffet breakfast is ideal; the pool is excellent, the choice and quality of food at the pool bar is undoubtedly the best value we've ever encountered (the pool bar chef, Eva, is an absolute gem). It is simply the best value hotel we have stayed in for the money, anywhere........! Pluses: the kettle and mugs provided in the room (byo coffee and milk!); a handy little fridge (albeit a bit noisy); air conditioning unit (an additional €6 daily charge - but well worth it).... and a hair dryer! It's not perfect e.g. there's no lift, but two flights of relatively easy stairs to our 2nd floor room, three - four times a day kept us fit! Sincere thanks to Lisa, the manageress, and her staff - you have a winning formula in the Nathalie that will attract us back time-and-time again.

Clean and simple

The stuff was nice the hotel is very clean the only thing that was bad ,the room was small with basic old furniture and separate moving beds.nice breakfast and clean comfortable pool with good snake bar

I was told I would be picked up by the owner Artemis and he was 2 hours latw arricing at the port. I had about 1 hour left until I had to check out and had a quick breakfast and had to leave.

A fantastic little hotel

A well run family hotel with some wonderful staff. A superb smaller hotel well located with good amenities. Everything the hotel does seems to put the customer first and we would happily recommend it.

All staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. Very clean rooms and excellent complimentary breakfast. Close to bus stop for easy access to the town of Rhodes and short cab or bus from airport. Hotel staff helped with all questions regarding transport and anything else. Very cute hotel.

Would go back just to stay in hotel again !

The first thing we noticed was how pretty the hotel was and unique. The second thing and even more important was how spotlessly clean it was. We had been searching for a four or five star hotel at a 3 star price and it wasnt going to happen...then fell on the hotel Nathalie.....a 2 star but with all good reviews....slightly unsure about 2 stars we decided the piccies and reviews were worth a chance and im so very pleased we went with it. This hotel was perfect for us ... so pretty ....so clean ....and so freindly and well run.. Local buses are few minutes away giving good access to Rhodes town etc and there are enough restaurants and bars to keep you happy but the hotel bar is lovely in itself and we were happy to end the evening there several times during our stay. If we had to pic any negatives at all I guess the balconie is quite small and no tv or radio in the room but hey....your in Rhodes enjoy !

Nathalie - far from Rhodes Town

Nice place, but beach nearby is very pebbly (stay on the east side of the island for better beaches though most are still a bit rocky). The area is a bit dead, although clearly catered to tourists: every shop sells the same things and all the little restaurants are similar. Getting to/from Rhodes town was quite a trek as in the high season most of the busses running by are too full to pick up passengers and taxis add up (8 euro one way). The walk is ~45 min-1 hour. Overall, nice place but not a great location.

Hidden jewel in Ixia.

Great hotel, clean and well maintained, with a lovely pool and pool area. Our bedroom was roomy with an en suite shower room and surprisingly for Rhodes, the water was always warm and had good pressure in the shower. Breakfast was great with a daily selection of cold meats and cheese, boiled eggs, cereal etc. The mood in the hotel always seems sedate and relaxing. We have been disappointed in some of our previous visits to Rhodes with the quality of our accommodation, but this was a great and pleasant surprise. I would recommend this hotel to everyone I know! We hope to return next year.

Good for the price

Simple friendly hotel. Interestingly, air condition in room operational with extra charge (6 Euro/day). Unfortunately, building and rooms are quite warm in summer season. Small pool. Noisy and old-fashioned refrigerator in the room. Limited catering facilities within the hotel and these are relatively expensive. They strictly do not allow you to consume food or beverage purchased from outside of hotel. Still, good for a budget hotel. Recommended if your expectations are not very high.

Horrible Hotel

About as basic a hotel as you will find. Shower stall minimal - had to shower with the curtain open as it would stick to your body. Ants showed up - ugh - . Sheets were thread bear and as "pilled" as we have ever experienced and made for a very uncomfortable night's sleep. The towels were thread bare as well and as stiff as a board. As I looked out our window, I could see why. The myriad of towels were hanging on a multitude of clotheslines. We lasted 2 nights and we were out of there.

Authentisches, schönes und mit viel Liebe eingerichtetes kleines Hotel. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Angestellte. Faire Preise und gutes Essen am Pool und an der Bar. Die Möglichkeit Handtücher für den Pool und den Strand auszuleihen vereinfacht den Urlaub. Einzige Kritikpunkte sind die kleinen Gläser beim Frühstücksbüfett und das etwas schwache WLAN

Hotelli oli aivan erinomainen valinta ja myös edullinen. Lähellä päätietä, mutta ei kuitenkaan ihan sen varressa, jossa on kova liikenne. Erittäin siisti ja ystävällinen henkilökunta. Kiva uima-allas alue ja aamupala oli hyvä. Nettiyhteys toimi hyvin. Huone oli aika pieni, mutta ei se ihmeemmin meitä haitannut. Kaikinpuolin hyvä valinta

El servicio es muy bueno, el staff es muy amable y siempre están atentos si algo necesitas. El desayuno es bueno aunque no hay mucha variedad. Los cuartos son amplios y siempre están limpios. No se encuentra cerca del centro, pero se puede acceder fácilmente al transporte público.

Basic hotel met goede ligging en vriendelijk personeel. De kamer heeft een goed werkende airconditioning, kleine frigo en haardroger. De bedden zijn comfortabel maar het bedlinnen kan beter, er ligt enkel een laken op het bed. De kamer was niet echt vuil bij aankomst maar ook niet brandschoon. De spiegels en ramen waren vuil, er zat een plek op de wastafel, er wordt niet onder het bed gepoetst. Er zat een schimmelplek op het plafond in de badkamer en er kwam een onaangename geur uit de afvoer, deze problemen werden onmiddellijk verholpen nadat het werd gemeld. De handdoeken zijn heel ruw. In de lobby, de bar en op het terras is het aangenaam vertoeven. Dit hotel heeft mogelijkheden als er aan enkele minpunten wat meer aandacht wordt besteed.

Accogliente e confortevole

Abbiamo soggiornato 4notti al nostro arrivo. L'hotel è pulito ben organizzato, ed il personale sempre disponibile, tutto impostato per una clientela nord europea. Le stanze non ampissime ,ma pulite e con balcone, sono senza televisione e raggiungibili solo con le scale perché non c'è l'ascensore.

buon rapporto qualità prezzo

l'albergo è delizioso quanto agli spazi comuni; ha una graziosa piscina; inoltre il personale è gentilissimo. La camera, invece, non è stata conforme alle nostre aspettative: era molto piccola, l'armadio quasi insistente, la pulizia non eccellente (i cassetti erano polverosi ed il minuscolo terrazzino mai pulito nel pavimento), non esiste set di cortesia, l'aria condizionata di notte faceva i capricci e smetteva di funzionare, la doccia era fredda alla sera tardi e l'acqua scendeva non in abbondanza. Nel complesso l'esperienza può definirsi buona se non si hanno pretese e ci si accontenta di un'atmosfera semplice e cordiale.

Charmant hôtel très accueillant

Un vrai hôtel de charme, très tranquille, avec un personnel d'une extrême gentillesse, toujours souriant. Un emplacement privilégié, à 2 pas de toutes les commodités : commerces, bus et location de voiture. et 5 Km de Rhodes. Une petite restauration de qualité, avec des produits frais, est proposée au bar de la piscine tous les midis. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié le service blanchisserie, très pratique, dans ce pays où il fait bien bien chaud.

This is a clean, quiet, efficient and friendly hotel, a short drive from the centre of Rhodes, a short walk from the sea, close to good dining, serving a good breakfast, with easy parking, a nice swimming pool. All this and reasonably priced.

Liebevolles, familiäres Hotel

Die Hotelangestellten waren zu jeder Zeit sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und engagiert. Es war sehr gemütlich abends auf der schönen Terasse zu sitzen und mit dem einen oder anderen Hotelgast zu plaudern. Die Stimmung war immer sehr angenehm. Uns hat der Aufenthalt im Hotel wirklich gut gefallen und die Haltestelle nach Rhodos Stadt ist auch gleich ums Eck.

Piccolo hotel greco con grande potenziale

Stata 10 giorni a Rodi per vacanza; l'hotel è basico (soprattutto nelle camere), ma molto caruccio nelle parti comuni. La location è ottima per chi non vuole stare vicino alla movida di Rodi o di Faliraki. Negozi e ristorantini vicini..nulla da dire di negativo, location e personale hanno contribuito a rendere la mia vacanza 100% rilassante!

Genuint & spartanskt i Grekisk anda

Nathalie Hotel förmedlar den grekiska känslan bra med sina vita och blå färger. Hotellet har trevlig personal som pratar mycket bra engelska och som gärna hjälper till med allt från tips på upplevelser till hjälp med att ordna hyrbil. Frukost och AC ingick i vår bokning. Frukosten och rum är enkla men gör sitt jobb. Wi-Fi fanns i allmänna utrymmen. Hotellet ligger i mitt i mellan det mesta och buss och taxi är lätt att att få tag i och ligger inom rimliga priser. Det ligger en strand i närheten men vi föredrog Elli Beach i Rhodos eller någon av stränderna på Öst-sidan. Vi är mycket nöjda med vår semester och rekommenderar Rhodos och Hotell Nathalie. Kanske inget för de som föredrar all-inclusive men perfekt för dig som vill uppleva Grekland.

Two strong stars

Our family only stayed one night, but overall impression was very good. This is a small hotel with a genuine greek atmosphere located near Ixia beach and town of Rhodes. There is no child pool, so it's not really suitable for families with small children. We were the only family with small children at the time we stayed there. The only downsides are the beds which were to hard and not comfortable, and also there was a gap in the door so you could hear noise from the corridore. There is bus stop called Avra Beach Resort within a short walking distance. From there you can take the bus to Rhodes. If you go late in the afternoon during high season its possible that one or two buses will just pass without stopping since they are full this close to the town.

DELUSIONE!!

La camera non era pulita, gli asciugamani avevano delle macchie gialle così come le lenzuola, i cuscini erano impresentabili. Il personale molto gentile ha sostituito il tutto ma nonostante questo gli asciugamani non erano puliti. Durante la notte si sentivano tutti i rumori, in quanto la camera non era insonorizzata adeguatamente. Forte delusione!!

Fint litet hotell

Ett mysigt litet hotell med trevlig personal. Frukosten var helt okej. Gubben tyckte sängen var för hård, men jag som gillar lite hårdare sängar sov gott. Läget var lite sådär, man behövde transportera sig en bit för att det skulle hända nåt. Men restauranger och strand fanns inom gångavstånd och bussen till Rhodos stad var ett stenkast ifrån och funkade hur bra som helst. Jag rekommenderar varmt Gyros på Philippe Bar som låg i närheten. Mycket goda!

Vriendelijk hotel

Hotel Nathalie is eenvoudig en kleinschalig, prima uitvalsbasis om Rhodos te ontdekken. Hotelmedewerkers zijn bijzonder vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het plaatsje Ixia is niet aantrekkelijk maar Rhodos stad is met de bus makkelijk te bereiken.

Un buon punto di appoggio per farsi conquistare

Hotel molto semplice, anonimo ma ideale per chi ha bisogno di un punto di appoggio per dormire. Il personale è molto gentile e molto disponibile. Permetto di utilizzare una stanza anche il giorno del check out. L’hotel dispone di una piccola piscina ma sempre meglio il mare. In stanza c’è l’aria condizionata e la reception è aperta 24/24 quindi si può rientrare a qualsiasi ora. Il mare si trova a 200 metri ma la spiaggia è con piccoli sassi e per niente bella. Il mare resta proprio limpido. Ci si può spostare per 1 km verso la città e si iniziano a trovare spiagge accettabili. Nella zona non ci sono tanti italiani pe questo forse il posto non è dei migliori. Gli italiani vanno nei posti più belli. La soluzione migliore resta quello di noleggiare un motorino e girare l’isola. Il noleggio costo 20 euro al giorno. Se invece vi serve un’auto allora si sale a 35 euro al giorno. Consiglio assolutamente di vedere Lindos che si trova dall’altra parte dell’isola. A 60 km dall’hotel. Non fatevi spaventare dalla distanza. Questi 60 km sono un’esperienza incredibili: i monti, la roccia, gli ulivi, le strade da far west, paesaggi isolati, si capisce proprio che cosa è la Grecia. L’affitto dell’ombrellone costa 8 euro al giorno e comprende anche due lettini. Consiglio: Girate, girate e fatevi prendere da Rodi. Buon viaggio.

Séjour agréable

Nous avons passé 13 jours à l'hôtel Nathalie au mois de septembre 2013. Nous sommes globalement ravis : l'hôtel est propre, l'accueil sympathique et attentionné. L'hôtel est bien placé près des commerces mais suffisamment en retrait pour ne pas être gêné par le bruit. La structure n'est pas très grande, ce qui permet d'avoir un cadre plus intime que les grands hôtels "all inclusive" du bord de mer.Nous reviendrons lors de notre prochain séjour à Rhodes/

Good value for money. Nice swimming pool, friendly staff. Unfortunately, many obvious things as e.g. air conditioning, available only with extra paiment. WiFi not available in rooms, but only in the lobby.

Hvis man ønsker sig et lille roligt hotel med en dejlig familiær atmosfære er Hotel Nathalie det helt rigtige hotel. Det er 4 gang, at vi bor på hotellet, og vi kommer helt sikkert igen. Personalets serviceniveau er helt i top :-) Vi var meget meget tilfredse.

Great little hotel

The hotel is really nice, one street back from the main street in Ixia and close to the bus stop and beach bars. There is a pool with a pool bar that serves snack, Breakfast was simple, but OK. There is also a really nice patio where you can eat dinner or enjoy a drink in the evening. There is no lift. We would definitely stay here again.

Hotel familial

Très bonne adresse. Dans l'ensemble tout s'est super bien passé. Le personnel est très aimable et toujours prêt à vous donner les bonnes infos. Le resto de l'hotel est très bon et bon marché. Les cocktails du bar sont à 4 € !!! L'hotel est un très bon rapport qualité/prix par rapport aux gros complexes le long de la corniche où l'accueil est impersonnel. Ici vous êtes comme chez vous. 2 petites remarques: le prix de l'air conditionné à 6€/jour et durant notre séjour nous avons été réveillé tôt le matin par des ouvriers utilisant le marteau-pique pour des travaux. Mais bon il n'y a pas des travaux tous les jours de l'année et comme on devait se lever tôt pour le petit déj (7h30 à 9h30) ça nous a servi de réveil-matin. Possibilité de louer véhicules à bon prix directement à la réception avec livraison et remise à l'hôtel. Arrêt de bus à 2 minutes à pied et bus tous les 15 minutes pour le centre de Rhodes (10 min envoiture). Adresse à conseiller

Hotel familial un peu excentré de la Rhodes Ville

Un très bon choix pour cet hotel. A recommander. rapport qualité/prix sans comparaison. Petit Déj copieux avec du choix et à volonté (de 07h30 à 9h30) tant pis pour ceux qui veulent faire la grasse matinée. Le personnel est super aimable et toujours prêt à vous renseigner. Le patron parle français ce qui est pratique si vous ne vous débrouillez pas en anglais. Il y a un arrêt de bus proche de l'hotel et si vous louez une voiture, vous pouvez le faire via la réception à des prix raisonnables (175 € / semaine pour voiture de base sans devoir donner caution). J'aurais pu mettre 10/10 à l'hotel mais j'ai 2 petites remarques. 1°) le prix ''élevé de l'air conditionné à 6€/jour 2°) personnellement nous avons été un peu dérangé le matin pour des travaux à côté de l'hotel les ouvriers commençant très tôt le matin à cause de la chaleur. Se faire réveiller au marteau-pique tout les matins c'est pas top. mais bon il n'y a pas des travaux toute l'année au même endroit. Par rapport à des hotels soi-disant 4 ou 5 étoiles impersonnels c'est une très bonne adresse à recommander.
