Second time staying in hostels in Japan. The open of meeting area kitchen are well equipped convenient for group to use. Love the elevator is connecting to subway entrance.

Pretty place for a single travler

I stayed in a semi private room, and it was honestly brilliant. More hostels should do that, cause it was so nice to be able to have your own space, but not have to buy a single room. The other facilities were nice and clean. I also loved that I was invited to join on a night out when I checked in.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Qoo, the hostel is situated right above an exit of the train station making it extremely convenient. The hostel is located in a central area, less than 10 minutes away from Dotombori and many malls. The hostel is clean and the bathrooms on each floor are in great condition. Stayed in a twin semi private room and it was clean and there was enough space to put our luggage. There is a hook with coat hangers which is good. The hostel provides hairdryers and straighteners which are really useful!

Love the fact that the hotel was right at the train station. Super convenient to move around. Also kirinji ramen was right across the road. Super easy to find good food. Would’ve liked it if the water pressure in the shower was stronger though. Overall, amazing place to stay at. Friendly and helpful staff!

It is very close to public transport, cheap eats and one metro stop from Dontobori! Beds were comfortable, lockers huge and bathrooms were nice and clean.

Staff had excellent English and were very accommodating to their guests. Free breakfast and amenities included too!

It was your standard hostel. Somewhat loud, small and a bit inconvenient. I stayed in a all women’s dorm. The lights are all connected therefore you cannot shut the lights off in your space until lights out. Which meant that when women would come in after lights out, they would turn them on to see. Therefore the lights went on in our personal space.

It’s near streets with a lot of merch, so decent location if you’re into anime & manga. Otherwise, I’d recommend staying elsewhere closer to a subway station. On another note, I didn’t think much of the comments on the smell of the place, but woooooweeee it absolutely smells like feet! This was the only hostel that didn’t require us to leave our shoes at the door and wow does it make a difference.

Clean and comfortable! The best part of this place is that it is literally connected to a subway station for easy travelling!

Quiet and clean!

I stayed in the female dorm for 2 nights and this place was perfect. I loved the curtains for privacy. The washroom included sinks and doubled as a vanity area for makeup and hair. They have hair dryers too. There were several toilets so it was never a wait for restroom. Quiet dorm and not very social. It was above a subway line which is great but sometimes you have to walk 10 minutes or so to a other station for the line you need. About 20 minutes walk to some of the main areas. Overall great quality for the price and would stay again!

I liked everything except for the washing machine and drier. It didnt seem to work properly as my clothes would not dry. Actually, I believe that their washer and drier was strictly for their linen. They charged 500 yen for something that didnt seem to work. I didn't get mad because it was a problem with the appliance, and not the hostel.

Very happy staying there, staff very friendly and helpful. Left my phone in the taxi the first night i stayed there, luckily the staff in duty help me to contact the taxi driver and managed to get my phone back. definitely will come back if i were to come to osaka again. hotel very easy to access, above ebisucho station and have many places to eat downstair and opposite the hotel. very clean also.

Helpful front desk is the best at help w transport

Breakfast was toast with tea or coffee, at least enough to fill you before you go out to find great food as always almost anywhere in Osaka. Front desk very knowledgeable about transport to Kyoto from the hostel. Towels and toothbrush/toothpaste not provided but otherwise nice shampoo and conditioner as well as bath shower gel, although 2 toilets could be crowded in the morning with 16 guests if fully booked.

Privacy and space in the train station

Couldn’t get a better location IN the train station! Brand new and very clean. Loved the huge lockers that fit ALL of luggage. Breakfast is just a piece of toast and instant coffee. So just don’t count on that. Staff was incredible and a couple spoke excellent English! I would stay here for the lockers again in a heartbeat!

Clean, well maintained hostel with good facilities

Good hostel. Has everything you need. The area isn't the nicest but it's close to a lot of stuff and you can take the lift straight down to the subway which is handy!

Great Stay for Big Groups

Great value stay for groups. A little bit far from the Namba center

Superb location. Use same elevator as Ebisucho subway station. All staffs are friendly and welcomed. Nice and clean room. Public area is good, you can get free drinks all day.

Overall great experience! The friendly multilingual staff answered all our questions and made check-in and check-out easy. The location was accessible with the subway station just a few floors below (you can take the hotel elevator straight there) and should you need anything in the middle of the night, there are plenty of 24-hour convenience stores just walking distance away. Your experience with the shared spaces will depend on those sharing them with you, but for us, everyone was courteous and respected the specified quiet times. The beds provided sufficient privacy with the curtains and each bed has a corresponding storage locker that had more than enough space for my luggage. I highly recommend this place and would stay here again if I had the opportunity.

Hostel with good location (direct access to Ebisucho subway station) and option for semi private beds (nest). Great combination!

It was really close to the city center and the station. Had big locker to store big luggage’s for each guest. Even though I stayed for long, (more than 3 nights ) the accommodation did not provide new bed sheets and pillowcase for change. Late check in for 5$....... The night staff was not nice, they just came to the room and turned the lights off without saying anything. Same for the morning to turn the lights on. =/

Really bang for the buck! Recommend!

Great stay! We stayed in the mixed dorms and had a semi-private ish section separated by a curtain. The facilities were clean and the beds were comfortable. They offered free continental breakfast (toast, coffee, tea) and you can also use their kitchen to cook, and they helped me to print some stuff. Generally everyone was so hospitable and helpful! The location was pretty central and being connected to a subway station was so convenient. My only complaint was that there was a smelly feet smell throughout the hostel for some reason. Even more in the dorms. Had a great stay overall! Would definitely recommend for budget travelers!

the staff here is amazing. so friendly and helpful. especially Ryota and Hikaru! this place is really fun to make friends at and a good location for shopping/going out.

Clean, comfortable stay.

Location isn't too far from dotonburi, maybe a 10 minute walk. There are convenient stores near by, as well as a few food options. Hostel and bathrooms were kept clean and tidy. Beds had a curtain, night light and power plug. You are also issued a large locker with a key to keep all your stuff in. There are laundry facilities available for an additional charge, and simple breakfast of toast and coffee available. This hostel, and all the others we stayed at in Japan were really good. We liked that it was quiet and comfortable, and not full of rowdy drunk backpackers.

Comfortable and clean

Convenient location, elevator exit (level B1) from Ebisucho subway station leads directly to hostel reception (level 3). Also within walking distance from Namba Station (terminal station on Nankai Main Line from KIX). Clean facilities throughout common areas (lounge, kitchen, toilets, showers, vanity areas). Daily fresh bread with various spreads, coffee, tea served for complimentary breakfast. Good wifi.

A very convenient hostel with lots of friendly and helpful staffs.

The staff were very nice and friendly. It is on top of the subway and the elevator is share with the public so you might need to wait a little. As a single female traveler I felt safe because you'll need a card key to enter the floor. 7-11, 100 yen lawson, other convenience store and supermarket are within walking distance and I felt safe walking alone at night even there is a few adult book in the area. I was on the 7th floor and there is only 3 shower room and 3 WC for the whole floor. There were only 4 girls occupied on the floor on that day and plenty of empty bed; however, the staff still assign a girl next to me and SHE was Very noise. The hostel provided big locker but the girl next to me put a paper bag on her bed and I can heard loud and clear when she kicking it in middle of the night.

Good capsule- like hostel.

Clean. Good WiFi. Good air conditioner (when I visited Osaka, it was 107F- the hostel isn’t freezing cold, but it was a very reasonable temperature, which was much appreciated when there was a heat wave outside. Very generous sized lockers for your stuff (2 feet x 3 feet x 6 feet). Convenient location- at exit 1B from Ebisucho, take the elevator up to reception on the 3rd floor - you literally don’t have to go outside. Breakfast (toast, coffee, tea) is served from 8:30-10. I left before breakfast, so I can’t rate the breakfast, but there’s a drop box for your key, so you can check out and leave whenever you want.

The place is located in a metro station, which made things super easy and convenient to explore around the city. The place is clean and organized but some of the guests weren’t, which made things a little difficult. Some guests would leave their stuff in the middle of the passage and people would trip when walking at night, and also some of them were not the cleanest ones (they had really bad smell). It got to a point where some of the staff had to spread some air fresheners around the bunks to help coping with the smell. I really liked the place, the only issues I had were caused by other guests and could’ve been avoided if they were more hygienic and organized.

簡単な調理器具なら自由に使えて、自炊も可能！普通に暮らせるくらいの設備で、有難かったです。

洗面台の受けが散水しやすい形状だったこと以外は、全ての設備が衛生的で良かったと思います。 難波、黒門市場、新天地と散歩に適度な距離であること、恵美須町直結なことなど、ロケーションも大変良いと思います。

安くて気軽に使えるので、定宿にしています。今回はトイレの一つが故障していて男性が使えるのは、一ヶ所だけ。しかも汚れていた。少し拭いておきました。 早くついたので、荷物だけ置かしてもらおうと思ったが、スタッフはいくら呼んでも、しばらく待っても、出てこなかった。 夜半個室に帰って来たら真っ暗でライトの位置がわからず困った。

こちらのホステス、大阪のでんでんタウン沿いにございます。 難波や心斎橋も徒歩圏内で通天閣は5分ほどで行ける距離です。 飲食店も悩むぐらいございますし、コンビニや弁当屋、惣菜屋もすぐ近くにございます。 アクセスも駅から地上に上がるエレベーターの2階から上がホステルで迷う事もございません。 フロントは3階ですが寝室のある4階から7階まではカードキーがないと入室不可です。 セキュリティー万全です！ ベットはしっかりしたベットですので、パイプベットのような軋む音などいたしません。 毎回、嫌な匂いなどもなく、ゴミも落ちていないので、こまめに掃除をされていると思います。 深夜まで周辺は人が歩いており、大きな車道に面しているので治安も良いと思います。 年のうち3分の1は外泊しておりますが、こちらはコスパ・アクセス・清潔さ・セキュリティーが総合的に考えて大阪で3本の指にに入るホステルでございます。 自信を持って皆様にオススメできるホステルでございます。

スタッフが受付カウンターにおらず奥の共用スペースに座り込んで喋っていた。

小綺麗でよかった

日本橋界隈も恵比寿町はどうなの？と思ってましたが阪神高速高架以北はほぼオタロードエリアなので思ったより周辺環境は悪くない。 この価格帯になると長期滞在者らしき人が多いと雑然とするイメージ。 CPはとても良いと思います。

地下鉄恵美須町駅直結のホステルでございます。 日本橋のでんでんタウンのアーケードにも面しており、通天閣へも歩いて4分程度の好立地です。 難波高島屋までも10分程で到着致しますし、道頓堀や黒門市場も徒歩圏内です。 近くにコンビニや弁当屋、飲食店も多数ございますし、女性の一人旅でも安心して宿泊できます。 3階がフロントでその奥がダイニングとなっており、テーブル数も多いのでそちらで食事されてもいいと思います。 当方は毎回、快適に過ごさせていただいております。 年間100日以上は外で宿泊しておりますが、清潔さ・アクセス・快適さ・静かさ・コストパフォーマンス、どれをとっても大阪で1番良いホステルでございます。 皆様に自信を持っておすすめ致します。

カウターにスタッフがいなかったので、チェックインに手間取った。

○ ・スタッフさんの対応がとても良かったです。笑顔で丁寧に応対していただきました。 △ ・コロナ対策 換気はされているようです。 ベッドや出口への往来はエレベーター利用となりますので、ボタンを押したりドアを引く回数が多いので、フロントだけでなく各スポットに消毒液があればよかったです。 ・シャワールーム シャワールームはある程度綺麗でしたが、珪藻土マットが汚かった。 × 3階のドミトリールームを利用しました。 到着時ベッドが何故かフレームから外に出されており、敷き直し利用しましたがとても汗臭くスタッフさんにベッドの場所を交換していただきました。 ベッド自体の臭いは改善されたもののドミトリールーム全体が汗臭く居心地は良いとは言えませんでした。 同価格帯のゲストハウスでもっとよい環境があるだけに残念でした。

セルフチェックインがわからなかった。

清潔で宿泊客もまなーが守られていて、大変良かったです。洗面台のデザインは良いのですが、少し小さくて、顔などを洗うと飛び散りました。タオルが用意されていて、拭き取りされていてよかった。

駅から近くて便利でした！

安めのホテルなら気軽に過ごせれましたね！ 駅からもすぐにありますし、お出かけやビジネスも便利ですね！

いろいろ使い勝手が良い

駅直結&でんでんタウンのアーケード通りなので雨が降ってもコンビニに行くのはほぼ影響なし。 レセプションは22時までですが、事前連絡すればレイトチェックインが可能です。(要事前連絡。＋500円) ＋500円で12時までのレイトチェックアウト可能。 アメニティは基本に有料ですが、良心的な価格です。 綺麗で清掃も行き届いており、マットレスの寝心地も良かったです。宿泊者もマナーが良く静かでした。 コインランドリーは1台しか無いので、洗濯はタイミング次第になるかも。

施設設備や清掃が行き届き、快適に過ごせました。飲み物や朝食のサービスもとても嬉しかったです。ただ、非常灯の灯りがベッドまで入ってきてしまったのが少し気になりましたが、値段やサービスを考えると我慢できる範囲内でした！また来阪の機会があれば、利用させていただきたいと思います！ありがとうございました！

チェックインの時間も夜の消灯時間も変更されていたように思う。このホステルでの過ごし方に慣れれば、何の問題もなく気持ちよく過ごせる。

店員さんが親切で、日本語英語、どちらも素晴らしくうまかった！

ローケーションが非常に満足でした。駅にとても近いです。しかし、夜、私の隣に寝ていたお客さんは、電気をつけたまま寝ていました。また、夜1、2時にまだ箱を片付けていました。音が大きくて眠れませんでした。

24時間シャワー使えるとはあったが消灯が23時でドライヤーとかかけたら他人に迷惑になるし、出かけて帰ってきたら23時ギリになってしまってどうしてもシャワーを浴びたかったので使わせて貰ったがドライヤーは？と思いつつギリギリまで掛けさせて頂きましたがなんか矛盾している所が？だった。あと、夜中にトイレに行ったがパウダールームのドアが壊れてて朝歯みがきに行ってもまだ直ってなかった。タオルが有料とは知らなかった。一本だけ持っていって良かったけど最低限のアメニティは付いてて欲しかった。あと、部屋での飲食禁止は知らなかった。でも部屋を出たら自販機があるのもなんか矛盾してますよね。私は夜薬を飲むのでどうしても水が必要でした。あと夜中どこにもよらずに戻ったのでご飯を食べて居なかったので食べてしまいました。飲食禁止知りませんでした。すみませんでした。

ロッカーにホコリがたまっていたのが残念なところでした。その他は人も感じよく、清潔感もあり、コスパもとてもよいと思いました。

唯一優點地下鐵電梯可直達

房間床鋪有異味，梳洗室非常狹小，洗手台也很小檯面上與地上常常噴的到處是水，且每一層樓只有4個位子，早上要刷牙/梳妝/使用吹風機等都要等待。 早上有提供吐司熱水可泡咖啡，但吐司熱水被使用完服務人員不會主動補上。 且早餐供應到10點，座位很少，太晚下去會沒有位置，時間到也無法用餐

地鐵到站即到旅館非常方便 附近有24小時餐廳吃東西便利 所有備品(毛巾牙刷等等)須自備 現場也有付費購買

不知為何評價如此高?設計很差的膠囊

住的很不舒服的膠囊，只有位置還不錯，公共空間也不錯但位置很少，早餐就只有吐司和果醬，常常要等位置，洗手臺就一個小碗公，沒住過這麼不舒服的

房間味道不好，衛浴位置很不好

除了位置很好，就在地鐵惠須美B1出口，電梯直達四樓櫃檯，女生宿舍住滿約20人，味道很臭，洗手臺和床只用布隔開，設計很差，是我住過很不滿意的膠囊

櫃檯有些很冷漠，有些還蠻親切，整個女生宿舍住滿約20個人，房間味道很臭，有時廁所也有臭味，那洗手臺真是一大敗筆

숙소에 조용하고 샤워실과 화장실이 분리되있어서 편했습니다 다만 문이아닌 커튼으로 쳐져있어 사람이 지나갈때마다 커튼이 흔들리면서 조금씩보이는 경우가 있습니다.

駅と直結で清潔で過ごしやすかったです。 エクスペディアのアプリではチェクインが15:00からと表記されていたのに、実際は30分ほど待ってチェックインできたので、その後にあった予定がずれてしまい残念でした。チェックイン開始時間が遅かったのか人が多かったのかわかりませんでしたが、もうすこしスムーズにチェックインできたらよかったです。

原本比較擔心的是置物櫃放不下28、9吋的行李箱，但其實空間很大不是問題，位置地點便利，是一大優點。有可能是到達當天已晚上9點，街道上相較冷清與髒亂，不知道是區域關係抑或其他原因，但走一段路便會到較熱鬧的地方，仍可以接受。公共區域較圖片看起來小且燈光較昏暗，因此待在公共區域的時間不久，此外，相關機能都算不錯。每天皆會準備簡單早餐吐司與咖啡等食物，以供旅人開啟美好一天。

ベッドのマットレスが凄くフワフワで思ったよりも全然ぐっすり眠れました。 それと、朝シャワーを浴びたくてフロントにタオルを借りに行ったら誰もいなくて呼び方がわからなかったので書いといてもらえると嬉しい。

接待親切，設備齊全。

綺麗で快適でした。洗面室もシャワーも綺麗です。

フロントの対応がとても丁寧で助かりました。 23:00-8:00は静かに、ということでしたが、朝6時すぎからドライヤーの音で目覚めました。 出掛ける準備をする方もいるので8時まで静かには、少しムリがありますかね。

一泊で利用させていただきました。建物の入り口がちょっと分かりづらかったですが、スタッフの方の感じも良く、トータルで良かったです。 ただ外国の方の利用も多く、遅い時間に半個室の スペースで通話されていたり、利用マナーが少し気になりましたが、設備や半個室も綺麗で、寝泊まりするだけなら、充分快適に過ごせると思います。

朝食の皿を自分で洗って元に戻すシステムだったのですが、使おうと思った時、ほかの利用客が洗った皿が汚くて残念でした。ただ、スタッフの方はすごく笑顔でいい方たちばかりでした。

値段のわりに建物自体もとても綺麗だし設備もよくたいへん快適に過ごせました。また大阪を訪れる際は利用させて頂きたいと考えています!!!

직원들이 일단 매우 친절했고 로비나 침구류같은것도 전반적으로 매우 청결했습니다 또한 전철역바로위에있어서 매우 좋습니다

清潔感があってよかったです。

旅舍十分衛生整潔，設施齊全，有幾個衛生間和浴室，與其他人共用也不會需要爭搶。最重要是交通十分方便，地鐵出口可以直接乘搭升降機上去。

難波に近く、地下鉄にも直結していて便利、宿泊だけと考えれば、また利用したいと思います
